Really pleased with this purchase. It was a bit fiddly to put together but in all fairness I am impatient with these things so it was late and I was rushing.

The arms are very secure and hold the screen and the laptop tray perfectly in place where I have set them. I also like that there is the option to swap out the laptop tray for a second screen, which I think I will do very soon. All the necessary parts are included for me to do that straight away, which is great!

Also worth noting that I have attached the Samsung 27-inch curved monitor and had no issues connecting it to the arm and it works like a dream to tilt, lift, manoeuvre as needed.

I would highly recommend this piece of equipment to anyone looking to save desk space and get their screens positioned at a comfortable, ergonomic height.

Second item purchased, no issues, easy to build and easy to set up. Comes with spanners and all the parts.

Not the finest of engineering examples as it’s a wee bit wonky. It’s not unstable at all, however and once it’s all setup and in place you appreciate that you made the right choice to get your laptop off the desk space and in the air next to the other screen.
It’s all absolutely great if you’re not constantly moving it about.
Obviously, separate keyboard and mouse required too.

Bought this to attach to my bedside table. I only really needed one arm for my laptop, so I’ve used the other for my ipad.
It is much sturdier than I thought it would be and so very well built.
It would be great if there were accessories that could be attached to the main pole for phone, glasses and remote control – then it would be the perfect bedside one stop shop.

    – Took a little while to assemble and get everything just right
    – Great for helping clear your desk and have a more minimal feel
    – Wish it was taller so that my screens were central to eye level (as they should be)
    – It’s great for the money, I’m pleased with it, but I will be investing in a taller one or looking for an extension piece (if possible)

Good product & very sturdy. It was easy to assemble. My only issue is that the height is a bit limited. Its ok but Ive ended up with it right at the top of the bracket. It would also be better if it allowed you to have your monitors side by side rather than one up & one down.

Well packaged item, easy instructions to read and overall easy to set up and fit on the desk. It makes working from more comfortable especially if you use a second screen. It is well built and very sturdy and very tidy looking. Comes with some cable clips to keep the desk looking cable free. Highly recommend

Impressively well-built and solid piece of kit. Everything is heavy-weight and strong, and nothing about this gives cause for concern. I have a 22-inch monitor and a 18.4 inch laptop on it with no problems. Adjusting the height of each arm requires the use of a (supplied) Allen key to loosen the clamp, and that’s a bit of a pain, but once adjusted the arm stays put. And you might have to squint a bit to read the manual, but that’s about the only criticism I have.

I was a bit hesitant to buy this at first due to how low the price was, however this monitor arm has pleasantly suprised me. It’s sturdy, fairly straight forward to set up, and has vastly increased my desk space. It also makes my desk look super clean and minimal which is perfect for the aesthetic of my office. I would highly recommend this product!

Assembly takes approximately 45 minutes, with great results. Product feels sturdy. Ensure you have a 10 mm spanner as this does not come in the packaging. Can either be used to mount two monitors, and in my case using the laptop tray provided. Displays very adjustable. N.B. post monitor power cables through the desk holes before mounting!

The stand is nice and sturdy with two options for securing to a desk. I used the clamp option rather than the thru-hole option.
The arms are easily adjustable, just make sure to use the included hex tools to loosen or tighten joints as needed.
It’s certainly helped free up some space on my desk, which means I end up with more things on my desk :p
The customer service are also fast and responsive.

Came with 2 mounting setups. I have attached it using the table clamp to an Ikea Trotten desk (though literature recommneds not to attach to plywood or chipboard) and it is workin very well.

Monitor rotate is a bit sticky but that is a minor issue for me

  17. WinifreNull says:

     United Kingdom

Works well, can be hung upside down too. The laptop stand, however, drops a bit and doesn’t fit very level so the stand slants away from the central pole. There should be some way to counter this rotation like with the monitor stand or at least advice. I’ve found that if you tighten the laptop arm to the main pole to the side it will slant but if you tighten it facing forwards it will slant in a way that the laptop stand can mitigate and keep level. It should be mentioned in the instructions as I’ve seen quite a few people in the reviews have this issue.

It’s pretty flexible to move the monitor and laptop to the sides, but I didn’t expect that the monitor would stand so low (17cm from the desk) I have a 27” monitor.

