Great cooker and fas
I bought this in order to save on electric, I need to get the nack of cooking with it now, it is way fast so watch it don’t leave it, food is crispier and dryer than normal, but its mainly going to be saving electric, i just hope that

Instructions on use were very poor, showed what buttons were but not much else had to go on line to find clear help. Other than that seems value for money
Easy way to cook for complete beginners!
I bought this for my son and granddaughters – they were all learning to cook for the first time and said this is the best gift anyone could have bought for them to help with meals!
When I eventually figured out how to work it,thanks to an online video by a reviewer, it was fine with excellent results.
The supplied instructions are worse than useless and Tower should be thoroughly embarrassed and ashamed to provide them.
My advice would be to ignore completely the pre sets. Just press any of them and set the.temperature and time manually. There are video instructions from reviewers online and I would advise a purchaser to search for the model and. You will learn everything you need to know.
Newbie
Good product, touch screen is a bit fiddly, getting used to using it, successfully cooked a number of foods. Need to perfect timings. Smart cook is great so everything finishes at same time. Can’t complain does what it says it can do.

This is a lot bigger than I thought, but that is my fault as I didn’t look at the measurements, it was delivered a few days earlier than said so that was a bonus. I’ve used it a few times and it is very easy to use. I would recommend buying one.
Uneven cooking times…
Got this as a Christmas present and find it’s great for roasting veggies and meat. However, it became apparent that drawer 1 was not cooking at the same temp/speed as drawer 2. I tried it on Match Cook with multiple things – best example was a chicken drumstick in each drawer, but didn’t take a photo. It was very obvious that drawer 2 the food was done faster. Tried on dehydrate too for kale crisps and you’ll just about see that right hand side is way ahead of the posse! So I contacted Tower as I’d registered the guarantee, but they referred me back to Amazon who sent me out returns labels. I will buy it again though.
Best kitchen appliance we have ever bough
My wife is a chef and like all of us we are looking to save money on energy bills.
As a large family we bought this hoping it would save money and maybe enable us to look at healthy recipes.
We have used these for over 4 months now and all I can say is ‘Wow’, much lower energy bills compared to our oven and the versatility and food recipes we can use in this a superb. We eat healthier and even my daughter who hated cooking is producing cakes and assorted family meals.
The programmes are easy to understand and cleaning is very easy.
Compared to some of the other ‘recommended’ air fryers this has to be rated number 1 and would recommend to anyone looking for an air fryer which is a good allrounder for larger families.
This is the second air fryer we bought. Our first one was just one big drawer but having two drawers is a game changer!
It is so easy to use and easy to clean. I bought the silicone liners and this has made the cleaning even easier.
I love that I can cook two different things at the same time. It has definitely made things faster and easier in my kitchen.
I love the digital screen, and the book that helps guide you on how to cook certain foods.
It isn’t too loud when on and the beeping when it’s finished is not annoying.

Flexible, solid and quie
This dryer was going very cheaply in a Black Friday sale and I liked the idea of different size baskets. (I did discover Lakeland sell an identical model with their brand but about 20 more than I paid – but with their 3-year no-quibble guarantee.) Construction is better than I hoped and feels solid. It doesn’t get very hot in use and is much quieter than my friends’ units. The small basket is just right for chips for two or for some veggies while cooking fish or chicken in the big basket. I bought some small silicone cake tins which fit the big basket and baking a cake (and scones) worked OK. I also got square silicone inserts when at Lakeland which fit really well and keep the cleaning to a minimum. I’m still learning how to use it to best effect but so far I’m very pleased.

Excellent (dual basket air fryer)
I bought this on prime day for my daughter’s family after their first air fryer lost the will to live. This is a big beast being the none litre dual basket version however it is super versatile and the ability to cook different items at different temperatures is a godsend to them as the (landlord’s) oven is awkward and expensive to use. This gets used daily and she is often sending me pics of their latest creations. Happy days for a young family on a budget.
Decided recently to purchase an air fryer after seeing adverts and peoples posts about them. Only had it 2 days and used it for Scampi home made chips fried bacon and tempura prawns and spring rolls. So far so good. Very easy to use fairly quiet and easy to clean. I’m very impressed with this tower model and look forward to trying out lots more recipes and meal ideas in It. I’d give it a 10 ***
I was a bit duvious about using air fryer, but I brought this one and am so happy that I did.
I’m so impressed on the cooking time that it saves me,when I do Sunday roast I’m normally cooking for 90 minutes, but using the air fryer it only took 45 minutes, i also used it to do my frozen oven chips and it only took 16 minutes, and they were cooked really well.
So I’m very pleased with it and I would highly recommend this air fryer.

