Super Kühler mit geringen Defiziten, ausführliches Review
KURZREZENSION:
Preislich etwas teuer, dafr bekommt man aber auch eine Top Leistung und schne Optik. Einfach einzubauen und leise im Lauf! Ich habe den PC unterm Tisch stehen und selbst auf Vollast ist der Lfter kaum strend. Volle Belastung kommt in der Praxis aber bei meinem Prozessor (i9 10850K) NIE zustande! Nicht einmal im Krypto Mining Betrieb! Kaufempfehlung? Ja wenn man ihn sich leisten kann, ansonsten tuns auch gnstigere Sets anderer Anbieter, die nahezu gleich gut sind wenn man eine gute Wrmeleitpaste verwendet!
AUSFHRLICHE VERSION:
Lieferung und Unboxing:
Der NZXT X73 ist ein 360mm Khler, sprich er hat 3 Stck 120mm breite Lfter. Die Verpackung fr so ein groes Teil ist berraschend enorm und schwer. Perfekt verpackt und sicher verstaut befindet sich neben einer Anleitung alles was man braucht in der Verpackung. Etwas umstndlich war das sortieren der Adapter.
Installation und Einbau:

Ich habe selbst schon extrem viele PC’s zusammengebaut und auch schon manche extravagante Khlkrper verbaut, dieser hier ist allerdings mein erster mit RGB gewesen. Der NZXT X73 hat mehrere Kabel-/-Schlauchanschlsse die man beachten muss. Man sollte schon wissen was man tut und sorgfltig planen und dranhalten, bevor man letztlich endgltig einbaut.
Mein erster Schritt war die Wrmeleitpaste komplett mit einem Alkoholtuch abzuwischen und eine Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Wrmeleitpaste aufzubringen. Natrlich NACHDEM ich mir sicher war wie ich den Khler einbaue und wo ich Kabel und Schluche lang lege!
Nervig an dieser Stelle: Mit dem Sharkoon TG5 habe ich schon ein recht groes Gehuse, der Khler hat trotzdem nicht in den Gehusedeckel gepasst. Ich musste einen Frontlfter des Gehuses demontieren und konnte letztlich trotzdem nur den Radiator IM Gehuse anbringen, die Lfter musste ich oben aufs Case aufschrauben. Kann man machen, strt mich auch nicht weil der Rechner eh unterm Tisch steht, sieht aber nicht sonderlich schn aus. Als Streamer, mit PC im Bild oder wenn der Rechner optisch etwas hermachen soll, unbedingt auf die Gehusegre achten! Das Sharkoon TG5 hat Platz fr 3 Stck 120mm Lfter auf der Oberseite, der Radiator passt aber trotzdem nicht rein weil er mit den Frontlftern kollidiert. Sehr rgerlich!
Erfahrung im Betrieb:
Ich habe meinen PC mit einem i3 10100 aufgebaut. Dafr brauchte ich den X73 natrlich nicht. Der X73 ist bei mir zusammen mit einem Intel Core i9 10850K eingezogen. Testweise habe ich den Rechner auch zum minen von Kryptowhrungen genutzt und die Lftersteuerung angepasst, so das der Prozessor nicht zu hei wird und um die Volllast zu erreichen, um den Khler besser beurteilen zuu knnen.
Letztlich zeigt sich der Khler vor allem beim anlaufen kurzfristig mal lauter, aber im Betrieb ist er kaum zu vernehmen. Die Lautstrke im Office Betrieb kommt lediglich von der austretenden Luft, die Lfter an sich sind garnicht zu hren. Beim zocken kanns schonmal ein wenig mehr Wind geben und es sind leichte Gerusche zu vernehmen. Wenn man aber nicht direkt den PC im Gesicht hat ist das alles garnichts.
Beim zocken, selbst von aktuellen Titeln wie Cyberpunk 2077 kommt bei mir hchstens die Grafikkarte ins Schwitzen, der Prozessor bleibt mit dem X73 sehr khl und zuverlssig. Auf Volllast (Ausnutzung aller 10 physischer Kerne auf 100%) habe ich mit angepasster Lftersteuerung auf Maximum eine Temperatur von maximal 67 Grad Celsius gehabt, bei einem geheizten Raum (Heizung Stufe 2 ca. 21 Grad Raumtemperatur)
Fazit und Bewertung:
Abschlieend darf ich sagen das ich mehr als zufrieden bin und den Khler jederzeit wieder kaufen wrde. Alles ist soweit gut beschrieben und auch wenn, zumindest auf meiner Packung, nichts von Sockel 1200 drauf stand passt der Prozessorkhler wunderbar. Per Software kann hier vieles eingestellt werden, vor allem die Beleuchtung. Logo und Ringe sind separat steuerbar. Wre er nicht so teuer wrde ich keinen anderen mehr verbauen aber ehrlich gesagt sind hnliche Modelle gnstiger und leisten in diversen Tests von Chip.de, der 8auer und co. nahezu das gleiche, vielleicht 2-4 Grad mehr Temperatur, dafr dann 50 Euro gnstiger. Ich wollte jetzt aber ein Markenteil mit bestem Ruf, fr den mit Display war ich trotzdem zu geizig.
Il dissipatore merita 5 stelle. Temperature con i9-10900k bassissime, e piena modularit delle ventole. Devo per dire che ho avuto difficolt con i cavi di alimentazione della pompa che stanno troppo attaccati al primo slot di ram, e ho dovuto piegarli leggermente per farli stare.
Ho sostituito il modello della serie “x” con la serie “z” che avendo il cavetto piegato a L, entra meglio ma sempre con difficolt. Per tutto il resto ottimo
Dopo aver testato un Corsair h115i pro XT, del quale non ero soddisfatto sulla dissipazione e rumorosit (a livello medio e estremo sia della pompa che delle ventole), poi un H115i Capellix Elite reso per via del rumore fastidiosissimo della pompa (sia in modalit silenzioso che alle altre modalit), ho deciso di cambiare marchio e provare questo NZXT Kraken x 63 Rgb sempre da 280mm.
Vediamo ora i Pro:
* VENTOLE E RADIATORE : Rispetto ai corsair provati la qualit costruttiva migliore nelle ventole che presentano dei gommini anti vibrazione, le viti da fissare al radiatore si avvitano senza ostruzioni (coi corsair ho dovuto forzare parecchio per avvitare).
** POMPA DI RAFFREDDAMENTO : La pompa, una Aseetek di 7generazione, perfetta.
Regolabile a proprio piacimento nelle rotazioni anche con una curva in base alle temperature grazie al software Nzxt Cam Davvero silenziosa. Non sopporto il rumore in quanto ho il case sopra la scrivania e con questo modello ho finalmente risolto. Fidatevi una vera Bomba! Silenziosissima!!! anche alle massime prestazioni il rumore non fastidioso.
*** ESTETICA : Il blocco pompa qualcosa di spettacolare con un effetto 3D bellissimo! Ho allegato il video in modo da capire meglio cosa potete aspettarvi. Ovviamente tutto configurabile come colori dal software CAM Nzxt.
Anche le ventole son molto belle con l’anello che si illimina e configurabile
Passiamo ai Contro (motivo delle 4 stelle al posto di 5) :
* La pompa pi grande dei modelli Corsair (non ho provato altri modelli per fare un paragone) e quindi montando i tubi lateralmente se utilizzate 4 slot con Scheda ATX invaderanno lo spazio del primo slot.
La soluzione sta nel montare il blocco con i tubi ruotati verso il basso (come potrete vedere nelle mie foto) o sempre in basso ruotato di qualche grado, in quanto il Logo del blocco pompa pu essere ruotato con degli scatti per avere sempre la scritta orizzontale.
Utilizzando questa configurazione dovrete per ruotare meglio i cavi che fuoriescono dalla pompa (ma fattibile senza problemi)
** il montaggio dei cavi rgb sulle ventole avviene facendo un ponte con un cavo apposito tra una ventola e l’altra tramite In e Out, dalla ventola quindi usciranno solo i cavi pwm.
Inoltre collegato il cavo pwm alla scheda madre per alimentare le ventole non vengono visualizzate sul software CAM. Non so se dipenda dal fatto che io abbia installato la utility Asus per gestire ventole etc o sia proprio un problema di compatibilit. A quanto pare risolvibile con assistenza Nzxt che dovrebbe spedire un adattatore.
CONCLUSIONI:
Ma allora lo consiglio ?
Sicuramente se riuscite a lasciare perdere quei difetti elencati, e per il montaggio siete un pochino esperti (attenzione perch il manuale va scaricato dal sito oppure scattando una foto al QR Code), lo consiglio a occhi chiusi.
sicuramente uno dei primi 5 dissipatori esistenti secondo me.

Achet une fois et retourn causes de quelques soucis. J’ai cru pouvoir le remplacer par le monstrueux Noctua NH-D15 chromax.black mais non, ce dernier est limite pour le i7 11700k.
Montage trs facile mme s’il est ncessaire de dmonter la carte mre.

Hsitant depuis longtemps passer au watercooling, j’ai commenc avec cet AIO. L’exprience est trs bonne : facilit d’installation et de paramtrage. L’application ddie est bien fichue pour tout rgler rapidement.
Le refroidissement est trs silencieux et trs efficace.
J’avais un ventirad de qualit (Noctua) et je ne regrette pas.

Niente da eccepire. Controllo delle impostazioni di raffreddamento tramite app dedicata come per i vari effetti RGB. Non me la son sentita di spendere 100 in pi per il modello Z63 che ha anche la possibilit di vedere direttamente sul led del dissipatore le temperature CPU e GPU oltre a animazioni che ritengo comunque pi uno sfizio. Soddisfatto!

La vitesse de la pompe peut tre changer. Cependant il n’est pas possible de changer la vitesse des ventilateurs avec CAM qui tait disponible sur des modles prcdents.
Exuberant price, but very effective
The first one I received had an issue, presumably a dead pump, which meant that I had to return it and use a stand in cooler. Once I received my second, installation was as simple as possible (it includes mounting hardware for both AMD and Intel). The tubes are thin and pliable, and the cables are (just) long enough to tidy away effectively in medium sized (ATX) cases.
The screen is great, and the NZXT CAM software is easy to install and then use. I like to switch between the dual temperature screen and the GIF screen, and it is clear and very bright.
The temperatures maintained are good, I never go far past 65 Celsius with a relatively hot (105W) CPU. If you have the money, I recommend.

