This is a great little stepper. I appreciate that it has the armbands. I like that it can be stored easily, and not in the way. Also it has different mods you can use when tracking, so you can set it to time, steps, etc!

Just got it and tried it once. Way harder than I thought! I don’t really work out anymore so I’m a little out of shape. I think this thing will definitely help get me back into working out. I would recommend this for sure.

It takes a couple tries to find balance but it’s great once you do. Sturdy and does not take up a lot of space. My mom issues it and holds on to the back of the couch to steady herself.
The only thing I didn’t like about the product is it’s very stiff. I am 160 pounds and I have to put all my weight on the step in order for it to go down. Meaning, lifting my other foot and leaning into that pedal. Or I have to put my feet at the back end of the stair stepper, in order not to completely lift other foot. If I do that, I have to hunch forward so the machine won’t tip over. When I loosen up the handle, it does make it much easier to do, but the size of the proverbial step that I’m climbing is much smaller. I wish there was a way to loosen the tension but not make the step smaller. I do believe overtime once I wear it in, it would be better.
I use this whenever I don’t make it to the gym. It gets my heart rate up quickly. The only con is it doesn’t accurately count steps but I use my smart watch for that.
There is such a big workout in this little machine! Literally, after a few minutes, I can already feel my legs become sore. The fact that it’s so small and lightweight makes it so easy to put away. I randomly get on it throughout the day because it’s such an easy work out to get to. I did feel sore after the third day, which means it’s working! I can’t wait to see my results after a month of constant use.
I am very pleased with this product. I’ve been using it for a month now. There’s good tension, I can feel it working my leg muscles and great for my arms. I recommend stretching ahead of time. I use this and also my treadmill. This is great for an at home work out.

I was surprised by this stepper. It has a nice amount of weight to it so it feels sturdy and has a great range of motion and tension to get a great workout. The resistance bands are a great idea, but I wish they were more adjustable since the lightest setting is almost impossible to use for certain upper body exercises. The stepper is easy to pick up, move around and store. Despite the adjustable straps, I still enjoy this stepper and it is very well made.
I’m a personal trainer and I ordered this stepper with a lot of skepticism. I leg press twice my body weight at the gym, and lift heavy weights in general. I did not think I would get much from this product. However, my first try humbled me quick. I’m not calling this a workout per se, but definitely good cardio AND my quads were tired within 3 minutes of using it. But I also held a dumbbell in each hand which made it more challenging and added an ab workout element. I would recommend this product
Edit: the bands are useless. Not enough resistance to be useful, and it tips the stepper. Also, the counter is useless. It’s not accurate at all. But the stepper itself is still worth i
So happy I came across this on utube shorts. In the first 10-15 minutes I started sweating, stepping. It’s a work out. Simple but it burns the thighs. Just what I want and need. You gotta play around with it to find your comfort zone. After a week I had good balance on it. It’s like climbing a hill. I put my hands on my hips and take my time and step. Up , down, up, down. It can be a bit boring cus that all ur doing but put some music on or tv . Put the phone on the speaker and talk while u do it. I love it. There is also the timer on there, how much calories u burn, and how many steps u took during ur session. Men simple but easy. I love it. Just take ur time. U don’t gotta go on there doing ah million steps at first. Make sure u do ah little stretching also befor u get on. This product small and neat but gets u where u gotta go. I do 30-45 minutes a day. But starting off u can do 15 minutes. Go at ur pace. God bless

Easy to use
Love using my stair stepper. Super simple easy instructions to set up. There is a dial to turn for heavier or lighter steps. I love that there is a step counter as well.
The resistor bands are easy to connect and I love that it’s attached.
Great arm and leg work out. Have been using it 6 times a week!
This item is as advertised. Sturdy durable, easy to use and does what it is intended for.

I’ve been overweight for a long time. Finally decided to break down and do something about it. So I bought this little stepper about a week ago. I didn’t think it would make a difference but I was wrong.
I am already noticing a difference. I’ve dropped a few pounds. My pants are fitting looser. Pants that used to be too tight and uncomfortable now fit just fine. I don’t feel out of breath walking up stairs or even power walking.
I’m glad I made this decision to get this. I’m excited to continue on my weight loss journey!
With proper form, this thing can give you quite the full body workout! Tighten your abs, stand straight, and use the arm bands - you can switch up your arm exercises to hit every arm muscle. You will be surprised at how hard it is - just add a minute or two each day

