I travel a lot and I use this all the time. If it went bad, I would buy another one.

Goal Zero makes phenomenal products. This device provides enough power for my laptop, iPhone, iPad and navigation equipment, and all at the same time. It is easy to use, it can be recharged with solar panels and using home/vehicle outlets. I spend a lot of time in wilderness settings, and I require a reliable charger. Goal Zero fulfills that requirement!

This is reasonably compact, very powerful, and has traditional USB, USB-C, and wireless. The power to weight/size ratio is the best I've found. It will also power a laptop, and it charges my devices actually faster than plug-in wall chargers do. Finally the LED readout gives you a percentage remaining which is very useful.

    HIGH END POWER BANK
Bought for home use as I am anticipating power outages this winter when it will easily keep my devices working. Charges in about 3 hours with a suitable adapter. Highly recommended.

While it has seen a limited amount of use, so far it's working exactly as intended. My wife took it camping and it powered her cellphone and iPad both for a week without being charged itself.

I like that the battery life is amazing when going out to places that have no outlets. I'm amazed that it many times for the battery of the power bank to get really low

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersToo big, heavy, expensive
I’m evaluating battery packs to use for powering a CPAP machine while backpacking. This well-built device didn’t make the cut. While it seems rugged and well-built it is too heavy and has too little capacity for my use.
    Pros:
Delivers rated capacity. This device provided power for 27 hours sleep on my Z2 CPAP, better than others promising 28500 mAh and approaching the 30000 mAh devices.
Rugged: I think. At least it’s a good brand and has solid shell.
Good USB-C PD power: I need 15volts USB-C PD and this unit delivered it for me. I power using a Jacobparts 15V trigger cable. The
    Cons:
Heavy: It’s heavy compared to others I tried — e.g. the henhot HH-PB-05 weighed 19 oz compared to 23 oz for this device.
Expensive: again, compare to the Henhot which costs about $55 with coupon while the Sherpa cost $200. Another reasonable alternative is the Qbrand at about $43. I think the Sherpa is built better but not 4 times as much value as the others

Great size and perfect for what I need. Love the pass through charging (wireless phone charging while charging sherpa).

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersProduit très qualitatif
    Points Positifs:

High quality power bank anyone. 🤩
I really liked the packaging and the high quality build of the product. Kind of expensive though and slightly heavy. Still would purchase it again .

After using a few of the plastic crappy power banks, I finally decided to get a higher end model. This thing both looks and feels more durable while also packing a whopping 26k mAh battery life. I will be using this power bank for the forseeable future.

Power outages in California are frequent and can last for days. Now I can charge my phone several times from this battery, giving me peace of mind knowing I will have enough power to check for PG&E updates telling me how much longer the power will be out this time.

The Sherpa 100PD battery pack is great to charge your laptop, iPad, or any other device that needs a standard USB port or USB-C to charge it up. I especially like the ability to wirelessly charge my iPhone just by placing it on top of the pack. Goal Zero makes a quality product and I bought the Sherpa since I had such good luck with their 1400 large battery. The price is high but these days if you want quality it is going to cost more. Do not regret my purchase at all.

I've been using Goal Zero products for several years. I actually bought the Sherpa 100 PD QI for my wife. She travels frequently and the new QI technology is perfect for keeping her cell phone charged while she is away. She loves it.

Great power unit to charge USB devices on the go
Well made, unit appears to be of very high quality. A little heavy, but it could be due to the strong case and quality materials.

Charges well from an 60w USB-C charger with a good cable. I don’t care that the charger is not included as I already have one. So far, not many options for solar charging (at high speed) at this time, but likely that will change.

I don’t care that the $10 zipper case is not included. I purchased a Thule zipper case that can fit the Sperpa plus charger and cables.

This is product is amazing. Charges fast, charges other stuff fast, actual switches to turn usb ports and wireless charging on and off. Also, PASS-THROUGH CHARGING. If you travel and carry around a multi-port wall charger, this does the “multi” part, WHILE IT CHARGES ITSELF.

Golden Review Award: 51 From Our UsersQuality product from Goal Zero
I’m an aerospace engineer that’s on the road 25-50% of the time. I purchased this as a safety net for power when I’m either stranded at the terminal, or working on a tightly cramped 37.

    Some useful stats:
    – A 100% charge on the Sherpa 100 PD QI charged my Surfacebook 2 from 30% to 100% in just under two hours (while I was working. Took the Sherpa down to 0% ).
    – Charging my Samsung Note 10+ from 20% to 100% took about an hour and 20% capacity of the Sherpa 100.
    – Charging my Bose QC30s from dead to 100% took about 45 minutes and 6% of the Sherpa’s capacity.
    – Charging the Sherpa 100 using the Goal Zero Nomad 28+ Solar panel took about 14 hours with periodic adjustments to angle the panel to get the most direct sunlight. Note that as Goal Zero states, this is NOT a waterproof unit. Extra care should be taken to adequately protect the unit if you take it to the field. That’s not to say it isn’t a robust unit, its built very well, its just not waterproof like the Venture power units are.
    – Charging USB-C to USB-C from the Goal Zero 45W wall charger took a few hours for a full charge.
    – I have not had an opportunity to use the wireless charging. For me this just isn’t a wow factor.

The Sherpa is true to the envelope dimensions and weight (I didn’t look on Amazon, rather Goal Zero’s website for this data). Overall I’m very pleased with this. For its size and mass, I think its a great addition to the EDC or professional pack. Having this extra power available in the simplest of form of the Sherpa is well worth the investment. I will ultimately buy another for my wife who also travels with her job.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersDurable, well designed, and not just for outdoor use. We had three tornadoes go thru in less than four minutes and were left without power. No TV, no internet, with no ways to get news when tablets and phones used up battery. This power bank can charge a phone up to eight times and a tablet up to four times. My wife and I each have a Goal Zero Sherpa 100PD, so we can know what is happening during an emergency with no power.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersThus thing is legit, although it's big brother went on sale a week later. I'd have preferred that for the AC plug, but this one still fits the bill! At 100% I charged my surface from about 50, my S10 from 70, and my Bose QC's all to 100% and still had another 50% left on the bank! Perfect for traveling with all sorts of gadgets!
