My goodness. I only used this today for the first time and my abs are SORE. This worked a lot better than expected. Early days but I have high hopes. 20 minutes on mode 3 at intensity 6 has worked out my abs more than any workout I’ve ever done! Combining this with some exercise and a high protein/low calorie diet to get the best results.

The Abs trainer arrived two days before scheduled. I’ve done sit-ups for many years but as time passes that’s not so easy. TBH it’s old age now. Liked the reviews so I took a chance and I’m impressed. It’s easy to charge and get started, after reading the manual, and intuitive to use. Taking it easy to get used to it but have to say I’m looking forward to using the device for a long time to come. I’ll never have a six pack but a crate of milk won’t go amiss

This produce is exactly what it says. it works for me. I have been using it for a month, and have seen a significant improvement around the tummy. I am not a gym goer by any means, so to be able to see a difference, especially after a few weeks, of using this method is a great boost. I have the makings of a shaped and toned stomach for the first time since I was an active young man, my old jeans now fit (34″) instead of 36″ heading upwards. I have waited for a few weeks to post this, as though I could see results sooner, it gave me more motivation to shift more unsightly flab, and I now do 30 sit ups a day with it on to hopefully help the progress. I do not do 100, or 60 or do reps, quite the opposite, I often forget, but still use the belt on its own, under or over my t-shirt at work, depending on how warm the weather is. I find the the highest mode the most useful, and have just increased the power over time. No sticky pads to apply, or fiddle with. Just spray with water before I put it around my stomach. Tried the stick on one, but it was hopeless. This stays in place! No pain, no fuss. Water eh? Who would’ve thought. Wish I had used it during lockdown!

Did not find anything wrong with the product. Really easy to use and after a while you do not know you have it on. Not having to use separate pads is great, you just spray with water and go!

I love the ease of use of this product as you only need to add a little water to the conductor pads. The battery is easy to charge using the cable provided and then plug it into a USB port – I use my desk lamp which has a USB port in the back. I previously had an ABS belt but it was about 20 years old. This newer one is much easier to use. During use you can definitely feel your ABS being moved/stimulated. I’ve been using this product daily for about 4 weeks and aim to take a measurement of my waist at the end of August. Obviously using this belt alone won’t aid loss of fat around the waist and stomach area but it will aid it when in use with other exercising. I also walk over 30 miles weekly and use a weighted hula hoop and eat healthily too.

I purchased this abdominal belt to replace an older belt that had come to the end of it’s life. I researched the reviews and found this Abs Muscle Stimulator Belt at a figure that fit my budget. I received the item via next day delivery. The package came in small box but contained everything I needed including a USB cable but no USB plug though I did happen to have one. The belt already had sufficient battery so no need to charge before initial use. Despite the manual stating that water can be used to moisten the electro pads, I still had a supply of conductive gel that I applied instead. The belt was very easy to use. The belt is very comfortable and does not move once fitted. Where the velcro joins it holds the belt very securely although there is quite a lot of leftover belt that hangs over, I can only assume for a person with a larger body mass than myself where I am waist size 34 inches. The screen is very easy to use with 6 different programs. Each program lasts 20 minutes and you can adjust levels from 1 to 15. Due to having used a belt previously I was able to withstand level 15 but if new, best to start off slowly. I do run each morning so I am physically fit but I find that using this belt for an hour a day just helps strengthen and tone my abdominals, so you do still need to undertake exercise and a have a balanced diet in order to achieve results. The battery lasts a good three hours of use before needing recharging. It would be good to have a power indicator so you are aware of when the power is just about to shut off. Once recharged the light extinguishes which is good so you know when it is fully charged. The belt is much thinner than my previous one so you can easily wear it underneath clothes without other people being aware. It also does not beep when any buttons are pressed or when a program has ended so no one will even know that an abdominal belt is in operation. Overall I believe this belt is a great investment and would certainly recommend it.

Really easy to use and only needs water to use it with so no having to buy gels.
There are 6 modes and 15 levels of intensity with each mode and each is different, you can really feel the muscles contracting.

Unlike other ab belts there’s no sticky pads to keep replacing. Simply spray some water onto the pads and away you go. Nice variety of stimulation modes and a good range of exercise settings. I had the older version of this belt but this new belt is way better.

Iv had the product for 1 week, used it right away. It’s easy to use and the results are great. My tummy is flat already. Don’t have abs yet but it actually feels like I’m doing abdominal exercises.
I really recommend you get one.

I bought this to replace my old slendertone. It has a good range of modes with 6 bring the best one for me. What I like best is there is no faffing with conductive gel. Simply spray the pads with a small amount of water and you’re good to go. I also like that it’s easy to charge, lasts ages and isn’t bulky under clothes.

I purchased this as a gift for my partner. Currently been using for about a week so bit soon to see any results but can feel it working. Comes with the wire so you can charge it easily and doesn’t take long for the battery to be fully charged. Adjustable strap. There is 6 modes which can choose from one then select an intensity goes to atleast 15.

The item arrived very quickly and excellently packaged. The belt is very adjustable and fits comfortably around the waist. The positioning of the pads are great and the extra side pads mean this gives a full ab workout/tune up. The pads not being the Gel Pad variety means you don’t need to buy replacements once they wear out and the rechargeable battery pack means no more expensive batteries. Everything you need comes in the box, including a very simple bag to keep it all in. Try to eat a healthy diet and this will allow the ab belt to show better results. Try to keep away from fast/fatty foods.

The belt workout settings are good, as there are different modes that you can choose which you prefer and what better works for you, I tend to use mode 3.

The price is excellent and I am sure does exactly the same as the more expensive belts on the market.

This ab trainer/ems (electrical muscle stimulator) is great for keeping your abs and core engaged on your ‘off days’, or for warming up or warming down your abs around a punishing core workout; the belt has tons of adjustment and you don’t need to worry about sticky pads, as you only need to spray a bit of water on the surface before use.

If you’re desperately trying to get rid of those last few inches around your waist, or you’re new to muscle building/body building, then unfortunately no device will give your dream body overnight.

I personally use ab belts/muscle stimulators as a great way to warm down/relieve soreness and reduce DOMS. So while you may be looking at this to give you your dream 8 pack, you still have to bust your butt with diet and effort, but a muscle stimulator can help you along your journey if you’re on top of everything else.
