Got these to use when camping. Very strong light which lit up the tent making it easy to do what I needed to do when it was dark. The handle at the back means you can hold them easily and it’s large enough to fit over your entire hand so it sits in the palm making to comfortable to use if on the go. The handle is also an excellent stand and is solid enough that it will stay where position and doesn’t slip down making it a brilliant light to use in the tent or outdoor as it will stay at the angle you adjust it too. The fact is rechargeable (usb) make its economic to run and the two lasted me for the week when camping but I had the versatility that you could use batteries too if needed. An excellent buy especially when purchased when on offer.

Got these for internal cupboards etc that I can’t get electric lights into. Really good & blindingly light. So impressed & they also have a little stand which is a lot more handy than I thought it would be!

Bought two for the garage. They are robust and give a brilliant white light. Unclear how waterproof they are as, while they look rugged, the battery cover is a simple slide on-off with no seal. However should be shower proof. The switching is once for full on, again for half illumination and a third push for strobe (a fast flash). Charging is via USB cable supplied with micro USB connection into the unit and normal USB as an alternative option. Both charging sockets have a rubber seal over them. Batteries are supplied. All in all a good little unit.

Used indoors when painting. Very good at showing the bits you’ve missed. I don’t know if I would use it in the rain as the battery cover does not look like it will keep the water out.

You can scarcely get better value for a pair of portable LED floodlights. However, the battery cover on one of my lights is loose without the extra pressure of the plastic wrap around the batteries. This is attested to by other reviews, so it’s not a one-off. It’s not a deal-breaker, given the value proposition, but it’s just enough to stop the product getting the full five stars.

I wanted a toolbox work light and found this pair at a price I liked.

I’ve used them as task lights for dry lining, filling and electrical work, so broad, detailed or done work in properties .

I even found over the winter they lit up an engine bay under the bonnet well enough to be able to finish jobs on a top end rebuild after sun down. I used the adjustable Bandleaders to ‘clip’ them on to the bonnet against the body of the lamp.

Battery life was ok, and charging time is ok too.

Brought these for a back up lighting in case of power cuts and was very please with them so brought some more. Used them to light a stall at a couple of Christmas Fairs and they lasted ages and were very bright. Best lit stand at the fair. Easy to charge. Remember to take the wrapping from the batteries before charging.
    Would definitely buy again.
Haven’t tested the water resistance as not been in the wet.

I purchased the pair as essential items for travel.. they provide light in 3 different ways plus a backup battery supply for mobile phone etc, also rechargeable ..
A Very useful addition for winter transport . so much so I have ordered another pair for Christmas gifts..

These flood lights were needed for a food stall operating at night. I used one to bounce light off the stall ceiling and it worked perfectly. By the time we closed in 3 hours the light was still bright and battery had not run out!

Excellent bright lights. A little fiddly to get the charging cover off but once you work out how to do it it is easy. Bright enough to light a room up in a power cut or if you need extra light when decorating to see the detail. Small and compact but easy to use.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersVery pleased. Great for lighting rooms for decorating etc. The time between recharging when using full glow is a bit shorter than expected (haven’t time it but less than 4 hours I would say) but they work whilst being charged so not always an issue if you have an electrical supply available

Very satisfied with this purchase. Bought for Christmas presents with the expectation of power cuts in the winter months. Can’t say about water resistance as haven’t used them outside but they look well made and have the option of using different batteries if necessary.

Fantastic. These will brighten your life should the power be turned off. One pack of two are enough for a couple of rooms for several hours on low. They will also charge your phone should the need arise, and, although they are rechargeable, they will take an ordinary battery too. Much safer than four candles.

This is a versatile product. You can use the lithium batteries provided, or use your own AA batteries. You can use it as a powerpack to charge your phone. The light is bright.
But I found the light does not last more than an hour. Perhaps this is long enough for you.

Got em for our caravan awning, light up really well and last on charge for a good while, still havent charged em after initial charge yet, only thing I dislike is it has 3 settings and last one is a flashing effect, and don’t see the point in this (light or no light, makers it’s simple) and you have to go through all 3 modes to turn the lights off. For lights their good, downside is the flashing effect, no point in this for me.

Lights are bright and compact – unfortunately the pair I bought both have faulty battery casings – the back doesn’t stay on, so I suspect they won’t be very good in wet weather! Apart from that I’m happy.

Bought these lights to help light up an engine bay whilst replacing my engine. they worked great especially for keeping one on charge at all times and hotswapping them. they last about 4 hours only issue is the rave flash you have to cycle through to turn them off otherwise they are durable and very bright.

I bought these for my market stall as a bit of extra light in the darker mornings and evenings. The battery life from fully charged is around 2 hours. They’re nice and bright and have two brightness settings plus a flashing setting. The handle is adjustable if you want to stand them up. My husband has also used them when under the car fixing it.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI did not buy these for lighting up pumpkins but they do a fabulous job and these are only on the lower brightness setting, I bought these for working on the cars in the garage, the versatility of these lights are superb, I think I will use these for more than just jobs on the car, the pumpkins are a great example, ill think I could even mount these to a builders stand for lighting up a room for painting for example. These lights came with giant blue batteries, that insert into the back of the lights lengthways, if these batteries expire you can insert 4 AA batteries, sorted. the charging method is a breeze with two USB inputs, the large type and the Android Mobile phone smaller type, charging time is long but because you have two this is no bother, there are the best small, strong lights I have ever used.

5.0 out of 5 stars Should have bought these years ago

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersI have waited a while to review these as I didn’t have a real use until yesterday , at 8pm last night my dog jumped into next door s garden chasing a fox , well turns out this fox is but rapid like and manages to shoot through holes in the fences and into about 5 gardens down , of course Tyson (40kg) followed , so to my absolute joy , my kids and I had to chase the little ducker through bushes , squeezing through holes , cutting myself to shreds in the ducking brambles, whilst shouting the dogs name so the neighbours didn’t call the police as we tumbled through all their back gardens , after a good hour of chasing across the golf course and into the woods we finally caught up with the little devil , approximately 2miles from home , all I can say is thank god we had these lights , we could see the little ducker at least 50 m away in the dark , as he legged it into the forest , across rivers and into fields , these are perfect for searching and a hundred times better than your iPhone torch , we used them handheld and the battery lasted , the only drawback is the 1350 batteries that need a special charger ( you can use AA s which is very clever )

    Ps Fox got away

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for searching for dawgs

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersSo I bought these two lights to light up my patio while I train at home as the gyms are currently closed. Depending on the weather I sometimes train in the evenings and these are perfect for lighting everything up. Usually when I finish a set of heavy squats I see stars but now with these lights I turn around and feel like I’m walking strap to the pearly gates of heaven they’re that bright. Only way to make these any better is if God himself strolled out and spotted me for a set

10/10 would recommend if you have an outdoor/garage gym as these will give you plenty of lighting. P.a flashing effect will feel like a rave so if you are missing the moshpit grab a couple of these and a housemate and go to town

To summarise, yes you should purchase

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThese lights are very good indeed. The light they emit is bright and usefully intense, but I have to say that after 20 – 30 minutes, you do notice the progressive drop in illumination as the batteries start to deplete.

Charging time is quite lengthy, which is the only limitation of these LED lights but at this price you really cannot complain at all. The 2 lights seem quite robust and come with rechargeable batteries and micro USB charging cables.

Given the pricepoint, these lights are great value for money and are highly recommended.