Pour le moment trs satisfait aprs montage pour les tempratures comparer mon ventirad. En jeux sur 1h30 essaie 13 degr de moins moyenne dans une pice qui tait chaude . Je laisse un autre commentaire aprs plus d’essais.
Savoir si votre boitier est compatible a un WATERCOOLING 280mm et surtout si votre carte mere passe
Tres bon produit de chez NZXT, je l’ai acheter pour un refroidissement optimal de mon ryzen 7 5800x et il est au top depasse pas les 60 en jeu et en grosse session de jeu et puis au repos 35-40 ce qui est trs bien aussi , donc je recommande trs fortement ce watercooling nzx

La pompe NZXT fait parfaitement bien son travail ! Je l’utilise pour refroidir un processeur Intel Core i7-10700K (8 curs – 3.8 GHz 5,1 GHz) qui ne dpasse pas les 60C en jeux.
Elle rentre parfaitement dans mon botier NZXT – H510i, le logiciel NZXT CAM est un rel plus dans la gestion des LED et de la vitesse des ventilos !
Je recommande vraiment, foncez !

Die Montage ist wenn man es zum ersten Mal macht etwas knifflig, besonders wenn das Motherboard samt RAM usw. schon im Case montiert ist. Also PC flach hinlegen und man muss da auch nicht allzu vorsichtig sein, denn der Khler ist sehr robust. Khlung luft ohne Probleme und geruscharm. Man kann dank der CAM Software auch einige Einstellungen an dem Farbring und dem NZXT Schriftzug vornehmen, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man ein bestimmtes Farbschema fr sein Setup haben will. Ich kann jedem empfehlen eine AIO Khlung zu testen, denn diese khlt nicht nur leise und gut, sondern sieht auch extrem geil im PC Build aus.
Great customisatio
Great AIO. I love this rad pump combo. The level of customisation is ace and I love the ability to glance over at the temps of my cpu and gpu whilst in a full screen game. Also it keeps my cpu nice and cool. 30-60 degrees C even with an overclocked 4.5ghz i7 9700k. Customisation is ace through the nzxt software
I bought this cooler to upgrade from Corsairs H60i as it was quite loud and cooling performance could have been better. The truth is that I am loving this cooler, but I do have some small points of criticism based on the installation process and some things to watch out for.
First point, the mini usb cable that plugs into the pump head was slightly too short for my liking, to counter it I attempted installing the pump in an odd position; this did not go to plan. Due to installing it this way, it was hard to screw it in (using the thumbscrews) and when I booted the pc I was faced with a CPU fan failure. I took it off my build and installed it again but in a better position, not routing the mini usb in and out of the case but tucking it behind the motherboard. My build is inside the Corsair 275r Airflow which is a good sized mid tower case, so if you have a mid tower or larger, I suggest routing the cable inside (where all the main components are), this fixed my issue entirely.
Second thing to watch out for, the main cable that plugs into the pump (not the mini usb) can be a little fiddley to connect to the pump, you must push it in with some force and make sure the ends are fully pushed into the port on the pump.
Third and very small niggle, the cpu fan cable that comes off the main cable could be a bit longer to fully ensure your cable management stays nice and tidy.
VERDICT:
this is a fantastic cooler that does its job extremely well and, quite noticeably goes truly above and beyond, it also looks great and the newly improved NZXT CAM software does it good. My only issues are that the installation process could have been made much easier with a few minor tweaks; longer mini usb cable and CPU fan cable. If anyone was wondering I installed this cooler (z53) on an intel 115x platform and it is running great now it is fully installed!
Great coole
My first one of these arrived with a cracked fascia, it makes no difference to the operation of the unit and as its cooling my GPU, which is not mounted vertically, you don’t see the face of it when its operating. Installed it with the original fans in a simple push configuration, and the temps were OK. Not a huge difference over the Corsair H55 120mm AIO (2 x 120mm fans in push pull) that I was using before. The noise levels were acceptable though running slightly quieter than the previous older setup.
I have since replaced the fans, now using Noctua NF-P12’s, 4 of them in a push pull config and this has made a huge difference to temps and noise levels.
I now own 2 of these (same fan setup); both cooling my GPU’s and I am very happy with their performance. My GPU(s) 1080 and a Titan XP both run at circa 25 -30 degree C when idling, circa 40 degree C when running nicehash and no higher than 55 degree C on extended WarZone sessions.
Dezent hübsch aber hat mich nicht voll überzeugt.
Ich wei nicht was meine Erwartungen sein sollten. Aber die Lautstrke ist nicht flsterleise. Htte ich von einer Wasserkhlung besser erwartet.

Die ganze Angelegenheit luft nur per USB Steuerung. Der Tacho-Stecker fr das Mainboard liefert nur ein Tachosignal und kann die Pumpe nicht Regeln.
Auch bedenken sollte man das dieses Set nur einen Ausgang fr LED oder Lfter hat. Aber zwei Lfter!
Man verzichtet also enter per Y-Weiche auf die Lfter-berwachung oder man schliet die Lfter woanders an z.b. auf dem Board oder einem extra NZXT controller.

Ich habe mir die Wasserkhlung vor ungefhr einem Monat bestellt. Ich habe aber keine andere Wrmeleitpaste draufgemacht, sondern einfach die von NZXT selber drauf gelassen. Ich musste mir allerdings eine Lftersteuerung im Nachhinein bestellen, da die Lfter sonst zu laut gewesen wren. Was die Khlung selbst von der Leistung angeht wenn ich Games auf hoher Grafik spiele erfllt sie ihren Job und hlt meinen i9-9900k auf maximal 65~. Kann ich selber nur weiterempfehlen!

L’un des meilleurs water cooler que j’ai eu et de loin. La pompe avec l’effet miroir infini est juste parfait le rendu est superbe. Le montage est excrment facile. Et surtout le plus important la temprature. Mon cpu n’a jamais dpass 40degres alors que j’ai fait endorment de stresse test. Mais rien le cpu reste toujours en-dessous de 40

Molto bello e prestazioni ottime
Comprato dal Warehouse di Amazon come quasi distrutto secondo la descrizione, arrivato nuovo sigillato con il bollino Warehouse. Vai te a capire come ragionano. Montato in 20 minuti circa, facendo un p di pulizia con i cavi che sono tanti, ho trovato molto scomoda una presa Micro USB molto ingombrante sulla pompa della CPU che difficile da adattare se avete delle Ram RGB un p ingombranti.
Le prestazioni sono incredibili davvero, il mio 5600X ora sta attorno ai 40 sotto sforzo, prima con il dissipatore originale era oltre i 60.
Unico vero neo negativo, un p rumoroso, in gaming con le cuffie non si sente ma se editate video o lavorate al PC sotto carico, le ventole si sentono.
Fantastico e temperature da paura!
Montato sul mio ryzen 5 3600 che presto diventera’ un ryzen 7 5800x ed ho temperature fantastiche. Applicato un piccolo overclock e comunque le temperature rimangono stabili. In piu il cerchio led NZXT e’ spettacolare!
il dissipatore bellissimo esteticamente poco rumoroso e soprattutto il mio i9 9900k a 5ghz al 100% su cinebench sta a meno di 71 gradi incredibile! ma attenzione c un piccolo problema forze piccolo non un termine corretto direi un grosso problema, se possiedi 2 banchi di ram tutto ok ma quando (come me) ne possiedi 4 di banchi arriva il problema. se voi mettete i tubi dalla parte della ram non ci sta e se voi mettete i tubi sotto dalla parte della scheda video non ci st l’ostesso pk ci sono i cavi che non fanno installare correttamente la ram l’unico modo sarebbe metterlo con i tubi sopra ma attenzione c ancora un altro problema! purtroppo questo dissipatore a un problema con i tubi cio se li metti verso le ram o se li metti verso la scheda video (quindi verso il basso non succede nulla..) ma se li metti in alto oppure verso sinistra il liquido non circola bene facendo quindi aumentare esponenzialmente le temperature (parliamo di circa 30 gradi) quindi state attenti se vi state facendo un nuovo pc vi consiglio o di prendere un altro dissipatore a liquido tipo quello della corsair oppure di prendere 2 banchi di ram con pi gb magari 2 banchi da 16 giga l’uno

Ich habe sonst immer auf Corsair Aio geschworen. Aber mit der NZXT kranken Z73 Hammer zufrieden.

Top AIO
Hab in den letzten zehn Jahren so einige AIO verbaut aber NZXT baut einfach super Teile. Der Preis ist etwas Premium aber die Leistung und Verarbeitung spiegelt das auch wider. Wer sich was Gutes gnnen will etwas oberhalb des Mainstreams der ist hier genau richtig.
Compre esta refrigeracion de segunda mano en estado como nueva y si estaba como nueva, venia del modelo anterior pero de solo un ventilador de 120 y se nota muchsimo, mi i7 9700k marca 28 en reposo y poca vez llega a 69 a pleno rendimiento una gozada la refrigeracin, adems su pantalla es una chulada y da toda la informacin de temperatura perfecto un 10 para nzxt eso si cara de cojes , as de ocasin salio 190 algo ms normal
So worth the extra hundred bucks to add character to your system. Is the non-LED version just as good? Yes. Does the non-LED version let you put memes on your CPU? No sir.
If you complain about the price you just aren’t buying this for the right reasons. It’s a great cooler, which you can buy 100 dollars cheaper as the X version. You are buying this to get that same good cooler but with a circular screen on top instead of an infinity mirror. My review continuing on can basically be applied to the non-screen version.
This cooler performs very well with my 9900k overclocked to 5GHZ, idle pulling around 30c and under load I haven’t seen above 70 at a normal room temperature and that’s while throwing synthetic stress tests at it. Installation of the cooler to my H510i was easy and I have it set up with a push/pull with NZXT AER RGB fans in lieue of the non-rgb fans it comes with. Everything felt very high quality and durable and the liquid tubes are the perfect length from the front of the case where the radiator is to the pump itself.
I have zero complaints and my memes are no longer dreams. 🙂
Great cooler and excellent scree
Easy to install, enough length in the tubes to move neatly inside your case and the screen is much higher quality that I thought, I have a 1w second long gif playing on it and it looks great. I was also dubious about the fans that came with it but they are super quiet.
Only gripe might be the amount of cables that plug in to the CPU block as it isn’t the neatest or sleeved but if you can cable management it then it’s not too bad

Dissipatore bellissimo. Il display, per quanto non possa riprodurre in maniera fedelissima tutta la palette di colori, permette effetti e personalizzazione fantastiche. Comprese le GIF animate! Diciamo che colpisce pi l’impatto estetico delle prestazioni, per quanto discrete. Vorrei cambiare le ventole stock perch un p troppo rumorose a regimi alti. Completa la lista di accessori per il montaggio su socket sia intel che amd, montato senza il minimo problema. Vale la pena prenderlo in sconto, oppure usato in ottime condizioni, perch a prezzo pieno comunque troppo caro rispetto alle prestazioni che offre.

