This is a very compact docking station that fits in a laptop sleeve pocket. The built quality is very good. It is being used with a backup laptop and it works flawlessly. Some docking stations get really hot, this has good heat dissipation so just feels warmer.

This docking station is a marvel of connectivity. It’s sleek, compact, and feels solid in hand. The dual HDMI and DisplayPort options make multitasking a breeze, and the additional USB and SD/TF card slots are a bonus. The power delivery is impressive, ensuring my laptop stays charged while I work. Very pleased with this. Highly recommended.

It’s very versatile and has all the ports I need to connect my laptop to my dual monitor setup, as well as my other peripherals. This is more than enough ports for my needs, and I love that I can finally connect all of my devices to my laptop with just one cable. The docking station is also very easy to use. Simply plug it into your laptop and you’re ready to go. There’s no need to installanydrivers.

My office job requires a lot of using various different USB-connected devices, adapters, and things like that. This is a great way to solve the age-old problem of a laptop with too few ports, and doesn’t take up too much deskspace either. It keeps everything separate but together, if that makes sense, streamlining your work set-up so it isn’t cluttered with cables! The build quality on this thing is really strong; it’s lightweight, portable, but no fuss to use straight out of the box. Love it.

Very handy if you have several monitors, especially if they are different types (2x HDMI and 1x DisplayPort). During testing I also tried with a standard DVI-HDMI cable from one of my older monitors, and that worked well also — no flicker or delay, and the laptop recognised it straight away as an additional display screen.

My laptop was also to charge via this (by plugging the USB-C power supply directly into this unit, then connecting the unit to the laptop via the laptops USB-C port.)

Overall, it is a nice compact size and a metal case. The SD and Micro SD slots are useful to have available, although not something I use so I wasn’t able to test these currently. It works well for everything I have tested it for.

I will update this review in future once I have used those ports, if there are any issues with them.

This USB dock is a game-changer for my Mac setup. It seamlessly blends with the style of my desktop and provides the extra USB ports I need without looking out of place.

I’ve connected various devices, and there’s been no lag or difference in performance compared to plugging them directly into the Mac ports. It’s incredibly convenient and efficient.

If you need additional USB ports without compromising on aesthetics or performance, this dock is the perfect solution. Highly recommended!

This 9 in 1 docking station has the usual range of ports and some additional very useful features. You get your USB3 and USBC ports, and MicroSD and SD card slots, but you also get two HDMI ports and one DVI port. If you’re running Windows this means you can extend your desktop onto a further three monitors via the USBC post on your device. This is of course possible via other means, but this dock is easily the most cost-effective and efficient method I have found. It is weighty and robust, of metal construction and feels like it will last. It is small enough to carry about but would be equally at home on your desk. Overall this is a fine product, that gives you more expandability than you could reasonably use at any one time. There are cheaper options out there, but none wielding as much firepower.

This Docking station is quite well made and has quite a premium look and feel to it with good materials used and a nice finish. It has pretty much every connection most people could want including: 2 x HDMI, 1 x RJ45, 1 x VGA, 4 x USB-A (2 x 3.1, 2 x 2.0), 1 x USB-C, 1 x 100W PD and even an audio jack.

I’ve been using the docking station for a few weeks now and haven’t experienced any issues, although I don’t use every port at the same time. The only down side is the length of the connection cable as it is quite short but then some people would find this a plus as they prefer not to have long cables if using it on the desk next to a laptop.

The price at the time of review is 47.99 reduced from 51.99 which is a little pricey as there are so many of these available, however this is definitely one of the better made and higher quality hubs I’ve used. Highly Recommended.

I’m afraid I don’t have any additional displays to test this aspect of its connectivity, but I can confirm that it works well as a hub for my Macbook Air. It also looks smart and feels sturdy. A bit heavier than a plastic one, but it’s worth the extra weight in my opinion.

Hub itself is well made and portable sized. Lightweight. So it has all the qualities which make it convenient to take with you while travelling.

