Great hand-washing water heater. V easy to install: I used JG Speedfit plastic pipe for the supply (with a pipe insert of course) and it worked fine first time and did not leak. Doesn’t come with screws to attach to wall (and I wasn’t expecting it to), so I added those myself. V easy indeed to fit.

Bought this to replace the older model that I had which was broken. This is easy to install, but I feel like the hot water temperature is not as high as the older model.

If you know anything about these heated wandwashes this unit is the standard most places I go.. there are more expensive units but the are really not better than this one so I always buy this model and it works and last just fine

What I like about this little unit, it’s compact and does what is expected. Turn it on and you’ve got either hot or cold water.
What I also like is the quality of service in the time of ordering, reasonably value for money and excellent delivery service 100%.
    Thank you.
    A very happy customer.

Product fitted ok, cable access could be improved. Shower head good straight flow which is important when fitting over small hand basins (some makes fan out and go beyond the edge of the basin).

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersUsed this to provide hot water in my garage/workshop.
Was easy to fit and seems to work well enough, difficult to fault for the price.

Bear in mind it’s only 3kw, so for the water to be warm the flow needs to be low-ish especially in winter when the infeed temperature is low.
It’s good enough for washing ones hands, cups etc but if you want a sink full of steaming water you should look elsewhere (probably 7kw or higher).

5.0 out of 5 stars Simple and works well.

My one is used in a workshop and gets regular use and have lasted me about 8 years in the past. A big bonus is the fixing holes have remained in the same position over the years so no need to re-drill. Avoid being sited where it’s going to freeze and it will last a long time.

This is a replacement for the T30i handwash but be aware that this unit is slightly wider than the original. If you have a soap dispenser abutted to your original then you will have to remount it. The fixings holes, plumbing and electrical cable fittings are as the original.

Decent quality item, only point is the 2 screw holes in the unit are in the middle of the unit, one at the top and one at the bottom, an option of a hole at least on one side would have been good, not everyone has perfectly flat walls to fix it to, and consequently the unit can easily be ‘wobbled’.
