Top - Endlich Arbeitstier-Headset wie ich es will
    Genau Richtig!

Nett gelst.

Mic works great at removing the noise
I work in a busy office and needed to be heard by the people on the other end of a Teams call. This does the trick. Single ear piece does not cut out the noise from the room but that works for me. I was so impressed I bought the Stereo headset shortly after the mono set. The mic is just as good but i would have hoped that the stereo headset would have cut more noise than it did. When things get laud in the room it can sometime be hard to hear what people are saying, however those on the call can hear me perfectly. Five stars might be too high for the stereo but the mono is not expected to cut out the background noise.

    Top produc
Quite brilliant. It looks great. It communicates with desktop and laptop with minimal input from you. Even when you click on the little speaker icon on your Windows screen the PC overrides the controls on the arm of the headphones and you can easily alter the volume that way. The sound is superb. Lots of forthcoming Zoom meetings lined up for me.The headphone set is now my default for both sound and microphone on Zoom. The webcam which I have is still in use. The lack of good microphone audio within the webcam now can be forgotten – AND others in the Zoom meetings will be able to hear me. Delighted on all counts.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersMost fancy features only work with a few apps
Materially this feels pretty nice. The cable is shortish, so you can’t go wandering around your office with these on – but on the other hand you don’t get tangled up in masses of cable. I may have a fat head, because on maximum extension these only just fit me. It comes with a little thin soft foam bag, which keeps it from getting knocked around in your laptop bag.

The fancy features like lifting/lowering the mic to mute/unmute, and all the LEDs, only work in very specific apps even if you install the Jabra Direct software. In Google Meets those features definitely don’t work (Jabra support say that Google needs to support “RCC”) and instead it acts like a dumb headset and you have to click the on-screen mute button like an animal. In Zoom the fancy features work.

It also works fine for playing music.

Sound Quality is really good, Comfort not so much
After being recommended this headset whilst working from home, I ordered these. The audio quality is great and works well for MS Teams calls. Comfort is nice but for people with slightly larger heads like mine, the earpieces start to dig into my head during longer calls and i feel like i need to readjust it to get a comfortable area. The comfort of these are far better than the previous generation of this headset where there was no comfort on the headband section. I will keep using these though as can get used to where i need to put the earpieces.

    Good product with minor issues
Good quality product that works well on Windows 10. Sound quality is very good. Integration with MS Teams is good and useful.

Some negatives that prevent 5 stars:
    1) the mic is a bit flimsy and perhaps a bit closer to my face than I’d like.
    2) Cable is too short really.
    3) personally I’d prefer a mute button on the cable rather than on the headset.

Sound clarity is excellent working on Skype
I use these headphones daily for at least 4 hours per day on conf calls via Skype, The sound is quality is excellent although after this amount of time you do get a slight ache in the ears due to the band over your head but this is only when using them for the amount of time I have listed. I would recommend these to anybody that is required to be on calls for long periods of time and put clarity (including speech) over the ability to walk around (i.e. a bluetooth set)

Great headset - shame about the cable
Overall I am pleased with the Jabra Evolve 2 – USB C version. I had been using the original Jabra Evolve headset in my previous job and bought this for my new role. Sound quality and overall build seems good. However the cable is very stiff and conducts sound to the headset when knocked against something such as my desk. The older model had a much more flexible cable. Its probably better to buy the wireless version. It looses a star because of the cable.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThese headphones solved my sound problem
The sound level of my voice on my Dell laptop would suddenly drop when I was in a Zoom conference and my voice could not be heard. These headphones fixed this problem. Initially I had problems getting the headphones to work on both Zoom and Teams, but the Jabra support person was exceptionally helpful and the headphones now work very well on both Zoom and Teams. Great for the daily teams meeting. 🎧
Back working at home and because I work in finance we have a lot of things going on which means daily Microsoft Teams meetings, I was using my sons gaming headset as the headset work provided was rubbish.

So I have now got my own quality headset, by the well know brand “Jabra” the retail price is quite expensive but you do get what you pay for and this is certainly a really good headset.

It’s very clear to hear people, no interference (noise cancelling), people have said they can hear me very clear on the mic and they certainly make the daily teams meeting so much better.

Great controls, very comfortable, stylish, volume levels are fantastic and very easy to adjust while wearing them.

I love the fact you can mute the mic by lifting it up (only realised this while in a middle of a presentation) everything can be controlled by the headset itself.

I also love the USB fitting and the carry pouch which is included.

