I am in my third trimester, and suffer with pelvic girdle pain, which on really bad days, I can’t lift my legs, and my back and hips are in agony. Using this has helped massively with reducing the pressure and weight on my joints, you can immediately feel the relief once it’s put on. Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend to others!

Got this for my wife who is half way through second trimester and starting to feel the imbalance of belly vs back. Currently 26 weeks and starting to have PGP (pelvic girdle pain) and back pain so my friend recommended this product to me. It literally just arrived and naturally I tried it on and I feel my bump is so supportive. I wish I’d got this early on in my pregnancy.

Great relief for pelvic pai
I bought this support belt after experiencing intermittent pelvic pain, especially when I’d been walking around for a while, that could get quite severe. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and my midwife recommend a belt to take pressure off my pelvis.
I’ve been really pleased with the product so far. Easy to put on, feels well made and definitely takes pressure off the pelvic area by supporting bump. I went for a fairly long walk (by late pregnancy standards) yesterday with very minimal discomfort. Can be worn over or under clothes, although it’s a little bit scratchy under clothes. Product advises that you shouldn’t wear for more than 2-3 hours at a time to avoid dependence, so I’ve just been wearing it during walks or when I start to get pain. Would definitely recommend!

I have found this belt really supportive for my back. A little less so for my pelvis, but my bump is very much all at the front and weighing down on my pelvis.
Bought for the last trimester of my pregnancy, wore mainly when went for my daily walks/shopping. After learning how to put on found it really helpful supporting my belly and thus protecting my back from developing pain. Would buy it again definitely.
Improved my daily life
For weeks I was struggling to walk with all the extra weight all been at the front of me, so bought this as I was desperate for something to help me. After a few days of use I have noticed a massive improvement with my mobility and how much more I can do comfortably. Worth it!!! Happy mama
Bought this for my partner, she was 5 months pregnant and the bump was weighing her down. She has been using it daily 2-3 hours it takes the weight off her c-section scar and helps with her hips and back.
It is our 3rd child so the extra support is very good to have. She loves the fact there is 3 different ways to wear it whilst pregnant and it can be used after the birth.

Didn’t find it very comfortable the way round it suggested. So I turned it round and the big support belt goes round the tummy which is such a relief. Depends where your pain is, but I have a huge bump which feels lifted with a nice big belt round it.
Originally ordered a Large thinking 14-16 would be perfect as I’m not very big but it was too small, amazon refused to let me return but the company reached out to me and sent me the XL size and it fits amazing, only had it on a few hours but my back has slightly less pressure on and walking isn’t too painful as my bump feels lifted

Absolutely great product, really helped support the bump when my partner was pregnant! It is comfortable and easy to put on. The quality is also very strong and tidy with no loose stringy material.
Really comfy and helps with pelvic pai
Really like this belt. Fits great with my stoma aswell, breathable which is good in the heat. Gives perfect amount of support so don’t get the pelvic pain when walking. Only thing was found it a little confusing how to put it on at the beginning.
I got this for the mrs. She’s 20 weeks and was a size 6-8 so from the measurements we went up a size or two. When it arrived we tried it on but it was too small…. Not even close. So make sure you take a measurement round the belly to be safe. Free returns so no grumbles

This support belt really does help with pelvic girdle pain in pregnancy by offering extra support when walking/doing household chores. It was easy to get on after a few practices, I haven’t had any quality issues mentioned by other reviewers.
The only two complaints I have is that it becomes uncomfortable if worn for longer periods of time- as a nurse I was hoping to wear this for shifts but it is not possible, and also it is itchy if worn under clothing, so always needs to be over the top.

I’ve used this for a few weeks however I don’t use the over bump strap on it I find it uncomfortable.
Definitely helps me walk for longer and eases my back pain and pelvis pain.

I’m 31 weeks and it supports my bump well, and really helps with back pain. The stitching came undone though on part of it after only 2 wears so I’ve had to re stitch it back together myself. Not an issue in itself but frustrating as I went with the more expensive version of this belt to avoid things like that. The back also folds in on itself a bit and rubs the skin so I’m wearing over a vest. I 100% recommend it for its purpose but a cheaper version may do the exact same thing.
I have honestly recommended this product at least 5 times since buying it. It is exactly what I was looking for – something to take some of the weight from my growing bump off my hips a little when out walking. I can’t pretend that it’s a miracle cure for all pain, as I still do suffer from some back pain and pelvic girdle pain, but it was definitely worth the investment. I probably haven’t used it as often as I would like recently due to the hot weather; I have found that it doesn’t need to be too warm outside for the temperature under the belt to rise pretty quickly around my back which I do find quite uncomfortable. (Although I add that due to the Velcro I have always worn it over my leggings to stop any bits scratching skin, which might have contributed to how warm it gets.)
Provides support but not a great fit for me.
I do like this product but I find it’s not the most comfortable to wear. I have had quite a large bump from 20 weeks. I measured my bump at 26 wks and I went for the XL as I measured nearly 100 and knew I would need some extra space for when my bump got bigger again when I got into the 30 wks. I’m now 31wks and carrying very much on the front. I find it does give some good support, but even though I followed the measurement guide it’s still too big for me. I’m 5″8 and even then the large strap around the back I feel comes up to high, meeting and overlapping my bra line. This causes the strap to fold and crease along the ridges where my waist comes in, which at times can be irritating and itchy. I’ve overcome this by just folding down the top section of the back part but it’s not ideal. If I was to order again I may go down a size or two, but I wouldn’t be confident choosing the new size.
So overall it has provided me some support, but it’s not overly comfortable to wea
I bought this support to wear during exercise; I found that from about 34 weeks I was experiencing round ligament pains when walking (especially downhill) and was often manually holding my bump to alleviate the pain and I came across this support band online. I have worn this support band a few times now from 35-36 weeks of my pregnancy and found it has so far prevented all round ligament pain from developing during the walks I’ve done (tested on walks up to 7.5km). I have not yet experienced any pelvic issues so unable to provide feedback for that regard.
In terms of pain relief – I found the support band good for alleviating pain, however top strap sits on an already tender part of my bump (reason for 4/5 stars for pain relief although I fully acknowledge that the pain is pre-existing and unfortunate in location, as this is where the top strap must be placed to alleviate the round ligament pain this far along in pregnancy when the bump is quite large!). The support band is overall rather comfortable, the one comment I would make is that because I am quite short at 5’2 and find the back section may be a little large for my torso and requires some adjusting during walks as it can wrinkle up, which is the reason for the 4/5 stars for comfort.
Overall the support band has met my expectations and allowed me to remain active for a while longer, where I would have struggled had I not have bought it. I would definitely recommend (and indeed have recommended already to friends and family) this support band.