NZXT Cam software is dire and I am unable to control the fan speed dynamically, this is all managed through my bios as the fans run off the CPU fan header on my mobo. Less than ideal for the money.

First impressions – does a very good job in terms of cooling – my i7-9700k rarely goes over 40C under normal working load. Please note that it may seem louder in video compared to reality.

Cooler came with no instructions. Also came with no sellophane on the box. Seems like a a customer return as rhe rad also had a slight mark. Eventually got itvinstalled with the help of you tube.

Fans are not RGB. But minor issue.
Performs very well and keeps my Ryzen 5600K cool.
Radiator is a little larger that 280mm so make sure your case can support larger or have at least a 1cm gap above and below radiator mounting bracket/area.
Very good AIO for CPU cooling.
Stylische Leistungsfähige Wasserkühlung
Nachdem ich nun von meine alten I7 4770k zu einem Ryzen 7 5800x umgestiegen bin wollte ich mir dazu einmal noch die Wasserkhlung dazu holen. Aufgrund des schlichten aber trotzdem Stylishem Designs die Wahl auf die Kraken X63 280mm
Ich bin mit der Khlleistung mehr als zufrieden, derzeit kann ich den Prozessor aufgrund mangelnder Stromversorgung nur 8x auf 4.2 Ghz Takten lassen doch auch wenn ich hier einen Benchmark durchfhre bleibt die Temperatur Konstant um die 40C meine Sorge einen Greren Radiator zu Bentigen war somit unbegrndet.
Auch die Lautstrke der Pumpe berzeugt mich der PC ist nahezu nicht zu hren!.
Die Beste AIO-Wasserkühlung / Super Funktionelles Display
Ich habe mich fr die NZXT Kraken entschieden, da sie mir vom Design am meisten zugesagt hatte.
Auerdem finde ich das Display sehr interessant, und da mein Gehuse ein NZXT 510i Elite ist und der Rechner auf einem Regal ein optischer Eye-Catcher ist, macht es noch mehr Sinn.
Verpackung:
Sehr hochwertig verpackt, transportsicher und funktionell.
In Seite der Umwelt knnte man unter Umstnden auf ein paar Ttchen verzichten -> Ist hier aber ggf. doch noch sinnvoll um Kratzer etc. zu vermeiden.
Einbau / Montage:
Da die AIO bereits fertig montiert kommt, ist der Aufbau super einfach.
Nachdem die passenden Halterungen fr das Mainboard gefunden sind, werden diese einfach festgeschraubt und die AIO darauf montiert. Wrmeleitpaste ist bereits ab Werk aufgetragen und durch eine Kappe gesichert.
In meinem Fall habe ich die werksseitig verbauten Lfter noch gegen die NZXT Aero2 Lfter vom Gehuse getauscht, dies war ebenfalls ohne Hrden machbar.
Funktion / Lautstrke / Wrmeleistung:
Die Funktionen durch das eingebaute Display sind sehr umfangreich, es lassen sich viele ntzliche und ggf. auch weniger ntzliche Werte anzeigen. Anfangs habe ich verschiedenes Ausprobiert, zeitweise auch GIF’s eingeblendet.
Die Gifs sind ein ganz witziger Zeitvertreib und bei LOW-Performance Anwendungen sicherlich ein Eye-Catcher.
Ich habe mich dann nach einiger Zeit fr die CPU & GPU Temperatur Anzeige entschieden, da mir dies den besten berblick gibt. ber die NZXT CAM Software, lsst sich die AIO super einfach bedienen und einstellen. Sofern man weitere NZXT Komponenten nutzt, vereinfacht die Software die Steuerung aller Komponenten.
Die CPU Temp. bewegt sich bei meiner CPU (Intel Core i9-10900K) bei um die 44 Grad, beim Gaming (Shooter / RP / Adventure / Strategie). Ich bin damit sehr zufrieden. Bei Standard Anwendungen wie Surfing / Mails / Office, liegt die Temp bei um die 33 Grad.
Fazit:
Ich kann die Kraken nur empfehlen, fr alle die bereit sind ein paar Mehr Euros zu investieren als vergleichbare AIO’s, erhalten hier ein Produkt mit einem sehr funktionellem Display, welches sehr individuell zu gestalten ist. Die AIO khlt fr meinen Bedarf sehr gut, ist nahe zu nicht Wahrnehmbar und top verarbeitet.
Cool and Quiet - For pull config H510i
Setup: X570-E ROG Strix, Ryzen 7 3700X, H510i case. It is easy to install, I did a pull config (bracket – fans – radiator), fits nicely. Be careful of the top wire harness as you are laying down the entire assembly to fit inside the case. The radiator fans can be connected to 3-way splitter (provided) to the MB or the CAM in the H510i. For the pump, I connected it to AIO cooler port (PWM mode) and CPU (DC mode – 3 pin), USB in the USB 2.0 header and RGB fan out to RGB in for the pump. It came with preapplied thermal paste which is ok. CAM software is good and keeps the noise and temp in check. Important: Keep PC upright, as long as highest point of the rad is ABOVE the pump you are ok, don’t believe in the nonsense in mounting it with pipes at the bottom (does not work in H510 and makes absolutely no difference). Make this PULL air in (intake) and the 2 case fans as PUSH air out (exhaust) for H510i. Temp difference between AMD Wraith cooler and X63 are about 5-7 degrees. Case temperature difference between 7 – 9 degrees in performance mode. Great product.
Optisch und Leistung Top
Ich wollte mir ein neues Gehuse fr meinen Rechner kaufen, da ich das alte einfach nicht mehr sehen konnte.
Ich entschied mich fr das H510i von NZXT. Auf diversen Bildern habe ich die Kraken X63 verbaut gesehen und habe diese deshalb gleich mit bestellt.
Der Einbau (war mein erstes mal) war ein wenig tricky, aber alles in allem ging es doch ganz gut.
Jedoch hatte ich nach der Inbetriebnahme seltsame Gerusche wahrgenommen, welche aus der Pumpe kamen.
Es war ein klackern, welches mit hheren RPM immer lauter wurde. Selbst bei 60% war dies nicht hinnehmbar.
Ich habe mit Tipps von NZXT probiert eventuelle Luft aus der Pumpe zu bekommen, jedoch hat das alles nichts gebracht.
Nun habe ich dank dem schnellen Service von Amazon eine neue X63 geliefert bekommen, welche extrem leise arbeitet und den Prozessor gut khlt.
Scheinbar war bei dem ersten Model die Pumpe defekt.
Da dies bei Technik schon mal passieren kann, gibt es von mir trotzdem 5 Sterne fr ein sehr gutes Produkt.

The AIO only fits I one direction but other than that it works perfectly! No problems, went from an intel stock to this drop in degrees by a huge margin 60* to around 30*.

Premire fois que j’achte du NZXT et premier watercooling. J’ai voulu baisser un peu la temprature dans ma tour en enlevant mon gros ventirad car la chaleur s’accumuler et les ventilateurs tourns plein rgime.
– Le packaging est trs bon, le montage est assez simple avec un minimum de connaissances, a ma pris un peu de temps mais comme c’tait mon premier watercooling je n’est pas voulu faire de btise (une fois tout branch il reste un cble de libre, il permet de brancher un composant RGB de NZXT supplmentaire si vous en avez et d’tre contrl par le logiciel CAM, plutt sympa. Autrement il ne sert rien.)
– Les tempratures sont excellentes, J’ai d perdre environ 8 degrs sur mon processeur en jeu, plus d’accumulation de chaleur dans la tour a cause du ventirad, et donc en mme temps baisser d’environ 8 degrs en jeu sur ma carte graphique. Enfin je peux jouer dans le silence. (pour information le radiateur et les ventilateurs du watercooling sont placs sur le haut de ma tour)
– Le bruit, les ventilateurs sont trs silencieux comme les tempratures ne montent jamais en jeu pour ma part, ils tournent doucement et c’est parfait, je ne les entend pas. Par contre ils peuvent monter 1800rpm pour des 140mm plein rgime, l a devient bruyant normal. Pour la pompe c’est pareil, elle est trs silencieuse, en mode silencieux on ne l’entend pas, en mode performance on l’entend un peu.
– Le logiciel CAM, j’avais un peu peur car j’ai lu beaucoup de critiques dessus. Au final c’est bon aussi, on gre un peu tout l’intrieur c’est plutt sympa sans tre rvolutionnaire. Les effets et les couleurs de la pompe sont trs russis. (Pour information la rcolte de donnes se dsactive dans l’onglet paramtre du logiciel)
Au final excellent produit que je recommande, un peu chre mais vaut vraiment le coup.

