This is a great unit and does what it’s meant to, the price was excellent as well and it definitely dries laundry as specified the slight downside is the water tank it fills quick but having had a different model with a 20ltr tank which was twice the price didn’t work as well and when full it was hard to remove tank.. this model is small but does job well in an average room. It’s so quiet as well and it’s got an even quieter mode and some other features.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFirstly, it is only the first week of use but I am actually taken aback at how good this Luko Dehumidifier is.
It’s definitely worth the purchase for me at least-and it is quiet enough to use situated in the hall or sitting room when I sleep.
I’m not sure I’d use it whilst watching TV in the same room -though I have in fact done so . & I’ve held phone conversations sat only 4 feet from it but I wouldn’t make a habit of it. I do notice I want to drink water more when it is on.

It is compact, weighty because of the refrigeration technology but it’s on wheels & is very efficient cost and purpose wise and it is even quieter on sleep/ night setting which is a plus for dealing with condensation on double glazing, sills and caulking.

It also absolutely sucks the living daylight out of the water in laundry drying – to almost bone dry in 12 hours &(& that was 3 x loads worth!) & it has put pay to any condensation/ high humidity on the installed house humidity sensor readings plus it purifies the air and being an Asthmatic- I notice a real difference on my chest.
So, I’m very happy & it has been an essential purchase. At this price range I’d thoroughly recommend it but full disclosure here; I can’t compare it to any purchases of a similar product so if your loaded and can pay for gold lined, whisper silent luxury dehumidifiers that sing you to sleep & cook your dinner…go a head be my guest but for me; this is a 5 star winner because it also severely reduced moisture throughout this 4 room flat- so it more than suits my needs and wallet.

Frankly this Dehumidifier, is not only peace of mind for me regarding any necessary building corrective work because of damp but also mental and physical stress relief after 3 years of extensive mold and damp hell.

Along with meticulously sensible home ventilation it is evidently solving my home humidity problems in a 2016 build that has had damp and mold issues throughout causing wall, furniture, carpets, cavity, electrics and floor damage; as well as destroying a brand new bathroom that had to be rebuilt after pipe leaks and a leak over a year from an upstairs neighbour.

Secondly, after two years of professional damp specialists in & out of my property, plus 4 weeks of constant industrial Dehumidifiers in use & mold treatments in the entire property with some good success… the problems have still been significant- despite being on the ground floor with massive French doors open and all windows every day.
However; the Luko Dehumidifier is effective for me because it is a long term and short term fix to ongoing issues of moisture that causes mold and at last with this product I feel I can get on with life now without, without windows, sills, doors and fabrics being something I have to stalk for signs of moisture and mold…My bookcases thank this machine considerably! I’m most grateful for this outstanding and powerful little device.
There is nothing about it I don’t like. SO TRY IT OUT YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE BUT DAMP, MOLD & WORRY

This is an absolutely amazing dehumidifier. It is a really good size and really portable as it has wheels at the bottom. It is very easy to operate and it runs really quiet too. It does not seem to use much of my electric either. The tank is reasonably small but it does auto shut off when full. It comes neatly packaged in a box with lots of padding for transport protection. It also comes with a tube if you have somewhere that you can continuously empty it. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. I think the price is really good value for all it does anD sufficiency. My home seems to suffer with mould and I really needed to dry some clothes indoors as my washing was piling up and I no longer have a tumble dryer. So I’ve been using my heating with this on and the mount it’s collected in such a short time is shocking. It shows digitally the humidity and allows you to monitor it and adjust the humidity levels . It also has a child lock so my children can’t change at. It comes with a laundry dry function which is what I use and it really does make drying clothes easier and quicker without damaging my house further. I’m really impressed by this machine and it’s been a good send in helping me dry my clothes.

Use this in my small bathroom to help with condensation and to try and prevent mould forming, works well and is easy and simple to use. Good instructions. Bonus that it has wheels so its easy to manoeuvre.

I have been very impressed with this dehumidifier.

It is much quieter than I had expected, an dit is very efficient at removid water from the atmosphere. It has a 2 litre water collection tank, and can extract up to 12 litres of water per day. It is pretty cheap to run too, and I wasn’t expecting that; it works out at about 6p per hour at the time of writing.

It’s easy to use, and the instructions are clear and easy to understand. It is mounted on castors, which makes moving it around very easy. I would have liked a longer mains lead, though; I’ve generally had to use an extension cable with it.