It’s a great little stepper!!! I love it. I started off with 20 mins a day and now I’m doing an hour with ease. I also added dumbbells to my routine so I get a good full body workout. Then I hop off and get some squats and sit-ups in. Definitely worth the money. For a good sweat, gets blood flowing, and simply just trying to tone and stay healthy while shedding a few pounds, this is great! I got the advanced version. Great buy. I happily canceled my gym membership lol
Shook
This product is ABSOLUTELY effective, I literally felt the impact instantly within minutes of trying it out The assembly was SUPER EASY. Delivery was SUPER FAST.. This will be my go to toy when I can’t make it to the gym! If you’re having thoughts on getting this, don’t hesitate. Forget those bad reviews, its worth it.
#I got the “advanced” optio
Great machine
I have a desk job and bought this to have some type of activity in my day. Five minutes into using it, I felt the pain in my thighs. The arm bands are great too.
There isn’t a resistance adjusters. The know is to life in t lower the stepper.
Very good and well made. But the “advanced” stepper with square base will STILL tip over and one can FALL. I fell once and I’m fit and experienced w athletic equipment. So as solution got a 1″ think 20″ x 22″ board and a package of ten 1″ diameter pipe clamps (clamps sold on Amazon). Now stepper is REALLY solid and stable and will NOT tip over. Otherwise one has to be super careful that one doesn’t lean back and alter center of gravity causing a backwards fall.
Conclusion: “As is” the stepper frankly is very well constucted but safety design is not sufficiently safe to avoid it tipping over backwards if one isn’t overly cautious to maintain center of gravity. And being overly cautious ruins the workout because one is scared of falling backwards.
It takes one minute to attach the two exercise bands and the red adjustment knob to the Sunny Health and Fitness Mini Stepper. That completes the assembly. In my opinion, riding an exercise bike is a joke compared to using this mini stepper to work out. I suspect the vast majority cannot stay on this machine for more than ten minutes straight. Thus, manufacturer’s suggestion to take a break after fifteen minutes makes much sense. At my age (a senior citizen) this machine is tough. I break out in sweat using the stepper. It augments my bike and resistance band exercises. Numerous YouTube videos are available to guide user on how to make best use. And it’s a space saver. I love it. NOTE: I do 500 steps in 30 minutes with short breaks. I take eight minute break after 300 steps. This is NOT a machine for weight lifters. Attempting 10,000 steps in a single day will surely ruin the stepper.
This product is amazing! Me and my partner use it all the time and you definitely break a sweat within 5-10 minutes of use. We are getting back on our fitness journey, and this has helped us get back into shape. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to try something new for cardio workouts.
I’ve utilized my stepper for two workouts, both workouts provided by the companies app that has free workouts that are recorded from live sessions. I’m in love. It’s a simple, small, and easy to manage item that kicks my ass. I’m a stay at home mom and my kiddo loves watching me sweat to death on this thing. A lot of people mentioned not turning the knob all the way but personally I tightened fully and noticed on my second day that the steps become easier and easier. You’ll definitely feel the burn. This product saved me $200 a month on a gym membership and allows me to be flexible with my workout times. I have other weights, etc. so this is not the only item I use on a daily basis. I highly recommend this purchase to anyone.
Digital Monitor is not accurate when it comes to the timer. Very disappointing. I use the timer on my phone, instead. Step Counter seems to be better, but again, not 100%. I've tried switching batteries, but that does not seem to matter.

I really like this stepper, it's exactly what I wanted to use several times throughout my day to keep moving. I feel it working the areas that need the most attention. It arrived quickly & was well packaged. The meter comes with a battery & there's an extra one provided. All I needed to do was clip on the ropes & tighten the tension- good to go. It's very quiet too.

So far, so good!
This was easy to install. Simple as screwing the red bolt in all of the way and then loosening to my level of pressure.
My only negative is that it’s not made for big feet. I wear a W11 (so roughly mens 10) and my edges of my feet hang off. It’s fine, it still works fine, but people with small feet have a bit of room to slide around whereas I don’t. If you have bigger than an W11 I might look for something with a bigger foot base.
I love it it really give me a good workout is a lil bit hard but once you get use too it is gone be easy I give this a 100% and recommend to other people to buy it if they want to work out they whole body

The tension need to be loosed, I don't know how to loosen it to make it a little easier to use it. Please respond back if someone knows how to loose it. No instructions included concerning my issue.

This is a great way to get yourself a good work out, especially combining it with the arm bands. It works he core a LOT and it is easy to work up a sweat. I have a knee injury, so some days I have to take it light, but that is not a reflection of the stepper itself.

I bought this for it's compact size, and its elliptical like qualities for bad knees. Now my boyfriend is using it instead of his underdesk treadmill because it's so much quieter and smaller! This really does work, I don't even miss the cardio at the gym with all the people. It doesn't take up hardly any floorspace, it would be a little better if it had a higher range of motion, but no complaints for the price honestly.

It’s a nice piece of equipment to have around. It gets your heart rate up. My only issue with it is…even turned to the easiest setting it’s too much for my mom. She had open heart surgery and has to take things slow right now. This will not work for her right now. I like it and hope it holds up. Great for any of you with small spaces.
I am so glad I got this wish I had got one way sooner. My Apple Watch records the steps and it’s so much fun. Stick on some music or a movie and go for it.
Challenging but grea
Challenging to start with but great for getting the heart rate up.
Good little steppe
As described, works well. Struggling with the resistance as the screw doesn’t seem to change the resistance at all.
Using it to strengthen legs after a period of illness and not being able to go out much for a good few months
Compact, not too heavy, easy to assemble. Resistance is good – 10mins works up a sweat on the medium setting.
Things to be aware of – not entirely silent – the hydraulic pistons makes a slight clicking noise when you step down and the hydraulics start to whistle after about 8mins when they get hot. Manufacturers recommendation is to use for a max of 15mins. I recommend getting a gym mat to place the stepper on to avoid damaging carpets and hard floors.
I wasn’t sure if I’d like this but it’s great. There’s loads of resistance. The video makes it sound louder than it is! It’s far quieter than most exercise machines. Perfect little thing
Positive: The stepper itself is good. Does the job, works the thighs and glutes. It is stiff but I guess that’s where you have to work hard.
Negative: the stepper I received was missing a clip to attach the rope. Also the counter had some steps counted so I am Assuming I got someone’s return.
Conclusion: I didn’t return the stepper for the missing clip as I can buy one. I kept it as the stepper itself is very good. So overall not bad. Would recommend this stepper. But be prepared to work those legs. For all those reviews that say it’s very hard to use , well that’s the point of a stepper. If you ain’t feeling the pain the next day you are not working those muscles enough.