Heute habe ich meine NZXT Kraken Z53 eingebaut. Und was soll ich sagen, ich bin sehr zufrieden.
Einbau:
Der einbau ging recht leicht von der Hand. Es gibt ein Kabelstrang der am Khlkrper angeschlossen wird wo die Lfter und SATA Strom angeschlossen wird. Desweiteren gibt ers noch einen anschluss fr einen NZXT-Hub den ich aber nicht habe. Desweiteren wird noch ein micro USB Kabel an den Khler gestecktund an einen USB Port ans Mainboard angeschlossen. Der Kabelstrang ist lang genug um alles hinter dem Mainboard bequem zu verkabeln. Das USB Kabel ist leider etwas knapp bemessen und kann nur Quer und grade so hinter dem Mainboard (ATX) gefhrt werden. Hier wren ein paar cm mehr wnschenswert. Warmeleitpaste ist herstellerseitig auf dsem Khlkrper aufgetragen und erfllt seinen zweck.
Inbetriebnahme:
Rechner an und alles luft erst mal. Dann sie NZXT CAM Softare installiert und nach ein wenig rumprobieren funktioniert alles. Anfangs macht die Pumpe noch etwas gerusche, aber nach ein paar Minuten unter voller drehzahl sind diese verschwunden. Die Software ist meiner Meinung nach sehr umfangreich und gut einzustellen, Nach einer weile hatte ich alle Funktionen wie Displayausrichtung, Drehzahl (Lfter / Pumpe) und auch das einstellen von GIF’s herrausgefunden. Ich habe die Lftung und Pumpe fr den Standart betrieb schn Leise gestellt und nun luft mein Ryzen 5 5800 wunderschn leise bei ca. 35 Grad.
Fazit:
Dies ist nun die dritte AIO nach Corsair und DeepCool die ich verbaut habe. Und ich muss sagen ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die vorrigen AIO’s hatten Sttgeruche in der Pumpe (Corsair) und Strgerusche und verarbeitungsmngel (DeepCool) und wurden deshalb zurck gesendet.
Das Display ist auf jeden Fall das Highlight. Mann kann sich entweder werksseitig verschiedene Daten (Temperatur CPU, GPU, CPU Last und andere) anzeigen lassen. Oder man fgt beliebige GIF’s ein. Wunderbar anzusehen und macht den Rechnerinnentraum zu einem Blickfang. Natrlich sin 229 nicht wenig aber wer wert auf Optik legt liegt hier auf jedenfall richtig. Und endlich ist der Rechner leise. Die Lftung kann auch laut aber angenehm und halt der Leistung entsprechend.

Molto piu performante rispetto al mio vecchio AIO Corsair e veramente bello, esteticamente da paura secondo me, la gestione dei colori e dei motion lo rende molto personalizzabile, in modo da impostarlo con illuminazione un po elegante o tamarra piena di rgb, a piacimento. Migliorerei solo il sistema di alimentazione della pompa, ci sono 2 o 3 cavi uno per display/retroill., 1 per la pompa rpm ecc…cercherei di fare un’unico cavo proprietario dove includere tutti i collegamenti, o magari gia far passare l’alimentazione nei cavi sleeve che contengo i tubi liquido

Ich war erst etwas skeptisch was Leistung und Geruschpegel betrifft. Ich muss sagen ich wurde eines besseren belehrt. Beides ist absolut super. Benutze es bei einem Ryzen 2700x. Die Temperatur im Leerlauf betrgt 40 C, im Spielebetrieb 50 C. Die Lfter drehen dementsprechend auch sehr langsam und leise. Die Verarbeitung ist natrlich 1A und da gibt es nix zu meckern. Seitdem luft auch meine Grafikkarte Vega 56 sehr leise und mit 55 C GPU auch sehr niedrig im Vergleich zu einem CPU-Boxerlfter, welcher ja schon gut Wre im Gehuse produziert, welche dann von der Grafikkarte noch zum Khlen benutzt werden muss. Den Radiator habe ich in die Gehusefront gebaut, so dass frische kalte Luft direkt durchfliet und diese deutlich khlere Luft dann von der GPU benutzt werden kann.
Highlight of my whole compute
This piece will be the highlight of your whole computer. It is so worth it, it brings the whole PC together. At first I was unsure about the hefty price, but I would definitely buy it again if I had the chance and for future builds. Only issue I have is my idle temps are quite high (around 50’s), may be due to me having mounted the radiator on the top of my PC. However, I am yet to spot the temp’s go above 75 so I am fine with the high idle temps. In my opinion only thing missing is RGB fans (however, I do like it not being too overboard if the PC already has all RGB fans in it.
Made a huge difference with cooling
My original CPU Water cooler relied on just a single fan and was constantly hitting 80 deg and starting to throttle the CPU. Installing this in its place left the CPU idling at 28 deg and reaching 50 deg max when the CPU was stress tested. Couldnt be happier and have a lot room to start overclocking if I wish to.
Installation was straight forward and the cooler comes preprepared with thermal paste applied. Stock paste seems fine.
The CPU cooler does require a few more connections. It needed a SATA connection so chained it off the Hard Disk. It also needed a USB 2.0 motherboard connection which I did not have free. Had to unplug the USB 2.0 ports from the front of my case so the CPU could use the connection. Wasnt an issue as I still had my USB 3 ports.
Overall an excellent purchase. The lighting also looks great.

Installation was very easy (i was installing on AM4), the instructions are pretty easy to follow but id recommend watching a youtube tutorial as its much clearer.
Ive seen some comments complaining about how loud the AIO is however mine is almost compeltly silent, you can definatly hear water running but this is only if your really trying to hear it.
I highly recommend downloading the NZXT CAM software so you can change the colour on the pump head and you can also change what setting the pump is on, i have mine on silent as my cpu is not overclocked and runs fine with it like that however you can have it set to run on othermodes such as preformance if your cpu is overclocked or runs hot.
Overall id say its a great AIO, its quiet, it looks good, its easy to isntall and it comes with a 6 year warranty!

Sin duda un producto premium
Calidad de producto a raudales, muy bien terminado, luces con efecto espejo muy chulas y totalmente personalizables mediante su aplicacin, lo tengo con un 9900k y en un uso normal me lo mantiene en 27-30 grados y dandole caa no suele subir de 50 grados, resultados espectaculares para un micro con fama de ser muy caliente, ideal si pretendes hacer overclock, lo nico que no me gusta es que no tenga ningn orificio para poder cambiar el liquido refrigerante en un futuro.

The instructions are crap and the cam software is not the best, clunky and reports my cpu temperature incorrectly. Best to set it based on the water temp not the cpu temp.
Great performing and great looking aio.
Bought this to replace the stock AMD Wraith cooler as it wasn’t really up to par with demanding games as it was hitting a high of 90 degrees. So I opted for an aio as apposed to the enormous noctua air cooler.
Easy to install although I wanted to opt to have the pipes exit the bottom of the rad but unfortunately it wasn’t possible to do this as the 3080 was obstructing them and the pipes were being too stretched, so I had to opt for the pipes exiting the top.
Performance wise I cannot fault it, my GPU generally hovers around the 43 degrees mark on the same game that made it hit 90 with the AMD cooler.
I have it installed in a phanteks P400a case but I had to increase the speed of the exhaust fans to keeps air flowing to cool the graphics card. I am aiming to install 2 140mm fans to the front of the case in a pull, push setup to increase air flow through the front.
All in all though an excellent purchase and it is one of the nicest looking aio’s on the market.

Das Einbauen ging einfach und unkompliziert. Ab und zu hrt man das Wasser in der Pumpe, aber besonders stren tut es nicht. Es ist definitiv viel effizienter und leiser als meine alte Luftkhlung
This cooler is amazing:
– Easy to install
– Very quiet
– Good software
– Infinity mirror looks amazing
With a Ryzen 7 3700x I get around 30 – 40 degrees while IDLE, and around 40 – 60 under full load. It’s worth noting this is using the “silent” profile, so it would definitely be capable of more.
If you care about aesthetics this cooler looks really nice, I’m a big fan of the infinity mirror.
Note: I don’t know if others will experience this, but when I very first used this It made a very audible bubbling noise. Something I was alarmed by, as it indicated air had got into the closed-loop. However, I am glad to say after around 2 hours of use the noise slowly disappeared until it was no longer present. I’m not sure if this is normal, and you just have to break-in a new AIO or what, but the documentation says nothing about it.
While the cooler does do exactly what it says and it’s an excellent cooler with a good quality screen but I feel like their are some school boy errors that can’t be ignored.
The pump is so large that the hoses will cover the first ram slot. This isn’t a problem if you’re running two sticks but to run 4 you’d need to rotate the pump. Something that sounds easy if it weren’t for my other problem with this cooler.
The USB cable is very short and will only be able to be wire tucked away if your board and case have the holes and USB sockets in just the right spots. meaning more then likely you’ll have to run it down the front of the board. Not the end of the world but for a cooler that’s about the looks it’s a let down.
While it’s clearly a good performing cooler one downside is that it’s very, very loud. The pump honestly sounds like any other AIO cooler since 99% all borrow the same basic design, it’s got that high pitched hum a lot of them have. But the fans make the stock AMD fan seem silent. The two 140mm fans when they pick up speed are brutal. I was thinking of swapping them out for the RGB variants to make use of the NZXT Hue2 funtions but I might look into Noctua fans just to bring down the volume.

Aio che dalla sua ha un look fantastico, gli effetti che possono essere personalizzati dalla app sul pc sono belli e vari.
Montata per raffreddare un 10600k con package lga 1200 , mobo z490 itx msi e funziona benissimo. variet di staffe incluse nella confezione anche per processori amd.
Personalmente ho cambiato le ventole con delle 120*25mm noctua (trovate la spiegazione sulla recensione delle ventole). Prima avevo preso delle Noctua NF-P12 redux-1700 PWM, Ventola ad Alte Prestazioni, 4-Pin, 1700 RPM ma poi sono passato alle ma poi sono passato alle sorelle maggiori piu performanti Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM.
la pasta termica stock fa piet vi dico che con una Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut da 1g la temperatura si abbassata di 20 gradi circa e in idle rimane leggermente sopra i 30gradi anche con vari applicativi aperti come ora che sto scrivendo, guardate la foto dello screen allegata fatta poco fa …
Diciamo fa il suo dovere anche stock e non molto rumorosa anzi… consiglio la sostituzione delle ventole solo se ci si spinge un p con overclock senn risparmiatevi quei soldi.
Vi premetto che io ho installato l’aio in un case itx Nouvolo steck, quindi un case con poco airflow, in altri case piu grandi avete meno problemi visto che sono migliori le aereazioni.
ps app decente e la stanno via via migliorando.. tranquilli per pregiudica poco il funzionamento del aio in se stessa

