Great watch and customer service
Watch arrived and was set up very easily with the app. Did have an issue with the strap but the customer service team sorted it out very quickly and efficiently. Good all round watch.
Brilliant Features for it's Price

Value and Appearance
I have had it for about a week, but I’m loving it already, I have had way more expensive watches that are not as good as this one. I primarily wanted it for step counts and heart rate, it does this perfectly. I also like the choice of watch faces , easy to see which is what I like, the setup was easy and I have charged it twice since I bought it.

Second blackview watch, first one still functioning fine and used but saw saw this for 16.99. Obviously its an Apple look a like and it’s not an apple. But oh my word, the gap, though not in price, is narrowing. The software is significantly better and the watch screen is sharp and crisp. Apple wearers go on about the rings, you’ve got rings. My only gripe, no swimming mode. If your nippers are wanting a smart watch and your not wanting to shell out obscene amounts of money for something that will be lost or broken in the twinkling of an eye…..get it!

Once charged the watch keeps happy for about a week, which is great!
It is reliably telling me the heart rate and or everything. If it’s correct, I don’t know.
One star less, as sometimes the watch is switching the light on when not needed but when needed it often stays black.

Great to answer your calls if your phone isn’t to hand and extremely easy to set up
I needed a way to monitor my heart rate throughout the day and have an idea of how much sleep I’d had in the night.
This was perfect and slim and lightweight which made it very easy to wear. The way the strap connects is not very efficient and I have found myself using a small cable tie to prevent the strap from unclipping, a rubber or silicone band on the strap would solve this problem.
I recently had my blood pressure checked along with my pulse and when I compared the measurement from this device for heart rate, it was exactly the same that was showing on the blood pressure monitor. Very pleased to know that it is accurate.
I really like seeing the graph of my sleep progress throughout the night, how much deep sleep and light sleep is easily shown along with time I got up to go to the toilet. If I have anything less than 2 hours deep sleep I know I will need some naps in the day so plan my daily activities accordingly.
You do need to pull down on the screen for the app a couple of times sometimes for it to fully transfer all the data from your sleep to the app, It’s not a big issue and I always like to transfer the data when I get up anyway. The instructions say that the watch doesn’t have much memory, so transferring the data every day might be a good idea.
The little watch is easily removed from the strap and it can be turned upside down so you can wear it on the other wrist if you like.
I know it says it is not waterproof and I see some comments from reviews saying why have a swimming activity on the watch but it is easily removed from the strap and could be placed in one of those waterproof MP3 player armbands that you can use for swimming.
It uses a proprietary USB charger which connects with magnets to the back of the watch. The magnets are not very strong so you have to make sure it stays on and not move the watch once it is charging.
It’s got a whole range of features that you can expect from a smartwatch like controlling your music or taking your heart rate on demand, etc.
Overall, I am very pleased with this, it is functional, light and useful and great value for money.

For some reason, the kilometers are not accurate. Comparing with my old Amazfit watch (which has proved perfectly accurate) and my phone, I have to run 1,3km, for this watch to display 1km. It is not accurate at all. Same when using the miles unit. I don’t know if it has to do with some setting issues.

This is a great watch, the only downside is that the watch face does not turn on with motion, so you have to press the button to see the time. But overall its great for the price.
Good watch
I have had the watch for a while now, I like the watch. It keeps track of my steps throughout the day and I can select many different exercise modes which I really like. I am not sure how accurate the watch Is to my steps at times. I think for it to count the steps your arms need to be swinging. I really like the watch however, it has many amazing functions and I would reccomend the watch.

