I don't know why I continue to buy women's Columbia jackets. They never fit me properly because they seem to be cut straight through the body, from bust to hip. As a result, I have to size up, which then makes the arms too wide and the body too long. Yet they are well made, keep me warm and the outer shell is more durable than some higher priced competitors.

(I’m a little larger in the chest and most.) The length of the coat and the sleeves were absolutely perfect. I have since returned it, and purchased a Large. I have yet to try it out on a very frigid cold day, but from what I read on Columbia‘s website, it is a very lightweight jacket that will handle the frigid cold.

Excellent value & quality
I’ve had my eye on this jacket for a while and it did not disappoint.
It’s a perfect, autumn & spring jacket.
My only complaint is that it comes up small despite checking the size guide. To wear a medium sized jumper underneath for hiking, I would have needed a large.
I love the weight of this jacket and the fact that it has large inside pockets along with outside pockets.
I have this jacket in teal from a few years ago, so I knew this runs a little small.
Just so you have a good idea of size. I am 5’7.5″, normally by a size 10 or medium in pants and normally wear a medium in tops.
I bought this in a Large. I can reach out and cross my arm without it pulling in the shoulders. If I pull the bottom and pinch together at the side there is only about a total of 2 inches of extra material. I remember when I bought my first one I tried a Medium on and it fit snugly on the bottom and it pulled at the shoulders when I reached out and crossed my arms.
Medium pants are usually a size 8-10. So I would say if you usually wear a size 8, medium would be fine, but if you normally wear a size 10, I would go with the Large. It will give you a little extra room, so you can have a heavier shirt on under it if you want to.
Bonita y caliente pero justa
Es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Agradable al tacto, bonita y abriga. Pero talla un poco justa.
Suelo llevar la talla L y esta chaqueta me va un poco justa en la cadera.

Figurbetont, toller Schnitt. Sehr leicht, daher bergangsjacke, sicher fr khle Herbsttage aber fr mein Empfinden nicht fr klirrend kalte Wintertage geeignet.

Bin weiblich, schlank, 1,80m, 70 kg, BH Gre 85-90C und habe normal breiten Schultern.
XL passt mir sehr gut und sitzt doch so locker, dass auch noch ein dicker Pullover oder eine Fleecejacke unter die Jacke passt. (Dann im Zwiebellok vielleicht durchaus auch etwas fr kalte Wintertage, das habe ich aber noch nicht ausprobiert) rmel endlich mal lang genug auch fr etwas grere Frauen mit normal langen Armen- sehr angenehm.

Me encant! A mi me gusta esta marca ya que es de buena calidad. El estilo me gust mucho, la tela y el hecho que es calientita. Lo unico es que todo lo que he comprado de esta marca es talla pequea porque corre grande y en el caso de este artculo la pequea me qued muy apretada, asi que tuve que cambiarla por una mediana.
I bought it for my 11 year old daughter in S and it fits perfectly. She is very slim. She can wear it with a light longs leave shirt. I would say it’s small for women. You would have to size up in my opinion. I recommend it for teenagers.

I liked that the sleeves and bodice were long enough. The arm holes are too tight and narrow. If you like to occasionally wear a sweatshirt or hoodie under your jacket then this is not the coat for you.
Amazing but would size up
Lovely coat, amazing quality and feels super toasty. However it comes up very small around bottom (although arms and bust area more roomy) and so had to return.

Lleg bien empaquetada, antes del tiempo esperado. En cuanto a talla si queda un poco justa, pero esta perfecta para mi, creo si peda ms grande me quedara holgada de hombros que me suele pasar en otras prendas.

For ten years, I continued to wear my black Columbia brand winter jacket, and I loved it. It kept me warm, was very comfortable, had an extra zipper pocket vertically inside at the chest area and had lovely, comfortable, soft cuffs of a different type of material than the sleeves with a hole that you could put your thumb through. Finally, my beloved jacket started to sport holes and the white stuffing inside showed through. Eventually, it started to look pretty bad, so I decided to replace it. This jacket is better in that it has a hood, which I absolutely love (because even when it’s not up, my neck stays warmer than with the collared type I had before); however, I am not at all a fan of the sleeves, which end in a narrow band that is a little smaller than the sleeve and no place to put my thumb to help keep my hands warm. It also is missing the extra inside pocket that I really loved. Lastly, it’s slightly longer than the exactly the same size one I had before. Alas, old jacket, I miss you. This newer model works, but it’s not as good as the old one, except for the lack of holes…

La chamarra es de excelente calidad, ajusta muy bien en hombros, pecho y cintura. Desafortunadamente tiene las mangas muy largas. Los detalles del diseo son excelentes en cierres y en el interior.