I gave my son my ninja foodi because it was too small, and bought this.
I’m delighted with it, 2 draws are a decent size.
Only problem is the screen sizes of food are tiny.

This is a fantastic buy, used to use a Halogen oven, however, this air fryer is BRILLIANT. A whole new way of cooking and so enjoyable. A must have along with a glass of wine whenever you are cooking.

Good piece of kit to have without everything you eat being saturated in oil. Dual compartments are really handy with the sync finish and preset options. Not too big but absolutely no one makes accessories for it (not even tower) that I can find.

I love this air fryer. Great value for money, has all of the features you will need, very easy to use. I find the two drawer air fryer ideal for cooking different food items. Very easy to clean.
First thing I cooked was a rotisserie chicken which was amazing, but a piece of pork surpassed all expectations done on the rotisserie, it produced succulent meat and amazing crackling, cooked a 2Kg piece then for last 20 mins added potatoes for chips and sweetcorn in bottom, transferred chips to a shelf for 5 mins while pork rested and take the mouth burn out of the corn. fantastic meal done in total of 50 mins. Degreaser spray cleaned up the damage in seconds. Brilliant machine.

Perfect upgrade
I previously had the tower 5ltr model and loved it – decided to upgrade and it was the best decision! The smaller drawer does take slightly longer than the recomended cook time but overall super easy to clean and use!

Early days but happy so far. I feel that unless you are an experienced cook, times and temperatures are educated guesses.
I would have appreciated an air fryer cook/recipe booklet included in the package.
I have ordered a Tower air fryer cookbook and am optimistic about future meal times (with fingers crossed).
Large and small drawe
I love the fact that it has a big drawer and a small draw, but I’m disappointed that I can’t find silicone baskets to fit it, I have looked on Amazon/ eBay and even on tower websites, but nothing. Plus I have realized that there was no film over the display which you always get when new.
Absolutely love my tower talk about fast food. Cooks quicker than the oven on most things. I’ve done lots of meals in it. Lasagne, shepherd pie, pasta bake, and all the junk food. The down side is it triggers my smoke alarm every time. My alarm is not in my kitchen its in my hall. So now I pull battery out until my meals cooked. Best thing I’ve ever bought.

The fryer seems very good I would have liked more information on product. Ordered a tower cook book but not my kind of dinners .
Ok ….but not convinced by air frying….saves putting big oven on i suppose.one of the bigger air fryers ,but probs only good for 2 people….no way this would satisy a family of 4….
This is my first air fryer and genuinely regret not getting one sooner. Cooking is definitely more convenient and a lot quicker and after a few mishaps have almost mastered using it. The only downside is trying to use the timer and temperature without having to use the pre set menu, I’ve read the manuel on how to do this, but doesn’t seem to work not really a big deal to be honest. Another mistake I made was cooking chicken thighs and not turning it over half way through, so one side was cooked the other side still raw. But if you’ve never had one it really is trial and error, would I recommend this product, ABSOLUTELY.
The air fryer is very spacious and a lot larger than my old air fryer which means I can fit a lot of things at once. Everything cooks fairly quickly the only things I dislike is the maximum temperature is only 200 and I would prefer a higher temperature, also I disliked the fact that the box actually did come damaged as there was no packing peanuts or bubble wrap inside however I don’t think this has affected the actual air fryer.
Good looking item, great having 2 compartments. Quick buttons on the front display are great to have , but not clear what they are for – have to check the manual to find out what the picture is of is , also find it confusing how to put the temperature and times in manually if not using the pre set buttons , however, cooks really good once everything set .. I must add I am completely new to air fry cooking and could do with a more in depth instruction book , but definitely worth having in , I have given a 4* rating as feel it ought to have a better instruction booklet for novice users
Works very well and is very versatile and by far an improvement on the draw style air fryers.
The places I found it to be lacking so far is as follows.
A clip on handle to remove the baskets when hot is a must and should be included.
Two more deep baskets would have been nice as the distance from the element to the flat basket in the top position is not enough to put much on and the additional baskets should be included.
It definitely needs another positioning point between the current two used for the baskets to allow more refinement when positioning food and baskets in the air fryer.
Finally the temp limit of 200C is a bit low and it would have been better if it was at least 220C
Otherwise I am pretty happy with my purchase, however not as much as I could be andif another brand offers these options perhaps worth looking at or for.
