Safety
I had these for my children so got a set for my grandaughter, shes safe on them, im in control, she feels she has her freedom and if she trips i can pull her up quick
This is perfect for any families on a budget. These reins are sturdy and safe, and a pretty and simplistic design- making the product really easy to use. would highly recommend this to everybody!
Good produc
Really good product. The only thing I would of liked if a clip off and on to attached the lead to the harness. So u can keep the harness on the child even if you don’t want the lead part on. But overall great comfortable produc
Great little produc
Makes my baby feel supported when she has just started walking, we had a twin with a backpack on it and found it wasn’t supportive for those first few weeks of first proper walks
Great produc
Got these for my 2 year old for days out etc they are great and the reins are good length I am 5ft7 don’t feel crouched down walking along with he
This is very easy to use and my toddler puts her hands out because she knows that she is going to go for a walk instead of sitting in her pram. I keep it her baby bag so that it is always there and it takes no space at all. It is sturdy and my toddler who can open anything she wants can not open the clips. So it is perfect. Before I got these reins my daughter would run off and now this prevents her from doing so. There has been many moments where I have grabbed the harness to prevent her from hitting the floor.
This is great value for money.
Perfec
Took little one on holiday and wanted her to stretch her legs instead on being in her pushchair all the time, she loved being able to walk around. Really safe and clips was tight so no worries of her getting loose.
My entire family hate it they say she’s not a dog she’s a child . YES I KNOW THAT but a very fast child who does not want to be held and talks to every stranger on the earth its kind of hard to get used to because if the child does not want to be reined them you may end up dragging them or pulling them back too hard which is dangerous. I don’t think i can master the hang of it haha so I won’t use it in public until I’ve mastered it in my privacy of my home lmao but this doesn’t seem like a thing for me especially considering the nasty comments I’ve received from family members anyways lol
Saves your toddler from harm
Very good for your toddlers that are not too steady on their feet. Quite robust to as when you little one goes to fall you can use it as a barrier to stub their fall. May yank a bit under their arms but it doesn’t seem to hurt them. Much better than grazed hands smashed face or running into the road.
Robust harness
Purchased for a two year old. A very robust rein, nice pink colour. The only problem stopping me giving it a five star was the fact that the clips are hard to undo, pressing in both sides together to make it spring apart. I don’t normally have a problem with this type of fitting, maybe it will improve with use.
Sometimes my child doesn’t like to hold my hand and won’t go in the stoller so I bought this to make sure she won’t wonder off or see if I’m a competitor for Usain Bolt. It’s easy to get on her and seems comfortable, it’s handy with the option to have the reins on a loop or have a longer strap and loop around your wrist. Really glad I bought this.
Very easy to use and I like the fact that the strap can be made longer. They can be easily transported in my bag so that they’re always to hand without taking up much space. My only slight criticism is that the clips are extremely stiff so it can be a bit tricky to open them, but I guess on the plus side it also means that they’re not likely to open suddenly if they’re pulled.
These are an absolute bargain for the price you pay.
Note: If your child has never worn reins before be prepared for the power struggle!! My little one initially refused to walk and had to be gently coaxed 🙂 (see photo)
These have been put to the test with my little Girl. She didn’t start walking until 16 months and to help her when we walked outside she would use a push along toy. I used the reins to support her when she wobbled unexpectedly but also just to know that she isn’t going to go too fast down hill. I have now used them as short reins and extended and they have proved invaluable. She has freedom and safety and I don’t get back ache!
Baby walking harness
It’s a very simple child restraint, very good to have in the changing bag as it doesn’t take up a lot of room and allows restless toddlers to have a poddle without getting into trouble or hurting themselves. I think the item would benefit from having a little bit of padding across the chest and arms just to prevent it from rubbing it digging in anywhere. It seems robust and up to its task
Helps to keep little one from falling and away from danger and yet let them think they are being independent. The strap at the back can be detached at one end so it becomes a longer handle for when the child is more steady on their feet and is able to have a little more free distance. The only downside is that they aren’t as fitted around the chest as i would have liked even after altering the straps it still moves around a bit . But i bought these for my niece for when she visits so they won’t be getting used on a day to day basis so they are alright for what they are needed for. Plus they were a good price and can be washed when needed.
Great quality adjustable harness
This safety harness does the job of walking your child aided very well. It has adjustable straps and fits our 14-month old girl perfectly. The leash can be looped (i.e. buckled onto the harness at two points to give full support in case of child falling), or can be unclipped on one side and used like a regular “lead”, such as when the child is older. Comes in pink colour too.
N.B. UPDATE – Star rating upgraded from 4 to 5 stars as this harness has really stood the test of time. It has frequently withstood my daughter’s full body weight when she has fallen forward and I’ve lifted her back up with the looped reins. 5*.
I had originally bought a set of reins from a pound shop. They were very small and did a good job while my daughter was just starting to walk. However, as she grew bigger they got too small and I needed something similar, but bigger and more sturdy. I purchased these pink ones and found them to be bigger and more sturdy. Obviously, better than a pound shop purchase. These are really easy to put on and you can unfasten one end of the part you hold on to allow you to use it as a wrist link (you wear the wrist link…the other end is still attached to one side of your child’s harness). The reins with both ends attached are still easy to use with enough length to make even shorter children easy to control. Having the wrist link option, however, makes it less restrictive for older children. These have been a very good purchase and I would recommend them without hesitation.
Just to add…only one end of the reins can be unclipped. The other end is permanently attached, so no need to worry that a plastic fastening might break under stress. Also, clever little tots won’t be able to unclip it themselves and escape!