USB-C has been around now for quite some time, but there have been few USB-C hubs available. So, it was nice to see this one and at a competitive price. There’s a lot of confusion about the Type-C standard because it’s not a simple data transfer format. USB-C can carry fast charging power, and video and audio signals. These can’t be handled with a multiport hub like this.

The hub arrives in a small, printed box and an instruction sheet. There’s a short built-in source lead. Along the side of the metallic case are four USB-C sockets and a single power LED. General build quality is fine.

As mentioned earlier, don’t expect anything other than 10Gbps data to pass through the hub. Audio and video are not available. Power Delivery (PD) is not available. However, standard 5V power is available and may be enough to charge some devices. Data is passed through at speeds up to 10Gbps, which is double the USB 3.0 speeds.

Overall, USB-C hubs available at last. I hope that helps.

Very impressed with this USB 3.1 hub, as long you accept it is data transfer across the ports not really designed for charging.

This is slimline and a longer than usual cable to plug the hub in. A lot of the hubs I’ve seen are USB-C plug and then USB-A sockets. This one has USB-C throughout. It’s fast transferring data and has a fab blue LED. It is well constructed, so yes, I would have another one of these hubs.

The 10Gbps USB-C Hub, with 4 USB-C Ports, came protected in a brown cardboard box, inside which it was in a CPE 07 plastic bag.

This is the first hub I have which has only USB-C ports, and, as such, it is a very welcome addition to my computer accessories. It is very lightweight, slimline, and has a cable which is just the right length for my requirements.

It looks and feels like a good quality product, and so far it has proven itself to be very useful and reliable.

At the time of writing this review, it was on offer at 22.09 (List price 25.99) on the Amazon UK website, and, IMO, that is very good value.

Golden Review Award: 18 From Our UsersMost USB-C hubs will provide you with more USB-A ports, HDMI, SD card reader, and maybe even an ethernet port.
However, what if you have an ultraportable with just a couple of USB-C ports, and want a few more for all your nice USB-C devices? – Well you’re in luck, this provides you with 4 additional (well 3 if you factor in that you are using one port to plug this in).
This promises 10Gbps, and indeed plugging in a USB-C NVME SSD does indeed provide well over 3Gbps transfer speeds for reads.
Construction is nice metal alloy feel, and at 22 at time of review, I think this is a nice product if you need to expand your array of USB-C ports available for your laptop or desktop.

This is very well build I say this because I use all 4 ports and the hub doesnt warm up that much which is pretty normal for this product and in terms of transfer speed because I most of the time copy information from my phone to the laptop I can say that is pretty normal nothing major to mention about it.

For me particularly the most is that this hub works as expected.

Well build hub with 4 usb c ports

At last a reasonably priced docking station that is all USB-C!. So many docks that actually connect to USB-C either dont have any USB-C female connectors ( all USB-A ) or only have a single USB-C.

The only downside is that the dock isnt powered so still relies on the host PC/Mac to supply power so you cant add too many power hungry peripherals to it.

For SSD’s and 2.5 drives its really good however.

I have tried it with monitors so i cant comment but due to the fact it power and data shares form a single USB-C socket im not sure how well suited it will be for monitors.

    27. Anonymous says:

Golden Review Award: 20 From Our UsersThe video shows exactly what you get and my initial impressions of build quality as well as a quick overview of the ports, so I won’t go into all that here. Instead, I’ll go into what I consider most important: the transfer speeds and the port functionality. Full testing methodology included below for your information, but really, the summary is all you need to know.

Summary: Absolutely zero issues. Good quality construction, ports all run at the expected speeds. Nothing to dislike. At around 18 for a 4 port 10Gbps hub, I don’t think you’ll do much better.

      Pros & Cons:
+ Good/expected: Almost no drop in performance for the USB 3.1 Type A port compared to plugging in to the computer directly.
      – Bad/disappointing: None.

