Installation
Installation of interlocking tiles is straightforward. The standard installation of these tiles is as follows:
- Clean your floor, so it is free of all dirt, dust, grease or debris.
- Start from one corner of the room with a corner tile, and add border tiles outward along the adjacent walls. Add centre, edge, and border tiles where you see fit.
- When coming up to an opposite wall, make sure you cut the tiles to fit the area leaving a gap that’s roughly the thickness of the tiles being used to account for expansion and contraction of the floor tiles in varied temperature ranges.
- Please note that when piecing interlocking tiles together, adhesives are usually not used since the weight of the locked together product is often enough to keep the floor tiles from moving. However, if you do experience movement and would like to ensure that the tiles do not slide at all, some double-sided tape or mat tape can be used around the perimeter of the installation to prevent any movement.

A great produc
Used as flooring under a Concept 2 rowing machine. Works really well, has reduced noise and movement and being a light colour helps to keep a small room light. Would highly recommend.
We converted a portion of our garage to a gym and used the mats to cover the cemented flooring. The thickness of the mat is just the right size as to provide good cushion. Very easy to install as well.
Do the job
They felt a little flimsy at first but having put them down in the garage for our little gym they are perfect, look good, comfy under foot and coping well, so far.

I Was a little sceptical because of the price but the mats are all round good quality. I personally would have liked them a little thicker but still great for lining under the pool.
Fantastic
I do a lot of working out in my out door home gym and honestly these are brilliant. Well made and super easy to set up. Sturdy enough to use with my kettlebell training and gentle enough to use as a mat for my yoga practice. I don’t know how managed without them to be honest.
Professional Gym Flooring!
Amazed at the quality and durability of this flooring. Bought it as didn’t want to pay the extortionate prices for the standard advertised gym mats/flooring. Came across these and thought I’d give them a try as cheap enough to rip back up but wow. My friends assumed I’d spent a fortune and had a professional lay them! Took me 30 mins to lay and cut. Used a Stanley knife, extremely easy and I’m no DIY guy. A definite MUST purchase.
Perfect for under mats on our Hot Tub
We selected these ( 64 Sq ft ), to provide an under lay mat for our new Hot Tub to be laid on part of our patio. These were perfect for the job – Providing a nice soft area to step onto both before entering the hot run and as we get out. Ideal for this job..
Does the job
Used for my gym floor in the garage and has been very good so far. The only negative I could think of is that the straight edge pieces only fit one way and can be frustrating if creating a shape more than a standard rectangle.
Overall though, very good.
Very pleased when I received the product; very easy to put together and good quality mats which I am using for a gym floor in my garage. However, I was disappointed to find them very slippery, not good for kickboxing and spinning kicks. However, problem solved, I use my light water shoes pictured above, it is now perfect for what I wanted.
A great product for home gym
Ordered 6 tiles and got delivered in few days (not in prime delivery). During the process the delivery company lost my package but the seller made sure that the product is delivered with efforts over and above the expectations. I will buy one more set as a good will 🙂
Bought these to cover the garage/gym floor. Already had some older ones down . Unfortunately these have a different locking pattern and a narrower edge, so wouldn’t fit into the older ones so I has to order more to cover the whole floor . They now look very smart and provide a lovely bouncy floor covering that is easy to keep clean. Although they have a raised tread pattern they are slightly slippery , but I’m hoping that is because they are so new
Used as flooring for my sons room… like the soft floor feeling so much that i have now ordered more for my bedroom and my daughters… when they get bored,change their minds or fancy a change I am planning on keeping it down to use as a underlay for whatever flooring choice they make. Simple, comfortable and cheaper option for flooring. So soft and spongey… My feet feel like im walking in memory foam shoes when barefoot.
Decent thickness, does reduce over a little amount of time but still really bouncy. If you don’t mind the pattern not matching then this would be okay. I ordered 3 packs but opened them all up together. I think perhaps they were different batches as I really struggled to find tiles that would follow the pattern. I didn’t check before opening them all. When ordering online The seller should be responsible for ensuring all packs sent in the same order were from the same batch. I gave up trying after an hour.
They all fit together adequately though some leave wider gaps.
If I had actually bought this to lay a gym floor then if be disappointed but I purchased to use as an underlay.
