Good value ball for slow to medium swing speeds
I love the feel of this ball. From driving, iron shots, chipping and putting. It is very soft off the face and has a low compression. You get a lot of distance out of this ball and a high launch angle compared to most. However, I’ve found most success with this ball in the colder, wetter months. You can get more distance and because of the soft, wet conditions, the ball will hold greens. However, for me, I really struggle to use this ball during summer months where the ground is firmer. My greens in reg notably drop down because it just doesn’t get enough spin to hold firmer greens. This is where I upgrade to the chrome soft series for the hotter, firmer conditions. Nevertheless, an excellent ball for winter months, with a nice feel, high launch and great distance.

Still not sure I like the pattern on the balls, but apart from that they do the job well.

The colour!
This ball has a matte finish which may or may not be to your taste, but which I find pleasant to the touch and good looking. I can’t really tell if it performs differently as a “soft” ball and the performance seems completely at par with the “hard”, shiny balls and what you would expect from anything with the Callaway brand. What’s really important though, is that the colour does make it stand out from anything else on the course. No trying to tell your ball from the daisies or buttercups. Finding more balls quickly makes up for the slightly higher price.
LONG!
These balls travel high and far. I have compared these with a box of Pro V 1’s I won and they travel further with irons and wood.
I use the Pro V’s on short holes when relying more on spin, I do however have to use 1 club more due to them not flying as far. When they get lost I will use the Supersofts everywhere.
They do stop on the greens just not as reliably as the Pro V’s.
At this price point very hard to beat. I don’t know if they just suit my swing speed better but I refuse to play any other ball now.