    Good produc
I’ve been using these for a few weeks now for conference calls. They are good and a big improvement on a cheaper pair I had been using. They seem to work fine with Skype, WebEx and MS Teams. The only negative is that the cable length is a bit short so I have to use a USB extension cable.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersGreat noise cancellation, perfect for work
During current times I seem to constantly be on Skype calls so this headset has come at a super convenient time. I’ve never had a really effective noise cancelling headset so wanted to give these headphones a try, and I’ve used Jabra before and trust the brand.

    Pros:
    – Super comfy, foam ear pieces
    – Easily extendable around head with a smooth non-click mechanism
    – Busy light (press volume up and volume down together)
    – Excellent sound quality with fairly good noise cancelling
    – Clear mic quality with amazing background noise cancellation
    – Good length of wire
    – Mic is super usable and mutes if you have it up away from your face
    – Really cool L and R design on the inside of earphones

    Cons:
    – The LED on the USB which is supposed to say if the headset is muted doesn’t work for me, not sure if it’s because I’m using Linux to not but my computer doesn’t recognise the mic being muted (but it does actually mute)
    – No smart Microsoft integration on Linux

    — As headphones… —
The audio quality on these is amazing. They’re nice and bassy, and can go extremely loud without distorting. I haven’t had such an immersive experience for ages with a pair of headphones, listening to music with them is a joy.

There is a good amount of noise cancellation, the foam ear pieces alongside the active noise cancelling when the headphones are connected are quite effective but not as good as in-ear headphones or ones that have a lip around the ear – if you’re on a call, people’s voices are clear and crisp but you can still hear your surroundings (not badly, but you can), whereas if you turn the volume up when listening to music it’s pretty hard to hear anything around you.

    — As a microphone… —
The microphone is really impressive. To hear what everybody else is hearing I tested it on Skype sound service, got my partner to put loud music on in the background and my dog was barking. The mic does an amazing job at cancelling out background noise. Considering all those noises were in the same room, you could literally only hear them as a background, quiet discernable muffled noise and my voice was crystal clear. Insanely good as a headset!

Also, the fact you can move the mic up and down to mute it is fantastic, although like I say for me it doesn’t actually show as muted on my computer (might be because I’m on Linux or whether that’s just how it works I’m not sure) but it does actually mute your voice which is what matters.

    — Design & comfort… —
Design and comfort-wise, these are the comfiest over-head headphones I own. I love how you can move the mouth piece and make them like standard headphones, or use it as a headset when needed. They also feel durable and all moving parts feel sturdy and like they won’t snap, and the little padded case is handy.

There are various LED indicators including a busy light, and some hard buttons to interact with calls and music which work well and aren’t confusing like some brands that try too hard. You can also turn voice assist on and off so you are aware of what you just did (ie the Jabra woman says “busy” if you turn on busy mode for example).

They are really comfortable on my ears and I have a daith piercing, the foam isn’t too firm or soft and the ear pieces are the perfect size for my ears personally. The headband has a rubbery padded material which shapes your head nicely, although it’s worth noting these headphones don’t bend like some do for storage.

Overall, I’d really recommend these for work mainly, because they are excellent for music so you can indulge in some amazing audio quality for your favourite tunes, and literally when you get a call you can just flip the mouthpiece down, answer it with the big button on the side and you get the huge benefits of noise cancellation. Really impressed, perfect for busy remote workers that need this sort of flexibility and quality.

Excellent call quality, not the best fi
This Jabra headset is a very good performer, the sound quality is very good, the microphones are excellent, the fit and finish is very good, the only weak point, in my opinion, is how the headset is secured to the head.

First of all, the driver is very good, it is well balanced for the whole range since the headset only has one driver. The bass is pretty decent, it is noticeable without being too harsh or overpowering, the midrange is excellent, very crisp and clear given this headset is intended for call centres, the call quality is excellent as it should be, the highs aren’t as noticeable but again this headset is intended for calls.
Secondly, the included three microphones are good at cancelling some of the noise from the background, so the person you are calling can understand you more easily. Overall, people I spoke to, said that they heard me loud and clear.

