    Great for beginners
This is a great beginner wheel, easy set up, runs smooth.
I don’t have much to say about it, the software works, just be warned that the wheel is violent on Forza titles without in game settings adjustments.

If you’re brand new to racing and thinking of getting a better wheel instead of this i’d recommend getting this as it is a very good beginner wheel and for some games i’d keep using for a very long time, and then using that other money to buy a cradle rig to set it up in.

    Note to F1 simmers;
I would recommend if you’re getting into F1 and don’t intend on playing other sim racers buy a thrustmaster wheel, base and pedals for the extra, yes it’s a lot more but it’s worth it as you’ll find yourself wanting a better set up quite quickly.

    Such great quality
I ordered this product from amazon last week and couldn’t be more happy with the product great value for money very reliable and dose exactly what I needed it to when I needed it to just as described , and I was amazed at how quickly it arrived. The packaging was secure, ensuring the item was undamaged. The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the product, and their support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Amazon was outstanding, and I can’t wait for my next purchase.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIt's a great wheel if you can't stretch to a direct drive wheel - best of the res
I bought this as a replacement to an archaic Logitech wheel that I had owned for ever. A friend and I have started to get more into online racing sims and he has a Fanatec setup with racing chair, that he races in in VR. Nice idea but I don’t have the space, the money or the matrimonial tolerance – problem was, his kit was letting him drive far better than I could (I refuse to believe it has any bearing on my skill 😉 and I needed to do something!

I could have stretched to a Fanatec setup at a push, but I had some Amazon vouchers and this did well as a mid-range wheel in the reviews, so I went for it.

It is nice, no question. Leather-wrapped wheel, all very sturdy. I particularly like the brake pedal which has a strong resistance so heavy braking feels like heavy braking. It also used a system called Trueforce which basically ‘listens’ for the engine note in your games and applies a light vibration to the wheel that matches the pitch of the engine. It isn’t a deal breaker, but I quite like it. My racing has improved as well, it is a much more accomplished controller than the old one. Bumps, saw-tooth circuit kerbs etc all get transmitted nicely, but as it is geared rather than the direct drive you can get on more expensive wheels, you do occasionally get a little clattering back and forth on the force feedback that simply doesn’t happen in a car and so feels really off. It is the same on all geared wheels though to be fair. Don’t get me wrong, it is not going to spoil your enjoyment, but is a niggle regardless.

If your budget is around the price of this wheel, you can buy it and you will not be disappointed, it really is a great wheel and pedal set. If I could wind back time though I think I would have stretched a couple of hundred quid further for an entry-level Fanatec wheel setup.

    I sent mine back!
So I bought these because my pal has them, and I can say they are really good for getting into racetrack gaming. They are value for money in my view and would make any kids/adults day. In the end, I decided to go with something else, and so sent these back unopened. But please don’t be out off by my decision, because these are a good all rounder for racetrack gaming.

    Overall great.
For starters like myself, it’s perfect.

Only downsides are, and they’re minor, it’s a bit noisy and the wheel is on the smaller side. But over all it’s great. Zero problems with it. I’ll hold on to it for at least a year and will upgrade if I’m still sim racing then.

    Amazing
I was not expecting any more or any less. They work just perfect, really easy to mount and use. I just had the problem that my table is super thick, and I thought that it would not work properly, until I found that I can take some spacers that the steering wheel have mounted. I do not have it at full power and still giving really good sensations. It is a good start for sim racing

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersA great mid-range wheel
The G923 is a great “budget” wheel. I paid 283 for mine.

I haven’t owned a steering wheel since the XP days, and recently got interested in American Truck Simulator, so I wasn’t overly fussed about direct drive, but wanted to avoid belts as that was what my last wheel was.

The look, and feel of the product are nice. Despite being made mostly of plastic, it doesn’t feel “plasticky”. The wheel has a good range of controls, with lots of buttons to use but some are not in the most convenient locations, and will require to move your hands significantly from a normal driving position, but this isn’t a deal breaker at all, just a little bit of a nuisance.

As you may have read elsewhere, the one downside to this is the gear mechanism for the force feedback. It can be very noisy. When driving normally on the road its not really that noticeable. It’s only when you rumble over dirt or rock, rather than tarmac, that it comes about.

