Reliable and Good Quality
What more can I say – these are my go-to cards for professional photography and video work. Never had a problem with any Sandisk products and these do the job very well.
This is not for fixing holes in the roof
I use this with my camera and laptop computer. It works well.
It’s not suitable for repairing holes in a roof or a boat for that matter and so don’t try.
Massive storage, perfect for videoing long performances
Wherever space, time and power availability allow it, I use an Atomos field recorder with SSDs. These give me ample storage at very high data rates. However, there are often occasions where I just don’t have the time to set this up, or there isn’t any space for the Atomos, or (most commonly) where I am filming a long form live performance and don’t have access to power. With these cards, I know I can capture the entire performance at the highest resolution and data rate my GH5 camera will allow, and using a dummy battery with a power bank, the bettery doesn’t need swapping. I’ve not had any glitches with any of these cards and will continue to buy them going forward. Recommended.
Great read speed and reliability for the money.
Using this in a Sony ZV E10 and it works a treat.
Read / Write speeds are fine even at 4K, and good value for money considering the brand and spec.
Have bought another!
Bought before
Added a couple of these to those I already have for my camera. Didn’t realise how good these were until I tried using an older card that really struggled with continuous shooting.
good quality

Excellent card which operates just as it says it will.
I’ve been using the SanDisk 128GB Extreme PRO SDXC card for a few weeks now, and I’ve been very impressed with it. I’ve been able to record and transfer 4K video quickly and without any issues, and the card has been very reliable.
Overall, I’m very happy with the SanDisk 128GB Extreme PRO SDXC card. It’s a great choice for video editors who need a fast, reliable, and durable card.
Great produc
Have used SanDisk cards professionally for years, never been a problem. I have always replaced them on a regular basis, and sometimes split shoots between cards, the size price of cards and write speeds amaze me, how fast and cheap they are now!
Excellent Card
I had a similar card but had a slower speed, have been using that for around 6 years but every now and then I get errors so purchased this in case of failure.
I have no issues with the card, very quick when taking bursts and download them onto my laptop at the end of a photo session. No complaints from me and would certainly buy another one
Good quality!
This memory card* is good quality products, however it was purchase for my grandson’s phone, but is not for phone’s it’s for cameras, he was a little disappointed on his purchase, and a bit upset over it..
Fantastic produc
Best SD card on the market…reliable…no issues…use them all the times
Fast read/write memory card
Another always reliable SanDisk product, wanted fast speed to take holiday photos including underwater and worked perfectly, noticed no drag between one shot and the next which I wanted for the underwater as fish don’t tend to stay still. Very please with results.
Fast & reliable!
Use with the SanDisk USB reader for lightning fast transfers!
eassuring to know how many pictures one store on them. 100's
I keep all the pictures on them, when it’s full, store it safely, then buy another one.
I’ve bought dozens of these Extreme cards over the years (95MB/s, 100MB/s, 170MB/s and now 200MB/s editions), so I know exactly what to expect. But what I didn’t realise until recently is that Sandisk’s SD card speeds are stated much higher than you would typically get, unless you own a very specific SD card reader.
Sandisk’s recent UHS-I (64GB and higher) cards now have “SanDisk QuickFlow Technology” in order to reach these faster speeds. If you do not own a SD card reader with this SanDisk QuickFlow Technology, you will struggle to see consistent speeds much above the standard SD UHS-1 read speeds – approximately 100MB/s (that’s about 90MB/s write speed). It shouldn’t matter what version of USB-C interface is used, since 200MB/s is the same as 1.6Gbps – i.e. still much less than the 5Gbps speed of USB 3.0 (aka 3.2 gen 1) and much less than the 10Gbps of USB 3.2 gen 2. Any USB-3 port should be fast enough.
Sandisk’s Extreme Pro USH-II USB-C reader (previously sold with these cards) does NOT include Quickflow Technology. The Sandisk Professional card readers that do have Quickflow have their own caveats (the one with a CF card slot can reach speeds of 170MB/s, the one without a CF card slot can reach 200MB/s but cannot read the additional pins from UHS-II cards). Google “SanDisk Quickflow Tech Brief” for clarification – because it’s a mess to understand.