Didn’t want to get the assembly wrong, so instead of my usual ‘get stuck in and ignore the instructions’ I carefully laid everything out as shown in the guide. Really easy to assemble, they provide the Allen keys you need and there is even a specially sized holder for them attached to the main cable tidy. My laptop is curved at the front so I do have the tray at a lower angle than I’d prefer, to be sure it stays on, as the tray support is a little shallow for my laptop. The multi positioning options mean you can have everything exactly where you need it. Sturdy? Well my laptop is a beast of a gaming laptop and my screen is large! I have no doubt of the sturdiness and am 100% comfortable with this product. No bribes were made for this review, total honesty

Had it for nearly a year. Monitor mount is nice and flexible. The laptop mount is slightly less robust especially with my heavy legion 7 monitor as the is some wiggle in the arm which causes the whole thing to tilt. I’ve tried tightening all the screws which makes no difference.

Be a bit cautious if you have a heavy laptop but otherwise fine.

I have a Dell Inspiron 15″ laptop and Dell 24″ monitor. The setup is perfect and easily supports both devices.
I move both devices on a regular basis and all connections and pivot points have stayed firm. The included cable clips do a good job of channelling the cables to both devices so the whole setup looks tidy.

Would have liked it to be a bit longer in reach and have a rotary mounting for the vesa plate. I would like to have a tablet mount to the vesa plate also.

Bought this item as I work from home and have quite a small desk I thought by lifting my laptop and monitor I would have more room so decided I would try this out and it’s great. I wasn’t able to attach the mount to the back of my table due to the way my table was built but I was able to use the lead organising hole for the arm and so far it’s working perfectly. Easy to assemble aswell.

I can recommend this bracket. It holds my monitor and laptop off the table which makes my desk look nice and tidy. I’d recommend having a second person help install it as it can be difficult to tighten the vice grip to the desk whilst holding it upright from the top.

Despite some comments saying it was a little tricky to put together, I went ahead and ordered it. I have not been disappointed at all. I found it quite straight forward to put together and the instructions were very clear with all of the component parts clearly labelled.

It’s really sturdy and is great quality. One thing some might find annoying is that the plate that the laptop sits on doesn’t sit totally flush and means that if you are needing to type on your laptop, it’s wobbly. This could be sorted by inserting something between the plate and the arm. I have a separate keyboard, though, so have not needed to do it.

Overall really happy and would recommend.

The instructions advised the threaded post was 10mm but after drilling a 10mm hole it was very snug, so tight it had to cut its own thread in the wood. So go with a 11-12mm hole if you want to bolt it to a desk.

After sorting the hole for it, the post went on very easily and it comes with all the alen keys you need included. It also has a holder for them that snaps onto the post which keeps them handy for adjusting.

Overall it wasn’t very expensive but it’s more sturdy and customisable that I expected so very pleased with it overall.

Bought this instead of a desk and we’re pleased we did. We have similar things at work but they we’re way more expensive.
Assembly was very easy as it comes with in depth instructions and all of the parts are numbered. We have fit this to a cheap ikea cube which is i believe chip board and about 1 1/2 inch thick using the clamp. The only thing not supplied is a philips screwdriver which you will need a no 2 to screw the laptop tray on to.
The bracket that the tray for the laptop sits on is a little bit wobbly as others have described, this is easily fixed by slotting a bit cardboard in to pack it out or you could press the metal in to make it a tighter fit. We did have to tighten some of the allen bolts aswell as they flopped about. We only have a laptop on it at the minute as the screen will be added later. Overall pleased

    Impressed especially for the price

I was actually after a car laptop mount and was a bit frustrated by the options, availability and expense so I bought this and easily adapted it to fit my vehicle – I did have to buy a slightly longer bolt to fit it to the passenger seat base and being a bit of a perfectionist I did drill a new bolt hole to centre the plate properly. However, it is very sturdy and secure at a fraction of the cost of a ready made version. I do have a bungee (a length of cord would do) attached to the adjustable arm and the seat base just as a precaution to stop the arm swinging if I was to suddenly brake.

Since working from home, I’ve tried a couple of different ways to mount my monitor near my desk. Initially I used a gas-assisted desk mount, which had great reviews but I found it to be clunky and frustrating to use – too many options, joints and settings which I did not really need.

Then I tried mounting my monitor to the wall, which was great and worked perfectly. That was until I decided to go for a height adjustable desk, which meant I could not use a monitor attached to something other than my desk, so I started looking for something else.

I saw quite a few items listed that all claimed to be fantastic, but I was drawn to the HUANUO arm after noticing the laptop stand too. I wanted something that was simple, sturdy and looked the part and the reviews for this seemed to back that up. I was a little cautious given the price, but I took the plunge and I’m glad I did.

Assembly was really simple – it took me longer to manage the sea of cables I have with my setup, but even with that this arm excelled. I have mine clamped to my desk using the C-bracket as I didn’t think my desk would be strong enough to drill through, but if the desk was a proper solid wood desk I definitely would have done this.

