Hold onto your dearest memories

Jet 800 paired with a specially designed Memory Book makes for a perfect gift. This special packaging comes with a small marker to help you keep score, collect your opponents’ signatures or leave a personalised message. It works on the paddle, too.

The carbon inside

The JET800’s blade is comprised of two layers of carbon fiber sandwiched around five plys of premium wood. These seven layers make an ideal combination for offensive players that like to win.

We added classiness to ping-pong

Our newest version of the all-time favourite JET800 now comes in elegant, gift-worthy packaging to match the high class look of the paddle itself. Completed with a burnt wood handle and wooden side tape, JET800 is not just about looks, all the features have a purpose. The wooden side tape serves to protect your paddle from damage and also preserves the energy you generate to produce more powerful shots.

Other-worldly tackiness

One of the features that made this paddle so loved, is definitely the Nitrx 4z rubber. The tackiness of the Nitrx 4z, combined with a powerful blade, has proven to be a trophy-making combination time and again.

I’m not your beginning player, but I’m also no traveling pro or competing at top level events. I can play a good game and can hold my own with the better players in town and some that have played competitively. It is however the most expensive paddle I’ve purchased. Do I think it made a big difference in my game from the stiga talon I was using no. It’s a good quality paddle that hits super nice, carries some really good ball movement and allows you to just deaden the ball from others smashes. I will try try the Kido 7P next and let you know if it was just me or if the paddle just wasn’t all that.

Bisher berragend guter Schlger.

The paddle I received is well made. I really like the shape of the Killerspin blade/grip which suits my playing style. The weight is a bit heavier than what I am used to. It took some practice over a couple of weeks to get used to it, but then saw some consistent improvement in my play. The weight and stiffness translate into more powerful attacking strokes but it still maintains decent defensive play. Previously I used an average consumer paddle which I upgraded with aftermarket rubber (nothing fancy). I have to say, in comparison, the jet800 rubber is not as sticky as I hoped. I was introduced to Killerspin by using my friend’s jet 300 (btw, this is a great paddle for a beginner/intermediate… good spin and excellent control, pleasantly surprised). Depending on your level of play, you could do well by getting something lower in the jet series and saving some money. I’m at an intermediate level now and see the jet 800 as a good transition paddle to advance my game. I’m hitting the ball more aggressively and consistently which I consider positive results. In another year I’ll upgrade the rubber and stick with this blade.

Allows even amateurs to practice on serving some killer spins. It works. If you have some money to spare, buy this straight away , no point buying half way houses and upgrading. Recommended.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWhen I bought the table tennis with the paddles, I didn’t know anything about the sports or equipment so I bought the first paddle I saw at the store. I got used to that paddle but it broke later and bought a different one from different brand and nothing felt different cuz they were all cheap.

I decided to buy this one and try it. first game with my friend and all of my shots are outside the table, the ball bounces further without even trying to hit it hard. a small swing with this paddles makes the ball go further than a hard swing from a cheap one. after few hits I started to get the feel of the paddle and shots were better.

next game I give the paddle to my friend to try it because he felt they are all the same and nothing will be different. his experience like mine, shots were stronger and feel better. after 1 night of playing few games I came back here to purchase the second Jet 800 paddle for my friend’s birthday next week.

I have used plenty of other paddles in my 6 years of playing table tennis, and let me tell you, this is by far the best paddle I have used. It allows for insane spin, power, and speed. It will be a little too much for beginners to handle, though, because you have to know how to control the paddle to get the best out of it. Please buy if you want to up your game.

    Pros:

    – Well constructed racket with high-quality material. Durable. The moment you take it out of the box, you notice its high standard.
    – Weight: Just perfect. Has a really nice large sweet spot.
    – The blade is large, larger than the Stiga Pro Carbon, which allows better defending especially when returning those smashes.
    – Great speed; but still allows for good control
    – Amazing spin capability

    Cons

    – A little on the expensive side.

I already purchased a Killerspin Jet 800 a few years ago but now that my kids are ready to compete with me I decided to get another one. I’m not sure if it would stand up to regular tournament play but I only use it maybe two or three times a week so it suits me just fine. I initially tried the Butterfly 802 since I have heard that they have some of the best paddles. It was very disappointing and I had to send it back. The new Killerspin was exactly what I expected with excellent spin and good speed and decent control. I am very happy with it. Perhaps the only thing missing is that it doesn’t come with a protective case but I suppose a few extra dollars to get one is not that big of a deal. The box it comes it can be used for storage at home but it would not be very effective for taking it anywhere like to a tournament, etc. I am looking forward to some great games.