The price at the time of writing is 219.99, with a 40 off voucher available, meaning that it costs 179.99, which is very good value indeed.

    Very impressive; highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic dehumidifier. We have had a few over the years due to living in a caravan and damp moisture being a big problem for us so we have always made use of a dehumidifier. We recently moved into a log cabin and got this to help keep moisture levels down in there especially as we have been painting and wallpapering a lot. Our bathroom also doesn’t have a window at the moment so it’s been helping massively in there, really notice the difference between using this and not using it. It sucks the moisture out very well.

The general dehumidifier is a good size, it’s big but perfectly portable enough, I do wish it had a carry handle but that is literally my only complaint. Its easy to operate but comes with more function than most. Its relatively quiet too, barely notice it on unless the room is completely quiet apart from this running.

Very low on the power consumption too, pulls just under 200watts which is incredible compared to our last one which was around 2000watts but it seems to work just as well surprisingly.

The tank is small but it does have auto shut off when it’s full. I really like it, it’s one of the better ones we have had. Would definitely recommend.

Smaller than expected, but very sturdy and well built.
I’ve been using in a relatively small room (instruction say to avoid rooms bigger than 4m squared) where I dry clothes. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in drying time of the clothes and condensation in that room.
I’m looking forward to trying out during the humid months, to make the house more comfortable. I’d thoroughly recommend

This is a fantastic dehumidifier. A great size perfect for using at home. Very easy to operate and set up. I tested it after I’d cleaned my carpet in my bedroom. This warmed so well pulling out the remaining moisture in my room.
Has different settings so you can set to a certain humidity, change the tan speed and set to a timer. A really too quality dehumidifie

This dehumidifier is very robustly made and is of a reasonable size so it doesn’t take up too much space (just a bit larger the size of a small portable oil radiator). Despite it’s size, it is rather heavy, though thankfully it does have wheels which make it much easier to move around.

The button layout if fairly simple and the instruction manual of course clarifies anything else you may need to know.

I first tried the dehumidifier in my bedroom and just after a couple of hours, the water tank had gathered quite a bit of water. I also used it in the bathroom after a hot shower and it did a good job there too.

When the fan kicks in, it is noticeable, however, I personally didn’t find it to be bothersome.

    Overall, I would definitely recommend.

I have had two Blyss dehumidifiers for a number of years but they have now got loud ,so time for new ones, I have purchased a number of different dehumidifiers (zanussi being the dearest one at over 300) over the the last few months only to send them back as they where too noisy..when advertised as quiet. I purchased this one having read the reviews and wow what a great dehumidifier, quiet, efficient, easy to use , absolutely brilliant for the price.

I really like this dehumidifier and it is so much better than my previous one which didn’t do anywhere near as good a job. This machine is brilliant, the noise level isn’t too bad at all and it does have a night mode, although I don’t use this in a bedroom so can’t vouch for how it is to sleep with. My kitchen had a leak and some mould had built up on a wall and this machine helped to dry it all out and we no longer have any visible mould which is brilliant. I also use this near washing that I hang out to dry and it does seem to speed the drying process up as well as stopping condensation. While this machine isn’t cheap, I do feel that you get what you pay for and this is a worthwhile investment.

If you suffer from dampness in your house or like to dry your clothes inside and want to do so quicker, this is a great option.

The dehumidifier is well-made and has a white minimalistic, futuristic look which works great in any room. It does a great job of keeping the humidity in my room below 50% and it has an LED indicator on the front which makes it easy to see the humidity level.

There are various modes and timers you can set which allow you to set it to come on exactly when you want. This means you can have it on during either the day or night as it is quite quiet. It then quickly removes moisture from the air and dries clothes very quickly.

    Overall, I would certainly recommend.

