Comfortable and sensitive
Only had it a few hours, but i would say for budgeting? It’s definately is the way to go, saying that, logitech have aways product value for money, the seller was prompt and very precise on what you are getting, fast packed well and value for money, I cannot fault the product, I’m use to joysticks, i would say it handles very well. Solid and by far not flimsy. I’m surprised at the price. It gets a 5 star from me.

Can’t fault this. Fully adjustable, wonderful in MSFS (is detected and the game pre-configures the stick for you) and gives you fine control. The two parts are well weighted and work as they should.
Only negative is how sensitive the little mouse cursor joystick is, but that’s more down to my heavy handedness…
Good for the price
The main problems with this product are that A. a drift appears in the joystick after a long period playing (which can be fixed by unplugging it and plugging it back in) and B. there is lack of accuracy in the joystick’s sensor making fine adjustments impossible or very difficult in some sim games.
Other minor problems are the “sci-fi” look, the fact that joystick buttons are positioned in a way that requires giving up grip to press them and the fact that the throttle isn’t heavy enough and it has an annoying detent.
However, it’s pretty cheap and somewhat of a classic, which means there are pretty good default bindings in many games for it, and Elite Dangerous was arguably designed with it in mind.
As time passes this will become less and less good a choice, but for now, at around 100 price point it’s good enough vs competition.

Great number of controls for the money
A little bit awkward to set up for MS flight simulator, and needed to review a few online forums to get it working but now works great. Very ergonomic (though also very right handed) with an excellen number of controls. Great value for what you get.

Acquistato dopo che mi ha abbandonato il mio vecchio thrustmaster, devo dire che un ottimo prodotto considerato il prezzo personalizzabile al massimo e molto ergonomico la grandezza e giusta unico neo la manetta molto pesante ma con una precisione perfetta per chi usa un Fs2020 con airbus lo consiglio !!

Daher nur 4 Stars, Preis geht in Ordnung.ltere win Systeme haben Ihre Probleme. Win 10 okay.
Trotzdem zu Empfehlen fr Elite D. Unbedingt sonst ist man schnell Geschichte.
Great all round stick.
I am going to go with 5 stars for this as it does the job well. I got it for Microsoft Flight Sim 2020 and Ace Combat 7 and on both games it works real well. I did use to own the X52 Pro but got rid of it some years ago, there is more metal parts on the pro to this but still this is a great stick. I would recommend this stick to anyone wanting get into flying games as a beginner stick.

The only thing I do not like is the throttle because it is stiff and difficult to control for finer movements. Otherwise I could plot my whole set up for Elite dangerous on the HOTAS and need no keyboard or mouse. Took a while to set up but there was plenty of help out there.

Usato molto in varie tipologie di simulazione aerea.
Sicuramente sul mercato sono presenti molti prodotti di qualit superiore, ma a questo prezzo direi che si tratta di un prodotto davvero ottimo.
La qualit mi sembra buona, molte parti sono in plastica, ma si tratta di un plastica molto resistente, che restituisce comunque solidit.
I controlli sono morbidi, non ottimo per chi ama molto la sensibilit, ma adeguabili sicuramente settando per bene il simulatore o gioco in cui se ne f uso, non immediato come un plug n play, ma chi sceglie prodotti di questo genere, smanettare con le impostazioni un solo un passaggio obbligato.
Un buon acquisto e lo rifarei anche con il senno di poi.
FS 2020
Lo uso per flight simulator 2020 e devo ammettere che veramente molto bello. Ti da la sensazione di avere il controllo totale. Puoi personalizzare i molteplici tasti nel men del simulatore. Che dire mi sono fatto la mia postazione e ho aggiunto anche la pedaliera per avere la sensazione totale del volo. Lo consiglio caldamente