Cog una talla holgada para poder ponerme jersey grueso, pero no es necesario abriga muy bien .
Lo nica pega son las mangas que son muy largas, lo vi en algunas reseas, pero es ms de lo que esperaba. An as me lo quedo porque este tejido abriga ms que otras ms gruesas que tengo.

Lo compr para mi guindome por la referencia que da en las tallas. Me iba pequeo, son tallas muy justas. Se lo ha quedado mi hija, est contenta y lo usa bastante. Lo positivo, tiene mangas largas, que no en todos los abrigos las encontramos, lo negativo por decirlo de alguna manera, el tallaje es pequeo.

I was excited for this jacket. Price is a little high but I desperately need a winter coat.
It’s cute and looks as pictures, but the sizing is off. It runs small aside from the sleeves being way to long and big.
Un po' stretto sul torace
Trattandosi di indumenti da donna, dovrebbero fare il torace leggermente pi largo in quanto la misura di maniche e Busto giusta ma il seno (per chi ce l’ha abbondante) rimane schiacciato. Io indosso una 4 di seno e la M rimane stretta sul petto.
Superb quality and surprisingly warm for such a lightweight little jacket. Flattering style but runs at least one size small. I always wear a small, but had to size up to a medium. The medium is still a bit tight in the hips but fits well enough that I will keep it.
I really liked the Bright Marigold color, but it was too tight at the hips. I bought the Columbia Women’s Arcadia II Rain Jacket in the same size as this jacket at the same time. The rain jacket was perfect around the hips, so if your measurements are at the top of the range, you might want to size up for the Powder Lite Hooded Jacket. I would also have liked to have seen a pouch to stuff it in for travel. Can’t say more as I went with another brand since I didn’t like any of the colors left in the next size.
Di solito sono una taglia s ma ho preso una m viste le recensioni che lo indicavano stretto sui fianchi ed ho fatto bene. Il modello bello esteticamente ed caldo nonostante sia leggero, le misure sono a mio avviso sproporzionate, maniche troppo lunghe e un po’ larghe pi piccolo e stretto invece sui fianchi, largo invece leggermente nella parte centrale all altezza dello sterno. Valutate le misure, in ogni caso come qualit un buon prodotto
The jacket is very light and compact! Fits like a glow so you can’t put the layers or thick sweaters underneath, but you actually don’t have to , the jacket is so warm, because of its body reflective heat technology , all you need is to put a thin shirt underneath!

Great price and survived a term at school. My daughter loves it, keeps her dry, warm and seems to be hard wearing.
Love this jacket! I live in a very cold climate area and have been looking for the winter jacket I can wear to the airport when it’s freezing here and I’m traveling to a warmer place. Layer a long sleeve, sweater or sweatshirt under it and it’s crazy warm! Yes, the “disco ball” interior (AKA Omni-Heat) works exactly like it says. I’ve had multiple jackets from Columbia and will only get Omni-Heat lined jackets. Allows for less bulk while keeping the warmth you expect. It’s super light (actual weight) and quite thin for such a warm jacket. Easily packable especially using a packing cube or stuffing it into the top of a suitcase upon arrival. I had this same jacket without a hood. Love the newer version and the hood is perfect for days with biting cold winds and snow. 10 stars for the only jacket you need to pack in the fall/winter while still being able to use it while at home!
Signing note, I usually wear a small but sized up for layering. It’s not bulky or oversized, just right for a sweatshirt underneath and still works with lighter layers.
Mi piace l idea di una giacca elegante e sportiva allo stesso tempo, che rifinisce l aspetto essendo trapuntata ma che con il rivestimento termico interno garantisce calore sia al corpo sia alle mani poich anche le tasche sono bene rifinite.
Sono di corporatura normale, vesto tendenzialmente M e non amo le cose troppo aderenti.
Purtroppo affidandomi alle recensioni, ho approfittato di un offerta del black friday e con 70 ho preso il giubbetto nero taglia M.
Per i miei gusti troppo largo, e a me piace vestire comoda e non aderente. Avrei dovuto prendere tranquillamente una S.
Ovviamente volendo fare il reso non era disponibile la S a quel prezzo stracciato, quindi sto ancora valutando se renderla perch comunque un ottimo prodotto, ma allo stesso tempo non riveste l eleganza che cercavo