Our old dehumidifier was looking a bit battered but we thought it still worked ok until we tried this one, the difference in performance is substantial. First off this one looks so much better, it is also much quieter, even at full speed it hardly makes a noise. It is easy to use, you can connect to permanent drainage using the hose but we use the built in container as it is easier for us in the location it is in. I use it mostly in my craft room which is also the home office. I have a huge amount of card stock as well as a large collection of real wool tweed. If the room gets damp the card curls and the tweed smells. My desk dates from 1890 and as my home doesn’t have central heating it would be at risk of dampness if I didn’t use the dehumidifier. I always had the old one on a couple of hours every day, it had no humidity setting, this one I can set the humidity and leave it in charge, you can set it constantly dehumidify, handy if you have a very damp room or if there has been a flood. I also popped in in my bedroom for a couple of hours and left the wardrobe doors open and it pulled out a lot of moisture. The wheels make it extremely easy to move so I will make doing the bedroom a regular weekly job. The difference in power consumption is outstanding, this is a 185w unit, where my old one used almost 1kw. I am amazed at how much moisture must be in the air. The tank is really easy to empty, if it fills up the unit shuts off so it doesn’t spill over, there is an indicator light to show when the tank is full. I love the light indicator on the front, it is a really handy indicator of how much moisture is in the room. Remember to leave upright for 24 hours once you receive it as the courier may have laid it down on its side.

We have been running this dehumidifier for just over a week now and it is doing a really good job.

We had a burst water pipe that leaked water into a spare room. Not huge damage but it did soak through the plaster walls and into the flooring. We already owned a small dehumidifier but it was pretty obvious fairly quickly that it was not up to the job so we got this one from LUKO.

It was very easy to set up and the supplied drainage hose was a welcome site. It meant we could leave the machine running with the hose emptied into an outside drain. We did extend it of course as the one provided is short but it was a start.

The digital controls are easy to use and it was a breeze to get started.

For now, it has done a superb job and the room is almost dry. We will leave it going for a few more days. After that, I am sure we will use it at various times even just to help with drying clothes. Definitely a good investment.

At the time of writing this review, the price for this dehumidifier is 229.99 and you can apply a 40 discount code.

The LUKO Dehumidifier is a 12L/day dehumidifier that is suitable for use in homes, basements, and offices. It comes with a digital humidity display control that allows you to easily monitor and adjust the humidity levels in your space. This feature is particularly useful for people with respiratory issues or allergies.

One standout feature of the LUKO Dehumidifier is its child lock, which adds an extra layer of safety for households with young children. The dehumidifier also has a laundry dry function, which can be used to dry clothes quickly and efficiently.

Another useful feature of the LUKO Dehumidifier is its timer function, which allows you to set the unit to turn on or off at specific times. This is great for people who want to conserve energy or who want to have the dehumidifier running only during certain times of the day.

The 2L water tank capacity is sufficient for most small to medium-sized rooms, but if you have a larger space, you may need to empty the tank more frequently. Fortunately, the dehumidifier also comes with a drainage hose for condensation, which allows for continuous drainage without the need for manual emptying of the tank.

I haven’t found any issues so far. The initial setup is really straight forward, I run it for most of the day set to target 55% but as this is in my hallway it has never yet actually got me below 60%. I think this is due to location and not any fault with the unit as it does collect plenty of water during this time so is definitely working. It’s not the quietest machine in the world, for example I think it would take a bit of getting used to if in my living room but the hallway is ok. The size is good, compact yet butch enough to give confidence. Castors work well for pushing it around, although it is sometimes quicker just to lift it up as not particularly heavy. It feels good quality and well constructed. I haven’t had to clean the filter yet but the process seems fairly straight forward.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis Luko dehumidifier is a great little tool in the battle against condensation. It measures the the humidity and displays this on the front of the unit. A blue square means there isn’t enough moisture in the air while green is in the normal range between 45% and 65%. If the square is red then the machine sets about bringing it down to the normal level. Moisture drains into an enclosed tank or there is a 1m drainage hose so you can divert it somewhere else. It has 2 different fan settings and a timer. It does have some noise when working but this is quite low.

The dehumidifier is on castors so you can wheel it to where you need it. Leave at least 30cm of space around it while it is in operation. The machine comes with auto defrost and auto cutoff if the tank is full. Coverage is between 130 and 185 square metres which is quite a large area. Comes with a 2 year warranty.

We tend to get condensation on the windows of my home office and living in an apartment we can’t hang washing outside. Now we have a great tool in the battle with damp.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this dehumidifier to you.

I have been using this for a few days now, I’m impressed . It is quieter than my previous dehumidifier – but that was getting on for 20 years old. I think this is also more efficient in that it reduces the humidity more quickly and draws less electric, so it is not too expensive to run. This works particularly well if you are drying washing indoors. Plus I also wheel it in the shower room if it is particularly steamy. Reasonable price for an effective product that I expect to get years of service.

A compact, and well-made dehumidifier that can absorb up to 12L of moisture from the air with its 2L tank.

