My daughter loves this watch for checking the time and enjoys checking her step count. When her watch strap broke 10 months after we purchased it on Amazon, I was going to buy a replacement but first contacted BiggerFive who said it was within warranty and sent out a brand new one two days later. They were really quick to respond and resolve. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. BiggerFive definitely exceeded my expectations on their customer service.
I bought this for my little lad as all his older brothers have activity trackers and like to compete against eachother. The product is easy to use and gives great data through the app. Unfortunately the little lad took it off one night and it got sat on breaking one of the arms and he was heartbroken. I contacted the seller as there’s a one year warrenty and no questions asked they sent a replacement. Top quality customer service.
Great watch for kids
I bought these as a Christmas presents for my niece and nephew (ages 11 and 7). They fit perfectly. They wear them everyday and compete for who can do the most steps.
We had a slight issue with one of the chargers but the company responded straight away and sent a replacement.
I would recommend this product.

Ideal for a lady with small wrists!
My husband bought this for me for Christmas as I walk a long distance with my dog. This watch is great value, comfortable and very interesting. Its amazing how far you walk in a day and how long you sleep. I bought another watch for my mother and it has encouraged her to move more.
Product ok, Company very good
Bought this tracker for my grandson at Christmas. Strap broke after a few days. Emailed the Company, who replaced the tracker with little fuss within a few days. Impressed by Biggerfive’s customer service. So far the new one has been fine.

Looks alright. You need to build it up when it arrives as straps detach! So be careful when wearing it. It’s a gift so not used yet.
Fantastic customer service.
I bought this item in July 2021 for my daughters birthday. She has loved it and worn it everyday since she got it. On the 19th May 2022 one part of the watch snapped off, I contacted the customer service to see about a repair and they were fantastic. They replied very quickly to see about sending a replacement and within a few days my daughter was very happy with her new watch.

Good for kids
My son, 7, loves his watch. Battery life good. Strap snapped after 6 weeks which was disappointing. However I emailed the support team and within a few days they kindly sent a replacement – thank you
First fitbit I’ve ever bought, and am really happy with it. I signed up to do 100 Miles in March for Mind, amazing charity, and needed/wanted to record my steps/miles. It’s a bit fiddly to set up, but once I had, it’s easy to use. To charge it, I use a USB slot in my laptop, and you need to switch the laptop on, as I found after several attempts to get it to charge! I assumed that you would just plug it into a switched off laptop, while the laptop is charging, but it needs to be on.
It was fully charged after two hours, and the battery lasted 5 days, which is brilliant. It’s a touch screen, and you pretty much press the little white ‘0’ and it takes you through about 5 screens, showing the time/date, how many steps, miles, calories and how long it’s taken you. It’s fairly comfortable on the wrist, easily adjusted just like a normal watch strap. Good value for the price.
Great value fitness watch
This is a great value little watch which my daughter loves. You need to be really careful when pulling the strap off to charge as it’s not very strong. Make sure you pull it off straight and not at an angle. Ours has broken once but customer service were brilliant though and arranged for a quick replacement.
Fab watch!
This is a great little watch! Brought it for my son and he loves it. He never takes it off! It was easy to set up on his phone and the battery last a long time. It encourages him to get his steps in and we have little competitions to see who can get the most!
Customer services is excellent too! I had a little problem and they sorted it out straight away for me.
Would definitely buy again for my daughter when she is old enough.