Arrived perfectly packaged and even though I am not a techy I had the app downloaded and my watch set up within 5 minutes. The actual watch is excellent so far, and the only problem is choosing which watchface to have. Would I buy it again? Definitely it really is great value and does everything I want it to, only minor problem was answering the phone but I now have that sussed. What can I say buy it you won’t be disappointed l.
Excellent for the price
I could not complain about this watch for the price. Yes, some of the readings are not perfect but I have yet to see one, including some very high priced watches, that are. Some people seem to expect medical device accuracy from a budget watch. It is not possible and the reading I have obtained are as accurate as I would expect for the price and type of measuring (still do not understand how some watches claim to measure blood pressure with light, this does not make such a claim). They are excellent for comparison purposes but do not take the place of dedicated instruments. Unlike some I have had no connection issues, the battery life is better than some other budget watches and the sleep monitor is the best I have seen, not perfect but good. Not sure how it works out your stress score and I admit that is something which leaves me unconvinced and dubious of its relevance or accuracy. There are lots of dial faces that can be downloaded but most are a gimmicky waste of time. I also find it annoying that only one of the downloadable faces at a time can be stored with the 3 native faces in the ‘My Dial’ section. You have to do a fresh download if you want to change to another of the online faces.
Overall a good watch and excellent for the price.

For the price of this smart watch, and what it does, it really is a good buy. The communication from the seller with helpful tips has also been great.

Great value watch, similar features to the well known brands for a fraction of the price. Excellent battery life, only charged once after using all week.
The watch comes nicely boxed, comes with two straps (so you can choose which suits you best) comfortable to wear with either strap, set up was quite simple, download the app and connect to Bluetooth.
As for the features, to me, they seem to be right up there with other well known watches. Display is simple to read and understand, three different watch faces to choose from (many more on the app) Customer support will point you in the right direction if you have any problems (very helpful )

Bought this smart watch for my other half, to be honest I wasn’t expecting much after seeing the box but thought I’d try it out first to check it out and wow how wrong was I!! Ok as I said the packaging isn’t all that but once I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised. I charged it up which didn’t take long and read through the instructions which are easy to understand. Once charged its quick and easy to pair to a
phone and off I went testing out the functions. All in all a super watch, easy to use with lots of functions and it feels really nice on my wrist!!

I purchased this watch not expecting much but man I was wrong, it has some great features included that you would only expect with way more expensive smartwatches, I use it at the gym and it’s very accurate as I used it whilst checking my heart rate on a machine and it matched perfectly, when I answered my calls using it, it was so loud I had to turn it down, the screen is a nice size and it fits snuggly on my hand, the user interface is very easy to navigate and very responsive, the screen is very sharp and clear and easy to read,the watch faces you can download through the excellent mobile app, I’ve bought a few blackview products and this is by far my favourite, this is the perfect present for someone who is watching their health and needs a watch that shows heart rate, blood oxygen, stress and counts steps all at once, customer support is great too, after you purchase you will get an email with the warranty already set up, very happy and highly recommend this watch.
Basic but efficie
Looking back I wish I spent a little more and got a higher quality watch, but at the price I got this one for it is perfect for anyone who wants to use one casually!
What I do like is that you actually make and receive a phone call on this watch once you are have it connected to your phone via bluetooth. Not too easy to find contacts on the watch once you synchronised with your phone as they are coming up randomly, but it only takes some time. Besides it is pretty cool to talk to and hear your calling partner over the watch just like in Knight Rider especially for its price!
There are so many dial faces you can choose from, but of course you need to download them through the app. Please note, the watch only can memorise and keep 4 of them to choose from.
It does react well for hand turn if you want to check the time or other data. Please see pictures and video!
It is waterproof, I was using in the shower every time, no issues, but did not use for swimming though.
Somehow it can show your stress level that I found entertaining and fun. Sometimes..!
Unfortunately there are few things I don’t like as its the battery life is too short, but it is stated in description as 3-5 days for fairness.
The most frustrating is that I couldn’t make it work for receiving notifications or vibratings from my phone no matter what, even with the after sale service help which is excellent by the way. Every time I emailed them, received the answer within an hour or two. Still, I can see the messages on the watch when I open the menu.
I like customer service’s attitudes as this issue and the random contacts on the watch is under review for improvements as they said!
Also, I’m not sure if it counts steps for both legs as I did about the half of it than with my previous watch which was lot more accurate I believe with the same activity.
Value for money I would say not too bad, but I’d probably try another brand too at the next time.