Ottimo coole
Ottime le ventole fornite con il prodotto che anche alle massime velocit non fanno alcun rumore, l’unica cosa che si sente l’aria che spostano. Io lo uso per un AMD 5800X e anche a carico massimo sotto cinebench riesce a tenerlo sotto ai 76 . Considerando la struttura del die di questo processore sembra sia un ottimo risultato considerando che molte persone si ritrovano a vederlo toccare i 90 con cooler ben pi costosi.
La pompa praticamente impossibile da sentire fino al 70% della velocit massima, basta impostare da CAM una curva che aumenta la velocit della pompa assieme alle ventole (le ventole vanno gestite a parte dato che non ha un header integrato) e il suono dell’aria delle ventole in una situazione di carico o in gaming coprono il rumore della pompa. Ci tengo quindi a sottolineare che la pompa si sente solo se impostata al 100% sempre e il pc non sta facendo nulla.
Qualità NZXT
Ho acquistato la versione 280 mm perch purtroppo nel mio case quella da 360 non entrava, che dire, sappiamo che nzxt sinonimo di qualit e si vede gi a partite dalle istruzioni molto semplici a finire alla qualit dei materiali. Molto soddisfatto dell’articolo, personalizzazione unica. Come prestazioni aggiorner la recensione pi in la ma sembra tenere il mio 3800x abbastanza fresco. Il lato estetico uno dei suoi pezzi forti, ho allegato alcune foto.
Ve lo consiglio vivamente se volete dare quel tocco in pi al vostro computer. Costa assai ma secondo me tutto giustificato! Ottimo prodotto 5 stelle meritate!
Potete essere contro i sistemi di raffreddamento a liquido; potete dire che meglio la ventola perch costa meno e fa la stessa cosa (a volte anche meglio), ma non potete dire che non sia estremamente bello da avere un sistema del genere *_*
Esteticamente trovo sia il migliore tra quelli presenti in commercio, la sua fama deriva soprattutto da ci che offre al suo primo impatto visivo, eccezionale la nuova versione poi con lo schermo
Silenzioso, anche con la pompa al massimo non emette praticamente alcun suono

Ci piacciono le cose tamarre e questo pi tamarro di una punto a un raduno tuning (scherzo non volgare), con la seconda gen. hanno migliorato l’effetto “tunnel infinito” per il quale celebre ormai, e nell’ultima versione dispone di uno schermo dove possiamo caricare immagini o gif a nostro piacere

Packaging completo di tutte le istruzioni dettagliate e dei possibili pezzi necessari al fissaggio per qualsiasi CPU (di default trovate la pompa con la placca di montaggio per processori Intel, ma facile scambiarla con quella per processori AMD e le istruzioni, sia su cartaceo che nei video tutorial disponibili direttamente da NZXT, rendono possibile anche a un neofita il montaggio)
Pasta termica gi applicata (alcuni consigliano di sostituirla, ma posso dire che anche sotto stress mantiene temperature inferiori a 80)
Software per la gestione dedicato NZXT completo e ben strutturato, facile da personalizzare

La pompa ha lo schermo che pu ruotare in 12 posizioni in modo tale da non trovarsi il logo storto
Costo comunque non alla portata di tutti dato che esistono sistemi di pari efficienza alla met del suo prezzo
NZXT consiglia di montarlo come nelle immagini allegate, ma in realt ho scoperto solo dopo che cos non viene ottimizzato al 100% il suo funzionamento di riciclo, l’ideale sarebbe montarlo nella parte superiore del case in modo che il ricircolo sia al massimo della sua potenzialit

Personalmente sono soddisfatto del prodotto, premetto che il primo che ricevetti aveva un guasto al display della pompa che non si accendeva, ma grazie al servizio di Amazon ho ricevuto la sostituzione anticipata in tempi molto brevi e il secondo modello non ha mostrato alcun problema o difetto
Good AIO partially let down by the CAM software
Prett decent AIO with pretty minumal noise overall. can be slightly too loud in performance mode but really not to much to worry about . however it does get frustrating that you have to load the CAM software every time you turn your PC on to get the custom settings to work.
gute leistung, aber laut unter volllas
frisch gekauft und bei mir nach 2,5h einbauzeit (es musste alles ausgebaut werden inkl. board) in einen be quiet dark base pro 900 rev. 2 luft sie. der khlkrper ist sehr lang, der tower muss also entsprechend platz bieten. die montage war insgesamt recht simpel.
die khlleistung passt fr mich. mein i9 10980xe kommt unter volllast auf max. 70 grad. allerdings sind die lfter dann auch sehr laut. fr lngeres arbeiten unter volllast ist das geruschtechnisch spafrei.
ersetzt wurde damit ein be quiet dark rock pro. auch dieser khlkrper ist top, kommt aber leistungsmig nicht ganz an die x73 heran.
fazit: ich bin aktuell zufrieden.
Ich habe die in meinem nzxt 510 elite verbaut. Die Pumpe luft super. Aber die Pumpe wird ab ca. 1500 RPM leicht hrbar in meinem Gehuse. Unangenehmes surren entsteht ab ca. 1800 beoi2400 ist die Pumpe schon laut.
Ich nutzte die Pumpe um meinen Ryzen 7 3xxx zu khlen. Die Pumpe ist standard auf knapp 1000-1400rpm (je nach Temperatur) eingestellt. Dabei wird die CPU unter Last ca 60-75 Grad warm und das bei mehr als 4, 2ghz im performance Modus. Und im silent Modus(MSI CPU Profil) liege ich bei 35 Grad und bin geruschlos.
Die Pumpe wird bei mir unter Last ca. 34 Grad warm und meine Frontlfter drehen erst bei ner CPU temp von 60 Grad, um die Pumpe zu untersttzen.
Wichtig ist, Smart Control der Lfter im BIOS auszuschalten sonst luft die Pumpe fast immer auf maximum und lsst sich schwer von der CAM Software runterregeln. Die Pumpe luft in der CAM Software zwischen 20-40% Leistung (40% erst bei 75 Grad, wird selten erreicht).
Ich bin sehr sehr zufrieden.
Miglior AIO in circolazione
Ho comprato questo prodotto per raffreddare il mio Ryzen 5 3600x. Con il dissipatore stock non scendeva mai sotto i 45 anche con la ventola al massimo. Ho deciso di comprare questo prodotto per li design. Il montaggio non dei migliori soprattutto se si vuole montare sul lato destro del case in quanto bisogna inserire prima le ventole e poi il radiatore, inserire le viti e sperare che combacino. Se invece si vuole montare sul lato superiore, allora molto pi semplice in quanto possibile montare prima le ventole al radiatore e poi si fissa il radiatore al case.
Le prestazioni sono eccellenti, non ha mai bisogno di andare al 100% e riesce comunque a mantenere il processore a temperature basse. Le ventole incluse sono perfette, di qualit ottima. Consigliato per qualsiasi processore, anche un Ryzen 9 o un i9.
Rendimiento espectacular.
Se ha instalado en una gtx 1080ti 11gb con problemas de temperatura, pues llegando a 70 me crasheaban los juegos. Con la x63 en idle estoy en 30 y en 100% de GPU a tan solo 47. De locura. Extremadamente contento.
The install was really straight forward:
Mount the back-plate to the motherboard > mount the fans on the radiator > mount the radiator to the case > mount the cooler on the CPU > connect the cables (tip: connect the cables before mounting the cooler as the orientation and angle can be confusing) to the correct headers and what not and we’re good to go.
The build quality is good, the metal finish is as I expect from a 250 product. The fact that the connectors to the cooler can rotate freely whilst offer enough resistance to hold their orientation is great. The fans are a lot more stable (not wobbly) than my Corsair RGB fans, so overall I’m pleased with the end product.
For performance: I’m not a benchmarker, but cooling has significantly improved for me, dropping the load temp from 80+C to 45-50C; idle temp is around 27-30C – all in silent mode. My old cooler was crap though so don’t expect the same performance comparison on your system unless you also cheaped out on your air cooler.
My only physical issue (but not a complaint) is that the domed mounting screws + the washer together form a rather high profile finishing – which is not great for the O11 Dynamic, which uses thin magnetic dust filters with very little head space. As a result the screws pressed against the dust filter actively prevents me from shutting my top panel now. This wouldn’t be a problem with wide flat-head screws, but it’s a very specific problem probably exclusive to my situation.
The Cam software does add more bloat to my OS, especially when I already use Corsair’s iCue software – but it doesn’t really affect my day to day use.
I’m a bit disappointed by the Cam software as well, as of Oct 2020:
The UI is clean but it doesn’t compliment the UX: the minimalistic look and feel actually hide functionalities – it’s not immediately obvious that you can click on the certain areas to expand additional options – it’s only indicated by the mouse cursor changing to a pointed finger. For example, fan curve settings are hidden unless you click on the Pump and Fan rows.
Also there’s currently a bug where the Dual Infographic display doesn’t work with the Carousel mode (rotate between different displays), it just shows a blank screen when it gets to the dual info screen. This limits the potential of the display which I pay the premium this cooler for specifically.
The lack of Gif display in Carousel mode, or a Gif Carousel to rotate between gifs is also very disappointing, again one of the biggest selling points of this cooler. It should be easily added software side.
All in all I’m very happy for the purchase, but right now I don’t think it’s worth the 100 premium for the display until they improve the software. Will have to see in a few years how it holds out endurance wise.
Muy satisfecho con lo silencioso que es
Antes que este tena un Corsair h110 Platinum y me volva loco el ruido que haca la bomba, lo cambi dos veces porque me pareca raro que sonara tanto y pensaba que era un problema de la AIO, pero el 2ndo que me lleg haca incluso mas ruido que el primero…
Termin devolviendo y me compre este y en comparacin la bomba es completamente silenciosa (aunque los ventiladores hacen bastante riudo… los termin cambiando).
Lo que si a pesar de ser una 280 no veo tanta dif en temps en comparacin a la corsair 240 que tena antes, eso si.
Tema instalacin me pareci bastante simple… como tengo un sistema AMD no tuve ni que cambiar la backplate del mother…
Klasse Wasserkühlung
Mein neuer PC sollte eine WaK bekommen. Nach langem suchen bin ich bei der hier hngen geblieben… Ich persnlich finde das Display klasse. Hier hat man die Temperatur von CPU und GPU immer im Auge. Ob es den Mehrpreis von um die 100 wert ist, muss IMHO jeder fr sich selbst entscheiden 🙂 Beim Einbau an der Vorderseite (wie bei mir) sollte man darauf achten, dass die Anschlsse am Radiator unten sind. Ansonsten kann es u.U. zu dem bekannten Geglucker kommen. Auch geschlossene WaK’s haben Luft im System… Die Khlleistung ist (bisher) 1A, die Einstellmglichkeiten des Displays sehr umfangreich. Die Installation ist fr den gebten PC-Basteler kein Problem 😉
Endlich eine kühle CPU
Hatte viele Rezensionen gelesen ber AiO Wasserkhlungen und konnte mich nur schwer entscheiden. Vermutlich ist die Asus AiO Wasserkhlung schon besser, aber ich bin mit dem NZXT Kraken x63 sehr zufrieden.
Im Gegensatz zu den mittlerweile riesigen Luft Khlern, wo man Krmpfe bekommt diese anzubringen, hat sich der Kraken recht leicht einbauen lassen.
Beim Rendern bin ich glaube ich bisher nur auf 65C gekommen, was entspannt ist.
Beim zocken erreiche ich kaum hhere Zahlen als 55-60 C – wie es halt sein soll.
Ohne Lftersteuerung ist der Kraken mit Standardeinstellungen dann doch aber gut hrbar, grade wenn der PC aus optischen Grnden auf dem Tisch steht.
Zu der NZXT CAM: Sie soll ja alle mglichen Daten von euch er- und vermitteln und dadurch ja einiges an Last in Anspruch nehmen. Ich hingegen finde die Software super. Man hat ein kompaktes PC Monitoring, Spezifikationen, sieht seine Spiele (auer Xbox Game Pass bisher, warum auch immer) und die durchnittlichen Frames in eben genau diesen. Ist doch super, oder nicht? Beleuchtung des Kraken kann man auch ganz nach seinen Wnschen einstellen und anpassen und das problemlos. Eine HUE Funktion wre nice, die gibt es leider nicht.
Alles in allem: Ich wrde den Kraken jederzeit wieder kaufen, empefehlen und verbauen.
Ottimo AIO e ottimo software
Sono riuscito con un po’ di impegno a montare l’x63 in un nhz h210i e il risultato davvero soddisfacente sia a livello estetico che prestazionale. Temperature stabili, personalizzazione sia del sistema che dei led e prezzo che vale fino all’ultimo euro speso. Consigliato.
Buon dissipatore all in one
Non male come prodotto (anche se uguale alla sua precedente versione – giusto un po’ pi silenzioso ), cambiato con il dissipatore stock di un ryzen 5 3600x e le temperature sono scese da 60 a 40 gradi in idle ( in estate ). Aperta la confezione almeno per me c’era una puzza simile a quando apri qualche prodotto cinese, ed infatti il giro della parte rgb sembra un po’ plasticoso. L’installazione semplice anche se con un po’ di cavi, che per sono facilmente nascondibili. Gli rgb del fronte si possono controllare anche senza attaccare il 4 pin tramite il software di nzxt CAM. Se si vuole spendere meno un ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II la scelta pi saggia, anche se poi sta a chi compra. Tutto sommato non per niente male
ASUS ROG Ryujin 360 oder Kraken z360 ?
Im Jahr 2020 hat sich bestimmt der eine oder der andere mit einer Customer Wasserkhlung berlegt, doch mal auf eine kompaktere Lsung umzusteigen.
Nach umfassender Recherche schienen mir die 2 aktuelle Systeme ASUS ROG Ryujin 360 und Kraken z360 am besten in mein Profil zu passen.
Nun wo sind die Unterschiede und was sollte man tatschlich nehmen?
Als eingefleischter Asus ROG Strix Fan war fr mich klar, dass es die ASUS ROG Ryujin werden sollte.