Der Saitek X52 ist meiner Meinung nach Sehr Gut. Den ersten hatte ich 2015 gekauft und funktioniert bis heute ganz Gut. das einzige Manko das der erste hat ist das die Beleuchtung mitten im Spiel ausfllt.
Von der Bedienung und Genauigkeit ist er Sehr Gut.
Lo utilizo para DCS y la verdad es que muy contento. Calidad/precio buena. Pero ya aviso que no es el modelo PRO sino el modelo normal plateado. La informacin anunciada por el vendedor es confusa
I really like this hotas, the joystick feels great and has loads of buttons and hats etc. The throttle is a bit stiff and the suckers can’t hold it to the desk when using it. I’m using windows 10 and most functions work but in games the mouse nub doesn’t work even though it does on the desktop. The profile software is confusing, it won’t load the profile files downloaded from Logitech. They are in the wrong format for the software for some reason. The 64bit driver is also years out of date, there is a 32 bit version but I’m using win 10 64bit so unsure which drives to use and the Logitech site is no help whatsoever.
It does have loads of LEDs that look cool and asthetically it looks great.
So nice hotas but sub par software.
Como pone en el titulo de esta opinin, es la primera vez que toco un joystick en este caso el x52 de Logitech y mi opinin no podra compararla con otros. Como primera vez me ha parecido un joystick fantstico, con una respuesta bastante buena, con poco que lo muevas ya reacciona, solo lo he jugado en el DCS World, y en un futuro al Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. Antes de nada hay que instalar los drivers obviamente que se encuentran en la pagina de Logitech de manera muy fcil, reiniciar el ordenador, conectarlo y ya esta listo para jugar, en el DCS al menos todos los controles de direccin vienen por defecto y no tienes que tocar nada y solo tienes que configurar los botones extra que trae el joystick para las diferentes funciones del avin.
Alguna pega que le puedo poner, la palanca de gases me parece un poco dura, pese a tener regulador de dureza por mucho que lo cambie no noto la diferencia. Otra mas, es que la rueda de los 3 modos posibles que trae el joystick lo tengo configurado para los modos Aire/Aire y Aire/Tierra y Navegacin, pues cuando desconecto la palanca y la vuelvo a conectar se desconfigura y no lo detecta como botn el propio juego, y por ultimo, el precio me parece un peln pasado si estuviera a 120-130 seria perfecto, aun as es por sacarle alguna pega mas.
En resumen, me parece una palanca muy buena, con muchos botones configurables al igual que joysticks que son muy tiles.

Non richiede software Logitech per funzionare (potrebbe tuttavia essere utile per le impostazioni avanzate).
Comodo, pratico, forse un po’ troppo leggero. La manetta di questo modello parecchio dura e richiede dello sforzo per essere mossa.

What a lot of controls.
I was surprised by the number of switches, lights, rotary controls, etc this thing has. Even dimmable blue LEDs on some. I bought it as a replacement for my old worn out Thrustmaster HOTAS, and am pleased with the accuracy and versatility. The two components are connected by a supplied PS2 lead, with a single USB connection to the PC, although I read an earlier review that stated each component had a separate USB connection to the PC. This not the case on mine, I considered the Pro version, but for my requirements, Elite Dangerous and X4, the X52 base model is plenty good enough.

Prodotto ottimo,x la fascia di prezzo cui appartiene. Soddisfattissimo dell’acquisto. Aggiornamento recensione: Dopo 3 mesi dall’acquisto e con una 30 di ore di gioco,il dispositivo ha smesso di funzionare,nello specifico,non arriva tensione allo stick.

Mando muy completo con muchas opciones de configuracin, ademas de buena marca y buenos materiales de fabricacin.
El nico problema que tuve fue con la confirmacin en el Windows 10 lo que me hizo tener que devolverlo por qu no funcionaba correctamente. Pero si consigues configurarlo en tu PC tendrs un mando para muchos aos con muchas opciones de configuracin distintas.
Ben fatto, lo consiglio come primo H.O.T.A.S, con una spesa non eccessiva hai un ottimo sistema di volo, Per DCS – World e tutti i simulatori i volo.
Con l’aiuto del sito Logitech, registrando il prodotto, sono riuscito a scaricare il software aggiornato che funziona correttamente. Ora posso usare i profili e il pannello LCD retroilluminato. Considerato il prezzo, credo che questo HOTAS sia il migliore per prezzo/qualit.
Ovviamente per 115 non mi aspettavo un Hotas da 400
La qualit costruttiva buona seppur tutto in plastica… Vedremo con il tempo.
Lo uso per star citizen e personalmente mi piace la morbidezza della molla molto dolce.
(Ho dovuto aggiungere un dischetto di plastica per evitare dopo un uso intensivo un fastidio effetto “frizione” sulle parti in attrito… con un semplice dischetto di plastica tra le parti ho risolto quasi completamente.