Got this watch as an upgrade to my existing one I’ve had for a few years from the same seller. I was impressed straight away, it has loads of extra features. It looks and feels 10x better than my existing one. The few days I’ve had it, I can’t complain at all. The InfoWear app is easy to understand and the lay out is eye catching.
The one thing I need to mention is the amazing customer service. I got an email the same day the watch arrived from the seller to say I have 1 years warranty and if I have any issues then to contact them straight away and they will resolve – fantastic!
For the price you are paying, it’s a very decent watch and looks stylish.
Time to celebrate
I am pleasantly surprised at just how good this watch is. I wanted a watch to track my fitness, but also to alert me to calls and texts when I’m driving, or busy at work and can’t be seen to be fiddling with my phone. Lol. I also wanted something that wouldn’t irritate my skin. Well, this little baby is a wonder. Whenever I am walking for a couple of minutes, it buzzes me, asking if I’m exercising.
The options on the phone are varied. It’s not to an Apple watch standard, but I wasn’t expecting it to be. It works for me, and I’m very happy with it. Highly recommend
This smart watch comes with two stylish straps (see Pic) looks great and is easy to set up. it has all the features of a smart watch such as reading messages, answering calls, controlling music from your phone etc. The battery life is exceptionally good, iv had it for nearly two weeks and have only used 50% charge. The watch is great if you are into sports and want to record your daily activities and movement – I use it for running and recording my distance and set goals- works wonders!
My sister has an Apple version and the Blackview smartwatch looks and does exactly the same but costs a fraction of the price. I even got several comments saying when did you get your new apple watch 🙂
To summarize if you are after a smart slick watch that has all the features of an Apple watch but doesn’t break the bank this is the watch for you- great value for money and an all round good watch.
I did not have high hopes for this watch when I purchased it; however, I am happy those fears were unfounded.
The watch is exceptionally comfortable, which seems a rarity nowadays. The watch face is a large size which makes navigation through the menus extremely easy, and there are plenty of interchangeable faces.
The steps required to sync with my android phone were a minimal amount, thus making the said process feel seamless.
It offers a multitude of sports modes, including Tabata, a form of HIIT, which proved elusive in other similar brands. That really was a pleasant surprise! A sedentary reminder also prompts you to get up and move a little bit. This functionality can be timed to your preference.
The heart monitor obtains readings, including rate and pressure, and measures your stress levels. Once deemed over the threshold you previously set, you are alerted to your elevated heart rate as a reminder to destress. A sleep monitor breaks down the depth of sleep over the total time you slept and appears highly accurate, as well as a weather forecast tool over four days.
There are the usual calorie counter, pedometer functions, and message notifications, which you can set for many social media platforms and other apps on your phone, including emails and banking. There is also the ‘find my phone/watch’ feature, which is handy for someone like me. The battery life lasts, on average, four days, which I feel is very good.
I did have some issues with Bluetooth connectivity whereby the device would unpair itself without prompts; however, that issue somehow resolved itself. However, the icing on the cake for me is the call functionality. I can make and receive calls and set up a phonebook on the watch! This watch has added some value to my day, and as such, it comes with high recommendations.
Another thing I would like to add; the after-sales team and services are brilliant. Proceeding setup, I was emailed a list of dos and don’ts, all of which were extremely useful to help preserve the watch’s integrity. Also, the team responded promptly to my queries, was generous with their time and endlessly patient with me. Overall, it has been a pleasant transaction from the start to the point of writing this review. I am sure it will continue.