Amazon lieferte die Ware schnell, sodass die Asus Wasserkhlung auch flott eingebaut gewesen ist.
Beim ersten hochfahren lief die Asus Wasserkhlung in Ihrer Hchstleistung, etwas erschrocken fragte ich mich wo die von Asus angegebene 29,7 Dezibel bei Volllast geblieben sind, das Geruschpegel erinnerte mich etwas an meine Arbeit vor 20 Jahren in Industrie Serverrumen, da fragte ich mich wer kann bei dem Pegel noch zocken oder arbeiten? Mag sein das Asus hier die qualitativ gute Noctua IPPC Industrielfter verbaut hat, und die eine Ewigkeit halten werden, aber leider hren die sich auch so an. wie halt Industrielfter… laut laut laut.
Die von Asus fr die Steuerung der Wasserkhlung vorgesehene Software Armoury sollte hier Abhilfe schaffen, Lfter und Wasserpumpe steuern, personalisierte Logos oder Animationen anzeigen.
Die Wasserkhlung ASUS ROG Ryujin 360 gibt es bereits schon seit 2018, und Asus hat es immer noch nicht geschafft eine funktionierende Software den Kunden anzubieten.
Alle Kunden die sich bereits darber beschwert haben, kann ich in meiner Erfahrung ebenfalls nur beipflichten.
Liebe Fa. Asus,
Fa Asetek produziert doch die Hardware auch fr andere Hersteller und nicht nur fr euch, wieso knnen es andere Hersteller und Ihr nicht? Eure Software hngt sich auf, die Wasserkhlung ist nicht mehr auffindbar und hngt sich aufRechner muss wieder neu gestartet werden.
Ich habe das teuerste Asus Mainboard (Sockel 266) von euch, eine Asus ROG Strix Grafikkarte, Rest alles hochwertige Komponente, trotzdem funktioniert die Software nicht, so in der Form leider nicht zu gebrauchen.
Kleiner Tipp an alle, die bisherige Asus Software Live Dash suchten, funktioniert leider nur mit WIN 7, ab Win 10 sollte die Software Armoury eingesetzt werden, zumindest so auf der Asus Homepage.
Abhilfe schafft die Software Asus Suite, zumindest kann man wenigstens hier die Profile fr die Temp. Anpassen und Regeln aufstellen.
Aufgrund dessen habe ich in meiner Verzweiflung den Zweiten Kandidaten, die Kraken Z73 ber Amazon bestellt, in der Hoffnung hier nicht enttuscht zu werden.
Beide Kandidaten zu vergleichen ist vielleicht nicht ganz fair, da die Kraken Z73 erst im Frhjahr 2020 vorgestellt wurde, damit sind einige Technische Verbesserungen eingeflossen, es liegen 2 Jahre der Entwicklung dazwischen.
Nachdem ich dann die Kraken Z73 in den Hnden hielt, sind mir gleich dann die Gemeinsamkeiten mit der Asus Wasserkhlung aufgefallen. Wie bereits erwhnt, beide Produkte wie fr Asus so wie auch fr die Fa. NZXT, werden bei der Fa. Asetek gefertigt. Der Radiator und die Schluche sind absolut 1 zu1 identisch, selbst die Schrauben in den Verpackungen sind genau die gleichen.
Kleine Ausnahme, die Schrauben bei der Kraken sind schwarz, bei der Asus etwas heller eloxiert, man sieht das aber nur wenn man genau hinschaut. Die Lfter bei der Kraken Z73 sind aus dem Hause NZXT, irgendjemand hat geschrieben das die Noctua Lfter bei der Asus Anlage etwas hherwertiger wren, kann ich so nicht besttigen. Die angewinkelten Rotoren an den NZXT Lftern machen enorm viel aus, macht sich bei Volllast positiv bemerkbar (Leiser).
Kabelaufbau ist hnlich, CPU Halterungen sind die gleichen.
Unterschied an den Pumpen ist gro, Asus in Rog Strix Design etwas eckiger mit einem zustzlichen Lfter auf der Pumpe, die Pumpe sollte umliegende Potis um die CPU khlen, ob das was auer den hochdrehenden und nervenden Geruschen des kleinen Lfters was bringt?
Der Asus Khler ist mit einem integrierten 1,77-Zoll LiveDash-Farb-OLED-Display versehen.
Kraken Z73 behlt das Runde Design, hat dafr einem integrierten 2,36-Zoll mit 24 Bit LiveDash-Farb-OLED-Display, und kommt ohne einen zustzlichen Lfter auf der CPU Pumpe aus.
Wie sieht es mit der Leistung aus ?
Mehrere Tests mit Prime 95 haben ein deutliches Bild gezeigt, bei Volllast schenken sich beide nicht viel, Kraken Z73 ein paar Prozente besser, allerdings zeigt sich hier das Gesamtbild zugunsten der Kraken Z73.
Unter Volllast bei Prime 95 kann die Kraken Z73 mit weniger Leistung gleiche Ergebnisse erzielen, sprich Lautstrke Pegel hlt sich deutlich in Grenzen. Insgesamt schafft die Kraken Z73 deutlich ruhiger und entspannter, selbst bei Vollast der 2000 Umdrehungen ist die halb so laut wie die Asus Rygujin. Die Pumpe der Kraken Z73 ist selbst nicht hrbar, kann auch an der 7 Generation der Asetek Pumpen liegen, Generation 6 bei der Asus macht sich doch etwas bemerkbar.
NZXT Software tut genau das was sie soll, ja es tut alles.. somit stellt sich fr mich nicht die Frage welche Wak ich verbauen werde.

Viel Spa
Optisch macht es ja schon etwas her… vorallem die Mglichkeiten, die NZXT hier hergibt. Spielereien ohne Ende. Vorgefertigte Templates die man selbst konfigurieren kann bzw. sich einfach ein GIF am Display anzeigen zu lassen. Nettes Feature, Passende Software (NZXT CAM) ist sehr umfangreich und wirkt auch sehr berdacht.
Khlleistung:
Bin ich als 0815 User sehr zufrieden. Bei Spielen wie “World of Tanks, Rainbow 6 & Co.” komme ich bei “leisen” Settings selten bis nie ber einer CPU-Temperatur von 70C (AMD Ryzen 3950X). Und da sind wir auch schon bei den Settings, denn die Standard-Einstellungen waren ehrlich gesagt zum vergessen, war anfangs tatschlich schockiert, wie laut so eine WaK sein kann. Manuell nachgestellt und nun passt es. (Direkt in der Lftersteuerung der NZXT Software).
Im direkten Duell gegen meinen “alten” BeQuiet DarkRock 4″ bin ich mit der Kraken sehr zufrieden. (Erreichte mit dem DarkRock beim gleichen Setting oft 75-80C. Somit fr mich – wesentlich bessere Khlleistung mit einer geileren Optik.
Fazit: Teuer aber ein khler Hingucker.
easy to install. looks cooler than fan blocks.
unpacking to to discover the fans were not installed. but soon realised that this is due to where you may want to install the radiator may mean that you want to lead the fan wires out a different side and whether you want a push or pull configuration on the radiator. the mounting plate allows you to put the cpu block at many angles which would be great if the software would also do the same. The software has +90, -90 +180 rotation for the screen so you ideally mount at those angles if you want to display cpu temps etc.. or your display will look squint. It would be better if the software had finer increments. An option to purchase with ARGB fans would nice rather than having to purchase 2 additional fans to replace 2 perfectly good fans. I opted to leave the origional fans on and see how noisy they were. overall system is quiet. but I don’t tax the cpu and run the fans on the slower side. Easier installation than doing a diy water cooled solution. but not as flash as some of those hard lined water cooled systems. You can find some quite nice gifs to play on the display. but it best suits a gif that loops nicely. and once the gif is loaded to the cpu block it plays from system power on. (you don’t have to wait for any software to load) NZXT cam software is used to change the display.
Temperatura decisamente piu bassa!
Mi sono deciso ad acquistare questo dissipatore a liquido in quanto avevo lette delle ottime recensioni. Il dissipatore veramente un ottimo prodotto.
io nonostante avessi un 8700k con delid le temperature rimanevano sempre oltre gli 80 gradi Ovviamente in overclock a 5.1 ghz.
Grazie a questo dissipatore il massimo che arrivo a 69 gradi. Ovviamente consiglio una pasta termica veramente di ottima prestazione. Di aspetto estetico veramente bello anche se trovo che ci sono molti cavi da collegare mentre invece la concorrenza molto pi semplice. buono il software che gestisce il tutto. Lascio questa recensione a distanza di 4 mesi dall’acquisto poich stato provato molto a lungo.