It’s exactly what I expected, but I need a size larger. I’m usually an S, but I couldn’t get the zipper to close around my hips.

Great product from an established brand
Fit is perfect for my height and size. Very warm coat with just a cotton top underneath. Reckon it will be very snug in winter with a turtle neck. Good quality seen and feels nice. Light enough to carry around, not bulky at all. As expected Columbia quality throughout.

However, definitely size up! I usually wear UK size 10, chest 34″ and I needed to order a size large in this!
Despus de haber probado un montn de marcas el relleno de todas era una vergenza. Este abrigo si est en condiciones, si es trmico y no pesa. Para entretiempo y al empezar el invierno. Ideal para ponerlo debajo de un abrigo para los ms friolera como mi hija. UNA PASADA.lo recomiendo 100%.
Love the Omniheat lining
Love this jacket. The reflective Omniheat lining is amazing. Very warm for a lightweight jacket. Will probably use a thin waterproof over the top in wet weather. Slim fit and true to size.

Excellent coat. Can comfortably wear a sweatshirt underneath. Warm and showerproof. Friends have commented how similar to a Raab jacket it is!

A beautiful red lightweight jacket. Not overly puffy, so no need to worry about looking like a blimp. It keeps me warm but not too warm. The fit is flattering. Good quality.
I was a little wary to buy this item after seeing all the reviews mentioning it wasn’t the powder lite jacket. I noticed that all those reviews were for the wine berry color, and I knew the dusty pink was only offered as part of the powder lite line so I went ahead and ordered it–and I received the correct item.
Everything was as shown in the description. It has a shiny omniheat lining, the color is accurate, and is hooded. I bought this so I’d have a packable jacket for snowshoeing, and this was perfect. It kept me warm and dry in an intense sleet-filled snow storm while I was trekking around. I was also able to easily roll it up tightly and stuff it in an already full backpack when I didn’t need it.
I read reviews saying this runs small, and so I sized up since I wanted to be able to layer underneath it. I’m 5’5″, 125lbs, and my measurements are 34-27-37. I’m a small/4 in most brands, but I went with a medium for this jacket. The medium is perfect–it’s slightly fitted, but roomy enough to fit a thick sweater or multiple thin layers underneath it. For snowshoeing, I had on a bodysuit, thin turtleneck, running hoodie, and hardshell rain jacket all underneath it at one point and I was still very comfortable and not constricted. While a small would probably fit, I don’t think I’d be able to get any layers underneath, and a large would have been straight up baggy.
I really recommend this jacket. I’m very happy with my purchase.
Leicht und bequem
Dies ist schon meine zweite Powder Lite Hooded Jacke, ich trage normalerweise Gre 40-42, in L sitzt die Jacke bei mir etwas eng. Deshalb habe ich sie mir nochmal in XL bestellt, das finde ich angenehmer. Die Jacke ist leicht und hlt warm, die Kaputze lsst sich nicht enger stellen, ist aber nicht zu gro und rutscht nicht ins Gesicht. Es gibt noch eine Innentasche, gut um das Handy zu verstauen. Im festen Regen wrde ich die Jacke nicht tragen aber etwas Nieselregen hlt sie schon aus. Die Qualitt scheint ordentlich und der Preis ist unschlagbar.

This coat is amazing! It’s warm and comfortable without being bulky. It’s warm and has a nice shape, I was nervous about spending so much on a coat, but I’m so glad I did. Definitely worth the money!

The Jacket is really warm..
Love this jacket. I’m a size 12 and this is a little large if just wearing a t-shirt underneath but fits great if wearing a jumper. Its really warm, lightweight and waterproof.