Excellent customer service from Blackview, my 3rd watch from them and each version is better than the previous. Due to wear and tear, I needed some advice after over 2 years and the team are still happy to help. Massive thanks.
This watch is full of loads of features but simple and easy to use. Love the option to make calls, which is great when I’m running and the phone rings, I can see who is calling without looking at the phone all the time. Plus, with other key notifications keep you posted when on the go.
Battery life is great one charge and good for a whole week. Plus come with an extra band.
The app has a nice interface and can be used to trace your run/walk using mobile GPRs combined with steps, heart rate, O2 from the watch. Lots of information to help me track my health.
Would recommend it highly.

Who needs an IWatch
This watch has all the features of an I watch for a much cheaper price. You can’t track your workout and receive statistics such has heart rate and oxygen levels. It includes a sleep tracker and you can even track your cycle. It also has all the usual functions of a smart watch such as calculator and Wi-Fi calling.
This new W20 watch from Blackview is brilliant! I was impressed straight away with the presentation box (see photo) – if you are thinking of purchasing one of these as a gift, it oozes quality from the straight off. There are two different straps supplied with the watch, (see photo) a solid plastic type and a soft velcro style one. (I prefer the latter). The watch comes with a comprehensive quick start / user guide but I chose to set mine up by scanning the QR code on the box. The InfoWear app is easy to navigate and allows you to set up and personalise your new phone quickly. The standard watch face design is good but if you are looking for something a little different, the app has lots of different styles, from classic to crazy!
Battery life is amazing, and can seeing it last 2 ~ 3 weeks between charges. The charge cable is quick and simple to attach as uses a magnet to affix to the watch. I wasn’t too sure about this to start with but on reflection is yet another clever idea. If you get the orientation wrong, it will not attach. If the cable is tugged, it detaches! I really like the way you can personalise this watch, Ringer volume (it has a speaker in it!) vibration amount, screen brightness, watch face design, switch to silent mode, do not disturb times, power saving modes – the list goes on. Being able to make and answer calls is so useful too.
The larger screen is also a big plus point, being able to read notifications easily is so handy.
If you are playing music via your phone, being able to adjust the volume via your watch is a great feature.
If you do order one, once delivered you will be impressed with Blackview’s support team. You will receive an email from them with your full one year warranty already set up (no need to register the watch yourself) It is classed as waterproof and looks like it will withstand water splashes etc but quite honestly I don’t take my iPhone in the shower with me so would probably leave my nice new watch behind too!
Obviously this is not an Apple watch and should not be confused as one but if you are looking for a great looking, function rich, quality watch for yourself or as a gift then please consider this W20.
Better than expected
I didn’t have great expectations from this smartwatch, but after having it for more that a week, I can say that it is worth the money. Solid built and more accurate than some previous smartwatches I had.
Been trying some alternatives to the huawei band 6 as it’s no longer trusted by my phone.
Tried the blackview R3 pro which used the gloryfit app, the app allowed me to adjust the sedentary reminder to 30 minutes which was great but, this W20 uses the infowear app which does not allow the setting to be below 1 hour ! WIERD! and disappointing.
I’m still finding the huawei to be superior to both of the blackview watches.
The blackview only allows 1 changeable watch face at a time, the huawei allowed multiple faces of your own choice.
So I’ve set the screen to go off after 10 seconds..yes it works but even when scrolling through the watch faces..screen goes off.
There is potential for this watch but needs improvements.
If I could stick with my huawei band 6…I would.

Love this addition to black view. I had the old model which was great but this is brilliant with so many features for a good price. I had a problem with my old one and blackview was so helpful and replaced it. Great watch and great costumer service
Fantastic battery life
Having owned a few cheaper smart watches this one’s excellent. Very good feature set through the app and very customisable. I’ve had no issues with it so far all the functions seem to work well and accurately. I’ve also found the battery life to be very impressive, after 2 full days use it was still at 70% battery.

