The gold is very beautiful, I love the K initial; however, the chain broke. The little spring came out as I pressed the lever down to the hook one end to another. I an very disappointed. I was also very gentle.

Fine chain but the item is lovley
It is a lovley necklace if you want a very very fine chain. The photo makes the chain look thicker than it actually is. The initial J is lovley. Very quick with the delivery and it was packed well.

I liked this item, my 12 year old niece (the recipient of the gift) loved it but had it not been ordered and arrived just in time for her birthday, I might have returned it because some of the cubic zirconia stones were set wrong and looked slightly wonky. It is only noticeable when close to it, but that’s not really the point is it. It is a nice item, and worth the cost but Carissima could do better!
Attractive 'initial letter' penda
This is a pretty, small initial letter pendant – bought for a 21st birthday well in advance, so there is not response from the recipient yet. I am please with it and the proportion of gold to cubic zircona is good. It is a bit chunkier than it looked in the picture and not quite so elegant – but is a good weight and one of the best value for money that I have see
