Amazing camera – I have purchased 11 of these cameras and all worked flawlessly. However one of them started playing up in that I had an issue connecting to it at times. I mentioned this to the manufacturers customer services via the app and the service was great. They sent a replacement camera which I have just installed to replace this camera and it now working perfectly!

It is overlooking a 3 acre field on a hill and while the images further away are not the clearest, you can still make out which brown horse is which.
The night vision is good and clear quality.
The motion detection goes off when birds fly past and the camera swivels round easily.
The interface is user friendly and I haven’t found any cons with this camera.
I recommend it and will be looking to purchase another one for viewing the opposite side of the field.

Brilliant little camera easy to set up and use! Works as the perfect deterrent has someone Try to break in until they spotted it filming them, the customer service team are amazing aswell emailed me a few months after purchase with a 3 year warranty and a choice of free gift! When I finally get a few cameras I will definitely be buying them from here!
Great camera and picture , make sure tree branches are not in the field of view or it will be triggered on windy days , had it working for a couple of months now without any issues , fantastic night vision mode , easy to set up with the APP , customer service is first class , Kiki gave me an extra 3 year warranty and enabled a free cloud service for a year , great support.
Great, we have in Scotland in a remote woodland and the solar keeps it charged to 100% all the time. Easy to connect to though the App with a mobile sim, easy to install – can not fault it – works very well.
Worked out of the box with a giffgaff SIM card
Biggest problem is an over enthusiastic relative who decided to clip away all of the vegetation around the camera and cut the cable from the solar panel to the camera.

Unit seems well built and we’ll equipped. I did have a slight problem with the 1st one I bought after around 6 months. Contacted seller and item was replaced no quibble.
Would highly recommend these cameras and this seller. Should I require another 4g camera these would be my 1st choice.

Had this camera running now for approximately 8 weeks with a 128 gig memory card , we have had issues with kids vandalising boats, has taken a couple of weeks for them to get the message. Great feature being able to use the talk feature!!
Have no power and no WiFi and very remote with poor signal.

This is our 3rd camera from XEGA, and the service we continue to receive is top-class. These cameras are perfect solution for rural locations with no power or fixed broadband available.
I bought this to cover the garage for my quad bike, and since the garage is outside our broadband range this seemed to be the best option. Very simple setup although the seller mailed additional information without prompting. All round good service for a quality product.
Camera works really well, considerably cheaper than others. Had it up for over 3 months now and don’t need to touch it as solar is keeping battery at 100%.

Very pleasantly surprised with the overall product quality. It is chunky and well made with none of the ‘plasticky’ feel that I often come to expect. Set up was relatively straightforward- I had a very slight cable issue which don’t affect the function and on mentioning this to customer service Kiki had one sent out very quickly- superb service. If I have any criticism the translation in the manual to English is a little clunky but to be fair customer service is so good it is of no consequence. Overall very pleased.
First time purchasing a 4G LTE cctv camera and after reading various reviews decided on this product. I must admit it doesn’t disappoint. Easy to set up and connect using the 30 day/300Mb inclusive data package.
Picture is great and probably the best night vision picture I’ve seen from a cctv. Although it is early days the camera does seem to keep good charge using the 20w solar panels, which means reliable 24/7 connectivity.
Xega customer service were great and supportive in ensuring everything was satisfactory.
All in all a very good product.
Update: 3 months into using the camera and the SD (local recording) kept asking to format card. After exhausting all trouble shooting measures, I contacted Xega customer support who couldn’t have been more helpful. Based on the information I provided and explain what I done to trouble shoot they came to the conclusion the system had developed a fault, which they said was not a common issue. Without hesitation they sent out a new camera immediately. This arrived within a couple of days.
Couldn’t ask more from Xega customer service team.
I purchased a data only sim which is costing me 6/month, both me and my mother can connect to this to see what is going on. I could connect so many more people to it.
It’s brilliant, no more getting up at ridiculous hours also with the sound feature you can hear EVERYTHING… and talking to mother through it has been a bit if fun!! Will be a brill security camera!! Easy to zoom in and move the camera from the app. Can view where in the world you are… just need to be able to connect to it.