Very good smartwatch with lots of features on it. Runs so much more smoothly swiping between pages. Great battery life yet again and a choice between straps included in the box. Would recommend this watch, customer service is also amazing.
Firstly I would like to say that I destroy every item of clothing/jewelry I wear so I was not expecting much from this stupidly cheap watch.
This watch connects well and easy to my phone, shows incoming calls and messages and the battery life is amazing (nearly a whole week without charging)
I bought this watch as I’m a builder and run a small construction firm. As such I am on the tools but am always on the phone to suppliers/customers/staff meaning that when my phone rings, I’m doing something that usually ends up in me damaging my phone. This watch let me see who was ringing or messaging without me having to remove my phone. Worked really well too.
With the first 3 months of having this watch I;
Smashed it against the side of a skip
Covered it in cement
Covered it in chemical resin
It still worked fine after all this apart from the side button no longer clicking in due to the resin.
I then broke it last week after a spa weekend in a sauna… Didn’t realise you can take a smart watch into a high temperature room, makes sense now!

I’ve been using this watch for a couple of weeks now and I have to say that I have been impressed by the range of functions available for such a competitively priced item. The phone works very well, very handy if you’re in another room. Battery life is fairly good but the manual says it will be impacted if you have functions like the heart monitor set to run continuously. There’s a large amount of watch faces you can choose from and all functions are accessed by swiping the screen left, right, up or down. Step counter is displayed on most of the faces so you can see your progress at a glance. There are a wide variety of sports options that you can set to suit your individual needs. All in all, this is a great purchase for anybody who doesn’t want to shell out for the expensive named brands. I have dealt with this company before and their customer service and communication is excellent, always polite and professional, and I would be more than happy to use them again in the future
Great functionality
I have had a few of these budget smart watches and been quite happy with them. This one is probably the best I’ve had so far.
I really like the call function-its really clear and easy to hear. The other end said I was perfectly clear too.
The sleep monitor is probably the most accurate as it seems to know the difference between being awake and sitting still and being asleep!
The step counter isn’t 100% accurate but its absolutely close enough for me.
Overall I am really pleased with it and recommend.
Outstanding Performance and comfortable watch
This is a very good watch. Pairs and connects easily, Bluetooth range seems very good also.
Watch comes with an extra strap, which I love as it’s better for work.
Features are plentiful, alerts, stopwatch, timer etc. (see images )
plenty of watch faces to choose or ability to add your own.
Battery life seems great after a few days, haven’t even charged again and still at 3/4 full.
Very please with this for the price and would recommend to anyone looking at this price range.

Favourite smart watch so fa
I have had a couple of budget smart watches and this is my favourite by far. Really clear and easy to read screen (very helpful for an OAP!).
Battery life is excellent-had for about a week and charged once yesterday.
The most accurate sleep and step counter I have had. Possibly not quite as accurate as an Apple Watch or other high end brand but at a fraction of the price it is more than adequate for me.
I particularly like the way notifications are displayed as you can read much more of the body of the text than previous versions which basically notified you that you had a message. With a text message you can read the whole thing.
The phone function is excellent. It is very clear and easy to hear from the watch and the caller said it was absolutely clear at their end with no need to hold the phone to your face.
The weather is also a good addition as it covers a few days in advance.
Some reviews said the app wasn’t very good but it’s fine for my needs.
I did have a slight problem after a couple of days but I contacted the seller for support and they could not have been more helpful.

This is by far the best smartwatch i have purchased for using with IPHONE, you can see in one of the photo’s i already own the round face BLACKVIEW smartwatch that i have had for over a year and had no problems, decided on a new one and purchased BLACKVIEW again and i am pleased i did, numerous features to mention but the new watch displays far more of the text in the messages you receive, the only slight minor negative compared to my other BLACKVIEW watch is the vibrate feature is different, my old watch gives 2 long vibrations on receiving notifications, the new model gives one very short burst of vibration, maybe this can be addressed with a software update if possible in future, contacted customer service who were very quick to reply who helped me connect the phone call feature, Yes i would recommend purchasing this watch and i am going to buy a second watch for a friends birthday pressie, HAD 2 give 5 for the quality and price
Excellent smartwatch with great battery
Had this watch about 5 days and it is very easy to set up,use on my android phone and the smart features work perfectly the watch rings and vibrates if you get a call,the sleep tracker and exercise tracker are very accurate ,have only charged this once on arrival and the battery is on 51% have had very expensive smart watches in the past and this is as good if not better so great value,would highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing
Great Value Watch
I had previously bought a basic Blackview 1.3″ smart watch which was OK but a bit limited in what it did. This version is a great improvement. The screen is slightly larger but does not look too big on the wrist. The display is very easy to read. The call answer facility works well. Software is easy to set up and allows you to monitor your BP, heart rate SPO2 and stress levels as well as the usual steps, distance walked and calories burned. At the price it is a bargain. Customer support is very prompt, responding by e-mail to any queries.