I would also state that I’ve always bought my cards shipped by and SOLD BY Amazon. The seller is important – as you will always get the real thing. I would be wary of using any Warehouse versions as you don’t know who the original seller is. These Extreme and Extreme PRO cards have always been prone to fake knockoffs. The prices here also fluctuate a lot, so I always put the desired cards in my wish list and pounce when it drops.
I personally steer away from their Sandisk’s “Ultra” line, simply because I’ve had too many failures – something I’ve never experienced with the “Extreme” products. So the extra is worth it if reliability is a necessity.
I’ve had the luxury of dealing with Sandisk warranty support a few times (typically the SD card becomes ‘locked’ and cannot be formatted properly), and they have always been excellent to deal with. Just take a photograph of the serial number and fill out a form on their website. They usually send back a better card anyway.
Hope that helps.
Addendum: My last order for the 128GB card was made in Malaysia. I found no difference in performance to the previous dozen cards I bought that are made in China. The “Made in Malaysia” indication is underneath the serial number in the same colour/font (instead of “Made in China” being embedded in the plastic).
Excelle
I had this for sometime now and it going strong
OK
Quick delivery and the item in accordance with the descriptio
Fit for the Purpose
Not much to say about the item but did it’s job
You might get the 200mpm if your lucky
Which is better the write speed of 170 or 200 mbs ? If it’s the 200 version of this card buy the 170 mps as in the advert.. you might be lucky to be sent the 200 mps one instead as I got sent. yeah great purchase and value for the money.. as I need a high speed card.
Value for money
Fast and quality card and got it in offer value for money
everything you ask fo
his product does everything it should do perfectly with no hassle. Little expensive but can’t complain as it works perfectly
Fast SanDisk SDXC card
SanDisk cards have never failed me so far. 2 other makes have failed. 1 fell apart and the other became unreliable. Some other cards are slow to write to and read despite the claims they make. This slows my cameras down and takes longer to upload photos from the cards. For this reason I will stay with this make as long as the prices remain reasonable. This was a bargain price. Just keep an eye out for fakes, particularly with offers that appear to be too good. Be sure (as you can be) of the seller. Do your homework and check the prices from several sources as they prices tend to fall and the performance goes up. Avoid the older versions even if the speed makes no difference as these cards last a long time and you may want more speed in the future. Final word: make sure this is compatible with the device you intend using it for. SanDisk cards have worked in all my devices so far without any compatibility issues.
Good price for a decent produc
Just what I wanted at a pice I feel was reasonable.
I like these for most amateur camera jobs. Work well, plenty fast enough. People seem to get hung up about the read-speeds, but taking pictures in quick succession requires fast write-speeds! This one’s plenty fast enough.
Great quality storage.
Size suits my needs keeps photos count down so all days/weeks not on one card, never had any issues but I always format before using, would definitely recommend and buy again.
Performs well
I had a slight glitch with this second day in with my Nikon D750, where I got an error message a few times. However, i think it was just a little dirt contamination on one of the connectors. Once cleaned it has performed very well indeed. Nice fast card and excellent storage capacity for the price.
Most reliable SD Cards
I have a bunch of these in 32Gb and 64Gb, this is my first 128Gb. I use these for filming 4K 422 broadcast video for a weekly TV show so the cards have to work. I also use the slightly slower Extreme cards on an Olympus camera used for stills and B Roll.
Not what it says it is
Ref: SanDisk Extreme PRO 64GB SDXC Memory Card up to 300MB/s, UHS-II, Class 10, V90, U3
Claims to be 300MB/s – tested at 372MB/s ??
Claims to be 64GB – tested at 59GB
bundled with a Sandisk Extreme Pro UHS-II USB-C Reader (Model SDDR-409).
The reader is excellent with fast transfer. The card is a tad disappointing, but the read/write is a bonus.
Over a ton is pricey, but I’m keeping them.
