BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT RETURNING THIS, CONSIDER THIS...
This vacuum was cheap and light, and perfect for a one-bedroom flat, I thought. So, when it arrived I was eager to put it to the test. First, I attached the long nozzle of the two heads supplied, and got to work at the carpet edges, particularly to vacuum up the moths and their eggs which my spray missed. It was amazing: powerful and quick. (That night I had the fewest moths ever flying about!)
However, when I attached the main head and tried it over carpet the suction was too powerful and it kept detaching from the main body. After several goes, I thought of sending it back. However, as it’s a cheap appliance and I didn’t want to pay double for its nearest rival, I simply decided to make the housing tighter! This was accomplished by simply taping the top of the attachment head with a band of thin all-purpose tape (NOT sellotape or equivalent)! This did the trick and I’ve been able to use the machine comfortably since, and without the head detaching!
For purists, this might just be too much faff, especially if you expect perfection at this price, but for a vacuum costing under 30 at the time, it was a small inconvenience and one I was willing to adapt and fix easily! Whether future basic Amazon vacuum cleaners correct this challenge, I can’t say, but it’s a reliable and powerful little ally which cleans simply and stores easily in my boiler cupboard! Hope this helps.
Lightweight yet powerful
I absolutely love this hoover it is very lightweight yet powerful hoover and does exactly what i need it to do.my friend bought the same hoover for her caravan and she said its ideal as it fits in her cupboard and loves how light and the power of the suction and its definitely well worth the money 10/10 very happy
Surprisingly powerful
I am really surprised by the power of this vacum cleaner. It’s much stronger than my traditional hoover, cost considerably less and it’s very light. So far I am very pleased with this purchase
I don’t ever write reviews, in fact this is my first – but I had to say, now that I’m in my 30s and therefore not getting too much excitement these days, this hoover has brought me so much joy. I’ve spent 100s on fancy cordless hoovers that were utter rubbish, and for 30 odd quid I wasn’t expecting much, but I needed a hoover pretty sharpish and thought ‘this’ll do’. But boy was I pleasantly surprised! Small yet mighty, this hoovers suction is so good I had to stand on my rugs and fight it away from those fibres. It’s done wonders for my hard wood floors, upholstery and the little nozzle makes it so easy to get right up in my radiator crevices and along my skirting boards. Not to mention how easy the extra long handle makes getting to those hard to reach places. Worried about the cord holding you back and limiting your hoovering abilities? Well fear not fellow hoover enthusiasts – this one’s cord goes for miles. I did my whole hallway and up my stairs in one fail swoop without having to unplug and find a more suitable socket once. And when it comes time to empty it, as someone who struggles to work out how to turn showers on in hotel rooms, even I managed to do it with ease.
Overall for the price, this hoover is one savvy investment. I’ve only had it a few days so time will tell how long it lasts, but so far so bloody good.
All good but stiff head
The performance is good, and it has two of the more important heads so its quite versatile. It’s not the nicest looking but it’s light and durable fot its price. The head is a bit stiff so you have to adjust it as you use it.

It is just what I needed and the price is really great for what you get. The build quality could be slightly more solid – I’m not sure how long it will endure, but overall it’s great & does a great job of picking up loads of stuff my old (very heavyweight) Henry just can’t manage.
The Hepa filter is a great thing, especially for those with allergies, although each time I’ve emptied & cleaned the vacuum cleaner, I have noticed (no matter how hard I try) dust seems to go everywhere… perhaps, I need more practise.
It is however, a joy to use and works very efficiently. It is so light and easy to manoeuvre & store. I have no regrets about buying it.
Nifty little vacuum. Picks up loads of dirt/dust. Easy to take apart and empty the dust chamber. Lightweight, perfect for vacuuming stairs.
Cord is a decent length.
Ideal for one bedroom flats, caravans etc….

good suction, easy to put together and manoeuvre. replacing the filter might be tricky, but very happy given the price. got a load of dust up the first time used it after my aging hoove
Purchased for a university flat and honestly works great for the price. The suction is there,
its small compared to other hoovers so can be stored away easily, and there’s no hassle with setting anything up – you just plug it in and you’re good to go. Also there’s no hoover bags that need to be replaced so that’s a plus.
My main issue is with the head of the vaccum, it’s pretty unstable and can turn all sorts of directions when you’re hoovering it can be a little annoying. But we’ve purchased it to keep a relatively small flat clean, and for that I don’t mind being a little patient with it. But I wouldn’t go for one of these if you need it for large areas.
A powerful hoover for hard floors.
I needed a hoover for hard floors in my house. This hoover is powerful and does the job well on hard floors. A bit less able to handle carpets. I’d recommend it if you need a lightweight hoover for hard floors.

It’s honestly worth every penny! It’s a bargain! It vacuums up very good in terms of suction power.
Amazon have definitely nailed the design in that it can both function as full-sized for the floor and a handheld portable to comfortably vacuum surfaces, furniture, etc. It is a little flimsy where the attachment nozzle for the floor can comes lose whilst vacuuming… So be sure to secure it in tight enough.
This is a perfect gadget for a small flat! I live in a tiny 1bed flat with no storage and this just made my life so much easier. It doesn’t work well in carpets but for hard floor it’s amazing! Super happy with the purchase
Great suctio
This little hoover has amazing suction power which is great because all the hoovers I’ve always had were quite weak even when they were massive units. Manoeuvrability is not that great but is decent. Trying to push it forward is a bit on the harder side. Personally, I don’t find it super difficult and you won’t either if you’re young and or strong but I can imagine someone who is older or for any reason can’t exert a good amount of force could struggle with it. However, you can still hoover fine with it if you do the pull-it-back, pick it up and repeat motion. Emptying it was surprisingly easy which is always a plus and it’s nice to have the 2 in 1 option to change to handheld for hoovering stuff like beds or sofas.