When it comes to the design, it is minimalistic, functional and practical, the headset is easy to fold and store away, the microphone can be lifted upright out of the way, which also works as a mute, so convenient! If the microphone is too close or too far away from the face it can only be adjusted by adjusting the earcup which is not the most practical way and it would be nicer if they added another degree of adjustment just for the microphone.
The single button in the middle of the right earcup is practical to reach to pick up/hang up the call, however, the rest of the buttons are rather close one to other and could be easily misclicked. The buttons are not mushy and have a very satisfying click to let you know that you clicked them.
The earcups are very soft to touch, akin to the plush toy, they easily mould to the shape of your ear lobe and are very comfortable but only if you adjust them correctly. If they are sitting at some angle they can become uncomfortable, so it is important to adjust the earcups correctly. The only thing I dislike about them is the fact how slippery the outer material is, depending on how you place them over the ear the whole headset can start slipping from the head if you are looking down which is quite annoying. I remarked that the earcup has to somehow clasp around the back of the ear lobe in order to be better secured in place.
I love the headband, it is perfectly tuned, I cannot feel it at all, some of the blame for the slipping off the head can be attributed to the headband strength, however, it is much better they went this route than making the headband too strong which would cause serious discomfort over prolonged wear. The headband has the same soft memory foam material as the earcups, which makes it unnoticeable, on most cheaper headsets I would feel the pressure on the top of my head which would sometimes change to discomfort.

The features provided with this headset are targeted towards the call quality and ease of use of this device. The device has three red LEDs to make it noticeable to others that you are in the middle of the call so they know they shouldn’t disturb you. The lights can be a little distracting but thankfully they can be turned off. However, I would have liked if it worked over a range of applications, sadly the applications do not support Unified-Communications technology so this feature only works with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype for Business. The headset has noise-isolation which works fine, it is not very good, but I find it to be enough, the earcups are not over-the-ear to provide the same level of noise-isolation. Sadly this headset does not have active noise cancelling, given it is intended for call centres that would be a very useful feature.

Overall, I like this headset, it is excellent for communication and is very good for listening to music, the noise isolation could have been better, and the earcups could have been less slippery but other than that this is a very good headset and I can see how it would be a good investment for call centres, however, most of them are not interested in a pricey product like this and are more interested in return on investment (ROI).

    Comfortable and sound grea
I’ve been working at home for months now using a different brand set supplied from work but these are so much better in every way.
Packaging is nice and functional without being excessive or wasteful. I would have liked some sort of included quickstart guide but the manual for this can easily be found online.
The phones are very nicely made and I find the soft padded earpieces very comfortable to wear.
Volume is good and the sound is very clear.
I like the busylight feature though this is obviously redundant when working from home.

The built in volume and play/pause and disconnect buttons are all very useful too.

I would have liked to have had a split cable with the option of USB or USC-C and a small remote on the cable might have been handy but these are minor quibbles.

The only slight niggle is that the microphone arm sits very close to the face which takes some getting used to. On the other hand it seems to work fine like this so no big deal really.

Overall I think these are excellent value and you get a very high quality item for your money.

    Great headphones
I am not a tech expert but I do like these headphones. I wear them to listen to audiobooks or videos on my laptop while my husband is watching sport on TV.

I don’t disturb him as there is no sound escaping from my headphones and the noise-cancelling shuts out any TV sound for me.

They are really comfortable on my ears and don’t press onto my glasses arms behind my ears at all which soe headphones do.

I have the volume on the lowest level and hear it beautifully with no outside noise disturbance.

The headphones are wired so have to be plugged into the device and that has to have a USB connection so there are no use for my iPhone but I have wireless ones for that so I can go walking with that and still listen to my audiobook.

The fact that these are wired headphones means they never need a battery or charging so are ready to go at all times once plugged into my laptop.

They come with a nice soft fabric kind of bag to keep they safe and dirt free when not in use.

Typical Jabra high quality - modern-looking and very effective
There are different experiences with these headphones looking at the reviews. I’ve been using these for Skype and for Dragon dictation (speech to text). I already own a pair of Jabra headphones so I’m used to their high quality – these are no different. I can’t fault them, frankly. I have quite a large head and these are perfectly comfy. In terms of noise isolation, they work well enough, and the quality of the microphone and speakers is as good as any I’ve used – typically “Jabra”. I’ve come to find that this is a brand to be fully trusted, myself.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSuperb headset for video calls and music.
This is one hell of a headset. The design is excellent with controls in the right place and lots of call-centre features built in.
I’ve used it for several Microsoft Teams and Zoom sessions and everyone I’ve talked to has remarked on the very good speech quality from my end. You can mute the mic just by raising it which is handy, and volume levels can be adjusted on the headset without touching your computer. If you’re connected to an office digital call system then calls can be answered/muted/ended with simple buttons on board.
I normally prefer in-ear buds for my music because my ears get too hot. But the earpads on this set are very comfortable, light and non-sweaty. The headband adjusts easily and in a way that expands to fit my head without pressure.
The quality of music reproduction is very good, with plenty of bass and an open, clear feel. I tried out various genres of pop, rock, electronic, country, dance and classical and I cannot say that any sounded less than engaging.
For the price this headset delivers 5-star design features, comfort and usability. I recommend it strongly.
