I use this product for Zoom calls at work. It was very simple to set up. The connection has proved totally solid and the sound is crystal clear. The large, well-padded ear cushions make the headset extremely comfortable to wear even for long calls. The only small negative is that it can shift if you jerk your head suddenly for some reason. Highly recommended.

    Good stuff:

    – Surprized by sound quality, Poly saved no money on speakers.
Rich, crisp, vibrant sound across treble, mids and bass which I must admit sometimes prefer over my wired $350 Sennheiser paired with $400 headphone DAC/amplifier. All through Bluetooth, wow. Direct competitor Jabra Evolve2 65 is nowere near in terms of sound quality – I have both headsets to compare.

    – Comfy. I mean it. No pressure on my rather large head. Strong metal frame. Not made for sport though, tend to fall off if you happen to do yoga, but that is the last I would expect from an (home)office headset. Shame on Jabra whose Evolve2 65 is bulkier though fragile and not that comfortable to wear after few hours.

    – Mic and noice cancellation are good. Not superb but do the work. None of the headsets could match with a condenser microphone anyways.

    Bad stuff:

    – micro-USB charging port. C’mon Poly, in 2021 model?!

    – Boom arm mutes mic when straight in top up position. Move it accidentally a bit down and you are back on air whether you want it or not. Jabra has done it much better in Evolve2 65 where mic is on when you move it close to the level where your mouth is supposed to be.

    – Software glitches – none of them are critical or frequent but you might have to turn them off and back on sometimes. And not a single time during calls. Jabra has better software.

    Summary:
After having Focus 2 I am sticking with Poly as a brand. Despite all the hiccups described above. Impressed by their desire to make their product right. It does feel. Not just a plasticky one-off thingy, designed only to extent to tick the boxes for marketing.

I ordered from the Amazon warehouse as a “like new in original packaging ” it came used and dirty with the cord missing. Other than that, the headset seems to be working well. I use it for call translations and the noise canceling works wonders. Voice clarity is perfect.

These headset is ultimately the best. I work as an over the phone interpreter and I have never had a better clearer and most crisp sound before. This headset is a real breakthrough technology in the headset industry. It beats uncomfortable and expensive Jabra. I love this head set! The best wireless with a great microphone! Super! 10 starts! What a pleasure to have such hight quality sound!! Thanks!

Bought these as I work from home and have a dog that makes noise when she breathes, as he’s has breathing problems. Eversince i bought these, no one complains that they could hear my dog.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWent through many headsets, including other Poly headsets, Asus gaming headsets with AI noise cancellation etc and while they all cancelled machine noises and background noise pretty well, these did the best with crying baby noise, which is the ultimate standard. My wife can now work more efficiently by neglecting our child without having to deal with awkward questions about the crying from clients on the other line, great success.

I was a little wary paying so much for a headset- but the sound, quality and convenience is worth every penny.
Definitely connect direct with the dongle vs bluetooth, and connect direct to computer vs an extension usb cable for the best quality sound voice output during meetings.
Headset worked fine with just Bluetooth connection. Very lightweight and comfortable -and the mic muting when you lift up the arm is more convenient that you may think. Charging station is also very nice and convenient. It was a good buy for me.

My incredibly fussy daughter actually likes this headset. She wears it most of the working day for University remote lectures and seminars. She hasn’t complained yet which is a miracle in itself.

These babies are amazing. Working on a sales floor with 70 sales people. It’s loud. Music playing. 70 different conversations. I have clients hang up because they can’t hear any background noise. It blocks outside noise to where I can focus on the conversation. The mic setup picks up my voice perfectly. The mute features of moving the mic up or down works flawlessly. Putting the headset on to answer a call, saves multiple calls from being dropped. All I can say, these bad boys are worth their weight in gold.

I make a ton of calls for work in a noisy office. Invested in these and boy it paid off. I am also a gamer and have owned a ton of headsets, this is my fave, hands down. The blue tooth easily switches between my computer and phone. The noise cancelation isn’t perfect but enough. The sound quality from the mic for the caller is crystal clear and that was my biggest concern. The battery lasts a whole work day. I do wish I could turn up the volume louder but still my fave headset overall.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe biggest plus point of these headphones is that are really wearable. They sit gently on your head when adjusted correctly and don’t apply too much pressure on your ears, whilst not falling off.

The sound quality is clear and crisp but I am not blown away by it.

People I have been speaking too have been impressed by the background noise cancelling aspects of them when I have had children crying in the background and they can’t hear them at all.

My biggest surprise is that a few times I have been talking in a normal level and have been asked to speak louder, which surprised me. I don’t think the microphone arm is long enough potentially.

They are also billed as being optimised for Microsoft Teams, which I use among most other video call software and actually on Teams, there was an issue on more than one occasion where I couldn’t un-mute (activated by lowering the mic arm) and had to abandon using the headset to use my old ones.

