This is a very useful aid for older people who still want to be independent in there home, very handy for carrying meals, drinks around the home. NRS have a good range of items and would recommend them for helpful items.

Having had Degenerative disc disease for some years, I encountered a massive flare up this week and could hardly walk supported by crutches was painful and meant i could not even take a drink to the lounge (I live alone). I had a Eureka moment remembering my mum had one of these and it was a god send to her. I was not disappointed I am able to stand straight it supports me far better than the crutches and little pressure to push. I have even noticed my bag and leg is not giving way so much either as it was with crutches. I can now transport drinks and food safely and will continue to use even when not at my worse as a useful trolley.

Very impressed with this trolley. Robust, easy to move around, sturdy and with two trays you can move quite a lot in one go. Relatively easy to assemble although if you have arthritic hands some of the clips may be a bit of a struggle. Would recommend.

I had a bad fall in my hallway. I knocked myself out broke my hand and middle finger badly hurt both knees and gave my face a real bang. Needed to go hospital but got home with messages from my son about this mobile which he reckoned would assist in my walking etc while I recovered from my fall. It came next day and my grandson had it fitted together in minutes and off I went. It supports me in so many situations and my physio says it’s ideal for me. I will keep using it even when I’m all mended as it makes my life so much easier moving even just a cup of tea to holding lots of washing/ironing to be put past in bedrooms. It’s parked right beside my chair and each time I get up from chair my hands go straight onto it and away I go happy and more secure

This trolley has been a god send. On crutches after having operation and it means I could move my drinks and food easily around . Having 2 trays it is very useful as you can fit on everything you need and it saves unnecessary journeys which is always a plus when you are on crutches

Very sturdy trolley , can sit in a chair and eat your dinner from it which is useful. The 2 trays have lips around the edges to contain any spillages. My 95 year old aunt is very pleased with it.

This trolley has made life so much easier for me! My mobility is poor and I find the trolley very helpful for carrying items from room to room – just a cup of coffee from the kitchen to the sitting room or a heavy load of laundry from the bathroom to the washing machine!
It was fairly easy to assemble, though I did struggle slightly to insert the metal legs into the rubber holders. It arrived with the casters already fitted to the legs. The trolley glides easily over carpets or hard flooring and is sturdy and well made.
The procedure for reclaiming the VAT was straightforward and Amazon dealt with it promptly.

Wheels, trays very good. Grandaughter assembled it quickly, but had to remove plastic sealing joints to do so. Asss a result it’s a bit wobbly, I may tape the joints. I also have a heavier NRS version which is heavier, stiffer, less good trays but doesn’t wobble.both very useful for carrying and meals, up and downstairs.

I would be lost without my wheely trolley. While waiting for my new hip my life was pretty poor. A person needs some help when using two sticks. This trolley helps not only around the house but also to get the washing outside to the line, If used carefully [because it isn’t ment to be] also doubles as a walking help. If it does break because I’ve overused it I will buy a second one, This is before the 6 weeks I will have to be careful after my operation.

I have only had this a couple of days and already I find it very useful it was a little hard for me ro put together it needed some force but it needs to fit well so I suppose that is why, very easy to do though.

Bought as a second trolley to have one for day to day essentials and one to wheel food etc from kitchen…….however this hasn’t worked out as ridges between carpet and timber floor make the trolley ‘jump’ too mich

Most of the assembly was straight forward but one of the handles required a good bit of strength and effort to fit. My relative appears to be happy with it and would recommend this item for anyone who has a problem with carrying meals from their kitche

Parts didn’t line up properly so needed a hammer to persuade them. However, once assembled it is fantastic. I couldn’t cope without it. I had one before and have just worn out. So useful.

The trolley is both sturdy and lightweight and easy to assemble .
Needed some help around the house following a hip replacement. Ideal to move items around with only one hand .

Very stable easy to manoeuvre but doesn’t run away with you.
I brought it for my mum after she broke her hip and she is not the strongest of people but she finds this the easiest to use out of all the aids she has.

Bought so the mother-in-law could move food between the kitchen and living room safely as she has arthritis in hands and hips. Very sturdy. Great mobility aid with room to move legs while walking. Wheels are big enough to ride over carpet finishers between rooms

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersSo far, an excellent product. A bit awkward to put together, someone elderly or disabled would not be able to do it on their own. Hermes delivered me the wrong item, (probably not their fault), and I had to take a very heavy TV stand to a local shop to return it, it really should be picked up if it’s not the customers fault, as not everyone could do this. However my Wife is very pleased with her new trolley, which allows her to be a bit less reliant on me.

