got this for use in my awning when camping. I attached hooks to the back and hook it outside during the day to charge for use at night. Charge seems to last a while and its super bright, motion detector seems quite sensitive but i mostly use it on a constant in the evening.

These are so good I went back and brought 3 more I also brought few extra for Christmas presents for family and neighbours, solar tech has so improved over the years, I live south coast UK and these have lasted throughout winter months and are as still as bright at 6 o’clock in morning as night time, much brighter than few others I’ve tried, they are also better quality so hopefully won’t fill up with water like the older ones did, also comes with handy remote control so can set on off or sensor, also has 3 dimming levels if too bright for neighboring houses, real easy to install just screw mount the plastic bracket then slot light into it, I actually cheated and used the bracket from older sensor lights as all seem to come with same mounting bracket, is actually brighter than the wired light I had out there so saving me a fortune in electric as well, sensor works perfectly as well, I have one above front door that picks up movement at end of path, stays on long enough till got key in door, honestly best buy in a long time.

Great security light. Comes on as soon as it detects any motion in the garden.
It’s not super bright, though, but I suppose it depends on how much daylight it soaks up through the day. Great value for money.

Simple to install
These lights perform their job well. Motion detection is perfect for our needs as neighbour can be outside and doesn’t trip the sensor. I would consider similar units with further reaching motion detecting for larger areas as these detect quite close 3 – 5 metres from 2 m up. Ideal for purpose