Vorab, wirklich das einige, was man bemngeln knnte wre der Preis..
Die Khlleistung ist einfach unschlagbar was AIO Khlung angeht, meine i7 8700K(ungekpft) bei 4,8 Ghz und 1.265 V Kernspannung wird bei voller Auslastung nicht mehr als 70 Grad warm. Das Display hat eine gute und scharfe Auflsung, ebenfalls eine angemessene Bildwiederholungsrate und perfekte, helle Farben. Einstellen lsst sich die Art der Anzeige (GIF, Temperaturen, usw.) sehr einfach ber die Software NZXT CAM”.
Die Lautstrke der Pumpe ist angemessen, sogar bei hoher Auslastung minimal zu hren, obwohl mein Computer auf dem Tisch steht. Die Lfter vom Radiator sind dagegen leider etwas lauter, aber dies ist auch kein Strfaktor.
Wer kein Problem damit hat fr eine gute Khlleistung und Optik in seinem PC etwas mehr Geld auszugeben ist dieser Khler einfach nur empfehlenswert.
Gute Wasserkühlung, aber...
Die Kraken X63 ist eine Gute Wasserkhlung mit guter Khlleistung. Er ist bei mir verbaut in einem NZXT H510.
Pro:
-Sie hlt meinen AMD Ryzen 7 3700x mit (UNVERNDERTEN Lfter- u. Pumpeneinstellungen) bei Last auf max.
65 Grad. Das sind 20 Grad weniger als mit dem Wraith Prism AMD Boxed Khler.
Contra:
-Ein paar Radiatorfinnen sind leicht Verbogen (Das ist jedoch fr mich kein Rcksendegrund, da es die Khlleistung nicht beeintrchtigt)
-Die mitgelieferten Lfter sind nicht Leise. Diese sind nur leise, wenn sie niedrige RPM haben. Wenn die RPM ber die 1000 gehen, sind die Lfter definitiv hrbar. Da empfehle ich 2 Silent Wings 3 nachzursten. (Ist aber nicht unbedingt ntig)
Ich kann diesen Khler definitiv weiterempfehlen, jedoch sollte man fr ein leises System sich neue Lfter besorgen.
AIO au top MAIS
Attention a la version x.3, il n’y a pas de fan split inclus dedans il vous faudra donc brancher vos 2 ventilos directement sur votre carte mre…
Sinon rien a dire, en charge il est trs trs silencieux par rapport mon ancien corsair + mon i7 6700k oc a 4.5 reste aux alentours de 61-62 avec des pics ~72
I guess its what you’d expect from a 130 cooler. It has pre applied thermal paste, so I wouldnt bother with buying a tube. Pretty easy install in the H510 case, just make sure you put the cases bracket on the right way up first time!
Runs really quiet and keeps my PC cool as a cucumber. The infinite mirror effect looks nice and theres quite a few options for customization in the NZXT CAM software.
I would say it was worth the money for the aesthetics, if you like that sort of thing, but if you’re on a tight budget and not bothered for looks, just get a Noctua. You can get the same cooling performance from a fan cooler, that goes for all AIOs.

I think this product makes all other AIO Coolers look boring … iMO
I Recommend This Cooler & I Hope This Review Helps
As with most people I bought this to go in my new NZXT H510 elite build and it fits the bill perfectly. I didn’t use the included fans as I wanted the rgb fans that come with the H510elite case on display. Even though the rgb fans aren’t as perfectly matched as the static pressure fans it comes with, I haven’t seen temps above 60 degrees C on my overclocked i7 9700k.
The pump is so quiet and the led customisation through CAM is great.
Happy. Although I will say that if I had the spare cash I would have got the AIO with the led display as that would have been so useful at a glance to have monitored temps but I can’t justify the extra 100 just for tha
Great value for money
Before I start with the good stuff I would like to say that the packaging inside was messed with and seemed tampered with. I tested the cooler and it wall works perfectly, some games push it to 55- 60 sometimes going a little over for a few seconds but most games it stays in the 40 mark. Great looking cooler and I haven’t seen any problems besides the packaging.

Das einzige, was mich wirklich gestrt hat ist, dass man die 3 mitgelieferten Lfter nicht zusammenschlieen konnte, sprich es war keine integrierte Lftersteuerung enthalten.
Bld dahingehend, da ich entsprechend improvisieren musste und manche Lfter vom eigentlichen CPU Khler an einen System Fan Anschluss anschlieen musste.
Wei nicht, inwiefern sich das auf lange Sicht auf die gleichmige Regulation der Lfter auswirkt.
Il sistema di raffreddamento definitivo.
Utilizzato per raffreddare un processore Ryzen 9 3950X risulta ottimo mantenedo la temperatura di lavoro massima intorno ai 60-65.
Un po’ complessa l’installazione per chi non se ne intende, per fattibile anche se le istruzioni non sono delle migliori.
Abbastanza silenzioso nonostante le 2 ventole, ma alla fine per chi come me tiene pi alle prestazioni, il rumore non conta.
Consigliato, vale i soldi che si spendono.
They Extremely quiet, and in my opinion better then corsair coolers!
I thought the instruction manual was abit hard to understand where to connect wires etc.. but overall the cooler keeps my i9 7900x cpu cool enough for me, between 20c and 25c in idle 30c to 50c when in load! Like playing a high intensity game. Better then the corsair Hydro H115i Extreme that became faulty after 1 year and caused my cpu temps togo sky hight nearly costing me my i9 7900x Cpu that cost 1000 so was lucky!

Les cbles d’alimentation de l’ensemble sont en nombre (1 usb, et 1 propritaire avec 3 ensemble de fils).
Cela fait pas mal de fils qui ne seront pas possible de cach en cable-management, dommage.
1 d’eux tant brancher sur un port USB de la carte mre, attention leurs emplacements. Pour moi, sur une ASUS rog strix X570-f, ils sont tous en bas. Le cble fourni n’est pas assez long pour passer par le haut, puis derrire la CM, et enfin revenir sur le dessous. C’est dommage, car il a fallut acheter une rallonge supplmentaire pour cela. Les tuyaux de liquide sont assez rigide et montrent une bonne qualit.
Sinon cot perf, a envoi du lourd. Le proc ne chauffe pas du tout. En mode silencieux, on l’entends quasiment pas et le ne sont pas l. Par contre a rgiment plus lev, les ventilos se font bien entendre.
Je trouve que pour le tarif, il y a peut tre un peu moins cher pour autant de perf.
Par contre niveau look, cela en jet (question de gout vous me direz)

Allora questo secondo me il miglior dissipatore aio in commercio sia per stile e facilit di assemblaggio.
mi piaciuta la ghiera con il logo orientabile in caso qualche config. non possa mettere il logo centrale e non al contrario (il mio caso).
Qualit dei materiali eccelsa per 130 euro.
Rumorosit non eccessiva.
temperature che dire tiene un i5 9600kf a 25/28 ngradi senza far nulla e in game sui 34/36 gradi (TUTTO ULTRA)
La cosa che non mi piaciuta la spedizione amazon che con il prime ci ha messo 5 giorni (credo sia per la situazione COVID-19) comunque era perfettamente intatto. Nulla da dire se vi serve un raffreddamento PRENDETE QUESTO.

Optisch und technisch Top.
War super schnell geliefert, wenn auch leider nicht noch einmal extra verpackt.
Betreibe die wak mit einem ryzen 5 3600 auf 4,1Ghz und komme im idel auf ca 31 Grad.. da mir optisch der zweite Lfter im weg war, betreibe ich sie mit nur einem lfter. Und komme im Stresstest nicht weiter als 62 Grad bei Zimmertemperatur von 19 Grad.
Einbau ging recht flott, einziges die Masse an Kabel an der Pumpe sind etwas nervig..
Du Pumpe kann in allen Richtungen eingebaut werden, und per Software gedreht werden…
Lfter und Pumpen kurve sollte man sich anpassen, sonst wird sie etwas hrbar laut.