The desk I have it mounted on is solid wood about an inch thick. When it rumbles it makes the entire desk vibrate, in a way that I feel a direct drive wheel would not. So if you are buying this for trucking, or driving cars on pave roads you are probably fine, but you might want to look elsewhere if you are looking to off roading or rally driving.

The pedals are nicely made, and have a catch underneath that flips out a spike strip for gripping carpets. I can push myself back in my chair without them budging an inch. They are not load celll based, or I think even hall effect sensors but pots, but its too early to tell if that is an issue until several years down the road. They are more than usable. The accelerator, and clutch have similar resistance, but the break requires quite a bit of force to fully depress. This may loosen up over time, and initially I didn’t like it but I have got used to it now. I can comfortably ride the brake, and do left foot breaking if I want without fear of accidentally depressing it.

If you are looking to get ATS/ETS2, or looking to upgrade from keyboard & mouse, or a controller, look no further than this. All other options I looked at that were better suddenly jump to over 500 just for the wheel, and no pedals, so a wheel/pedal set for under 300 is a a real bargain.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersTrueforce indeed
What a top notch piece of kit for the price. The trueforce feedback is spot on detecting bumps in the road and colisions with other cars, the range of the accelerator gives you so much control over your throttle that making minor adjustments to keep your line is an absolute joy that just boosts your confidence when cornering. The best thing is the learning curve is practically none existent cause I found my self doing perfect laps after my first 3 races of practice. It’s and astonishing game changer for sure. But I would realy recommend that you invest in a racing chair simply for the foot peddles to fix to, cause the break peddle is kinda stiff and hard to press with out it sliding across ur floor. I hear there’s a way to fix it by removing a piece inside but I don’t like wasting a good warranty myself. just incase.
Overall though it’s and excellent product, well built and helps of fun

    (Edit)
Gt7 works perfectly plug and play
Grid Ledgends works perfectly plug and play
Assetto Corsa Competizione, what the duck went wrong there. The cars are un-controllable to say the least, there is no dead zone, no auto re-center, the feedback sends u out of control when ever u do finaly get the car going in a straight line ( only at high speeds) and the turning angles are way off. I no this is not the wheels fault its the games creators so don’t let this put u off if u try this game with it. The game just stinks

I was humming and hawing for months whether or not to make the purchase given the high price. But I decided to treat myself.

It’s bloody brilliant! I’ll never play a racing game without it now. The games I’ve tried it with my series x are Forza Horizon 5 – was okay, setting up in game a pain in the but. Grid – class, dirt5 – brilliant.

Being able to try it on all the games on game pass is just brilliant. Such an enjoyable experience.

Quality wise, feels expensive, very tactile, buttons work and feel great. The pedals are a bit close together for my liking, would have been nice if there was a bit more space between them. Steering wheel overall is a wonderful experience.

All in all just a bloody great time with this, brings the game experiences to another level. And I won’t be going back.

    Expensive but worth it!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersWay better than a game controller but that brake pedal
I’ve never used a steering wheel with my games console before so this was my first outing. (PS5) Overall I’m really happy with this and makes driving games much immersive and intuitive. However I can understand some of the negative comments already posted, namely the break pedal. The amount of force to apply 100% almost needs a small elephant standing on it. Thankfully the games I’ve used allow you to adjust this so you can set where 100% actually sits on the pedal. If this your first venture in to race sim setups then like me your likely to be impressed over just using a standard controller, however I see why some seasoned users have raised some of the points they have. It’s pricey as well when you add in the gear shifter and Mounting rig. My overall experience is good and and I am blistering my previous lap times. 4 stars only because of value and stiff brake pedal, otherwise. Great.

    Great Wheel and pedal system
The wheel and pedals works really well with iRacing, Assetto Corsa and Assetto Corsa Competizione. It doesnt seem to work well with Forza but i suspect thats more forza’s issue. This set is expensive but its a hell of a lot cheaper than getting a pro steering wheel and pedal set which could run into thousands of pounds (fanatec for example).