This paddle has a great solid feel to it. It’s not too heavy but there’s definitely some weight to it. The blade is quality! The price is actually incredible for the quality of the blade you are receiving. The rubbers are actually quite nice ITTF approved. Surprised me to be honest and I believe they are highly underrated (google reviews, I’m not alone on this.. Nitrx 4z rubbers are impressive to say the least). Of course there are better rubbers on the market and many people benefit from different rubbers on the forehand and backhand but for what you’re paying, you won’t find anything close to this overall quality. I believe the blade alone could sell for the price of the entire setup. And quality rubbers are much cheaper than a quality blade so never be swayed by a popular rubber branded on a mediocre blade. Trust me on that, I can’t stress the importance of a blade vs rubber. 5 stars.. you would need to spend double this on a paddle to notice an upgrade in quality, thus 5 stars.

A overall good bat, hasn’t broken on me yetz even though no stickiness, you can see the spin that it creates. This is suitable for pro players, not to beginners.

I bought this paddle by thinking this is ready to use straight away however, it was weird to see there is no edge tape implemented. I had to buy an edge tape as well and apply it myself.
Other than this small issue, it’s a good paddle to use, I don’t think it’s great for beginners since it’s easy to spin a lot and you need to be in control and you need to know what you’re doing.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersI bought both paddles to see which suited my style: the JET800 because it was the top of the line with carbon, and the JET600 because the specs were nearly identical but the advertised paddle weight was significantly lighter than the JET800. I weighed both on a scale and it turns out the JET800 was actually the lighter of the two. Ironically, on playing with both, the JET800 actually felt much slower in the hand because the weight is more heavily concentrated on the blade perimeter rather than the handle. Even though both paddles use the same rubber, I have better agility and can consistently generate better spin with the JET600 because it “feels” that much lighter. You would think the weighted tip of the JET800 would translate to harder hits, but that was offset from it being slower to swing, so both paddles practically hit with close to the same ball speed. Overall, the difference between both paddles was pretty subtle, but for me the JET600 has a slight performance edge, and for almost half the price. I do like Killer Spin because their paddles in general tend to be significantly lighter that any reputable brand.

Brilliant bat. Absolutely flies off it and lots of spin can be generated. Probably not suitable for beginners as the power does take some getting used to at first. Jet600 more appropriate if that is you. Also a good bat. Bought this one for 59. Wait for the sale price!

I am only an intermediate player but this bat has helped me quite a bit. I am playing much better now and find it easier to create spin and to keep the ball on the table. Well worth the money paid.

It’s amazing at my skill level (i am good but non-pro).I return spins easily, and it has an amazing attack as it is a pretty light paddle. Played with it for 2 months now and it still feels brand new.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBest table tennis bat I have bought. It has increased the speed of my smashes and I get loads more spin. Blade is intuitive and has helped my technique. This is my second one. My only criticism would be that the rubbers with consistent use do not last long and replacements are more expensive than replacing the whole bat. On checking the forums this is consistent with most good rubbers though with most only lasting a year with play. I play most days for 1hr and more on match and training nights approximately 9-10hrs per week. This new one is reserved for match days with my old one being used for leisure and training.

No comprar si eres intermedio. Recomiendo la Stiga Evolution antes de dar este paso.

Golden Review Award: 90 From Our UsersI needed a ready made paddle for intermediate level of play so I bought both the Killerspin Jet 800 and Stiga Pro Carbon. I tested them, my brother tested them, and even my professional table tennis coach tested them. Here is our take:

    Killerspin Jet 800:

    Pros:

    – Well constructed racket with high quality material. Durable. The moment you take it out of the box you notice its high standard.
    – Weight: Just perfect. Has a really nice large sweet spot.
    – The blade is large, larger than the Stiga Pro Carbon, which allows better defending especially when returning those smashes.
    – Good speed, not too bouncy. Good control.

    Cons:

    – More expensive, but still reasonable.
    – Short handle. I’m 6’3″ and have large hands, but for my brother and coach handle length was fine.
    – Average spin.

