Where do I start? For 289.99 for 50″ tv is a great price and the tv is very light to pick up as I was expecting it to be heavy and it’s vey slim too, the sound is great too and loud, I wasn’t expecting it to be great for the price as I was going to buy a sound bar but no need for it, very easy to set up by scanning code on tv or input details manually and the tv is easy to navigate.
I would recommend this tv to anyone thinking about buying this and well worth the money.
Hisensee tv
Great looking tv in living rook, easy to set up, all apps on one screen, you can just pick whichever you like. Sound is quite poor if you pick tbe basic one but not a problem to connect to any speakers
Good quality. Just be aware of the measurements for the TVs feet. Your TV stand must be longer than 100cms and wider than 35cm to support the TV securely. I bought a new TV table to match the measurements comfortably.
A good TV but found the VIDAA system very intrusive and made life difficult. I didn’t think the default picture quality was as good as i was expecting. At times a little flat without the depth. I was impressed by the choice of digital TV aerial or satellite connection. NB only one or the other connected at one time. It also supported a 500GB memory stick and also pausing live transmission. It’s a big TV and in fact was too big for us, so had to return it. Returning has to be organised the buyer at your own cost. It was delivered by DPD but discovered TV’s cannot be returned by DPD, even in their original packaging, with insurance! Tried all the usual with the same result, then got advice from local sub post office. No problem for Parcelforce! Money returned within 7 days as promised.
Great value for money
Really impressed with this TV, brought it as a gift for my mom who was using a 10 year old gen one flat screen. Works great and was easy to put on the wall. Very pleased with the value of this tv
With regular format 4k in hdr I have no issues. Dolby Vision is a bit hit and miss. The picture is very clear on all content. I don’t see any motion smoothing implemented which is perfectly fine.
The speakers are better than I expected quite loud and not too tinny. The menu system is very easy and convenient to access. The apps can be a bit laggy but once media is playing, all is good. Can’t comment on live tv because I don’t use that feature. All in all considering how much I paid its a very acceptable telly.
Compare to my old tv this is the best even the kids love it the sound quality is like your sitting in the cinema to watch a movie and it’s so easy to work out plus you can connect your tablet or iPad to it so easily. So am really happy with my purchase
best tv brand
I love the tv and picture is excellent and I would recommend the seller to family and friends and the tv brand is very good and I like all the apps on the tv by Catherine McDonald
I have a samsung entry model in bed room. Wanted to buy a samsung again. But see this more affordable one, so changed my mind. I was worried I might regret before it arrived, because I never purchased Hisense before.
Once I open the box, I am happy with the looks of it, with the thin edge, the front doesn’t look like a entry level TV.
Both picture and sound quality are noticeably better than the Samsung in the bedroom.
Only downside is delay of game, my son complained about delay when he played online game when connected to it. For this price, should not complain about it with delay. For serious gamer may need a better one. For watching TV, Netflix.., won’t regret buying this.
I cannot believe this TV is so good and yet so cheap. Bought it for new house and the picture is superb, the sound is decent and the lack of bevel is unbelievable. I just don’t understand how you make something for such a good price. I love it. I am a big Hisense fan.
Easy to set up and register, connect to wifi, set preferences & such, well packed. Screen is crystal clear, good quality from Hisense. Amazing to watch films, like sitting in the cinema! It’s definitely well worth the money for the quality an ease of setup. 100% recommend. Love! Love! Love! My new TV.
I wanted to buy the 85 inch version, but got messed around by another company. So I saw this and did not realise that it was the same model as I wanted to buy, but twenty inches smaller but also cheaper. My TV is now on the stand and I have given it a quick test. I use Costa Rica 4K on Youtube to test the screen and picture quality is pretty amazing, but not all videos are the same, I tried a music video and that was shot at a lower resolution but a modern video past year and it was not as good as I thought that it might be. As I have mentioned a music video, that leads me onto the sound quality, I would say that you need a sound bar really, to make the TV stand out a lot more. The remote and smart features are pretty standard and you will either love or hate them, if you hate them they you will have something like a Fire Stick etc. As for mounting on a stand or the wall, the VESA holes are covered by a panel, so you have to remove that first. My second Hisense TV now and I am more than happy with both of them. The quality is quite good and the price is fantastic, yes you are not getting top of the line, you would have to pay thousands to get a decent TV, but for less than five hundred pounds, I am more than happy with the 65 inch screen that I brought.
Amazing
This TV is the mutts nuts. I can’t heap enough praise on this item. Performance, picture quality, sound and all the tech is just as good – if not better – as other brands and that cost 3 or 4 times as much. Definitely converted me from Samsung
Love i
Got this tv for my dad as a replacement- it’s great picture quality is good and he is loving the sound as he is slightly deaf – he doesn’t need it as loud which is great so far so good
The picture quality is not fantastic but I guess for the price it’s a bargain. It has alot of extra features and shortbuttons on the controller to get you to certain apps fast. It’s a pretty decent TV and with the size it catches the eyes of visitors.
This is our 3rd Hisense and it wipes the floor with more expensive brands in terms of quality and reliability. Went for the 65” and it’s truly amazing. Run entirely as a smart to via the broadband. Has all usual apps installed. We switched from Samsung to Hisense few years ago. Forget the brand snobbery, incredible value for money in comparison. Highly recommended
The picture and sound are excellent. It’s just the remote is a bit sluggish and the channel it’s on has frozen a few times. I had to switch it off at the mains for a few minutes to get it to work again.
