My granddaughter was so excited for her new Barbie house but the directions were very difficult to follow. There are molly's that fit in the holes before the screws go in and if you put the walls or floors in the wrong way, they are very difficult to remove. When you pull the mollys out with pliers they often pull off a piece of the wall with them and sometimes break in half. Make sure the walls and floors match up (tile to tile) before fitting them together or you're in for a battle getting them apart again. The screws are not the highest quality so make sure to soap them up with bar soap before screwing them in and only go as far as the edge to keep from stripping them out. Good luck!

The only problem I thought could have been better was the bed that came with it was very large compared to the other furniture. It took up the entire room! But in my opinion Barbie dolls wouldn’t fit best after seeing house put together because the bed & Barbie size dolls seem like a bigger scale than the house & rest of the furniture is. Maybe Skipper ( Barbie’s little sister) would be a better size. Otherwise I thought it was worth the price ( I bought it at about 2/3 of the price because it had been a returned purchase where it hadn’t even been opened) so overall I felt it was a well worth the price. I may have been more disappointed had I paid full price .

This dollhouse is the perfect size for smaller rooms. It took me about 3 hours to put together by myself. It was easy to assemble except one plastic piece was bend so I had to bend it aggressively with a screwdriver to fit it into the hole. Other than that it was worth the price and my daughter loves this !

Enorme e bellissima!
Bench avessi letto le misure, solo dopo montata ci si accorge della grandezza! Acquistata per 140 euro, vale assolutamente la pena.
Tempi di montaggio circa un’ora e mezza, si pu benissimo montare da soli.
Completa anche di accessori, il letto un surplus veramente carino.
Sembra abbastanza robusta ma va sicuramente tenuta in uno spazio dedicato per evitare che si rompa qualcosa. Ha delle parti delicate.
Non do le 5 stelle solo perch aveva alcune parti leggermente difettose e la scala non si pu fissare. Adatta alle Barbie classiche.
Every parts fit very well all together. We have to rely on the orientation of the wallpaper stuck on the walls to correctly assemble the pieces all together, however because there is no indication abou it on the assembly plan this caused us to waste a lot of time.

Almost finished putting it together by myself. I do have to wait for my husband to help with the roof because one hole may have an issue with the little insert in the panel that guides the screw. It’s very sturdy and just adorable. I’m sure my grand daughter is going to be thrilled!

My husband and I bought this for our 3 year old for her birthday. We just put it together and haven’t seen how it holds up yet during play, but I have high hopes and rated this product based off of initial impressions!
Overall, this seems like a fantastic dollhouse for the price we paid! We looked at so many dollhouses available on Amazon in this price range that seemed so flimsy and cheap. We also realized that the pictures frequently make the houses appear much bigger than they actually are. This dollhouse is ACTUALLY 4ft tall! It’s absolutely huge and we were so happy about that. The furniture/accessories that come with the house are so adorable and are made of high-quality thick wood (BETTER than what was featured in the pictures), which was really impressive! All of the details make this house just adorable.
The only things I have to “constructively” criticize:
– The white plastic stairs that go on the first floor do not click into place. They are flimsy and will fall down easily. I plan to super glue our stairs onto the house.
– Though the structure of the house and the balconies/railings are thankfully made with good quality wood that is sturdy, I am a little nervous about the quality of the particle board that gets popped into the back of the house (these are the background pictures of the different rooms in the house). Time will tell how long these things will hold up!
Overall, if you’re looking for a great dollhouse that doesn’t break the bank ($75-$125 range), I’d definitely recommend this one!! So far we are very happy with the purchase!

This is a great dollhouse, easy to assemble with great instructions. Came with furniture for each room and almost all in wood, only a couple plastic parts. Quite durable and sturdy product, just be sure its attached to the wall with the strap provided, not very heavy but keep the little ones safe.
Forget the plastic Barbie houses, this dollhouse is legit! It is sturdy, comes well equipped with its own furniture, and is large enough for Barbie, the 11″ Disney Dolls, and any other 11-12″ dolls. The furniture that comes with it is nothing like the photos! I expected it to be this cheap, fall-apart cardboard stuff; but it is in fact already constructed, wood furniture that is super sturdy! The dollhouse is not hard to put together, but it does take time to do so plan about 2 hours. I’m so happy I bought this instead of the cheap plastic Mattel Barbie house!
Very cute house. Took me a while to put it together because the instructions just showed pictures instead of word instructions. I received the living room table, but the top of the table was missing. Everything else was good. Daughter loves the house.

