Used this product for the first 4 weeks, without any sign of progress at all.
Thereafter l was really pleased l kept on using this product, and pleased with my progress, stamina, and strength training in the gym, to date

Size and strength is definitely improved whilst using, and recovery seems to be a lot better.
I’d recommend these to anyone starting to take the gym a bit more serious. You will get results if you follow a correct diet plan for yourself and workout routine coupled with these.
Pills can be large to swallow, something to be wary of if this is something you struggle with. Powder forms are available but these are much easier to take daily for myself.
Used the normal dosage, it’s been over a month and I’ve see improvement in the look and stamina at the gym

I’ve seen a few reviews of people talking about a loading phase, that is not necessary and a waste of tablets, 3 tabs a day is all you need.
Didn’t like the taste but performance of tablet appears to help performance
i much prefer these tablets to powdered creatine. easy to swallow, and is flavourless. i personally take 3 a day, so this is a 3 month supply for me, which means that it is excellent value for money
Much better size than my previous ones but the taste on these is just wrong they case like cleaning chemicals almost “bleachy” once you get over that they are fine
Re, product ordered May 22. The size of the pills has been reduced and a smooth coating seems to have been added. Much better as the previous batch were big and very difficult to swallow
Does not taste bad great for travel and easy to swallow with a good supply for the cost I felt the benefits too after a week
Only downside is the size of the tablets.
Swallowed 4 tablets in one go…….flapped around the gym carpark like an idiot with them lodged in my throat.

But I’m definitely happy with the quality of this product.
Firstly note though that the tablets are 1000mg each *not* 3000mg each
There is 3000mg in each serving but this suggested serving is *3 tablets*.
This is slightly misleading marketing that all creatine tablet manufacturers seem to do and for which I’m removing a star as they avoid quoting 1000mg anywhere on the label.
It’s not difficult to be a bit more honest with this and I can see at least one other reviewer is under the impression that 1 tablet gives them the whole 3000mg.
A 3000mg tablet would be practically impossible to swallow though. These tablets are already big – in the same league as those large fish oil tablets but in addition to that they’re solid so it’s like trying to swallow a bit of chalk.
If you ever hesitate or have issues taking tablets will not get on well with this product! Go for a powder instead.
But if you’re fine with it this is a quick and convenient way to get the amount of creatine monohydrate you want especially if you’re not already drinking protein shakes etc to add a powder to or find that the powders makes a drink too chalky.
I prefer it because for me it’s 0 faff. I don’t have issues swallowing it and it has no taste.
