This heater gives out a good deal of heat but works best when placed between 2 people as each will benefit from the warmth.
I am not sure that it will warm anyone sitting across the other side of an oval table. Another one will probably be needed.
However, tried it out on a chilly February day and it enabled me to sit outside with a coffee in comfort, so should be good on spring summer and autumn evenings.
Very pleased with our outdoor heater. Looks great and the heat output is good for our small garden.