First of all it’s adorable but I also had issues with it being damaged. The floors were warped. Amazon sent a new house and I returned the other one. My point is don’t wait to the last minute to put together. I didn’t because I read other reviews with issues. I wanted to put it together to take to my granddaughters house.
Directions were a bit confusing at first. I think the hardest part was figuring out which was the first two pieces to put together! Everything is clearly marked. I just pulled up the color picture of what I ordered and used that to follow along. Don’t tighten the level you’re working on until everything Is lined up.
I put it together by myself. A drill driver will make it go after if you have one and a stubby screw driver helps.
Big hit with my 4 year old!
It took me around 30 mins to build it. The extra accessories pieces that it comes with it are well build. Overall is and okay product is pretty big. My daughter is 3yrs old n is almost twice her height and she loved it.

Bellissima casa delle bambole
Molto bella e accessoriata, arrivata in tempo e senza difetti. Per il montaggio occorre circa un’oretta. Le foto rispecchiano le dimensioni e la buona qualit del prodotto. L’ho regalata a mia nipote di 5 anni ed stata contentissima, adatta anche a Barbie di dimensioni normali, inoltre, volendo, pu essere fissata al muro. Consigliata, il prezzo vale il prodotto.

for the price i couldnt go wrong. i ordered 3. however, one box i opened had a slight mold issue. customer service was great. they replaced it. however, when opening the “new” box, it was apparent after taking out the parts that this was a returned item from someone else that they sent me. i needed it quickly at that point for a gift so i just kept it.
once it was put together it was beautiful. still….it was a “used” item no doubt.

We only had a manual one and a drill that stripped a screw leaving a lose panel. But overall the quality is excellent and easy to put together…with the app!! Then the top portion wasn't square so the screw holes didn't line up-- utilized my husband's man strength and we were able to line it up enough to put it together. If I had tried assembly before Christmas Eve I would notice the flaws sooner, ah well. My little lady loves it!

This is an adorable, huge dollhouse and I love it! Bought it for my grandkids who are at this time much too small to enjoy it. This piece of furniture will last for years! If you’re thinking about purchasing this for your littles, notice in the pictures posted that toddlers can’t even see the top level. I may or may not have bought this for me.. I downloaded the app which provided 3D pictures to assemble. I highly recommend assembling with it, if I didn’t have it, I think that I would’ve been lost. All in all this is a great set with cute furniture! I’m still looking for a family to live in the home.. Thinking about the Calico Critters as a different family could be in each room but not sure if they’re big enough. (Update American Girls mini was a good size and I went with them). Last word is that the circular shape thing is a cake. I looked high and low trying to figure out where it belonged, until I noticed a picture of it in the reviews sitting on the table. Thank you for a beautiful piece our family will enjoy it for years!
Great dollhouse-Terrible instructions!
Good news: this dollhouse is fantastic! It’s sturdy, the furniture and back ground room and furnishings adorable (it comes with a beachfront view), and my 4 year old daughter was overjoyed to receive it as a Christmas gift! This house will provide her with years of imaginative and dramatic play!
Bad news: the instructions are terrible! We had to set it up and take it apart several times to figure out which room goes where because this wasn’t labeled and there is no picture on the box! My advice: look at the picture on Amazon or the company’s website BEFORE tackling this project to head off any confusion and concerns! And a power drill will definitely be more gentle on your wrists!
Overall assessment: definitely worth the assembly hassle to see the joy on her little face when seeing this beautiful dollhouse! But the manufacturer should do better by its customers by providing better instructions!
This is a Christmas present for my grand kids. They love it and the youngest (2 yo) can play with it as well as the 6 year old. They each rearrange the furniture on the levels they can reach and seem to love it. It seems very well made, easy to assemble although it took about 2 hours to get it right. The labeling and instructions leave a bit to be desired, since the instruction booklet only shows the shape, rather that which way the orientation should go. Each of the first 5 pieces must be oriented correctly for the next few pieces to have the right design matching. It is too easy to get pieces upside down or right /left confusion. The good news is you can disassemble those pieces, with minimal effort and figure it out.. The hardware was clearly marked and segregated by type of screw and where each went. In addition, it had a separate packet of “extras” so if you strip one, you have a replacement. The fit and finish , in my opinion, was great. I would definitely recommend this product.

Esta hermosa, a mi hija le encantar, me gustara que los paneles sean ms resistentes, las escaleras deben ser en todos los niveles no solo en uno, los accesorios estn muy padres, si los detallarn ms la casa sera espectacular. Le faltan unas lamparillas.

Huge and relatively easy to put together (took me about 90 minutes by myself, I am moderately handy and an IKEA addict). Great quality except for the metal screws themselves; glad they put a few extras in the pack. Looked really, really good once done.
The dolls that “come with it” (sold separately) are too small for the house: as it turns out, it would be better for Barbie-size dolls. I wish I’d spend the (too much) money on the “associated dolls” on inexpensive versions of barbies instead.
I wouldn’t spend more than two hundred on it: but on sale I saw it at one-forty and even one-fifteen and that is well worth it.
My 7-year-old loves it and her three-year-old brother is enchanted too. I know this will be one to pass down for several years to come.
