Great little radio, exactly what I was after. Dab radio connect to phone and Spotify sound is perfect for my kitchen, very clear and loud enough. Only problem is adaptor was wrong to plug into wall. Pure was zero help with getting a correct one. they want me to pay over $50 for a correct plug, bit of a joke when they sell this item in my country and I bought it from Australian sites.
Absolutely gorgeous!! The warm valve like sound that this emits is stunning the build quality ease of use is well…….I tell you what.. just buy one and see
Avevo da anni una radio Pure Evoke D4 che purtroppo ha esaurito il display a cristalli liquidi : funzionava senza problemi per tutto il resto, ma chiaramente non era utilizzabile cos “alla cieca”. Allora ho cercato lo stesso modello e poich D4 non pi reperibile ho scelto il modello H4, che ha le stesse prestazioni con un display a colori.
Can’t turn off the screen at night. Considering we have it on a night stand, its annoying. Great in all other areas though
Is here anyway not to have it light up the room?! First night last night and had to throw a towel over! Amazing quality but even my old one from ten years ago had a better dimmer. May have to send back. Such a shame!!!
Very good unit. Great sound. Great to use also as Bluetooth speaker. Easy to use even for the elderly (bought for my 89 year old Mother) as you can program 5 preset station buttons to avoid any potentially confusing menu scrolling etc. Only negative is I cannot find the warranty in the box.
Great sound for such a small radio. Good looking. Good features. Instructions that come with are sketchy. You need to download user manual. Online help is good.
Bought this as a birthday present for my other half as his older generation Evoke is giving up the ghost after nearly 10 years. He was thrilled!!

Very good sounding radio. Finds lots of stations on FM and DAB. Easy menu. Quiqcly connects via bluetooth.
Good for the kitchen, but not bedroom, as the screen is too bright even on the lowest setting. I expected more brightness levels than 5 available for this price – hence 4 stars. Nevrtheless good experience overall.
Instructions for technical idiots would have helped but once worked out hjow to play it, it is fantastic sound and qualityu.

Non sono un gran esperto di qualit sonora, ma quella di questo apparecchio per me soddisfacente. Facile da usare e bella da vedere, non per niente ingombrante. Ha una lista di radio che si aggiorna automaticamente. provato anche il bluetooth e funziona correttamente. Consiglio

das ist das 4. DAB-Kchenradio das ich teste. Habe es im Mrz 2019 fr 95 via Amazon bestellt.
Im Vergleich zum Monty (130) ein homogenerer Sound ohne bersteuern auch bei maximaler Lautstrke.
Das kleinere Pure Elan BT3 – fr ca. 84 nicht viel gnstger – klingt deutlich dnner – ist aber als Kchenradio auch viel kleiner und leichter mit viel geringeren Auenmaen.
Im direkten Vergleich zum NUMAN Mini Two das ca. 50 mehr kostet jedoch auch ber Internetradio verfgt bietet das H4 vergleichbare Soundqualitt (ist aber Geschmacksache).
Verarbeitung wirkt wertig und die Bedienung ist etwas benutzerfreundlicher als beim NUMAN (Bsp. Senderspeicher).
Der Bass ist etwas besser betont als beim Elan.
Ist eine schwierige Entscheidung die jeder fr sich treffen muss da die Gerte unterschiedliche Mae und Bedienfunktionen haben.
Mein persnlicher Eindruck ist das die Bedienung an der Front bei den Pure-Modellen etwas einfacher ist.
Das Numan wird von oben bedient was im Kchenregal je nach Hhe bei uns etwas ungnstig ist. Die Tasten wirken auch beim Numan wertig, wenn auch nicht ganz so selbsterklrend.
Den Akkubetrieb konnte ich noch nicht testen da dieser separat zu bestellen ist.
Da wir gern auch Internetradio nutzen werden wir wohl 2 Gerte behalten, das Numan Mini Two mit Internetradio und das Pure H4 (htte es auch noch Internetradio wre es unsere erste Wahl).
This is my second Pure radio alarm, the first one was nearly 15 when it gave up, this newer model has kept the quality and sound of the first one, with a few improvements. You can choose your sound for whatever you are listening to, which is really useful. Easy to use, I can really recommend, it is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

Sound not too bad but not HiFi quality.
Haven’t used it on batteries.