With a little trial and error I managed to set my stand so that my monitor is dead centre of my desk, with my laptop to the right – just how I like it. Once set, I tightened the relevant bolts to ensure that there was no sag (I have a 27 inch monitor) and everything has stayed just where I needed it ever since.

The added laptop stand is very convenient – now I can adjust my desk to standing / sitting height without any fuss, plus I have more space on my desk too! The cable management is also fantastic with a number of adjustable clips that you can place where you need – much better than some of the ones that have the cable management “baked in” so you have to try and make it work.

I highly recommend this monitor arm, especially if you have a height adjustable desk (mine is the Idsen desk from IKEA if that helps anybody).

Really very impressed with this. Packaging was great, everything carefully bagged and sorted. The instructions deserve an award: comprehensive, clear, in good English, and even nicely printed.
One slight gripe. It’s been noted in several reviews that the slide-on connection to the arms is a bit loose and wobbly. Other people have said the simply packed it with a card shim. I went one step further and hit it with a hammer.
I put a thin sliver of wood UNDER the bottom edge (optional) protected the top with a scrap of wood and tapped it with the hammer. Only hitting the top!
Now it starts to slide on easily, but gets tighter just before the end.
This honestly took a couple of minutes and I have a very firm connection. It doesn’t change my opinion of the product at all.
My desk is behind my sofa, and I can merrily swing the monitor all the way round and work on the sofa. When i’m done I just shove it back round to my desk – it’s that solid.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect in every way (except one)

I spent a lot of time researching these stands as needed one that would be reliable. They are all quite similar so it comes down to the amount of positive feedback, and how recent that feedback was. I am delighted with this stand. Took me no time at all to assemble and all of the sections were clearly identified, making the instructions easy to follow. It is also versatile, so if I make changes to my set up in the future ( like going from screen and laptop to 2 screens) it will only take a couple of minor adjustments to make this happen. The cable tidying brackets are also ace, so everything looks nice and neat and keeps out of your way.

I am very impressed with this. It was easy to set up and tools are included (but you do need your own screwdriver for the laptop tray). It has thoroughly improved my workspace and allows me to utilize my desk more comfortably and hopefully this will also improve my productivity. The only negative in my opinion (and it’s not a negative with the product) is that I would have preferred to have my monitor a little bit higher up so would have been helpful if the main pole the monitor and laptop tray attaches to would be a 2 or 3 inches longer. Great product in my opinion and very pleased with it.

all came promplty, and pretty easy to set up. I have to say i have noticed one of the srew head had some paint scratched off, so i suspect this is a returned item? like the other reivews the laptop plate is a bit wobbly , sticking a piece of plastic or bit of paper packer helps but not ideal. Mounted a 27″ monitor to one of the arm, need to take a bit of effort to really tighten the screw so the monitor won’t swing down. Overall it is good after a bit of fix it yourself.

Wish I had purchased this years ago….

I can now lift my Laptop screen and monitor to a more suitable viewing position.

At this price point I was so amazed at how sturdy the arms are, there is no wobble in them at all, it puts high end versions i’ve used in various client offices over the years absolutely to shame.

I test fitted the arms using the supplied desk clamp, but I was so impressed and I wanted the Uber clean look i drilled hole in the desk and used the supplied giant bolt and washer.

The kit also included a 2nd VESA plate so it going to be a easy switch if i decide to purchase a 2nd Monitor and put the laptop in a dock.

I use the setup where the clamp goes through a hole in the desk. Product feels really sturdy and as if it would be able to hold a lot of weight, I have no issues putting my laptop and monitor on as I trust it’ll be able to hold them both. Assembly was easy, took me an hour but would’ve been half that if my desk wasn’t so awkward and I didn’t have to drill a hole in it. All the fixing you’ll need are included (and more) and are well labelled so you won’t get confused when assembling. Included Allen keys feel good quality, the spanner they give you is a bit rubbish but I didn’t buy a spanner, I bought a monitor stand so I don’t mind them saving a bit of money on the spanner that you’ll use once and then lose anyway.

This is a really sturdy piece of kit, when set up it is really discrete on my desk. Assembly only took 15 minutes. I love it that there is a holder for the Allen keys, should I need to make adjustments.

Two minor faults. First, the arms do not hold the monitor’s horizontal, they are at a slight angle which is very annoying. Second I am 6′ 2″ and would have preferred the screen to be higher, but at the max height, it is a little low on my eye level. If anyone knows how to fix these faults please do let me know?

