Brighter, vivid projection

The 3LCD technology found in Epson’s projectors delivers an equally high white and Colour Light Output (CLO), so that you can experience vivid and lifelike images.

Up to three times brighter colours with Epson projectors**

Epson projectors have significantly higher colour brightness than 1-chip DLP projectors thanks to 3LCD technology. As such, Epson’s projectors offer up to three times brighter colours**, resulting in more vivid and colourful images.

No rainbow effect

1-chip and LED projectors can be subject to the ‘rainbow effect’, which describes how some people can see a disruptive flicker in fast-moving images. Ensuring smooth images, Epson’s projectors use 3LCD technology, which means that the ‘rainbow effect’ can never occur.

* Based on watching an average 1hr 45mins film every day and the lamp set in Eco mode.

** Colour brightness(colour light output) in brightest mode, measured by a third-party lab in accordance with IDMS 15.4. Colour brightness will vary depending on usage conditions. Top-selling Epson 3LCD projectors versus top-selling 1-chip DLP projectors based on NPD sales data for May 2017 – April 2018.

Affordable Epson Projector with stunning quality performance

I could not believe to my eyes when I turned on the Epson CO-W01 projector

The clear sharp picture even in daylight

I am glad that I have stretched my budget for a projector without t compromising the quality experience- as I had to with my previous cheaper brand projector

    Thank you Epson !

Excellent projector. Used in a church for PowerPoint and videos. Clear as crystal. Great value for money. Replaced a much more expensive one and is so much better. Highly recommend

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI ordered this projector and have found it great for domestic as well as office use. The piture quality is better than many but the sound quality is poor (which is totally acceptable). It even projects a clear and bright picture once used indoors during day time with no curtains/ blinds. The delivery process was also very quick. I totally recommend this.

The device is great and the image amazing. My original review mentioned that it doesn’t have a jack but it turns out that with a HDMI cable you don’t need it.

You can use external speakers by simply clicking the bottom right volume icon on your PC. I didn’t know that, but I called Epson assistant and they resolved my problem right away.

Very happy with my purchase, now I have around 200 inches projection from only 3mts away; although the actual image varies between Netflix or YouTube depending on the Aspect Ratio of each film 4:3 or 16:9 (4:3 shows more image vertically while 16:9 is wider)

Excellent brightness and picture quality was as good as I expected from Epson. Use it for presentations to groups of 40-50 in rooms with various lighting levels and so far had excellent results.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis is a wonderful projector. I use it for work/PowerPoint presentations. It is light weight and very compact. The picture quality is excellent and it is bright enough to use in a well lit office or classroom.

If you are looking for the cinema experience I suggest you pair the x51 up with some decent speakers and you will have everything you need.

Bought for my football club for the function room. The picture is excellent, even when the light is streaming in through the windows. With our previous one we had to close the curtains and shut the doors and even then it was a struggle to see, but this one is great. The price? Bought this for 500 vs our previous one for 100 – ask yourself, would you spend just 100 on a 300 inch TV for your front room? No!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI use this for presenting training sessions to clients. Very easy to use and set up with simple connections although I Have not tried the Bluetooth connection yet. Good quality picture and reasonable sound from the in-built speaker. Light, with a useful carry case. All the expected adjustments for Keystone, colour, etc. Used twice so far and have no complaints.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersSome might be worried about the lack of audio ports especially as the in built speaker isn’t loud but I have a hdmi splitter which means my sound bar and firestick work using the solo hdmi port. It’s super clear even with the curtains open in summer.

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersIt is a relief to finally get a projector that I don’t have to worry about. I bought an EUG projector for the same price because I thought I needed one that had WIFI.

All I had were problems with the projector. The wifi was not able to stream Internet content because it was the equivalent of mobile internet. So I could watch downloaded bits on channels like BBCiplayer. The EUG was also super noisy. I finally snapped when the EUG got a black blob in the middle of the screen. Long story short, I got a reply that I needed to buy a replacement LCD screen and fan. I had to take every last part out of the projector to fit the parts and the projector never worked.

I decided to go back to Epson as I had 2 projectors previously that worked great. This one is the lowest price in their range so I didn’t know what to expect.

I was a bit upset that I could not get a 300inch image but I got 120 by 65 inch picture from a throw distance of 1.5metres. Then I found that you can get a huge 150+inch picture on 9:16 setting – brilliant.

The projector is super quiet – I can barely hear the fan which is also amazing.

I have had to get used to buying Epson replacement bulbs every couple of years with my previous projectors. But this one comes with 18 years warranty on the bulbs. I don’t know if I will have to change the bulb ever given that most run out of life and need upgrading after 5 to 7 years max.

The best projector I have bought and well worth the money!
