Bought as a birthday gift for my daughter This watch hasn’t left her wrist for any reason other than charging. Strap and watch are sturdy, yet comfortable. It was easy to set up and for her to control via her tablet. Battery life is really good and she is able to get it on and off herself.
Great item
I brought these off recommendation from a friend for my girls for their birthday. After charging and giving to my daughter I found the charge went quite quickly and was not happy. But messaged and had a very quick reply back with some suggestions. Very helpful customer service. I turned the heart rate monitor off and it now lasts for almost a week. Charging is very quick only 2hrs. My children state its easy to use. I love seeing how they slept and setting them goals.
Great customer service- brilliant watch

I had an issue where the 2 watches I purchased had stopped syncing with the app. Immediately I had a response back from customer service and suggestions to rectify. When this did not work I was sent to sent 2 replacement watches without any issue. Communication throughout was fantastic and the support I received was amazing. Follow up emails to make sure all the watches were in good working order was also carried out. I would definitely recommend this product. My children are extremely happy with their watches.
Great for kids simple controls
Easy to set up. 8 year old son loves it. Struggled to get it to register steps for him when not wearing shoes as dont think it was sensing the vibrations. Great value for money
Got for my 8yo daughter and she loves it. Easy to use and the app is good. Down side is we only maybe would get 1 maybe 2 days before it needs charged.
Great customer service
My daughter absolutely loves her watch. We had a problem with the watch not registering steps or heartbeat so contacted Biggerfive who were absolutely brilliant and had a new watch sent to us within days. Can’t fault their customer service and the new watch is perfect. Fits my 7 year old really well and she loves seeing how many steps she has done and checking her sleep etc.
A cool little device for kids. My 7 year old loves it and it has certainly made him more active, as he wants to see how many steps he can get each day. Our device stopped working after a while, but I spoke to the custromer services dept and they were brilliant – they sent us a replacement out free of charged. Very good service.
Great Kids Tracke
Great all round fitness tracker for kids. We’ve bought a few different brands over the years, and this beats the Fitbit Ace as the screen is better and more colourful. Easy for me 9 year old to use. Vibrating alarm great for school mornings. Brilliant customer service. Only criticism is that is does not seem sensitive enough to pick up all my daughters’s steps. But for the price this is a great item and I would recommend above the fitbit which I feel is overpriced for the functionality it gives.
Battery life disappointing requiring constant resets
My kid like to count his steps like his mummy and this does that fine. However the battery doesn’t last long & everything it runs out it looses the data and you have to reset it from the app, including the choice of screen formating. It’s an annoying flaw in an otherwise fine product.
Our little boy loves this and really enjoys seeing how many steps he does and being able to change the watch face as much as he likes.
We bought it for the Heart monitor after him having heart palpitations so we can keep an eye on things without worrying him.
Does need charging every 2 days but so far so good and easy to sync to the app.
Good easy first smart watch
Nice looking watch, good fit and looks nice on. Easy to set up and install, got different modes and is easy to use especially for children that have never worn or used a smart watch before.
Unfortunately it did break after a couple of months but the company quickly sorted this and sent out a new watch.
Perfect for 8yr old
I bought this watch for my 8yr old son as a replacement for an old one. It’s been great so far, battery life is good, the look and options on the screen are good and the watch strap is comfortable. We had some problems with the watch display however we contacted Biggerfive with the problems and they sent a replacement as soon as the issues were proven. So far great watch and great customer service!
Good little watch
A good little watch for my 7 year old. She loves counting her steps for the day and the multiple changing faces. Only downside is it doesn’t seem to connect with the app very well but at her age she’s only bothered by the steps and look of it. Ideal little watch for little ones to start to keep track of the time.
Not comfy to wear at nigh
Instructions weren’t great especially for a child 8 years old, but he eventually worked it out himself. He won’t wear it at night as not comfy. Overall it’s good for his age as a first fit bit keeping track of steps & for the price
Good upgrade on the previous versio
Both my boys love their “fake fitbits” and having battered the life out of the first version of these fitness trakcers they needed replacing. I decided to stick with the same brand and go for the newer model. Overall I’m really pleased with the improvements they have made. That charging approach is much better now, a separate lead that connects onto the back of the tracker. The old connection style built into the strap was one of the failure points leading to a replacement being required. They have also added a raised edge around the screen face which I hope will reduce the scratching suffered as the kids are not at all careful with them. Finally they’ve got a new design for managing the strap when wearing which is better than the thin loop, which often got snapped by my eldest. So overall a very similar device in terms of the tech, but with some thoughtful design updates that I hope will make it last just a little bit longer!
Battery life not good and resets time have to connect to app everytime, strap not long enough
Lovely watch, does everything it should
but have to keep resetting to app to get time back to normal time, and if one of us is at work kids have to wait till after school to reset it as can not have all 3 devices at once on app as 2 disconnect,
Battery life only last about 1 to 2 days,
Having to keep charging it up but then the time resets again and have to keep connect to app to reconnect it again,
Lovely watch but the strap is to short I have a tall 12 year old and he’s on the last strap, with his disability he don’t understand that he can not wear it as it don’t fit so I have had to make a hole extra for him
Great kids fitness tracker watch and good value
This is a great fitness tracker watch for my 7 year old. Good value and I love being able to check his sleep times on the app. Not the best battery life compared with my fitbit but for the money you can’t complain!
The watch is a good size, easy to see data on the watch but unable to see it on the app??
Can change the faces and set timers via the app.
It’s a little basic (no games or camera) , but that’s good as it won’t distract our 7 year old too much when he wears it for school.
At its price point it’s good for a careless 7 year old who is happy with it. And if he’s happy we are happy 🙂