I use this for a monitor and a laptop (macbook air). First thing you notice is just how well built this stand is – and then just how many options you have for placement of the arms – they really are flexible. This has been an invaluable addition to my home studio – allowing me to move the laptop easily out of the way when not needed. It was very straightforward to put together and clamp to the desk. I particularly liked the cable clips as a nice touch – keeping everything neat. I find buying things like this online a bit hit and miss – you often have no idea of the quality until it arrives – but no such worries here, I really do recommend this product.

Installation was nice and easy, but I had to alter the installation due to the desk that I have, which I knew already.
Overall the quality is as I have stated, you get what you pay for. The central arm could do with being an additional 6inches taller and the powder coating a touch stronger as it easily chips.
Having said that once all the adjustments are made the unit is what I have expected.
Overall happy with my purchase and would recommend it for the home office.

The whole thing seems really sturdy and supports my laptop and monitor no problem.
My only feedback/suggestion would be to provide some washers for the monitor thumb screws. It comes with spacers for the long screws but unfortunately they’re no good for my lenovo monitor. The short thumb screws are good but are still a couple of mm too long so the plate doesn’t fasten tight to the monitor without a few washers per screw.
Otherwise I’m very happy with this.

Solid stand. Good quality product. Good size and nice range of movements. Looks good with a 21″ monitor and 15″ laptop. This allowed me to position my laptop floating partly outside of the desk, saving a significant amount of space!

I was wary about negative reviews but my stand arrived well packaged and without a scratch, no defects to report. There’s indeed a slight wobble in the laptop tray once assembled due to the design but nothing a bit of jammed paper cant fix, little hidden compromise for such a bargain price, you’d be a fool to let that put you off! The laptop tray is level, providing you adjust it properly, don’t be dumb chaps it is fully customisable!

Overall it’s well built and has a good finish. Plenty of accessories/options and all the essential tools needed to get set-up out of the box. It could have done with some additional rubber foam for the clamp base but that’s easy enough to sort out.
It’s a little bit fiddly to get it set how you want, but not really hard and that’s quite common with any of these stands. For the price it’s fantastic though and certainly does the job.
I’m even considering buying a second single arm version in order to convert to a DSLR desk mount for enhanced video streaming work.

Everything needed to install onto desk included in box, including Allen keys and spanner etc and all screws and fittings are lettered according to instructions. The fixings for laptop and monitor support both 75 and 100 vesa fittings and there are some grommets for curved monitors. Also includes some useful cable tidy clips to hide your wires.
Had it fitted in about 20mins, most of which was shifting my existing setup around. Only issue I had with installation was the C clamp and gap between the clamp itself and back plate wasn’t wide enough for my desk frame. Easily over come with a spare but of wood as you can see in the picture and had no effect on sturdiness.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersI’m working temporarily on a garden table while tidying up, so I needed a quick solution to setting up my workstation. A lot of research later (considering functionality, durability and price), I settled for the Huanuo model. After the initial frustrations of setting up the clamp OR grommet (I tried both, but you need to choose one), the set up was very easy. The floating monitor and laptop free up valuable real estate on my small desk, allowing me to position my keyboard and Wacom pen pad more freely. Both arms are sturdy and the swivel on the laptop arm feels smooth and secure. All in all, these tweaks will contribute to my ergonomic well-being, so this was money well spent. Some tips if you’re considering purchasing this:
    1. Work with someone (you need to lift the monitor onto the plate and it can be a bit fiddly).
    2. Determine early on where you want the monitor/laptop (left/right; top/bottom), and avoid the temptation of tightening bolts until you’re sure.
    3. Take into consideration walls/furniture and how you access your workstation (especially if, like me, you have a 27″ monitor and limited space).
    4. There’s an option to have two monitors, so more flexibility.

Golden Review Award: 28 From Our UsersAfter trawling through all the reviews for laptop desk stands: I bought this one from the positive reviews and the 10kg weight spec on the arms – my laptop is only 2.5kg (15.6″), but I wanted some thing really sturdy so I could also type on it while on the stand … and this clamp does not disappoint! It’s really, *really* sturdy!

I’ve tightened main clamp on the desk and the arm clamp to the pole quite high, but left the links on the arms and tray as their default, and everything is rock solid. It’s super easy to assemble and install, and I’ve used it to type on daily. I’m a game developer so being able to use the laptop, not just hook up a separate keyboard to it, is important to me – performance is my priority – and I love this laptop tray/clamp.

I’m not using another monitor on it (see pictures), so I intend to use the spare space on the pole for a headset holder, and either a game controller holder or a VR headset holder. All in all: fantastic stuff.