I have so many places to put this but I like to put it in the shower room right after someone takes a shower. I have another dehumidifier with a bigger capacity tank that I use in the laundry area to dry my clothes.

It’s easy to use, the display and control panel is simple to understand. I like that it’s not too big, and comes with rotatable wheels, so it’s easy to move it anywhere in the house. It operates rather noisy but not to the point of disturbing, and it’s only a small niggle considering how effective this device is.

It’s good to know this dehumidifier will automatically switch off when its water tank is full. The tank is easy to remove and replace as well. There’s also an option for removing the water automatically by using the supplied hose, but I prefer to do it manually.

Besides placing it in the shower room, I also place it in different areas in the house so they are nice and dry.

It’s available on Amazon for 229.99 ( with an additional 40 at the time of writing), which seems like a reasonable price to pay for the quality and functionality.

Overall, I am very happy with this dehumidifier, a useful product that’s easy to use, and it’s an easy recommendation from me.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI can’t believe how well this works. It never occurred to me to use one of these before but boy am I glad I have now.

The back of my house never gets any sun even in summer. It’s always in the shade and even with the heating on the back is always the dampest part of the house. The kitchen and bathroom are at the back so you can imagine the level of damp.

I plugged this dehumidifier in and placed it in the kitchen first when I did a wash load. I didn’t notice any difference at first until I put my hand on the wall and it was dry. Normally I have to wipe the walls down after washing clothes in winter because of the humidity created by the washing machine.

I went round all the walls double checking it wasn’t just a fluke. I checked the tray in the humidifier and it was full. Oh my life, I couldn’t believe it.

I next put it the bathroom after a shower and my mirrors that were all steamed up cleared almost instantaneously. I left it in the bathroom for a while after and it even dried the towel.

I put it in the spare room with the wet washing hanging on the clothes airer and by the end of the afternoon they were practically dry

I’m amazed. It’s the best clothes dryer I’ve come across. I know that’s not what it’s supposed to be but it’s multi functional. Why I never thought about getting one before is beyond me.

It’s good quality materials and so easy to use. If you are considering getting one you might want to consider this one. I don’t know what other brands are like but I can confirm this one is a corker and a heaven sent one for me. I’m absolutely thrilled with it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI ordered this dehumidifier as I wanted to see if I could reduce the amount of condensation build up in our large conservatory. After using it for a day and night I noticed a big difference, the windows were free from condensation. I have also tried placing it in different areas of the house and it does well to bring the humidity level down. It’s also really helped when drying clothes, especially during the winter months and means we can use our tumble dryer a bit less. The air around the house does feel fresher and warmer when I have been using the device.

It doesn’t cost a lot to run either as at maximum it’s only around 185w. I have noticed no spike in electricity costs as it runs between only 4 and 8p an hour. The controls are easy to use with plenty of functions and I especially like the LED light which quickly let’s you know if the humidity is high, low or normal.

It’s quite a heavy device so although it’s portable it can be heavy especially if it’s collected water in the tank. It’s not too noisy but you can tell when it’s on. It’s not silent but it’s also not obtrusive. Overall is a great dehumidifier, it works and performs really well with lots of great features. It is on the more expensive side but I do think this is a well built and good functioning product.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Users12L/Day Dehumidifiers for Home with Digital Humidity Display Control

I got this dehumidifier for our home as our windows are quite old and have started to build up mould around the edges and we get a lot of condensation.

I started using disposable dehumidifiers when my daughters laptop stopped working and the repair shop thought she had been using it at sea! The laptop was irreparable and all her work was destroyed. Although an expensive machine it should pay for itself within a couple of years, especially if it stops further damage to electronic equipment.

This should also help in our conservatory which also suffers a lot with condensation. I will be using it when it comes to using the washing machine and tumble drier as I think it will help a lot. There is a timer switch which will be very useful when putting a wash on in the evenings.

As recommended I did not start using the machine until it had sat upright overnight after being delivered. It was very easy to work out how to use it although at first I couldn’t find the plug which was actually tucked inside the water container. It isn’t too noisy when switched on but I will only be using it in rooms when no one is using them.

After using it for the first time in my daughters room a fair amount of water was in the container so it obviously is working very well. It is small enough that I can pick it up and carry it from room to room although it does weigh a reasonable amount. This should help reduce our heating costs as I believe damp rooms cost more to heat. I am very happy to recommend, especially if your house is suffering from condensation or damp.
