Since the days of Davidoff Cool Water and CK Eternity, the BEST EVER gents cologne I ever had was Donna Karan’s Fuel for Men.
Sadly gone and laid to rest, with the advent of the new DKNY brand.the nostalgic scent last experienced in 1999 was simply a memory.

Bentley for Men ABSOLUTE is the only scent that is anywhere like it

I have used Gucci Pour Homme, but it’s no longer available so I was looking for a substitute. Bentley Absolute comes pretty close and has the same pencil shavings / incense smell of Gucci Pour Homme, but isn’t as intense or as long lasting. It’s a fraction of the price of the Gucci product, so I have no real complaints apart from the fact it fades after a couple of hours. It’s basically a weaker version of GPH.
Manly smell
This is absolutely amazing and unique. Might not be for everyone but then again there’s nothing else like it out there. If you want something different that stands out for the colder months, this would be a good investment.
I was gutted when they withdrew Gucci Pour Homme as it was my go to scent, so was surprised at how close this gets. It’s just a little sweeter than the old Gucci, but it’s 90% there and does the job.
Overall another good for the money fragrance by Bently ticks all the right boxes good scent , long lasting & good price . Also presentation of Bently fragrance excellent design of bottle and this series of fragrance definitely worth looking at so far tried this and intense & for me Great scent . Look forward to try others in series as present for others definitely.
Absolutely beautiful fragrance , similar to the original Gucci Homme which has been discontinued for quite some time now , the drydown is heavenly & i get a good 2 hours sillage & almost 24 hour longevity (although its VERY faint by this time) , a new favourite & the best Bentley fragrance imo

Smells almost identical to the original Gucci Pour Homme, which was discontinued in 2003. If you can find a bottle now, it’ll cost over 200.

A masterpiece - ignore the brand!
This stuff is amazing. Many say that this is the closest thing to Gucci pour homme. Very manly and lasts throughout the day. Don’t be put off by the association with a car – this is a serious fragrance. I’ve had many compliments from people whilst wearing this.
