The product itself is excellent and so user friendly, had an issue with the battery not charging and they were very helpful in rectifying the issue
Easy to set up. Did not mount it on the door as I did not know how to screw it to the wall but it looked easy to do if I had made an effort to do it.
The picture quality is good
This is a great doorbell and been very useful when missing parcel deliveries where I can speak to the postie.
One thing that may be a coincidence is since signing up with my email I’m getting spammed with all sorts. So recommend using an email address that you don’t use often.

The first time I charged and used the camera, the battery lasted about five weeks before the second charge. Motion detection is fantastic; you can’t miss anything. Good value for the price and I will buy again from this seller. I tried to upload pictures but wasn’t successful.
This product was so easy to install. Picture quality is really good and it notifies you when someone/something is close to the camera along with when someone rings the integrated bell. You can go back previous days and still see the videos. Would def recommend.
I bought this product for security reasons & I have found it to be a great product. Very reasonably priced, the app was easily downloaded & the instructions for installation & set up are very easy to follow. I would highly recommend buying this product.
It is a really good video doorbell, great value for the money compared to the more expensive ones out there, love the three days free recordings it gives you also my children and I feel safe at home alone,would and have bought again as a present for my parents that loved mine and wanted one have also recommended to my boyfriend family and friends.
Good picture quality and great battery life, looked at other video doorbells and settled for this one cant fault it.
So easy to connect to the Wi-Fi and then easy to use. I’m really pleased with it. I have to remember to keep it charged but you do get notifications to say it has a presentable left so you are fully aware of what needs to be done. Great picture and clarity
The doorbell also takes regular videos of passers by and visitors to the door which can be very useful in a potential dispute over a delivery.
All videos are stored in a calendar function on the smartphone app and can be downloaded for safe keeping.
Installation and set up is very simple and the battery time is good. I would advise screwing the doorbell on rather than using the stickers but thats down to my front door!!! I’m very happy with this doorbell.
After researching for a while found this one, great price, available on next day delivery, easy to instal via the App great monitoring and answering facility, night mode is also good feature and lights up visitors faces, clear picture and great notifications that are useful. Don’t hesitate to buy this
Good picture quality day and night.
There is a delay if someone rings the doorbell but I haven’t missed anyone knocking yet!
When checking the picture quality it’s impressive during the day and night plus by flipping the iPhone screen it gives you a large view of the outside, it also records according to your own selection of settings with a PIR sensitivity that appears to be able to focus better than older front door cameras on people, it also while doing this retains the past three days of views for free and a constant record of past views which available constantly for a monthly subscription.
The camera system itself is easily set up along with its operational App called Aiwit which in my case was downloaded from the Apple site.
All in all a useful addition to home security while offering the convenience of being able to see the person at the door even if not at home.
We have considered buying a Video Doorbell Camera for quite some time, and we carried out some research. We chose this one due to the positive reviews, and competitive price. We have not been disappointed. It was very easy to set up, and it has excellent picture quality. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.
It’s a great little gadget that does what it’s suppose to. I’ve had it for a while and I’ve come to like the ease of it, if you missed something the day before you can always go back to that date and check out the video on what transpired that day.
It does a have a delay but if that’s not a problem for you then its awesome.
Great product. Battery lasts around 8 days which is very good. Night vision very good. You can set the area so you don’t get notifications for people walking past. Very pleased with this door bell. The app is also easy to use and set up.
A good friend of mine advised me get this ,it’s ok it’s doesn’t connect to my phone that’s well and when I’m at work seems to take ages to load and I can’t answer the calls and miss the post man ,but it keep track of who has been at my door and or any one in my garden, keeping me safe .
I loved how I would get an instant motion notification if someone had come in front of our door!
it would record everytime someone had rung the doorbell!
It’s an excellent item for the money so cheap and convenient will be buying again and recommending to my family! comes with everything you need to set up and put in place ….no need for extra resources!!!
Great doorbell – with good motion detection and clear picture quality (although slightly less so at night). Was easy to install despite the lack of instructions and the AIWIT app that sends alerts to a mobile phone was also easy to install. Only downside is that this can only be installed to one user at a time – it would be helpful if all residents at an address could have the app on their mobile phones. Given this fact – an indoor chime would be very useful. Overall though, happy with product and price was great too.
So far so good much better battery life then its previous model connecting to the Bluetooth ringer can be a bit tricky and could be improved with clear instruction on how to connect but there is customer videos on YouTube
Things that could be improved, the packaging doesn’t really make clear the model of the camera so when it came to connecting the camera to the app it was a case of choosing the one that looked the most similar, also the scanned QR code instructions say that there is a security screw within the contents of the box. This wasn’t the case, but even so there is nowhere designed on the camera and the door bell housing to fix a security screw so there is nothing to stop anyone from just taking the camera out of its housing and walking away with it, with to me is a surprising design omission.
I like the fact that if am not at home I can see what is happening day or night and can speak with anyone who comes to the door. The battery life did drain very fast when I installed it but after speaking to the seller and they give advice everything is ok.

—3 days free cloud storage in loops, cheaper than something pricier like other Amazon door camera;
It is worth mentioning that their after-sales service is really nice!!
At the beginning, there was a problem with the charging of the doorbell with camera, and the power consumption of door bell was very fast. I contacted their professional customer service via aiwit, and they told me that “the insulating sheet in the battery case needs to be torn off before charging, and in order to avoid virtual electricity, it needs to be fully charged for six to ten hours.”
I appreciate that they help me with my wifi doorbell wireless charging issue, although the lack of a chime in present, they have smart app reminders, it is really worth buying it!
It also has a built-in microphone allowing for two-way communication, which is great for giving instructions to any delivery drivers as my dog gets aggressive with strangers at the door so it is safer that I don’t open it. The picture quality is great and it is equally as impressive at night. Battery life on it is also good. Overall, for the price, I am very impressed with how well it does.
