Lots of people told me not to buy this as it was a kids toy. Never listen to the general public. This is an excellent vacuum cleaner for the money. It’s ideal for little people like me. Battery life is good, about 15mins. Enables me to do my 2 bed bungalow. Quick charging time. Dyson have some competition. Will upload a vid asap of my using it. Delighted.
Only downfall my son played with it once, typical! Clearly he didn’t like the fact that it wasn’t real. Otherwise a great little toy and really well made and comes in great packaging. Perfect little gif
Really good replica of the actual Dyson handheld hoover. Suction power isn’t that great. Doesn’t really pick anything up but the noise is realistic and the coloured plastic bits whizz around which is realistic enough for kids. The one downside to the toy is the button itself is a hard click button so for slightly younger kids it’s quite difficult to press
After weeks of having my 3 year old stealing my own real adult sized Dyson daily and dealing with the tantrums as I had to constantly coax her away from the thing (she’s not the most careful child!) I finally thought to get her a toy hoover that she could do what she wanted with A quick search and I was over the moon to find this exact replica!! It has been the biggest hit! She doesn’t know the difference as it does suck up little bits of fluff! So she feels like she’s got the real deal and actually helping. It’s the perfect size for her! Genius toy!
We have an actual full sized Dyson which drew the attention of our toddler so we thought this would make the perfect gift. Glad we were not wrong-now whenever we vacuum the floor our toddler grabs this toy dyson and is convinced that they are doing real housework. It looks really adorable. The toy dyson almost looks like a shrunken version of the real one.
Improvements could include enabling a permanent switch rather than a push one, which isn’t always ideal for little hands.also the vacuuming tube, which is a nice orange colour does feel a bit fragile. The price is steep for a toy but it’s worth it. Also it’s good that it takes AA batteries instead of ones that are less common to find.
I love it and would of Been super happy if it had suction- like advertised- there is zero suction on mine
It makes a noise like it is suctioning but no actual suction- this doesn’t bother me – my daughter who is 2 still love it – excatly the same as myne – but need to change the advert – only reason for 3 sta
Perfect little miniature. My 17mo knew exactly what it was straight away. It is pleasantly heavy but manageable for a toddler.
It did take a few days for my toddler to work out how to hold down the button to make the hoover noises but even before that she loved crashing around with it. She especially likes the little hand attachment!
This is a great toy to buy your child if he/she is afraid of your vacuum cleaner. My son hated the noise of our vacuum cleaner and always hid when we got it out. We bought this to show him that there’s nothing to be afraid of and now he helps us when we clean.
The suction is really weak but, it’s a toy remember. There’s a flap that releases to empty the dust bin and the extension pipe and accessories have the click lock like the real thing.
Overall a great toy and distraction over the real thing.
What a little toy, looks like the real thing, my little boy loves it, suction isn’t amazing but it does pick up and he empties it into a little pot to see what he’s collected. I even say go get your hoover and he’s off!! The tubing isn’t the best may not last to long but we’ve had it about 2 months now and still going. Little 3 year old monster playing with it so it’s doing ok.
Bought my sons aged 3 and 16 months as they always chase me around with the hoover looking for a shot. Packaging was good, easy to get the batteries in and get it working. I like that it has ability to actually hoover things up and the kids like that too. The only thing that isn’t great is that the button has to be held continuously. I know this is a great point for saving batteries and not having the noise on all day but my 16 month old doesn’t quite grasp that he has to hold in the button so I’ve had to tie a shoelace round it to hold the button on as he gets frustrated when it doesn’t make the sound.
This is a great hoover , definitely value for money, this is the second one that i have purchased off amazon , i bought one about 3 years ago for my eldest son who is obsessed with hoovers and i am buying it again as a replacement as his previous one was well used and well loved. he asked for this for his birthday
Very similar in looks to the real thing. 2 year old got it for his birthday and worked out the trigger mechanism after being shown twice. He then “hoovered” the entire bungalow twice! So I think we can call it a success.

Forgot to mention on the video that the beater bar part is secure so you can’t get little fingers trapped or anything , there is a small hole for the suction and the rest is sealed off 🙂 see picks

My little one is obsessed with our adult version but it’s too heavy for him to play with properly so we got this one!
He loves it! Absolutely obsessed with helping us clean up and loves pretending! He can’t quite push the button and hoover at the same time yet as he’s only just turned one but he loves trying too!
It has a small gentle suction to it so it picks up little bits of lint or paper.
The multicoloured beads are sealed off so they don’t fall out with you open the chamber. Much to my little ones dismay!