Overall they are a quality item with a couple of little things that annoy me occasionally but I am happy with them and would buy again thanks to the comfort and wearability

These are by far the best headphones I have ever used. The noise cancelling is amazing especially when I’m on a call and the kids decide to keep pestering me. The sound quality is fantastic

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe world has changed and I like so many others are now working from home. Team meetings are a daily occurrence and these can be awkward if my hubby is working from home the same day. Before using these headphones I was using my AirPods which worked well but over time became uncomfortable.
These headphones are truly awesome and well worth the money.
First of all they are incredibly easy to install, you have a tiny usb connector dongle that you simply plug into your laptop or computer and you get guided through the process seamlessly. You can them simply keep the dongle in and turn the headphones off and on as you require.
They are fully adjustable and both my husband and I can wear them comfortably.
The sound quality is fantastic, it’s just like being 8n the same room. The noise cancelling is perfect when either my children are at home or my hubby is working in the same room as me.
The only thing I’m not too keen on is the stand, it’s fantastic that you don’t need another cable coming from the plug but I just find it a little awkward to place the headset on. It looks strange too.
However I cannot fault the time the headset remains charged. I’ve only had to recharge them a handful of times.
I know they’re a lot of money, but the saying is true, buy cheap buy twice. These are great and have seriously made my work life so much easier and my ears are so much happier too!

Didn’t think my old head seat could have been beaten, boy was I wrong! In this crazy times of teams calls online working from home this made a massive difference. The build quality made it feel like a premium product and felt its made of good quantity materials. The feel on the head was great nice secure fitting but super comfy. The ear pads were also great soft and comfortable creating the perfect fit. Once connect to the laptop super quick installation. The sound quality is amazing and never once did the other participants on my calls say they could hear my background noise which is very difficult and distraing normally with my old set. Having the charge station is great and solid and having it always charge allows freedom of use. So far so good!!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI got his headset after having used a wired headset for the last year and it restricting me to being sat at my laptop. Having a bluetooth headset is a breath of fresh air. I can connect to my phone to take meetings when I’m away from my desk, but the main use I have is with my laptop. I use the dongle to connect as the connect is more reliable. The stand it very useful as well, keeps the headset charged for when I need it, but also just somewhere to keep the headset when you’re not using it. It’s just neat, my OCD approves!
The battery life is great, it’s never given up on me. They ear pads and head pad are really comfortable. soft and nicely padded, not ear irritation. I wear glasses too and it doesn’t create any discomfort like my old headset.
The noise cancelling is good, not the best I’ve come across but I’ve been spoilt with my headphones and in-ears for music. Although it does keep the outside noise out well so does what it needs too.

One thing I never knew I needed until I got this headset is the prompts to tell you you’re on mute! It’s amazing! changed my life (you know what I mean). You start talking, it tells you in your ear that you’re on mute. Amazing. I like the prompts, but I also like that you can turn them off too. Personally I’ve kept them on. Moving the mic from your mouth, up to the top it mutes it, then when you put it back down, it unmutes it. Honestly, best thing ever.

Massively recommend this headset. Seems pricy, but the benefits outweigh the cost.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersWhat a marvel this piece of tech is!!!

I really can’t stress enough. My initial thoughts when I saw the packaging was like – it’s a simple package and I hope that the headphone is at least better.
What comes in the package : headset, wireless receiver dongle, carrying pouch, USB charging cable and the charging stand.
How it is to setup :
    1) Setup the charging stand by connecting it into a USB A charging port.
    2) Place the headset onto the charging stand – make sure you’re putting the headset at the end that has the charging slot. Let it charge until full
    3) Take the wireless receiver dongle (which is a type A USB port) and plug it into your computer’s USB port. The operating system will automatically install the required drivers to recognize the hardware.
    4) Take your headset and turn on the power switch and it’ll inform you that the headset is powered on.
    5) Go into the the sound settings on your PC and select the right output and microphone which will be the Voyager Poly 2
    6) Voila – all good to go.

Easy setup and no need to use the bluetooth at all.

Calls are extremely clear and my office colleagues can tell there is a big difference in the voice quality and I don’t have to listen to people telling me that I’m breathing into the microphone any more as was the case with my old earphones.

There is even a beep that sounds when you’re about to place a call.

You can wear this headset all day without feeling uncomfortable at all. The cushioning around the earpads feels like heaven and there’s even cushioning at the top of your head, where it rests. The head band is made of metal and has a premium feel and the other parts are made from plastic. The microphone can be raised when not in use, which mutes it automatically. There are volume controls are on the side where the microphone is and has a call answer/end button too.

Sound quality while playing music is really crisp and clear. Even has volume level protection which warns you when the volume is too high so that you don’t damage your ears.

Weight is decent and does not feel too heavy or bulky.

Connects to my smartphone quite easily too without too much hassle.

Overall I would say this is a perfect product for work as well as for use with your phone using bluetooth.
A big yes from me and would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This is without doubt a top quality headset.
Very comfortable, lightweight. Great noise cancelling and easy to connect to a macbook pro with the supplied dongle.
Adjustable mic position and a compact charging stand make it a great addition to my home office setup.
The range is excellent on the bluetooth too, and has no issues with sound degradation even when 10m or more away from the mac.

I bought these after my partner fell asleep in the chair near my desk at home and he was overheard snoring by my HR department. Throwing things hadn’t woken him up! They have changed the game for me now – the quality is brilliant, they remove background noise (that I didn’t know I had and people had been too polite to tell me) and more importantly they are very comfortable to wear. They come with a stand that charges them which is extremely handy and both myself and my team (and HR) are grateful that I have them. Would definitely recommend.

Great quality sound and mic. However there is a bug that constantly turns the volume up and down on my PC. Extremely annoying and disrupts work. If they sort that then it’s a great device. Very comfortable to wear and functionality is good

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersOverall the build quality for these headphones feels top notch. It feels like the Controls for this headset are cheaper than the Focus UC because there are no buttons on the left ear for volume and other functions.

If your using this with a Deskphone you may need the latest firmware on you deskphone in order to use it via bluetooth. Ran into this issue with my YeaLink T57W.