To start the watch came very early than expected. The packing was shockingly very posh. Bought this to try and see how the microphone on the watch is like but to my surprise it is so loud and clear. The features you will find in other watches as well but this one is all in one. Can’t go wrong with the price. Had queried the customer service prior to buying and they were very prompt in replying and very helpful. Have shared some photos ad well of the watch if it can help anyone. The additional strap is so comfortable and easy to out on. Overall very satisfied with my purchase

Fabulous watch. Excellent customer service. This is the forth watch i have bought from them, all smallest questions i had regarding the function were cleared by the customer service department so quickly.
I love that I can change the screen to many different themes , the battery is very good ,long lasting and you don’t have to charge it up every day like some fitness watches, well worth the money I paid.

If you are a smartwatch lover or looking for a very affordable smart watch that does several functions which will accommodate most people then this is the watch for you. I highly recommend this watch. I would buy it as gift for someone and I would buy it again for myself. I give this watch five stars across the board.
great watch! an upgrade to the r3 pro as it can make and take calls on the watch though you have to add the contacts first via the app. only downside for me would be battery life, step count is not as accurate as I though and maybe i wish they kept the same app from the r3 pro and not different version but definitely a nice stylish smart watch!
I bought this mainly for the call function. I don’t have a bluetooth system in the car so it makes it easier for me to take calls while driving. The sound quality is really good and so is the microphone.
For the rest you get pretty much all the other features that are on all these smart watches on a budget, like fitness tracker, app notification, weather, sleep tracker and so on..
The screen is slightly larger than usual which I like and its also very bright and responsive.
The battery goes for days without charging which is great.
I also like the design and the endless watch faces available on the app to customise your smart watch.
The pairing goes a bit different as you have to do it twice, once for the smart watch and once for the call function but it comes with an user manual so the whole process is pretty straight forward.

I’ve had this watch a week now and I’m still discovering new things it can do , love it and it looks really good.
The ability to make and receive calls with it is really useful, the call quality is really good from it’s inbuilt speaker, people that I have called have said that the microphone is clear and they have no problem hearing me.
The app was super easy to install on my phone as the QR code is on the front of the box and on the watch when you first charge it.
You’ll be spoiled for choice with the array of different watch faces available on the app as well.
All in all a great value for money smart watch loaded with great easy to use features.
Love this watch, it’s easy to use and great value. It comes with 2 straps a velcro one and a rubber one. I prefer both and like to swap around. The watch is comfortable on your wrist. There is also an app which is easy to install and then you need to register. The process was pretty straightforward.
There are lots of cool features on the watch similar to an apple watch. You can also choose watch faces. If your on a low budget then this watch is perfect and has most of the features you would need. Definitely value for money. Battery life is excellent and better then my apple and Huwai watch.

When it arrived I charged it for 2hours as recommended. You have to download the infowear app on your phone. The pairing is not straight forward though, as you have to be sure you have allowed the app for some access, then Bluetooth paring. And then search/add the watch. This will then power the watch up.
It fair smart watch, though improved of the blackview range because of the ability to make calls. You have to add the numbers through the app before you can call directly on the watch. Loud enough, and another thumps up is the wide range in which your phone and the watch can be for you continue make seemless calls. There are loads of other parameters for exercise and activity .
