Arrived on time and well packaged. Delivered to my apartment door by DPD. As I have set up these type of programmers on other heaters I found it O.K. After I read the instructions a few times I chose the programme 3 for my needs which is to set every hour of the 24 to my specifications. My problems arose when I tried to set up the WiFi. It didn’t work and it still doesn’t work. I have decided to keep the heater even though, at the moment, WiFi is nil. I am quite good normally at setting up WiFi/blue tooth on gadgets etc. I even rang Mylek who said if what they suggested didn’t work I was to go back to Amazon! As per their suggestion I rang BT who checked out my WiFi and said all was as it should be. I even took the heater off the wall as suggested by the lady from Mylek and put it by the router. Still nothing. So I have knocked a star off for no WiFi connectio
Very easy to set up and connect to app… Heats up to good temp quick.
A great heater which produces a good amount of heat quickly and warms things up rapidly. Controls and especially the app are quite complex and take some getting used to. Overall good but a better app would really improve things.
Can’t explain enough how happy I’m with this heater. Saves energy, I have seen the difference in the price payed daily and it’s so easy to use. I only use the app on the phone to turn on and off and it heats really quick. Thanks
… but in a good way. It was tricky to setup the WiFi connection but plain sailing after that. Great thermostatic control and scheduling. Nice heat and essily mounted on the wall.

Simple to attach to a wall, its light and manageable. Plug it in and turn up the heat. Very effective at heating a 5m x 3m garden office in 5 minutes
A panel is slim. Fits perfectly in the conservatory under the windows. Gets very hot so not appropriate for a baby or toddler to be left unsupervised with the heate
Great so far but instructions on how to use the programmer timer was confusing!. Eventually worked it out and really pleased with results. Looks really neat on the wall in the kitchen. I used the app to do the programming.
I bought this to heat the office. The idea was that I could set the heater on before I set off in the morning (I do not go in every day). However the wifi connection routine is clunky to say the least. This mostly due to the badly written manual. However, persevere and you will be rewarded. For that reason I have deducted one star.
