I really like these cycling shoes. They are very comfortable and the BOA closures make them very easy to adjust. The SPD cleats are easy to attach and the shoes clip in and out of the pedals efficiently.

I purchased a pair of Giro Rincon shoes in August of 2022. These were meant to be a spare pair of shoes, so I set them aside for later use. Ten months later I went to use the shoes for the first time and discovered that the wire of the BOA fit system on one shoe has spontaneously degraded while the shoe was in storage. (See photos.) I contacted Giro Customer Support and provided photos of the damaged shoe via email. Giro quickly indicated that they would provide me a new pair of shoes, under warranty. The replacement pair arrived in very short order. Thank you, Giro! Meanwhile, I discovered that BOA has a lifetime guarantee on its BOA fit system. So, I contacted BOA customer service, and they promptly sent me a repair kit, free of charge. Using the repair kit, I was able to repair the damage BOA fit system in a matter of minutes, restoring the damaged shoe to like-new condition. Thank you, BOA! So, now I have two pairs of these shoes. Yesterday, I used my Giro Rincon for the first time, on a 62-mile road ride. (I use MTB shoes for all sorts of riding; MTB, gravel and road.) I found the Rincon to be very comfortable and they provided good power transfer to the pedals. They were easy to walk in when off the bike. So, I am extremely pleased with this purchase and highly recommend the Giro Rincon. I also have a pair of Giro Privateer shoes, and they are very good.

I just rode 16 miles, mostly on a paved trail and the stiff sole gave me much better power while cranking. I used them on the plain pedals so, I wasnt as efficient as if i clipped in but still rode well. The soles were good to walk in, the velcro worked well and I didnt get any blisters on the first ride. I’m glad I got these; they are a big step up from just pedaling in tennis shoes.

I normally wear a size 9 and ordered a 9.5. Good fit and room for my toes. The first thing I noticed was that my toes weren’t going numb like they did with my old shoes. I like the BOA lace system.
I use the shoes for road riding and am currently training for the assault on Mt. Mitchell, so doing lots of hill training. I hate trying to walk in pure road cleats. The shoes are plenty stiff but can still walk in them pretty well. I got the blueish gray and I think I will be the envy of fellow riders. 🙂

I wasn’t sure if these would be suitable as they’re listed as mens, but they fitted my size 6 female foot just perfect. Very pleased I got them. Plus they arrived way before I expected, so extra pleased.

This shoe fits well and is true to size. They are appropriately stiff when pedaling but comfortable to walk in. They look great too.

Size and features all excellent. Was able to get at 65% off which makes it even sweete

They are decent shoes for a mellow ride. The Boa doesn’t hold your foot in as well as a ratchet type. The sole is a little flexy and not stiff as my last gyro’s. Over all there not bad.
Good for Road & Mountain biking.
shoe fits as expected in size 14.5 and 49 fits perfect if this shoe came in white i’d get another pair
Update: if you ride a lot this isn’t the shoe for you. I’ve worn throw mine pretty bad, both shoes squeak like crazy and on top of that anything over 40miles on your bike your toes will begin to ache for sure. And no i don’t have a shoe that’s too small they fit perfect they just aren’t that durable enough for heavy cyclist riding road miles
my shoes are very nice and fit decent although sizing is a little off and they are definately true to size. I like the shoes alot but sadly the pair i recieved where definately used and returned and resold as you can see in the pictures. These were not a Prime purchase so i can not just return to the Amazon store even though i'm trying to return then the same day they arrived at my house. Have to ship back to original seller the wait 3-5 days for a rufund after they have the shoes smh which by then no one will have my size in these shoes unfortunatley. Just Watch who you purchase the shoes from if it isnt a prime purchase insuranced by amazon i would not trust it honestly.
