Better than expected
I was fed up plugging it a corded vac for the small workshop clear-ups. It’s suction has exceeded my expectations and the battery charge seems to last well. Still early days, but no reason to doubt it will serve me well in the next few years.
Does the job as mentioned but I think suction power is not that high. Does the job for most of the work. even blower power is less (can blow over keyboard etc. but not for garden leaves). Also if buying with Battery, go for at least 4.0 AH. The 2.5 AH is very low duration (less then 15 mins and it dies and need to recharge), or you would have to buy another battery which I did as I went for 2.5 AH only in the initial bundle.

Standard Bosch battery
Not wishing to use our,regular use, battery vacuum cleaner for DIY projects which invariably create more dust than regular house dust and the need to have battery power for the occasional car clean this came top of my list of options.
I considered other products but as I have tools as part of the Bosch 18V battery system I stuck with Bosch. Bosch are renowned for excellent quality tools and not having to invest in another different battery and the charger options that come with it I gave this a go based on the excellent Amazon returns policy if I found it not suitable.
Inevitably my spouse will still call it a Hoover, she did the same for our Dyson and Shark! One does not associate Bosch automatically with vacuum cleaners and for my purchase I too had doubts. For DIY I’m a broom fanatic but my recent project involved knocking out a wall and the intense amount of wall plaster debris it created made me consider buying this as I was fed up with knee crawling chasing dust. I’m glad I bought this as it sucks (as they say!).
I’ll still use a broom to group large pieces together and manhandle it into a rubbish sack though as you should use the correct tools for specific jobs but my Bosch is great for the dust and also picked up small plaster pieces too. The supplied battery has adequate power for a limited time. Time can be extended by selecting the ECO mode and with reduced power it still picks up the dust successfully. Having a second, and third, battery charged or on charge does help but generally I’ve been able to clean up using the one battery.
There is a crevice tool, my favourite, and a brush. The brush is more of a wiper blade for the wet and dry options available and thus extensions including the main handle will seal against water. The tools and handles look plasticky but do the job well.
Dust (dry) is collected in a bag. There was only one bag supplied with the kit and it’s not yet full but I’ve bought some spares as I suspect the fibres will clog if I decide to empty and reuse the same bag which will naturally reduce the vacuum and in turn require more battery power. I bought some Bosch original bags for just over 2 each. Some say this is expensive but to-date I’ve not needed to replace the original supplied bag and it would be wrong of me to comment on the ‘expence’ of replacing bags.
I also add that the hose fits many other brands of tools,for example electric sanders and circular saws. There are also reducing adaptors that can be used but to date I’ve not had to use these.
All hoses,extensions and accessories attach to the machine for storage using a bespoke plastic bracket, a bit cheap looking but does the job well enough and the hose wraps around the machine and is held in place with an elasticated chord. Typical Bosch simplicity at work but works well too.
Based on my experience so far with DIY, and having a spare vacuum at hand for general house cleaning, I can only highly recommend this hoo.. VACUUM cleaner.

Bought this for the boat. With the hose and all the attachments, I can easily get into all the nooks and crannies on our sailboat. Heaps of suction too.

Ottimo se non che la batteria ha una durata piuttosto limitata,per l’uso che devo fare.Sacchetti da ordinare subito,in quanto ne viene fornito solo uno.
Bisognerebbe avere una batteria di scorta.
Comunque un buon prodotto ,portatile ma non proprio leggero si trasporta bene anche perch dotato di ruote e una robusta maniglia.

Lots of power, but needs it too
This is a great lightweight multipurpose shop vacuum, light weight, easy to use and offers inflation use too. Only downside is this thing draws way too much power from any size batter you use, a 4Ah 18v battery on your eco setting barely lasts 20, otherwise give full marks.
Top Gerät, ideal für Werkstatt und Garage
Tolles robustes Gert. Saugt zuverlssig den Schmutz vom Keller- und Garagenboden. Selbst Schmutz und kleine Bltter auf der Terrasse werden aufgenommen.
Gert ist handlich, Saugdauer ausreichend (nutze ihn mit 4.0 Akku).
Excellent wet and dry vac.
A quality battery operated wet and dry vac, utilising the 18v diy batteries from Bosch . Well built and having the advantage of not needing a mains supply, it is ideal for jobs such as car cleaning and dust extraction. Only gave 4 stars because the cots of replacement dust bags seems a tad high.
Ein handlicher, leistungsfähiger Sauger!
Ich habe mir diesen Sauger zugelegt, weil ich ber ein umfangreiches Equipment dieser BOSCH-Serie verfge. Dazu gehren auch 4Amp-Akkus und damit ist z.B. das Innenreinigen des Autos in Nullkommanix erledigt. Bisher hat mich der kleine Sauger berzeugt, denn er ist durchdacht konstruiert. Schlauch und Zubehr lassen sich am Gert sicher befestigen, die Balance (mit Akku) gut tariert. Auch die Lnge des Schlauches ist hilfreich, weil das Gert nicht fortlaufend umgesetzt werden muss. Als Absauger fr Sgen muss er sich noch bewhren, aber ich bin da ganz optimistisch. Wer bereits ber die grne” BOSCH-18V-Serie verfgt, kann mit dem Erwerb nichts verkehrt machen.
Fast guter Sauge
Sauger ganz gut bis jetzt. Leider bekommt man bis jetzt keine Saugerbeutel zu kaufen was eigentlich gar nicht geht. Heit immer nur gibts nicht in den Baumrkten oder im Internet. Wann soll es die geben oder wo gibts die ??? keine Angaben dazu..