    Stiga Pro Carbon:

    Pros:

    – Good price.
    – Very light. Handle is long, and comfortable to hold.
    – Speed: Very fast, very bouncy.

    Cons:

    – Average construction and material quality. Average durability.
    – Very low spin abilities.

To summarize, the Killerspin Jet 800 is an excellent, high quality ready made paddle for beginners and intermediate level players. However, the handle can be short for players with big hands. The Stiga Pro Carbon is light, very fast but with almost no spin. I can’t believe how the company and reviewers on the internet give it a 99 spin rating; it was impossible for me to return those top spins while playing with it. It’s just bouncy with no control and no spin. But I like it’s blade, so I removed the rubbers and put on it something else.

To conclude, I recommend the Killerspin Jet 800 for beginner and intermediate level players and do not recommend the Stiga Pro Carbon at all.

Amazing bat. The perfect balance of spin, speed, and control for intermediate players. build quality also amazing.
I had one for a few years and now been out of the game for a long time. Started playing again and I want the same one, but waiting for the price to go down, I cannot afford it at this price.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI purchased this paddle in Nov 2016. It is quite heavy, which took some adjusting, but once adjusted it is an excellent paddle, with lots of power and plenty of spin. I recently discovered that the paddle was cracking where the handle joined the paddle. I contacted Killerspin as it was past the Amazon returns period. They offered to replace it FOC. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersPros:
    – Great bat with ergonomic grip.
    – Good weight and balance.
    – Thick good quality rubber with great spin.

    Cons:
    – Expensive at over 100.
    – The rubber picks a lot of dirt and needs frequent cleaning.
    – Grips edges too sharp and needed some filling to smoothen it.

I received the racket and I really liked the look of the racket, black jet800 logo on the side of the black rubber and red killerspin logo on the red sided rubber it is heavy but u get use to it over a period of time. speed of this racket is great I can send the return back fast with little effort!

    pros.
speed is definitely its strong point. I have tested a few rackets, but none as professional as this racket.

spin is also very good. rubber is tacky but not overly so. I had a friend buy a diamondTX racket by killerspin and I found that my racket for having the same rubber, mine felt a little more tacky not sure if he didn’t clean his rubber but his was farely new. with that being said you do have to adjust to the spin because its tacky enough if they apply spin to the ball if u don’t angle it right and do a slight push it will go flying off the table.

    Cons.
control not as tight as u would like it but if u play with it enough and if you are a good player you can control it better. I let a friend at work try it out and he said he couldn’t feel the ball enough to control it.

overall. great racket takes a little getting use to but once u have it you will be a BEAST lol. I wouldn’t recommend it to a beginner because of the amount of knowledge u need to know about the spin and the sensitivity of the racket. 5stars. from me. This is after using it for 4mths almost everyday.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersShipping, the paddle arrived one day earlier than the estimated delivery date. Nice surprise. As usual, I read the reviews and based my decision upon the facts stated by the masses and discounted the 2% poor. The paddle arrived in good order, packaged neatly and without any discernible smell as stated by many. I inspected the paddle for manufacturing/fabrication defects and found it to be structurally sound and cosmetically appealing. There was no excess glue nor any missing glue on the rubbers. It definitely has the look of being made by craftsmen.

I have been playing for years and have always used “house” paddles. I am a lefty and as I play mostly against right handed players, I rarely have use my forehand shot. Normally, only on serves and the occasional return/save. I am a competitive player and hold my own with skilled players. I am aggressive on offense and able to produce points on defense. First thing I noticed about the paddle was the weight. A little heavier than I am used to. Next was my serve, where that ball snot like a rocket off the paddle. This took some getting used to as many of my shots were long. After getting the ball speed dialed in, I started working on the spin. It is almost effortless to put some “stuff” on the ball. Better than that is the defensive capabilities. I was able counteract the spin and return. My opponents were stunned at the action of the ball coming back at them…warp speed! As of this writing, I have played some 70 games in 2 days and it continues to amaze. I wouldn’t suggest considering this paddle unless you are at the upper end of intermediate play. It is an aggressive weapon, takes some getting used to and, at $100, is priced as such. As the headline states, this paddle makes distinctive sound when fired at you…I totally recommend it.
