Decent for the price
Bought to put on the wall in our external laundry block to prevent damage to the contents during freezing weather. It will perform that task well.
One improvement would be a thermostat setting less than 5C – ideally I’d want an option of 2C, but I’ll make do.
Arrived today, easy to fit, already got it on the wall in our utility.
Comes with a handy template for the screw holes. We like that it is silent, no noisy fan.
Be aware though, that it sticks out from the wall more than the 7cms advertised. It is more like 11cms once on the wall. The wife likes it, so that is the main thing.
The heater is ok I think? I am still trying to get my head round the timer and what some of the controls mean. It pumps heat out when on I just don’t know how to operate the timer or overnight?
The problem is it came without instructions, or to be precise with instructions for a different heater. I requested the instructions (a multi page document) from the seller. Having asked twice and waited 5 days for a response, on a website that states they will get back with a meaningful reply in 24 hours!
The reply was a very short ‘turn it on select the temp with the up and down arrows and it stays at that temp till you turn it off’. There are other controls and a timer that other reviewers describe as complex, to say nothing of fitting restrictions and safety.
Dreadful customer service, fancy me having the audacity to request the instruction booklet that should have come with a new item!
I am pleased with the heater. I find the heat digital settings are quite difficult to understand to come on and off at different times

I ordered 2 of these for our bedrooms. They are brilliant and keep the rooms at a perfect temperature. One displayed a fault message when it was installed, I rang the supplier and it was promptly replaced with no quibble. I can highly recommend the heaters and the supplie
Not as warm as I thought it would be
I bought this to take the chill off my conservatory but it needs to be on for quite a long time to notice any difference

It is in our bathroom , as it is slim it fits slightly behind bathroom door .Well away from shower. Easy to follow directions for fitting.Nice to have a warm bathroom too .

Overall, we’re happy with the heater. It functions well, was easy install and the controls are simple and easy to understand.
When it arrived, I expected it to be bigger dimensionally, due to the images of the website. Having checked that it was the correct heater, I was happy to keep it.
Easy to use and effective heate
I’ve replaced an old oil-filled radiator with this in my attic study. It warms the room fast with convecection and its easy to reset down to a low temperature when I’m away for a while so its not frezzing when I go back. doesn’t take up much space. I’m happy.

Brilliant small heate
Bought this for ground floor shower room that has no radiator and faces north so gets cold. This heater is brilliant just put on a couple of minutes before shower and room lovely and warm. Easy to operate controls. Great value
Used 1000w to replace a noisy and dated ‘kick plate’ fan heater in the kitchen. Very effective in the mornings to give a boost to the central heating radiator in the adjoining utility room! I’m not dull but I found the leaflet explaining the timer very complicated. May have another go at grasping the ins and outs of using the timer at a later date. However, I have just used the manual switch for up to an hour in the morning and it has been very effective getting the kitchen temperature up quickly. Frankly that is all I wanted it to achieve. Just be careful when fitting under a kitchen work surface, to allow enough clearance above to allow the warm air to circulate properly. (See photo). If the understanding of the timer had been clearer, I would have given it 5 Stars!
Heat output and ease of use
There was nothing to dislike about this product. It is compact, fits well into my bedroom space and is easy to use. A great purchase. Would consider buying again in the future.

I am very happy with this heater which looks neat and tidy on the hall wall.
it complements the bottled gas central heating, (which is expensive) wonderfully and heats my Park Home quickly.
It has a thermostat plus it can be programmed, but it is easy to adjust the temperature as and when required.

looks elegant seems to work ok have not really used it properly, only reserve is that it is made in China and they do not have the best record for electrical goods so only time will tell, if it goes up the swannie it will of course go back.
Looks very neat on the wall of our conservatory. It was very easy to fix and works well. The price was good value for money paid. well pleased with the output from this great small heater. We are thinking of a second one for the summer house ready for the winter, Thank-you.
What can I say, it does everything it says it would. It was easy to assemble as a stand up heater, it works well in our summer house, and it’s easy to operate – temperature control and timer. Happy with this purchase, and the fact that it’s slim, compact and looks smart is a bonus.