Un p ingombrante, per giocatori esperti, si pu configurare tramite software e attraverso i giochi, io l’ho provato con fligth simulator, piuttosto complesso da configurare, molte funzioni, non per neofiti
Si installa senza software dal menu di fsx o prepar3d per fortuna perch configurarlo dal software che lo gestisce al meglio con personalizzazione dei comandi ci vorrebbe un ingegnere elettronico
Perfekt fr Weltraum Simulationen. Die Steuerung ist sehr genau und mit richtigem Widerstand. Es gibt gengend einstellbare Knpfe, Hebel und Regler und eine Software um alles selbst anpassen zu knnen. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut und ohne abstehende Kanten.
Die Feder, die den Steuerknppel zurck drckt, muss man von Zeit zu Zeit mal ein bisschen einfetten, sonst macht das unangenehme Gerusche beim bewegen, da Plastik auf Plastik reibt.
Das einzige was ich noch nicht einstellen hab knnen, ist die richtige Uhrzeit, die am Schubregler angezeigt wird.
Das war mir aber auch nicht wirklich wichtig. Schaut man eh nicht da drauf.
Niente di speciale
Come da titolo non ho trovato nulla di esaltante in questo prodotto. Averlo pagato 115 mi consola un poco. Il suo software penoso e credo che andrebbe riscritto aggiornato ; in pratica non lo uso e applico le impostazioni dei vari simulatori. Logitech poteva fare miglior figura.
Als Simulator Enthusiast (ArmA, DCS und seit neuestem Falcon 4) muss ich sagen ein Topstick. Hatte bisher nie Probleme damit, die LEDs sind zwar etwas hell, knnen aber nach Installation der Treiber deaktiviert werden. Der Stick an sich fhlt sich gut an und ist sowohl zum Heli als auch Flugzeug fliegen gut geeignet. Der Throttle ist auch sauber, man sprt bei ca 80% einen leichten Bump (fr Afterburner) den man soweit ich wei aber auch per Schraube deaktivieren kann. Es gibt ungefhr drei Millionen Buttons und einen Switch zum Wechseln der Profile d.h. man kann theoretisch in einem Spiel den Stick bis zu 3 mal belegen.

