We have fitted 3 of these. One of which has been used daily for 18 months and its as good as new. We love the quality of the fittings, the simplicity of the design and the price is amazing. The competitors don’t come close. It has a good choice in power levels and thermostatic temperatures. Its simple to use and you can choose between the small head or the over head larger one.

The showers are cool and antique. Arrived earlier than expected. easy to install and wife loves it. I treat my water and not professionally. I hope it will withstand all the bad chemicals I use

Not expecting this quality for the price TBH – fitted into existing perfectly.
Really good shower. Works well with our booster pump. If stopped on rain head setting it does drip for quite a while. Also need to make sure it has clicked into the off position. These are minor quibbles for what is a really good shower. When stopped and restarted the temperature is instantly as you left it.
Great but for the shower head.
Fitted and works great. The shower head was poor and not upto the standard of the rest of the system. So ordered a replacement. Now working perfectly.

Leaking swivel head - otherwise absolutely grand and easy to install
Installed as per instructions but I find that the swivel head leaks from the top as the washer is not effective enough. Any tips?

Ordered this as a cheap replacement of a very old shower that was leaking. Product works absolutely fine, and looks fine. It was very easy to install, except the top bracket where in my case had to extend further. I managed to fix with using bits of the old shower.
The tap clicks for the closed position, which is a great feature.

Hi , shower is really good value for money , however the small head keeps falling off as it’s faulty, am looking how to contact seller to ask if I could be sent out replacement head or small hose part ?
I’ve fitted this shower myself after tiling the bathroom – simply connected hot and cold supply directly through the wall (the boiler and water supply was in a cupboard the other side of the wall to make things a little easier). The whole thing seems sturdy and well made, and the overhead or hand held control dial has a really nice click feel to it. The temperature is also easy to adjust and I’m getting around 12 litres per minute flow rate, which is lovely. The heads are easy clean and the push button change for pattern on the hand held is easy to use. All the shiny bits come packed in cloth bags to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Very good and simple design. It’s working without problems, but assembling of tap on factory was made carelessly with two washers broken and I spent a lot of time to find it out.

Looks very expensive and antique looking, so we purchased the basin tap, bidet hose and basin plug in this range.
