Best Receipt Printer on the marke
100% the best receipt printer on the market. Easy to setup and use. We’ve always used MUNBYN printers.
Would be better if this model had Wi-Fi but then there’s another model which has Wi-Fi which is slightly more expensive. Haven’t tried the lab feature yet we just use the USB connection. No delay in printing and printers at a reasonable speed.
Trying to think of a con but I genuinely can’t we’ve got a couple of white printers and think they look slightly better than the black ones but each to their own I guess and it depends on the style of your shop too.
These are lovely printers and support is just excelle
Munbyn printers are of great quality. I have been using one since 2019 and as a POS provider have deployed it to multiple locations. I wanted to buy Epsons and Star at first but couldn’t justify the price.
Out of 10 or more I have deployed, one gave a slight issue but the customer care was excellent, replied and helped within few hours and replaced within 2 days. I cannot recommend them enough.

Superb Print Quality and Speed
We came across this Thermal Printer when we were looking to replace the 58mm one we had in store, as it had some issues such as print quality and size.
It is safe to say that this 80mm thermal printer is a far cry from our old one. Not only is the quality of the print much, much higher than our previous one but it is also much quicker to print, and even cuts the receipt for you (something which was also lacking from our old one).
It worked great for us on Windows 10 once we had installed the included driver. It does come with an Alarm system that some users may find irritating (myself included) but this feature can be turned off with the included software. Their customer support was a big help with getting this sorted out.
Does the job fast and reliable. Did not install them myself but good quality build.
Have been using them at a restaurant for the last couple of months, so can say they are a good quality printer.
Printer was well described and came with good instructions where I was able to quickly install it with no fuss, and it prints a lot faster than I expected I am happy with my purchase
Good receipt printer but quite loud when printing
This receipt printer is not bad quality.
It was not expensive either.
Worked fine with Windows 10 after driver installation.
User guide can be better.