Bought for my ten year old son who loves it, it really motivates him to get his steps in. The battery life if far better than that on my Apple Watch!
First one broke after a few months (it would not charge correctly) but Joanna from customer services was fab, even replied to me on Boxing Day, and sent out a replacement.
Would highly recommend this to anyone needing to help motivate their children to move more.
Fantastic customer suppo
My daughter loves this watch and uses it every day, however the brightness of the display deteriorated so much that it was unreadable. I contacted the seller, YR UK, and I cannot fault their customer support. Once I sent them a photo of the issue they offered a replacement which was immediately shipped. My daughter is again very happy with her watch.
Good product and outstanding after care service
The product was brought for my daughter October 2020, she loves it! Unfortunately the piece of plastic that holds the strap on snapped, believing that it was probably because my daughter had been to rough with it I thought that would be that until I emailed the support line with an explanation and pictures.
They replied extremely quickly and with two or three emails a new one is on its way with advice on how to stop it happening again.
In this day and age it’s great to deal with people that just understand the importance of customer service. 5 stars!!!
Excellent customer service
I ought this for my son after I lost his Fitbit. When original tracker arrived it would not charge. I contacted seller who replied almost immediately with some troubleshooting advice to start with. When these did not work and photos were sent to them they immediately arranged a replacement. This was all sorted within 3 days. Replacement watch charges fine, app seems easy to use, cannot comment on battery life as only just charged it as we were away when replacement was delivered. Polite and courteous emails exchanged. I bought this watch for my 10-year-old son and he felt so easy to set up.
The battery life is good.
The watch strap is so durable and flexible, waterproof, no separate charger is needed, the USB charge from phone chargers does charging.
It is easy to keep clean.
It is not heavy on wrist light.
It doesn’t give rashes on the skin.
The customer service is excellent when we had some issues with charging point breakage. they quickly replaced it with a new one.

Right size for my wrist as an adult with small wrist, easy to use and good accurate step counter and calories checking and long battery life. Love the sedentary alert to make me move from my chair. After using for more than year and half , the end connector to the wrist band broke off and I couldn’t use the watch any longer. I have contacted the support team and they have immediately respond to myself and sent a new watch replacement. Really happy with the watch and the response/ communication from the bigger five company.

This watch is ideal for my 10 year old daughter it’s robust enough and it keeps her interested in being active. We did have an issue with the strap breaking, however the customer support was first class. 1 quick message to customer support and they ordered a new one no quibble with great communications. I would highly recommend this product to anyone!

The item itself is a fabulous size, plenty of room for growth and amazing price. Helping my little boy learn numbers and times also which is an added bonus. Sleep monitor is fantastic in actually seeing what they get and how good a sleep. It is very susceptible to any movement which even in a car is a little bit of a cheat, however doesn’t effect too much.
One down side is my little boy isn’t old enough to have his own phone so we have added the app to my phone and unless you log on with him next to me every day not everything is synced and recorded.

The sellers reached out to me on the back of my review. They offered a replacement strap, or a refund.. I accepted the replacement strap however they didn’t have a spare strap in the green colour so they sent the full item. Fabulous service, and happy daughter! Again its not the best quality ever, but great as a starter step tracker.
Bought for 10 year old daughter Christmas gift. She wanted a fitbit, didn’t want to spend too much on it as not sure if it was phase. She loved it.. loved tracking her steps, sleep etc. It failed to record on a few occasions however the strap has just broken. Will now buy her an actual fitbit now.
I ordered these a few weeks before Christmas, so that’s why my review is now, I wanted my children to wear them for a few weeks before I did my review! I was very happy when they arrived, they looked good and was very easy to charge, my children ( aged 10 and 7 ) were over the moon Christmas morning! They wanted a Fitbit but being young I wanted them to have a cheaper version and see how we get on, have to say I’m impressed the kids love wearing them and the wrist size is perfect for children, the watch doesn’t fit my adult wrist so they are definitely perfect for children, I would definitely buy again if I needed too!!!
We got my children each one of these for Christmas. So far they have done everything we expected. My only concern is how well the USB port will last because it’s the actual tab that the strap fits on. It’s a clever idea and I like it, but I will reserve judgement until we have had to charge them several times. The straps fit on very snugly, which is great, but again leaves room for damage to the USB port because of how hard you have to pull to get the strap off to charge it. At the moment, both devices are working fine and the kids are impressed.