    Amazing driving set up
This is a really proper piece of kit and luckily in our household of gamers it was very well appreciated, especially by my husband and children! This is a high quality set up and is very weighty and solid and not like cheaper versions which we’ve had before which are very flimsy and not comfortable to play on.

The wheel is fairly heavy and can clip onto a table but we actually invested in the proper stand as we found the pedals slid around, even with a rug down on our hard floor so for the ultimate enjoyment we have a proper rig for this and it’s amazingly realistic to real driving with the correct resistance on the wheel and pedals.

Set up was simple, you plug in via USB and install, which once set up is ready to use when needed and the response is quick and flawless in gameplay.

This is a fantastic set and adds a new edge to driving games. We all love playing on this and this has no comparison to cheaper models. Amazing fun and very high quality and very durable despite my younger sons getting a bit carried away with it, recommended.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersA Changed Review
After using this steering wheel with Forza Horizon 4 I wasn’t impressed at all with the wheel, it was very hard to control and found the force feedback would steer me off the road all the time, like a constant battle. Now after playing Project Cars 2 it’s a totally different story and can now start to enjoy what this wheel has to offer.
The wheel itself is small and the force feedback can sound a bit clunky at times, but this has been forgiven trying it on other games like Project Cars 2.
The wheel has a leather wrap and to me doesn’t feel like leather, but it is as the smell is a dead giveaway. Maybe it’s just too thin to get excited about.
The steering wheel does look nice and the cable management under the wheel base is an added bonus. The pedals are fantastic, looks very nice and works very well.
I have the steering wheel fitted to a Next Level F-GT Lite rig and it’s a perfect match, holds the wheel and pedals perfectly with very little, and I mean very little flex.
Would had given the wheel a 5 star rating if only the force feedback was and sounded smoother.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersCan use without pedals. Easy setup and more games work with logitech 923 model
The 923 logitech steering wheel and pedals can be steering wheel only. Which is necessary for me as I’m paraplegic. Hand controls only. Excellent forcefeedback with wheel, can adjust to your own preference as well. Very easy clamping system to desk. Layout of buttons much better to see than original thrustmaster I bought and returned. Buttons weren’t as bright and harder to see when using other steering wheel. Totally different with logitech steering wheel. Yes it’s a shame I can’t do pedals and paid for them but at least I can enjoy more realistic driving with forcefeedback wheel. Plus I use Alfred bekker hand controls for my own car, push pull. so it’s similar setup. I have same pedals on steering wheel and it’s tiptronic – no clutch. Very popular setup with audi over past 16 years. I’ve owned 4 in past 26 years.

Be more like Lewis in your own home!
Are you a player who takes their racing games seriously? Are you sick of shoddy third party accessories that don’t help your gameplay but hinder? This is what you need!

This is the Logitech G923 Racing Wheel and pedals, with trueforce upto 1000hz force feedback, dual clutch launch control for the Xbox One / PC also available for the PlayStation.

The wheel is gorgeous in jet black with leather cover, blue aluminium centre marker, steel flappy paddle gear shifts, LED light rev indicator, all the Xbox controller buttons, a 24 point selector to finely tune your settings, bottom table clamps and the finishing is superb! The pedals are on a jet black base with 3 x brushed metal pedals (clutch, brake and accelerator). It reeks quality and class.

Out of the box you get one wheel, pedal set, power cable / brick and a USB cable.

Installation on the Xbox is easy, connect power lead to wheel (and to mains), connect lead between pedals and wheel, clamp wheel to a stable surface via tightening screws and connect the USB lead to the rear of the Xbox, you have the choice of two. If you are playing further than four feet from the screen I would recommend a USB male to female extension or you might struggle.
Once this is all connected load up your favourite game (mine was Forza) then watch as the wheel calibrates itself. This is freaky and sooooo mesmerising.
On the PC this will be all done with help from the Logitech Hub dash.

Right now you are all set up, it is good to go! I would suggest you ensure your table is sturdy, you will see what I mean if its not haha. You’ll be on the floor!

