Holes lined up perfectly to fit screws
Had furniture in the past where holes for screws didn’t line up and had to either drill new holes or open original but with this all went well perfectly, also small ratchet driver supplied which proved to be extremely useful.

Lost a star on assembly only due to some of the screws being a wee bit awkward to get into but on the whole easy to pit togethe
Disappointed with colour.
The actual product is good quality and easy to assemble, the only problem is the colour was described as dark grey , more of a light brown which was very disappointing.

Clear instructions, I assembled this on my own. Easy to build, all parts arrived, spare screws. Handy tool to fasten together. All holes in correct places. Really comfy and sturdy.
This is a really nice piece of garden furniture, little bit fiddley to build but well designed and I liked the little ratchet tool instead of just an Allen key very helpful

Worth the money
Very pleased. Product arrived within 2 days. Very easy to put together especially with the tool that was sent with it to replace the Allen key which in itself was worth the money and is a total game changer for anyone who hates Allen keys and wasn’t aware these things existed.
Extremely happy with the chairs look great and very comfy.

Absolutely love this furniture. It was easy to assemble, easier if we’d have checked where all the screws went in the chairs before we started on the first & not after!!! Love the colour, so comfortable. We bought it at right time, beginning of May & made good use of it during hot spell. Thoroughly recommend this set.
Comfortable seating, disappointed with the difficulty assembling the chairs.
This seating set appears to be good value for money and the seating cushions are excellent. However, I could not assemble the chairs in particular, as several holes for the screws did not match up. In the end my son had to drill out the holes to allow them to fit together properly. This is not what I expected having read previous customers reviews. Bear this in mind if ordering. Now it is assembled the chairs are very comfortable and the additional foot stools are a real bonus.
Really pleased with this – Arrived well packaged and came with good clear instructions on how to put together – along with a FANTASTIC ratchet which made assembly so much easier. (says husband who actually assembled it all!) It seems like good quality rattan for the price – have bought much thinner stuff before. Also, the cushions are great – really thick and comfortable. Comes with a sturdy table with a piece of tempered glass. The two foot stools are a good size and could easily be used as two extra seats. 5* from me! Great price for this too.
