This is a very nice unit for cleaning your water. I was using a different company water filter system and already have done the pipe fitting and shut off valve. This unit came with a strong water pipe and a nice tap. I used the existing pipes and the installation was done in five minutes. The company recommend to run the tap for fifteen minutes so I did , at first you can see the water coming out is not clear but soon it was clear and the taste changed as well. There is no more chlorine and other tastes and smells.
I am not much of a plumber … but this was so surprisingly easy to install, lots of ‘spare’ parts and plenty of hose to reach any location under the sink. The splitter with the separate shut-off is a really nice idea and also installed very easy. The water tastes (IMO) better and this is totally worth it to me.
Product is well packaged, with everything needed for a variety of installation options.
Product is well designed & definitely has a quality feel.
Filter changes are very easily performed, with no water spills.
We had to contact the supplier on a technical aspect & found them friendly, super fast in their responses & provided a very fast helpful solution.
Really good basic filter, cleans out the tap water and chlorine taste. I actually enjoy drinking the water and feel confident I won’t be buying bottled water at home anymore. I’d definitely recommend this product.
This filter was very easy to install. Directions were simple to understand and they supply everything except a wrench for the fittings. Total install took about 1.5 hours only because I had to cut a hole in my granite countertop. One drawback: It is too big to stand upright under my sink so I laid it down and it works just fine.
This is the first time in a long time that I have purchased something that feels like I got every dollars worth. There is a lot in the kit including Teflon tape and screws and fittings and everything you could possibly need. I will say that I did have a manufacturing defect on one of the quick disconnects one of the o-rings was split. I was able to fix that but not before writing an email to support. The water is absolutely tasteless which is huge improvement over the chlorinated water that I had before. No way to taste if it’s filtering out metals but I will know based on the residue it leaves in my water. I have very iron-rich water and everything builds up a red residue given time. If this doesn’t happen I will update my review. Installation is definitely technical and if you’re not comfortable with plumbing you really should not be doing it. I think the average person could probably bumble their way through it but you should at least have a basic understanding before even trying. The flow rate is good, right at what they say, I think. I suspect with time that’s going to decrease but because the filters are only $20 I’m not too worried. What can I say very strong plastics that are glass fiber reinforced very nice stuff with the kit nothing left behind I didn’t have to go to a hardware store. Although the Teflon tape is the cheapest Teflon tape I have ever seen. Still worked great though so whatever lol in the instructions they call that plumbers tape which I thought was hilarious.
Everybody’s complaining about the quick disconnects and trust me I don’t like them I think they are problems all around however having gotten the kit I can say that I understand why. It would have probably added another 10 or $20 to the cost to change thim over to the proper fittings and with how much you’re already getting I understand why they decided to cut it. I don’t like it I probably would have wished to pay the extra money but in reality I probably wouldn’t have purchased this if it was more expensive so…. Here we are I guess. Either way there’s no leaks right now and pray to God it will stay that way 🙂
Small manufacturing defect that was easy to fix otherwise very clean and tasteless water.
The total height from bottom of the filter to top of bracket is 15 inches with the filter cartridge loose. The actual filter body is 14 inches of height. You only need about 16 inches in height to top of bracket or 15 inches to top of filter to get the cartridge in and out.

Installation process was very simple and quick to setup. I also purchased the refrigerator kit and all together took about 30 minutes to get everything up and running.
A few days after installation I noticed a few drops leaking where the housing attaches into the wall bracket. I emailed customer service about it and they quickly responded to me and send out a replacement housing. I was very surprised and pleased to receive it a day and half later.
I haven’t noticed any new issues since replacing the housing so I think I’m set.
I recommend looking into a rubber strap wrench for gripping the housing. Otherwise it’s difficult to hand hold while properly tightening or opening the housing top cap.
I’d definitely recommend this product to friends and family. Great quality, easy install, and excellent customer service.
Overall easy to install except for getting the right fitting to connect to my water shutoff valve. Could have come with some other options such as a 1/4 compression fitting. I also changed the faucet for gold one.

This is updated. The first one that came was defective and leaked at the housing. I was sent a new housing unit, and now it has been working well. I really like the faucet that comes with it…it’s nice that it’s separate from the main faucet.
I hope they will change the claim of a 5-minute installation time. You have to drill 6 holes in a wall, for one thing. For someone experienced in doing it, perhaps it could be done in 20 minutes. But if you’re not used to the system, it would be at least 1/2 hour and took me longer. (I’m inexperienced in this kind of thing.) I was excited that nothing was leaking the second time around. Now that it’s installed, it will be very easy to change the filters.
I wish I had noticed the plastic housing, which they say will deteriorate eventually. They have another option with metal that would have been a better choice for me. I just hope it lasts! (Actually, the plastic tubing was long enough I could probably use the extra if it starts going bad.)
If you don’t mind plastic tubing (it’s everywhere!), I think this is a good system.
My husband and I purchased this product to replace an old one. It was easy to install. There was a problem with one of the hoses leaking. My husband contacted Fizzlife by email and received an immediate response. We followed their instructions and were sent a replacement part that we received in a few days. Replaced the part and are very happy. I can already taste the difference.
I bought the product and installation was quite easy, they provide the detailed instruction so it was no problem at all, but unfortunately there was a defect on the product and water was leaked from a joint.
So I contacted to the customer service and they provided me a whole new part right away.. and the delivery took only one day!
Now product is functioning perfectly with the replacement, I was quite impressed by the quick and nice customer support from the Frizzlife!
I’ve just Purchased this filter and I’ve run into a major problem. my filter doesn’t fit my line. Either my Line is too large or my filter doesn’t accommodate my provided line. I’m stuck at a hard point because I was told this was an all included installation.

I am the not so smart person. I had a issues with the caps on the filter. I never seen this type of lock collar and I was being inpatient. With clear instructions and being a man I didn’t read the little piece of paper on the filter on how to remove the caps. The fizzlife company saw my review and contacted me and tried to work with me, and after looking further at the little piece of paper I finally figured it out.
