Excellent device, easy to use. Just wish the battery lasted longer, for 24/7 use you do need to buy two. I’m saving for another one as it’s very helpful for my condition.

I had an issue initially, but the customer service was excellent in resolving. Thank you.
The ring works great for oxygen and pluse and brilliant to easily see in the night on the ring it’s self. Vibration warning is excellent.
It’s close to a 5star, but on the reports it would be great if they also record sleep cycle. If they can develop that in it would be a perfect product.

I bought this to replace my wrist pulse oximeter that has given up the ghost.
I have severe obstructive sleep apnoea.
So far so good. I read a lot of reviews of this product from various sellers and was a little concerned that the reviews overall were mixed.
I downloaded the app to my pc. No problems with that.
The USB lead supplied works with laptop but not with my smartphone so it looks like I am going to have to buy a different USB lead for my phone.
Easy to set up and easy to use.
    Charged the ring just fine.
Have been using it for a week so far and I have to say that it is doing exactly what I need it to do.
One nice function is that when you settle for sleep the screen counts down to zero then screen goes off for the night whilst monitoring your sleep. However if you want to see what your figures are all you need to do is gently swipe a finger across the screen and it shows you your real-time data. Then it goes back to sleep mode and screen turns off again.
I really like this feature as I want to know what my Sats and pulse are doing, as necessary, throughout the night. I find it reassuring that I can instantly see what’s happening when I choose.
Downloading overnight data is very straightforward. My only gripe with the programme is that I would like my details to carry forward but they don’t. I have to repeat my details every time I download the data. Small gripe though.
Wearing the ring at night is way less cumbersome than wearing a watch style pulse ox with a finger oximeter.
I have tried my index finger once and woke up in the morning with the ring on my bedside cabinet so I have stuck with the thumb. That works well for me.
I am not skinny and the ring fits my chunky thumb just fine.
One early issue with the ring is that I am slightly worried that the expanding plastic part of the ring might not last too long. It seems very thin and potentially perishable after sustained use.
We shall see how that goes
The vibrate function works well. I set mine to vibrate below 88% oxygen. The first time it vibrated at 5.30am and I couldn’t quite figure out why my thumb was sore. The vibrate is substantial and does the job.
I have had to recharge every day so far but not really too bothered about that so long as it works all night.
So after a week I am impressed despite the high cost – it seems to do the job.
I hope it lasts. If it doesn’t I will come back and re- review.
There is no doubt that this is an expensive bit of kit but if it works as it should over a generous period of time it could be worth every penny.
I will take my data to my next appointment with the sleep clinic.

I ordered this product, without fully understanding it’s overall function.

I contacted the sellers who were most helpful, and returned my purchase money.

I would highly recommend this business.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersWe bought this for my husband who suffers from sleep apnoea. Despite using a CPAP machine, he tends to stop breathing throughout the night – and as I’m such a sound sleeper I always worry I’m gonna wake up next to his cold (and very dead) body!

This device has solved all our problems and we can both now sleep soundly each night.

Previously he used a SPO2 monitor that attached to his wrist (like a watch) and had a thumb sensor attachment. We found that we had to replace the thumb sensor frequently due to general wear and tear during the night as it tended to get caught in the blankets / pillows / CPAP attachment, all of which tended to disturb his already much-disturbed sleep.

Since buying this device everything has changed. It fits snugly on his thumb, no trailing cables to catch on anything, has 3 nights usage battery life and most importantly we have set up minimum levels in the app so when either his SPO2 levels or heartbeat/pulse drops below the set levels it vibrates and wakes him up so he starts breathing again.

It’s possible to set different levels of vibration and after a few corrections we’ve found the right level to wake him up enough so that he starts breathing again properly, but not enough that he’s fully awake (and therefore can’t get back to sleep again)

Each morning after he gets up he can check in the app what his levels were like overnight and it shows the history too, so he can compare to other nights.

I can honestly say this device has changed our lives and I’m so, so happy that we purchased it – highly recommend.

Finally I'm not worried I'm gonna wake up next to a dead body :-)