An und fr sich ein sehr gelungendes Set nur der MAUSSTICK am schubregler past da garnicht wenn man ihn ausschalten knnte oder anders belegen dann ok aber so nur 4 von 5 sterne
Brilliant controlle
A perfect flight controller for many space based games or flight simulators.
Working out how to get the different Modes on the thrust panel is a little difficult to start with & an instruction manual would have been useful.
Expensive for something you may or may not use much, I thought I would use it a lot!
Hardly use this joystick but feels and looks the part, be aware of the size of these before buying, I was quite taken back by how big they are when they arrived.
Great value
I was initially cautious buying this as I’d read some negative (pre Logitech) reviews about Saitek and it did feel much lighter/flimsier than my old Logitech Extreme stick. I’m pleased to say however, that was 18 months ago (20/1/17) and many hundreds of hours use. Definitely a good buy.
Great for flight simulators.
An extremely useful addition to any Flight Simulator software. I’m currently using with X-Plane 11, AeroflyFS2 and Dovetail games Flight Sim World. Easily mapped, with specific tasks allocated to your preferred configuration.
Pretty good.
Throttle is great. Stick is not as smooth as I would like but overall is accurate. USB connector often needs re-seating. Suspect low-grade component. Not all the buttons are useful.
Lo valoro muy positivamente por lo cmodo de la instalacin bajo windows 10 y por la versatilidad de su uso y configuracin en los juegos probados.
Es muy resistente y ergonmico as como de rpida respuesta dentro de los juegos. Una delicia.
Mit etwas Skepsis aufgrund der negativen Rezensionen habe ich mir den X52 in der Standard-Version (kein Pro oder X56) bestellt.
Leider packt Amazon alle Rezensionen dieser 3 verschiedenen Produkte in ein Fenster, also aufpassen
Ich habe direkt die neuesten Treiber von der Hersteller-Website geladen (Treiber UND Software) und installiert. Dies klappte auf Anhieb und problemlos unter Windows 10, auch die Hardware wurde problemlos erkannt.
Gut, es ist halt alles Plastik, abgesehen von der Alu-Oberflche auf den Gehusen, Der Stick ist sehr sehr leichtgngig und hat einen groen Bewegungsraum, die Gier-Achse ist etwas fester auch die Coolie-Hats am Stick sind etwas “lose” bzw. wackelig.Aber dennoch funktioniert alles einwandfrei und ohne Probleme. Am Schubregler wackelt nichts, der Krauftaufwand fr den Schub lsst sich einstellen. Leider gibt es keine Rastfunktion in der Mittelstellung, dafr aber bei 25% und 75%. Die Leuchtstrke der LEDs lsst sich ber die Software regeln und man kann dort verschieden Profile erstellen, wenn man es denn braucht.
Ich habe den X52 fr Elite Dangerous konfiguriert, und seitdem macht das spielen noch mehr Spass,
4 Sterne, wegen der wackeligen Coolie-Hats. Sollte bei ber 100 eigentlich nicht sein. Und unter Windows 10 kann es sein, dass man das USB-Kabel nach dem Hochfahren erneut einstecken muss, damit der X52 erkannt wird, scheint aber an Win 10 zu liegen
Ansonsten kann ich den X52 nur empfehlen.
Nach anfnglichen Bedenken, bei Durchsicht der Rezensionen, ein spitzen Produkt.
Bin voll zufrieden, es macht Alles was von ihm erwartet wird und mehr.
Bedingung dafr ist aber gleich die Treiber und Software von der Herstellerseite zu
Laden und zu installieren.
Having built a custom rig this last month, what was required as a decent controller to use for my sim games and this was the choice I went with. I have previously owned the G920 steering wheel & pedals, but found (for my smallish home anyway) that they simply took up too much space.
This I use for my various flying games, for which ideal, and the odd driving game (euro truck sim 2, forza racing game). I found the stick extremely responsive and accurate/precise. The number of buttons which can be customized to do anything in these sorts of games is great, there are several axis controls which is great for any simulator where control surfaces / engines aren’t just an “on/off” thing:
Joystick X/Y (and Z – twist motion/rudder etc)
Throttle lever
1 slider on throttle lever (where left thumb would sit – on the right handed version anyway, which this is)
1 dial on the top of the throttle lever (where your index finger would rest)
the throttle and joystick setups are obvious, but in say euro truck, i dont use joystick forward/back for throttle/brake – i use the throttle lever for ‘gas pedal’ and the thumb slider for ‘brake pedal’. Before I got trackIR – i used the twisty joystick to “turn my head” left/right to check for traffic etc. again – you can setup any axis/button to do any command in any game that has a controller/setup page, which 99.9% of games do.
I like that the main trigger has 2 stages, good for firing missiles etc, as a part pull you may setup to try get a radar lock on your enemy, and once you hear the buzzer confirmation, you pull all the way, the 2 steps are quite far apart, certainly far enough that you can’t accidentally pull trigger all the way, when you only intended for the initial half-pull. A good idea really, as there is every chance you are ducking and weaving and diving and you don’t want to waste a precious limited resource in such a situation due to a dodgy trigger!!!
I used windows 10 and on the machine I made, once I plugged this in, it was fully working within 10 seconds at the most. I didn’t bother installing the DVD software, but i’m sure there may be some settings or something on there, but it’s irrelevant for most uses as the thing just works. There is no force feedback of any kind on this model, so be aware that if you want the stick to shake, or go stiff when flying at higher speeds, you need something else. If you dont care for that, but want a high quality, nice to feel, comfortable and above all precise and accurate controller for your PC that’s as easy to setup as plugging in a USB cable and waiting 5 seconds for the driver to autoload – then this won’t let you down.
I saw a review by someone saying the throttle was “too stiff” – there is an adjustment to loosen the throttle, but if he had already loosened it all the way, I can only guess either he was doing it wrong, or had a faulty model, because mine only needed a little bit of loosening to get the throttle to how I like it, and I had plenty of loosening to go.
