Bought this pump over four years ago to power three first floor showers, used daily, hasn’t missed a beat.
I like the self priming and I use this to fill all the water troughs on my land for my Pigs it works very well
We are using it to pump rain water from storage tanks to outside tap.
Works very well
pumping rain water to provide pressurised water to our power washers
I have the pump 1 month, using it everyday. Takes about 2 minutes to prime from completely empty with 3m intake hose. Good pressure to run a 50 meter garden hose. Takes 5 seconds to auto shut off after hose nozzle is shut off. Pump is top heavy, needs securing and is not very portable because of this. Intake and outlet are 1″BSP. Well packaged in box. English Instructions are poorly translated from Chinese. Power cable is very light gauge.
Great item just what is needed for domestic or commercial use
Highly recommend
Great price
Good bit of kit thanks ,company not very good ,they delivered a block and tackle first ,then delivered the pump a week later ,the lady who i was doing the job for had no water for a week
I have been using this for about 6 weeks to run two different heaters for a spa. It works great. Auto stop works great with a wifi temp sensor, just need to adjust the little screw (inside the plastic cap next to the black expansion vessel) to get correct pressure setting for the auto cut off to work properly with the gas heater which needs water pressure to operate. It easyily moves 7 litre of water every minute 2.5m away with a 1.8m head though 15mm pex pipe with elbows ( not through gas heater as it it restricted). The only thing I would say thats not great is the noise level. I have it running in a summer house where the spa is and the noise is around 75db at 1 meter so be mindful when purchasing and installing. For those who have a layzee spa it,s on a par with the air blower which is about 80 db. Other than that it works well
I had a Dab Esybox fitted to my borehole domestic water system, and after 4 years of use it started to cut out, the fault being the pressure sensor. I tried to purchase a spare sensor but could not locate one. If you can purchase one I believe they cost around 70, and a new pump is around 700 to replace.
So I took the plunge and bought a Katsu 370w water booster pump for 93.49 to replace my old one.
I fitted it to 25mm bore pipes, primed it and powered it up and to my delight it worked perfectly with good house water pressure. After a few seconds it automatically shut down until I turned the tap on and it then gave a good pressure of water to the upstairs bathroom. It is absolutely brilliant at a very good price. I would definitely recommend it.
Over 2 years of constant use this item hasn’t caused us any major problems. Its lifted our stream water since June 2018 everyday. We’ve had maybe two occasions where I’ve had to strip it down for cleaning especially when the weather has been awful and its picked up extra grit. It self primes no problem is quiet and uses very little electricity. The flow rate is fantastic for the amount of wattage used. About to purchase a second one, I’d highly recommend it! It’s running along side another pump which cost over 600 and I’m not entirely sure it was worth it! Yes the cable is incredibly short and not much use so make sure you factor that in.
Just a couple of things/questions that some of you might be able to help me with. Overall the pump works brilliantly, however, when the tap is in the off position and the pump has stopped you can see the pressure dropping and after a couple of minutes the pump starts again to bring the pressure back up – there are no leaks and the tap is definitely closed properly- does anyone know how to fix this (or is it a fault). Also when the pump has been running for a few minutes it stops momentarily and then starts again – this happens even with a full header tank of over 600 litres – again if anyone could help that would be perfect (or again is this a fault) – S
Cable not very long ,but fitted waterproof cable gland all good works like a dream
using to boost hot water in gravity fed system shower now has great pressure
Arrived next day. A bit more noisy than anticipated but was a great back up soloution.
Great little pump with enough power to supply two toilets and washing machine , fairly quiet
WARNING, Definitely not 150watt
Mine draws 330 watt! Not an issue for my application , may be due to translation, instructions are funny
Looks like a really good pump with some great features. However, you must note that the inlet and outlet are 32mm openings. You will not be able to use the as a domestic whole house water pump. Return accepted by seller. They will hopefully add the dimensions to the product description.
Great product, well worth the money so far. A few people have mentioned that the cable is very short but on ours it was 1m in length, perfect amount.
We have the 600w version and is very powerful.
Very pleased.
Cracking little pump for the price! I use it for rainwater harvesting from my water butts to power my washing machines and a garden tap. Not noisey either and literally just plug (once fitted with one) and play
I collect rain water and use the pump to allow me to use it to wash the car, connect pressure washer for slabs etc. When washing car i run a 30 meter hose out and there is more than enough pressure that is very similar to mains pressure. Very happy and great robust product. Hopefully many years of use.
Got this pump to replace a much larger and more expensive pump (450) that had been damaged by frost.
Very pleased with this little gem. Water is pumping over a distance of 4 acres to supply water to water troughs. Yes the power cable is short and you do need to put a plug onto it, but otherwise all good.
These pumps are around a third the price of the big names, the pump is larger in size to others so check space, not as noisy as expected for the size.
Unfortunately the instructions are in Chinglish so I haven’t managed to input pressure set points for switching on/off yet, but otherwise its a bargain. Pressure is good, up to 3 bar, capable of probably 2 metres suction lift also but flow is low, but certainly enough to run one tap off.
Great pump for the price, non return, automatic, does the job. A little noisy and you can’t alter the pressure setting but otherwise highly recommended.
Great compact well built little pump. Use it to supply rain water to my washing machine and not too noisy. Instructions poorly translated but with the help of pictures I figured it out. They state initially before starting the pump to rotate the motor by hand using a screwdriver. I would recommend this as my pump was initially very stiff but after a few turns loosened up.
Early days, but once you get this little pump going it’s a beast for the price. The way I’ve set mine up it draws from about 1.5 to 2 meters below the pump and gives out a pretty impressive flow at the outlet about a meter above the pump. Auto shuts off after the tap is closed.
Only criticism would be the lead is short at around 50mm (that’s not a typo only 5cm) from the machine, but it’s super cheap for what you get. Connected it up to a RCBO inline.
Also seller dispatched next day and was delivered by DPD with an hour delivery window texted in advance. Tops!
Very good value for money. I bought this to remedy a waterlogged lawn which was caused by poor drainage at my house. I dug a sump in one corner, installed some water level switches and covered the excavation with a concrete slab. I ran a pipe from the sump to the pump which is in my garage and ran the outlet into a surface water drain. I control the pump with a few CMOS devices and a triac and so far all is good. After a few week, even after really heavy rain, the problem has been remedied.
Very good product only criticism I have Like a few other people have said the lead from pump should be longer but don’t let that put you off. Great price easy to fi