I bought this trolley after a total hip replacement. Being at home on my own part of the day, and on two crutches, I would not have been able to take my lunch and cuppas from the kitchen to the lounge without this trolley. The trolley is very sturdy and I like the fact that the handles slope toward you. The trays are strong and wipe easily. There are no brakes, which wasn’t a problem for me, but I would say that this may be a safety issue for anyone who is very infirm and unsteady on their feet. I have found the trolley so useful that I will continue to use it when I am fully fit!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersHas been a real help since I have limited mobility from compressed spinal fractures. I keep it by my chair. The two trays are handy. I keep my remotes and kindle on lower one. Top one for medication and food and drink. If I need to collect food or drink from kitchen I use it as a walking aid trolley.
It doesn’t look out of place in my lounge either…
    Great buy.

Very useful if you have trouble moving around without aid, tea and food can be transported easily, could be sturdier but saying that used constantly as walking aid around the house and not problems yet.

I bought the trolley to enable me to walk around my home. without (furniture walking) as my doctor called it. It helps to keep me mobile. So pleased with it, I bought a second one for upstairs. Brilliant! so easy and useful for carrying food, laundry and anything too heavy to carry. I would be lost without them now. The delivery was excellent.

First;-= I dislike all the plastic used. Brown paper is much better. I have taken 1* off for excess.

Love the product. What a brilliant idea, to put trays on wheels and AT the right height. If anyone has any fears of putting together, it is easy Cut end is highest ,so slot the highest end facing cut off end. That is the hardest. Seller should put a cross there

Excellent purchase for my mother probably the most useful piece of equipment a 83 year old can have excellent fir mobility (much better than the standard Zimmer frame) useful for transporting her lunch/dinner and drinks upon. Thoroughly impressed

First item arrived damaged but the return process worked well and a new trolley soon arrived. It is easy to assemble, is stable and does what I wanted. My neighbour has difficulty walking and carrying things from room to room. This does the trick for her and helps keep her independent.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersThis simple but essential piece of mobility equipment has given Mumzie (85 years young, & 2 knees ops later) the ease to remain mobile at home, while giving her the confidence of independence to manage and attend to her day-to-day house and living needs unaided. This trolley has proved so good we purchased another – for use both upstairs & downstairs. Easy to keep clean and manouvre as wheels are on a 360 degree turnaround, Mumzie uses her trolleys to transport or eat her lunch, hot drinks, bulky laundrey, and heavy or fragile items she would otherwise find difficult or impossible to carry or transport around the home, when previously using a walking stick or her two-wheeled walking frame. The durable, easy to wipe clean plastic trays each have a lip edge surround to prevent items from slipping off or spilt liquid from dripping onto the floor (we cut rug underlay to fit each tray to create a firm grip mat base for an added secure hold of items), and can be detached from the strong trolley frame if need be. A strong but lightweight frame and compact rubber wheels make this trolley robust enough for Mumzie to use frequently outside either on the patio (slightly uneven paving stones) or driveway (tarmac) and garage and shed to transport her garden tools and allow her to potter about in her beloved garden, giving an unrivalled sence of independent movement for a very Happy Mumzie!

I bought this trolley for my Father who is 90 and has severe arthritis in his legs. He is house bound and walks from room to room in his home with a walking frame. With the frame he could not carry things from room to room. Therefore spilling cups of tea etc. We spotted this item and bought him one to try. He absolutely loves it. He no longer has accidents and says he feels very safe with it. He uses it for everything. He even eats hs meals off it in front of the television. The trolley is of sturdy construction and very easy to put together. It has an adjustable height. It is easy to clean via a quick wipe with detol . I can highly recommended this product.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThe trolley works excellently as a way that people, of limited mobility, can move things from one room to another. The rather clever offset trays means that meals can be eaten off the top tray whilst sitting in a chair.
My only reservation is that people might be tempted to use it as a walking aid, even though NRS clearly say it shouldn’t be relied on for this purpose.
It is well made and there is ample room on the trays for a large plate and a drink or for books and magazines. This is the second one that I have bought for members of my family.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our Usersmy mum was getting less and less mobile and had difficulty in moving things about – including snack meals – so this was handy. unfortunately mum is now almost totally immobile so we have had to stop using the trolley as there was a fear she may lean too heavily in it and have it run away with her. no fault of the trolley thought.