Very good suction, very easy to clean. You have to lower it to push along carpets as it resists quite a bit, but it’s an Amazing little vacuum for the price.
Good value for money. A little stiff when cleaning thicker pile carpet but still effective. Otherwise this is a great little vacuum. Excellent over hard floors, shorter pile carpet, getting rid of cobwebs and cleaning in smaller crooks and crannies. Very lightweight and easy to use.
Great little hoover, for a great price. My previous hoover stopped working. It does struggle a bit on thick pile carpets, but honestly I can’t complain. Easy to assemble, plenty of cord length. Perfect for thin pile carpets and hard floors. It does work on thick pile carpets, but struggles with picking up clumps of hair.. great purchase
I like the weight of this small cleaner and the powerful suction. Bought to save me carrying my heavy vacuum up & down stairs. Really pleased with the performance and ease of emptying and fits in a corner. Ideal.

Got good suction however lower 1 star because the top part is blowing out air so sometimes when you get to close with handheld to vacuuming something it does get blown into another direction before you can vacuum it. You have to be quick to vacuum the spot if you using the handheld mode
Great Hoover for the price, it’s lightweight and coverts easily into a hand held option which is by far its greatest attribute. It’s not a Dyson obviously BUT, it does do what it says on the advert, and I was impressed by the value for money. Absolutely Recommend!!
It is the cheapest vacumm on amazon and it works great. really good suction and has a long cable. of course you get what you pay for, so dont expect any fancy stuff like on the more premium vacumms. But if you are looking for something simple, that works, and gets the job done, then this is the one!
It’s a small hoover but does its job quite well. Not super powerful, so I could see it struggling on thick carpets, but it cleans my small wooden floored flat with no problem! Slightly top heavy, but moves around with no problem. Definitely a good choice for a compact and cheap option in a small home/area.
Fantastic suction, long cord, amazing value for money
This was bought as an addition to a larger well known vacuum cleaner which is rather heavy and from now on it will be the primary vacuum used due to its amazing quality, equal to the more expensive and larger vacuum previously used! Very impressed with this product.

Bought it when our Dyson broke down and must admit we’ve found the suction is better on the amazon one. Had it for several months now and it’s doing great. Not too noisy either.

Fed up with cumbersome vacuum cleaners that cost a lot then break down after a couple of years, I have had 5 in the last ten years such huge expense even if bought in sales. This stick corded vac is a dream, so light but powerful goes under furniture very easily. Buying another as spare, if it breaks down after two years I will not mind as it is such an unbelievable bargain.
I just love it! My son said not to buy! (his was 280 pounds!) lol

I absolutely love this product, it was very affordable and a good price, it does exactly what you would want from a hoover, i wanted a lightweight design that could easily lift up and down 2 flights of stairs, which it is! The only criticism i have is the cord could be longer, as the last thing you need while you’re in the middle of deep cleaning ( lets face it no one wants to do it, so when you do get the omph, the last thing you need is things like that slowing you down) & having to go and unplug the hover and find another plug socket as the wire is too short is a pain! But overall im really happy with the product and would recommend it.

Bought for my daughter’s studio flat. Mostly hard floors and it works really well. Amazing value for money..well made and feels reliable. It’s quite noisy but there again it is a vacuum cleaner.
I thought I had bought a cordless vacuum but even though I made an error I could’nt be more delighted with this little treasure! I have mobility problems and can’t carry heavy weights but with this I was able to move it around with ease. It has a space saving design – can literally fit this anywhere! Definitely recommended!
I am in love with this hoover. The suction is AMAZING especially for the price! So lightweight, easy to do the stairs and take to the top floor. Perfect for me! And bonus- picks up dog hair well!

Today I have spent ages going around my house getting into all the nooks and crannies that my other hoovers couldn’t. I’ve had a shark hoover for a couple of years which is useless compared to this!
It’s really lightweight, breaks down easily into smaller sections, easy to change the nozzle, and the suction is so powerful! I think the fact that this is a super simple design is what makes it work so well. The expensive alternatives are too over-engineered and get clogged up, but not this.

This is a nifty little hoover especially considering the price. I was a bit sceptical when it first came because it looked pretty flimsy and boy did we product test it as we needed for end of tenancy cleaning. It was fantastic! It’s light as a feather so really lovely to carry up and down stairs and lift above your head to do ceiling cobwebs etc. The filter does get filled quick so does need cleaning very regularly and the hoover needs to be propped up when not in use as doesn’t stand alone and does look like it might break if it fell over one too many times. But it packs away very small and the suction is perfect. A few reviews said the suction was too strong but you’d have to have pretty old or poorly laid carpet for this to be an issue. I would say the suction is perfect for carpet use. You can’t adjust the suction level but I haven’t ever found this necessary while using it. Fantastic for the price. More than worth the spend
After 2 to weeks I realise it smells to rotten food even if it’s cleaned and this smell appears only after usage. It’s the first time an Amazon products it’s not adequate or outstanding. I’m still impressed.
Light, handy, suction is good. Expect two problems:
– The filter is impossible to clean, because of its ribbon surface.
– The motor blasts air quite low on to the sides, so expect all your dust in the air.
Other than that, it’s worth the money.
he hoover is light, it works, its a good price and it looks good. it has good power and suction. it should do the job… but one thing, it isnt for carpets… says in the instructions the head it comes with is for wood floors not carpets, and when you look at the bottom of the head it does indeed look designed for smooth wood floors, there is no brush you see on carpet hoovers. its hard to push on carpets and will probably damage carpet over time but still can be used on carpet if you push hard.