Well my Samsung was outvofcdate with no upgrades available to keep pace with the constant marketplace. So took a risk and got the tv at half the price of a Samsung replacement. So far 3 months on and am glad I took the risk. It was easy to install and setup and biy does it deliver. I am now a converted buyer good bye Overpriced big names and hello to good quality competition. Get in before they go the way of other companies and charge you for the brand not the product. Regard to all.
Very good tv
No issues, picture quality is sharp, maybe the smallest gripe would be the volume isn’t the greatest, its not bad, but not like maybe a Sony … other than that it’s a great TV
This was bought, for my daughters room… Only 4 stars as I had to buy back bolts, for the TV to put it on the wall! Only needed 4, but had to biy a pack of 20! All my other TVs, including from this brand, already had them on the back!
The price was pretty good for the speck & she’s happy with it…

Great tv 55inch fhd and 4k at this price 330 pounds very happy with my purchase tv arrived quickly and undamaged it’s great for gaming and as standard tv. A few drawbacks however as it a bezelless design it it’s very fragile on the sides as to much pressure will crack the glass as I installed myself mounted on a wall it wasn’t easy as you have to handle with extreme care unlike other TV’s which you can just pick up without thinking about it so would recommend at least two people to install on a wall it’s absolutely fine with the stands though also the screen is very reflective which dose get annoying. I wonder if Hisense has a film that you can put over the tv screen to reduce it’s reflectiveness like a phone screen protector just a thought hense the 4 out of 5 stars another slight annoyence the viddia app is useless as you need to connect via lan will not accept WiFi note the tv can connect to WiFi for streaming ect but to connect to the app you need lan very confusing.
Quality
Quality television with great features . Easy to fix as well
Decent price
Great tv for the price only downfall the voice control stopped working after 3 days .
Very Good quality
Looks great in our shop window. Price was great and picture quality is amazing
Amazing
For the price is has amazing Sound, Picture and all round fantastic. Love i
Wonderful
My first TV I ever bought and for the price it’s amazing. It’s a great TV and I love that it has an app that you can control the whole TV it’s very convenient. I’ll definitely be buying another one in the larger size. Great TV and the sound is amazing
Amazing TV
Needed a new TV, was pretty apprehensive at the price but really impressed, very lightweight, excellent picture quality, sound quality pretty good as well, lots of features. 2 year Hisense guarantee. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend this TV, hopefully it stays the course and lasts a fair few years, A+++ 330 no braine
Absolutely blown away with the picture and sound quality. Tbh for the money I was expecting it to be a bit sub standard.. it has massively delivered. Anyone else sceptical about buying a Hisense really shouldn’t be! Really happy with it. Oh and 85 inch is massive
Price
The Hisense tvs are very good value. Very reasonably priced. I’ve got 3 and have bought one as a present for a relative. I wouldn’t buy any other models now.
Its good value compared to the other tvs that are more expensive and really glad with the crisp picture quality
Takes a bit of working out, works fine with alexa, one downfall dose not support discovery plus but I plugged my fire stick in and was amazed to find that my tv is now a fire tv and the hisense remote controls the fire tv this is cool, I had no problems setting it up, and my mum has now got two tvs the same, one 65 inch and one 50 inch so happy all round
Thumbs up to Amazo
We are happy with the size of the TV ,our baby was in jovial mood upon watching picture quality whilst watching his ryhmes and we are happy as well as the sound system
Remote seems slow
Great value!
There’s nothing wrong with remote just seconds slow…just stands out to me.
Got this to replace my 43inch Toshiba.
Better picture quality, blacks are black with no funny blurring.
Sound is good as well.
Lots of apps and easy to select Amazon, Netflix etc.
You can even plug in a satellite dish, though tuning takes ages and you get multiplied channels (8 versions of itv), the schedule view is lousy as well.
Cons are: manual is onscreen. The booklet that comes with it basically says turn on and follow onscreen guide. Trial and error got it going quite well.
TV guide and choosing to view, record or timeshift is not very intuitive.
Watching at an angle is not so good, washes out colour.
4 stars for the tv, minus 0 stars for the delivery organisation, that was very very irritating to be honest. went for the 58 instead of the 55 just for the small bit of difference. Size is suitable if using in a room where view space isn’t to far. Sound is ok not as bad as reviews say but There is a slight feed back with sound at times but nothing major. set up was fine and connected to my Alexa quite easily although not necessary as the remote has voice control functions. As a gadget person I would definitely recommend this tv, I have a well known brand screen in another room and quality is very similar apart from the sound thing. Also handle with care Front screen feels like wate
Good picture quality, tou need to play with the setting to switch off auto dimming and stuff but once you configure it to your need it’s quite good.
A couple of criticisms. Basic remote and no setting preset programming. You cant just click one button on remote to change settings, you need to do this manually each time. Playing videos from USB can be a bit buggy (although useable) when you play videos via USB they sometimes say it doesn’t recognise the file and you have to reset to factory settings to make it work again.
Theres no way to forget connection info without restoring to factory settings.
Power consumption is high. It’s an F rating in UK.
Appart from these litte snags it’s quite a good TV. Some people are complaining about the sound but sound is suitable it you live on a semi with next door neighbor’s.
The refresh rate is good for gaming. The colours are vivid.
For the price tag, this is a steal.
Update: the TV hangs a lot. Had it less than a month and it keeps freezing sporadically for a few minutes befor working fine agai