Zur Software muss ich sagen… naja…
An sich funktioniert alles und ist auch leicht verstndlich ABER..
Die Software ist zwang damit die Pumpe Arbeitet. Beim Start des Rechners wird erst nur in wei die liquid Temperatur angezeigt und nach dem Laden der Software erst die gewnschte Einstellung. Strzt die Software ab oder wird beendet bleibt auch die Pumpe inkl Display stehen… auch diese Registrierung
und Dauer Internet Verbindung finde ich echt nervig .
Leider bringt die Software auch mein Prozessor alle paar sek kurz auf Touren und somit eine exakte idel Steuerung schwierieg macht ( da zb der ffter alle paar sek anspringt)
Die Pumpe ist bei voller Leistung etwas hrbar, aber ich fahre ehh nicht auf Leistung von daher…
Gif Animation im Display ist eine nette Spielerei…
Jetzt wird sich zeigen wie sie im Alltag und mit der Zeit arbeitet.. der Preis ist schon arg, aber das hat mit Sicherheit nicht jeder in seinem schtzen;)
Nachtrag: bei mir zeigt die wasserkhlung die falschen MHZ an.. ich habe 4100mhz (4099mhz) und im Display stehen nir 4000mhz..
Lauter als Vorgänge
Nachdem ich an einem PC mit der X62 sehr zufrieden bin, habe ich fr einen neuen PC die X63 genommen, leider werden die Lfter nicht mehr an der Pumpe angeschlossen sondern ber das Motherboard. Und obwohl in einen Bequiet Gehuse sind die Lfter hrbar. Ja man hat mehr Einstellmglichkeiten ber die Software zu den Lichteffekten und man kann den Leuchtspiegel nun drehen und einstellen, die Lautstrke wiegt es aber nicht auf.
I bought this to replace my stock Wraith cooler that came with my Ryzen 5 3600 as it was a bit noisy and I wanted something quieter as my pc sits next to my head by the sofa.
Installation was a doddle, but make sure you have enough fan headers on your motherboard as you will need three including the CPU header and mine only had an extra two spare, which were being used for my case fans. A couple of cheap splitter cables from Amazon sorted that out though.
It’s wonderfully quiet in operation and my CPU temps have come right down. Running Cinebench would see my CPU temp hit 90C and gaming would see high eighties using the stock cooler and now I’m getting 71C in Cinebench and high sixties whilst gaming. All whilst it isn’t sounding like a jet trying to take off.
Las instrucciones de montaje no son muy claras, sin embargo los materiales, el nivel de ruido…es muy bueno. Enfra lo suficiente. Yo tengo un ryzen 9 3900 y en operaciones de renderizado a 4k con Maya, teniendo OC en el cpu a 4.6 (por defecto viene en 3,6 creo) se me pone a 68 grados. Muy buena compra. Hay que estar atento a los precios porque fluctan mucho.
Temperaturen halbiert und Lautstärke auf's Minimum reduzie
Habe den X53 mit dem Kraken G12 auf meine GTX 1080 geschraubt, nachdem meine Grafikkarte beim Spielen und Rendern einfach nicht mehr unter die 80C Marke kam und die Lfter der Zotac AMP! nur noch auf 100% Dsenjets simuliert haben (trotz erneuerter Khlpaste etc).
Der Einbau war in Ordnung, wenn man sich ein wenig auskennt, sich sonst seinen PC komplett zusammenbastelt und dementsprechend wenig Berhrungsngste hat, dann bekommt man das Ganze in unter zwei Stunden hin.
Temperaturen sind jetzt wie folgt:
Idle: 21-25C [bei 870 RPM/Fans, 1800 RPM/Pumpe (faktisch unhrbar)]
Last: 44-50C [bei 970-1100 RPM/Fans, 1800 RPM/Pumpe (leicht hrbar, wenn man sich darauf konzentriert)]
Ab 50% Lftergeschwindigkeit/1300 RPM wrde ich die Geruschkulisse schon dauerhaft als nervig empfinden, aber dahin kommt man glaub ich gar nicht, per Speedfan hab ich die Kurve so eingerichtet, dass die Lfter bis 50C bei max. 45% bleiben und auch nach mehreren Stunden Stresstest bei 100% Auslastung steigt die Temperatur nicht hher.
Konnte dementsprechend um 110 Mhz Core/500Mhz Speicher bertakten und alles luft angenehm stabil (siehe Bilder).
Zur Sicherheit habe ich die Vrams und VRMs mit Khlkrpern ausgestattet UND den Lfter des Kraken G12 durch den Noctua NF-A9 FLX (92mm) ersetzt. Ist nochmal leiser und effizienter.
ACHTUNG: vorher unbedingt darber im Klaren sein, wie viele Lftersteckpltze das eigene Board hat. Ich musste erst einmal auf zwei Gehuselfter verzichten. Zwei y-kabel nachbestellt und jetzt sind alle Lfter wieder ordentlich dran.
Parto col dire che il dissipatore ha un rapporto prezzo/prestazioni non proprio ottimo… Probabilmente l’AIO pi caro in commercio. Allora perch acquistarlo??? In realt ci sono a mio parere 3 motivi (che devono essere presenti tutti):
– Si dispone di una piattaforma interamente NZXT e quindi si vuole mantenere un unico software di gestione del case/sistema di raffreddamento (come nel mio caso).
– Si vuole avere un dissipatore con display completamente personalizzabile e piace lo stile NZXT.
– Si vuole un dissipatore AIO ad elevate prestazioni (non so se il migliore come capacit dissipante ma sicuramente si difende molto bene).
Continuando lo Z73 l’ho montato su un Ryzen 3900X (stock) che utilizzo per lavoro (modellazione 3d, CAD), applicato con pasta termica Noctua NT-H2. Il Ryzen in questione se lasciato in “auto overclock” tende a scaldare come un forno in quanto le schede madri tendono a pompare sul voltaggio.
In generale in idle le temperature si assestano sui 48C circa mentre se stressato su tutti i core per lungo tempo le temperature si assestano sui 70C (ambientali attualmente a 22-23 C).
Le impostazioni sono con pompa al 75% e ventole al 50% versione RGB (sempre NZXT) con prestazioni di pressione statica inferiori rispetto a quello fornite in dotazione.
Il montaggio semplicissimo e la costruzione molto buona, anche se bisogna comunque tirare le orecchie a NZXT in quanto mi sarei aspettato che su un prodotto venduto a questo prezzo, i progettisti potevano almeno ingegnarsi a far arrivare un singolo cavo all’insieme pompa/whaterblock. Invece ci sono i soliti due cavi: microUSB e l’insieme di alimentazione + ventole + uscita digitale per pilotare gli RGB di eventuali ventole (questa invece una gran cosa).
Il software di gestione il classico CAM di NZXT, anche qui o si ama o si odia (ed questione di gusti…). A mio avviso il software concepito molto bene, semplice da usare e molto potente permettendoti di controllare e personalizzare ogni minima cosa dell’ecosistena NZXT. Con le ultime versioni inoltre diventato assolutamente stabile…
Il prezzo d’acquisto stato di 265 euro circa a cui devo sottrarre uno sconto di altri 66 euro che Amazon mi ha fatto in quanto, nonostante il prodotto fosse perfettamente imballato e assolutamente nuovo con sigilli, il radiatore arrivato sporco e impolverato in maniera molto evidente (anche su questo NZXT deve migliorare il controllo qualit mentre Amazon si dimostra sempre molto professionale e disponibile).
Lo consiglio? Se rientrate in tutti e tre i “motivi” detti prima e avete budget certamente si, anche se secondo me il prezzo corretto o meglio di mercato di questo AIO dovrebbe essere sui 190 euro

Ciao,a tutti ho acquistato questo articolo per il raffreddamento della cpu di un nuovo pc ,dopo aver assemblato il tutto scopro che non funziona,proprio la pompa non partiva,un grazie ad Amazon per la pronta sostituzione del prodotto.Il secondo kit funziona perfettamente.
Il tempo perso tra assemblaggio e disasemblaggio e tutto il resto chi lo paga pero,un prodotto fallato puo capitare pero un piccolo test prima dell imballaggio non sarebbe male

Finalmente un AIO performante, silenzioso, esteticamente bello.
Io ci ho montato su due Noctua nf-a12x25 con adattatore 120>140 poich volevo le massime prestazioni e riduzione del rumore, ma anche quelle in dotazione non sono tremende. Nel mio caso raffredda una 2080ti attraverso un Kraken g12, in full load 39gradi con ventole Noctua a 1700rmp, inudibili.
Sono stra soddisfatto, serie kraken di un altro livello rispetto alla concorrenza..
Uno spettacolo
E’ il mio primo AIO e oltre all’estetica ha anche prestazioni eccezzionali e materiali robusti… oltretutto non si poteva aspettare che questo dalle produzioni di casa asetec. I cavi sono un po pi lunghi del normale, forse per assicurare la compatibilit con il nzxt kraken g12, infatti ci ho messo un po per trovare la posizione corretta . Personalmente l’ho messo con i tubi verso il basso poich al lato mi piegavano troppo le ram. L’avrei voluto mettere al top del case in estrazione per avere un airflow perfetto ma ahim pi doppio di 5 millimetri dello spazio che ho disponibile e non entra a causa delle ram. Ho eseguito dei test , test che con il freezer duo dell’artic non riuscivo neanche ad eseguire! Con raffreddamento ad aria il mio i7 7700k con intel burn o aida arrivava oltre gli 89 e ci mi ha portato a pensare di deliddare il processore. Grazie a questo aio fantastico senza delid e niente con la stessa clock ossia 4.7 con picchi 4.8 su un core, in test anche per molto tempo non supera i 72 e per un porcessore cos che un forno una cosa stratosferica! Ho anche acquistato della pastatermoconduttiva grizzly ma non l’ho nenache aperta, quella di stock dell’nzxt efficace. Unica pecca di cui non mi ero reso conto che le ventole non sono rgb o argb, ma alla fine ne vale la pena perch il prodotto di buona fattura e fantastico, giochi di led spettacolari e pretazioni al top. Pultroppo non potendo mettere il radiatore al top l’ho messo anteriormente in ingresso ed estrazione nella parte superiore, ho provato prima a metterli con push sul top e pull sul radiatore, bene non fatelo! togliete aria alla scheda grafica e la vedrete soffocare in game. Sembra strano ma meglio immettere aria calda nel case che comunque non poi cos calda che non mettere le ventole sul top in push che spingono l’aria calda verso il basso e quindi verso la scheda .Il TOP assoluto dell’airflow radiatore sul top in pull e ventole sul front in push e le ventole settate per bene. Ora attendo solo di sostituire la scheda grafica e sono apposto XD.Possiedo un Nzxt kraken X53 da pochi giorni , tra un paio di mesi aggiorno la recensione per ora sono soddisfattissimo.
Bello e dalle ottime prestazioni
Dire che bello poco, il waterblock stupendo, a specchio e gli effetti luminosi sono molto belli. Per le prestazioni, sono passato dal dissipatore stock wraith di AMD a questo. Le temperature si sono abbassate di 10 gradi circa e nei vari bench ho notato che, proprio in virt di questo fatto, riesco ad ottenere punteggi pi alti riuscendo anche a mantenere frequenze pi alte per pi tempo. Io ho dovuto installarlo per forza di cose nella parte alta del case per l’ideale sarebbe forse quello di metterlo nella parte frontale.

Es espectacular me ha bajado 12 y 15 grados comparado con la otra liquida que tena que era la nfortec hydrus rgb 240, de las aio actuales sin dud a la mejor, y los efectos visuales muy chulos, aconsejo dejarlo en el programa cam que te descarges en modo rendimiento.
