The product itself is so cool and awesome. But the lego box was damaged. Really hope amazon do something abt the bad packaging experience I encountered. This is the 3rd time I experienced it.

Espectacula
Ha sido un regalo para un peque de 10 aos y le ha encantado, le ha gustado mucho montarlo y como fan de los transformers imaginad tener a Optimus Prime de Lego. Bastante grande, pero vamos el tamao esperado, muy bien diseado queda espectacular y encima rebajado del precio “oficial”

De part sa transformation ce lego est ultra intressant a faire. Icone emblmatique des annes 90. Ce megatron est vraiment sublime une fois termin. Je l’ai eu a moins de 100e avec bons d’achat et autres remises. Top

The "power cube and the axe" were basically a waste of time, a smaller Optimus with the display stand would have been good. Loved the Jet Pack. Not sure that I would move Optimus between modes, seems fiddly and not really practical, if you are a super-fan buy two models.

Queda precioso montado con muchos detalles que segn lo vas armando vas reconociendo perfectamente a optimus es muy fcil de montar y las piezas encajan muy bien la calidad de lego es buensima
It's good
It’s a really good set, took me a good few hours but got it all done in one evening after work. Its a fun build and you can see it come together pretty quick. It’s a bit fiddly once built and it’s definitely not a toy to be played with. Transforms quite easy but has instructions to transform. A bit fragile as well, especially where the legs join the hip, but over all good se

A great G1 representatio
This set is a pleasure to build the little factoids in the instruction book help you have a berif break and know more about Optimus! The transforming gimmick means there is no bend so possibility is very limited but you can get some very stoic posing done

I’m going to be honest I bought it as it was on offer but have still yet to open it.
It’s a nice sized box and looks like a nice gift but yet to be able to comment on the build.
Treat to Myself.
I recently bought this set for myself, having had my eye on it for sometime. Thought it looked awesome in one of the local toyshop.
Spent 4 nights building it and loved every minute. Initially tricky to transform, but you get used to it, once you know the sequence. Good set to build but definitely not for younger children. Looks great either in Autobot Form or in Truck form. Would love to see more Transformers given the same treatment.
Great set, but was expecting more
I love Lego, and my wife decided to buy me this for my 41st birthday (I’m a big kid at heart, aren’t we all?)
It is a big old box and I was excited to start building it, easy to follow instructions as usual with Lego, and I decided to build it over a week, one to two bags per day, it took me 7 days so I hit my target.
The final construction is good, but feels flimsy and complicated to change into the autobot, it does looks super cool, however, I wouldn’t recommend this for a child, as its slightly complicated to build
All in I’d give it a 5 out of 5
Side note, the LEGO came in plastic packaging, with a note saying more sustainable options are on the way, that will be nice to see

Absolutely loved building this so unique well worth the money easy to build and easy to transform from robot to truck and back again hope Lego bring more of the transformers franchise out to build

Was slightly concerned that instructions/box etc wouldn’t be in English when I saw it was coming from the continent, however it’s all OK – the best price for this set at the time.

Transformable lego. Most money actually paid for the franchise. Not Sturdy expected. But you cannot expect for more for a transformable lego. It’s great—-as a lego.

Looks awesome as a model and does with some carefulness transform into an awesome truck !
Doesn’t have space for the axe or jetpack in truck mode but it’s good that they were included too
Tricky build but The instructions also include information as your building about the model
Iconic Build
I got this set for Christmas, having been looking at it for a while.
The pieces are all in numbered bags, none of which are huge, so if time for building is limited, you aren’t left with bowls full of pieces.
The instructions are very clear, nicely broken down.
As a build, a huge amount of thought has been put into this, which is clear when you are assembling it and it’s clear what sections you are building.
Everything holds well together with no frustration from me, with bits slipping etc.
As the robot, Optimus looks brilliant. Very proportional, with all limbs being movable and the joints are strong.
Transforming into the lorry, follow the instructions, but they are very clear and not too difficult.
I grew up in the 1980s watching the first Transformers and this is a great set to have.
You won’t be disappointed.

This is a fantastic Lego set. Great to build and impressive once made. It transforms easily between vehicle and figure.
Great lego set took me about 5 hours to build. I then added lighting which took about 2 hours.
He looks good in both Robot and Truck mode.
Ive only added pictures of him in robot form because the lighting wires make it hard to transform (NOT THE FAULT OF THIS PRODUCT)
He is Strood next to an Original 80s Optimus Prime so you might get an idea of how Big he actually is.
Highly recommended this product.
Autobots Transform
This has to be one of the best Lego sets ever. It’s accuracy, build quality and ability to transform make it one of my top 5 ever Lego sets. Roll on Megatron or Sound wave next.

Maybe it’s not, but if you ever had a G1 Opimus (or didn’t because your parents thought go bots were the same) as a kid, you’ll want this model,
A satisfying build, some excellent mechanics and the ability to transform it, make this a perfect gift for a bit of middle aged man relaxation,
Though i warn you, support the waist when you pick it up, or those legs might not come with the body,
Now when are they releasing megatron and starscream…….
It is Optimus Prime made out of Lego …. stop reading and buy it already.