Using the wheel is a massive adrenaline rush, as I am more of a controller bloke, so steering wheel is normally arcades only, but I’ve bought the arcade to my home! The one thing I noticed it is a bit too real for my liking, I have owned an automatic performance car and this so reminds me of it. Just put yer foot down and feel the response from the wheel, it is outstanding. Go off the track slightly and you feel every contour of the rough. And as for spinning out, the realism is incredible. Round every turn you are in battle with the forces to get your lump of metal round that corner, unbelievable. The pedals are great, I am not using the clutch, so one foot on gas and other on the brake. If you owned an automatic you’d understand. Not what they teach you in lessons ha.
I am slowly improving with each go, as playing with a wheel is so different to controller, and a lot more stressful. Just glad I’ve not got an Asda parking sim on a Saturday afternoon, or else I’d get real rage.

Overall for the price you are getting a premium race wheel, that is the cost of an actual console but oh my is it worth it. I cannot state how highly I recommend this race wheel and pedals whether you are an amateur (like my daughter in the video / pics) or a seasoned veteran like myself who is rubbish at racing games ever since Chequered Flag on the Spectrum.
Buy this wheel, you will not regret it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersA big investment but a lot of fun and skills to learn once you’ve configured it righ
Firstly I’ll put my hands up and confess I am no racing sim expert, however I do enjoy the Forza series of games and the Logitech G923 certainly adds a whole new dimension to playing.

It is very easy to setup the hardware but you do end up with wires trailing across the floor to the Xbox and to a power socket.

Initially I tried playing Forza Horizon 4 using the default settings and the car’s handling was all over the place, I was losing control at nearly every bend. After a quick Google and watching a YouTube video which listed the recommend settings for the G920 and it transformed the handling of the car.

The steering wheel provide plenty of vibration and force feedback but feels comfortable after hours of play. The pedals are quite close together for my size 11 feet but the pedal grips can be repositioned which I plan to do. The brake pedal is very firm but you do get used to it.

The paddles have a good click action and being metal feel very sturdy.

Having been using it for over a week now, I have to confess I am tempted to get a stand to attach the pedals and steering wheel to, for improved comfort and to stop the pedals sliding on laminate flooring when you stamp on the brake too hard.

it certainly adds a lot more enjoyment and life to the games as you refine your skills and improve using hands and feet to get the best out of your chosen car.

It seems to be supported by the major games but some of the indie racing games don’t give you the option to use the wheel as a controller on the Xbox.

Overall a big investment but if you love racing simulations, you won’t regret it.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHighly responsive giving a realistic driving experience
This arrived in a nice custom design box opening at the top with a simple setup sheet on the top, warranty information, a sticker and some marketing information, everything seemed well packed and protected with cardboard and items in plastic sleeves.

First impressions: both the wheel and the peddles are quite heavy and feel very solid, everything seems really well finished with high attention to detail, the setup sheet is clear and easy to follow although it does not come with a user manual so the first thing I did was go onto their homepage and find the setup guide which was far more detailed giving more operational details. It’s been a long time since I have used a steering wheel while playing a racing game and as I had Forza 7 on my XB1 I thought this would be a good test.

Setting it up was fairly straight forward following the guide and the clamps worked well holding the wheel solidly to the table edge, once I had it all setup I started up the game and went through the in game settings which supported the steering wheel and are highly customisable. I had several races and am certainly far from the best at racing games but did find this vastly improved my performance from using a controller, I found the peddles to have quite a high resistance certainly more than I am used to during normal driving although the angle you sit at using the pedals makes a difference, the wheel feels really nice and the response is very accurate.

I tested it out using automatic settings which work very well although I have since been trying it out with manual control using the paddles for dual clutch control with gears, this works really well although my driving is a bit of a mess due to my inexperience but I am getting better 🙂 The whole layout of the wheel is very nice and controls easily accessible with the leather on the wheel and feedback giving a fairly realistic driving experience, I am looking forward to trying this out with the new Series X on November 10th and it’s nice to see compatibility with the new console.

Overall a well thought out and laid out wheel I found to be highly responsive, the controls are adjustable being able to set it for a novice having most things set to automatic control or set it up for an experienced driver leaving all the controls in their hands, the force feedback gives a realistic driving experience and the wheel holding system works really well to secure it to a desk while using it, the only issue I had was the peddles having high resistance and would have liked less resistance for foot control.