      —————————————–
      Testing methodology:
      – USB 3.1 type A:
      Control – 10 GBps SSD enclosure containing 3300 MB/s NVMe SSD plugged directly into a USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gbps) Type A socket on the test PC (CrystalDiskMark benchmark 1066.83 MB/s);
Test – Same drive plugged into the USB 3.1 type A port on this hub.

      Results:
      – USB 3.1 Type A speed: 1034.66 MB/s (32.17 MB/s slower than control)

The Selore Global USB-C hub ticks one of my pet peeves on usb dongles — it’s all USB-C. My MacBook has two usb-c sockets with used to charge it up. This dongle takes one remaining port and gives me 4 ports. I can plug my laptop in; an SSD and two card readers from my cameras as well as get a 4k output; from the one port. This is great. It will charge lower power devices though the socket, but I couldn’t power my more power-hungry work pc with it. Batteries and the like all charged from the dock from the laptop power though (most of those are 5a max devices.)

I converted to USBC a long time ago; it’s been a repeated complaint testing items that don’t have more usb-c sockets. This one doesn’t have that issue; if you have jumped to usb-c it’s a great way to get more ports. Only wishes were it was usb-4 or thunderbolt and had 6 rather than 4 sockets (or an ethernet socket on the end)

Golden Review Award: 19 From Our UsersI have had quite a few Selore&S-Global products, so I am quite familiar with the brand. This compact USB-C hub is an ideal travel companion. It is really light and isn’t going to take up any space in a bag. Build quality looks to be pretty decent, with the all-aluminium casing.

I gave it a run with a relatively new Windows 11 laptop, together with two external NVMe drives, both in 10Gbps enclosures, and interestingly enough, a Selore&S-Global Ethernet adapter.

Drive speeds were spot on as I had expected, with both read/write speed being in the region of 950-970MB/s. The max theoretical speeds of the ports being 1250MB/s. The hub was connected to the Thunderbolt 4 port on the laptop.

Obviously, internet speeds are going to vary, but I was getting around 400Mbps download and 39Mbps upload.

I did also try it with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 plug and the drive connectivity was fine, although the ethernet was a little shaky at times – bear in mind it is not marketed at doing this.

Hard to fault this hub and it does have the added benefit of being able to hardwire your laptop to the internet with an adapter. Something not highlighted in the specifications.

At the time of rewriting this was 25.99, but there was an additional 5 off by way of a tick-box voucher on the product page, taking the price down to 20.99.

I hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful. Thanks for reading.

I needed to also have connector for wired network, audio and be able to pass enough power through to the laptop. it ticks all those boxes and so far has worked flawlessly. I now have one at home and one in the office. No complaints from me and the price is great too unlike the official HP and Dell docks.

Originally this item was intended as a home docking station, but is fantastic out-and-about too.

The range of features that this extends to even a capable modern laptop is great… out of the featured items, the following work great on my Dell work machine:

      * Screen extending: This uses, I believe, the laptop’s own graphics power, and for extending my laptop to 2 4K displays via display port, it coped without any dramas at all. Of course, this isn’t going to add super GPU powers to your laptop – e.g. you aren’t going to be able to play the latest games at massive frame rates and resolutions, nor will you get any more horsepower for graphics apps that use GPU power – this is a pass-through for your laptop’s graphic processor.
It works really well: I was able to use my two 32″ displays easily without any dramas to extend my Dell’s graphics… for daily work (e.g. presentations, email, web, spreadsheets) this was a great bonus.

      * ETHERNET! – The other great thing here is this block gives gigabit ethernet too – very welcome as most premium laptops these days rely on wifi… I’m still old fashioned, and for work especially, joining a safe wired LAN is often much better.

      * Extending USB options: My laptop has 2 x USB C and just a single USBA – so having the additional ports here really does help

I’ve not used the card readers, the audio port, or the HDMI port – but everything else is plug-n-play.

At just 55.98, this unit is solid, robust, and does everything with my Windows 11 laptop as if it was a “made for Dell” peripheral.

No complaints here, highly recommended for both office and travelling.
