I am a UK size 12. Was worried which size to get but went for L. Seem to be fine so far, haven’t tried with pad yet but fit seems good.

Great netted knickers. Used to hold big pad after labour. These dont dig in and hold pad in place well. Washed well and through away once i didnt need anymore.

Not sure about the size, maybe would recommend to order two sizes bigger then woman are.
